Chapter 3: Greenhouse Sparks

Birds were singing and flying fast by the windows, the sun was beaming and the summer weather was back. Vito could hear the TV on in the other room. "There was another large earthquake last night in mexico….." Blah Blah Blah, Vito got up and slowly put a shirt on just before he opened the bedroom door.

"Good morning, sleep well?" All Might asked, sitting at the table with some toast and some tea as he listened to the TV.

"Morning *Yawwwn* Yeah I guess you could say that. I think I need a shower to wake up though." Vito said as he walked past All Might and headed straight into the bathroom.

"Shower in cold water, that'll surely wake you up." All Might suggested as he sipped his tea. After a while, Vito came out of the bathroom with just a towel around his waist. Showing the designs on his skin to the fullest. "Those markings…They kinda look like tattoos." All Might commented, as he observed his body.

"Hm? Oh, yeah. They do look like tattoos don't they, too bad tattoos won't stay on this body. They just end up fading into my skin and disappear." Vito agreed with All Might as he walked to his room. "Do you mind throwing a piece of toast for me into the toaster? I need to leave as soon as I get dressed to go meet Principal Nezu." Vito explained.

"Yeah, no problem." All Might said as he got up and did what Vito requested. Just as Vito came out of his room, fully dressed, the toaster popped. All Might handed Vito the freshly toasted bread just as he walked by the kitchen counter.

"Thanks." Vito said as he took the toast and put it into his mouth. All Might followed Vito to the main hallway, watching him put his shoes on, leaning against the wall.

"I'll message you later, All Might. I have no idea how long this will take or what else Principal Nezu has planned for today." Vito said as he looked at his phone, checking the time before putting it back into his back pocket.

"There's no need, you have a key of your own now. I don't need to be home for you to get in anymore." All Might said. Vito's back was turned when All Might said that, what he said stopped Vito from turning the door handle. "Is something wrong?" All Might asked, noticing something bothering Vito.

"N-no…Let me know if you need anything from the store. I plan on stopping there at some point today." Vito said as he opened the door and quickly closed it behind him, not waiting for All Might's answer.

"Ah….Sure." All Might said as the door clicked shut. "Did…..Did I say something wrong?" All Might wondered. As the doors to the elevator closed, Vito got angry.

"That's what I get for having my hopes up…..Making a home here, my ass." Vito thought to himself, the elevator doors opened and while Vito was in mid thought, not paying attention to his surroundings while exiting the elevator, he accidently bumped into Aizawa. "Oh!...I'm so sorry Mr. Aizawa…Didn't see you there." Vito apologized.

"It's fine…Are you heading out?" Aizawa asked.

"Ah, yeah. Just on my way to meet up with Principal Nezu." Vito explained with an angry look still on his face. Aizawa noticed Vito's expression but didn't want to push him on it so early in the morning.

"Vito….Are you…." Aizawa stopped himself. "Never mind. I'm just on my way up to see All Might, is he home?"

"Huh? Oh….Yeah, he's just upstairs. I'll see you around Mr. Aizawa." Vito said, waving goodbye to Aizawa as he left the building.

"Somethings up….I'll ask All Might about it, then catch up with Vito later." Aizawa thought as he crossed his arms and walked into the empty elevator. Vito headed to where Principal Nezu described where the new greenhouse was supposed to be built. Walking through a bit of forest along a freshly built dirt road to get to the greenhouse. Vito approached a large building with lots of windows, large double doors in the front, surrounded by thick forest.

"This is on campus? I can't even see the school from here because of how thick the forest is." Vito thought to himself just as he spotted Principal Nezu and Lunch Rush chatting in front of the greenhouse doors. "Wow….This place….Is like a castle from a fairytale." Vito said as he approached Principal Nezu and Lunch Rush.

"Ah! Good morning Vito. Hope you're feeling better." Principal Nezu said with open arms.

"Good morning." Lunch Rush said.

"Yes, I feel brand new thanks to All Might taking care of me ha ha ha." Vito laughed awkwardly.

"I'm glad to hear." Principal Nezu said as he reached for the door handle. "Lunch Rush and I ended up not having any time to come see the greenhouse yesterday, so this will be the first time we will be seeing it as well." Principal Nezu said as he managed to open the door. "Let us go and explore shall we? If anyone has any opinions on the design or what we need to add to make this a functioning greenhouse, let me know right away." Lunch Rush and Vito walked into the greenhouse amazed, there were planters, a watering system, controls to open the windows when it gets too hot in the greenhouse, etc. Vito noticed there was no dirt in the planters and noticed no beams to hang plants on.

"Excuse me Principal Nezu, but where is the dirt for the planets and is it possible to have some beams along the greenhouse for hanging baskets?" Vito asked, pointing where the beams would go.

"The dirt and gravel are scheduled to arrive today and as for the hanging baskets, that's an excellent idea. I will mention it to the design team and see what we can do." Principal Nezu answered.

"I notice there is no shed or a place to put the tools Vito will surely be using. He will need a decent size shed to be able to store everything, seed storage, place to put each tool, etc." Lunch Rush pointed out.

"I think an indoor storage area would be best. By the looks of it, the design team is planning to make this an all year round greenhouse, especially with how thick the windows are." Vito added just as 2 large dump trucks pulled in and started to dump a load of dirt and gravel. "Wow…That's a lot.

"Yep, I can't wait to see the greenhouse when you're done bringing in all that dirt and gravel, Vito." Principal smirked.

"Sorry? I'm bringing all that dirt and gravel in…..By myself?" Vito said, looking over at Principal Nezu as he pointed at the dirt and gravel.

"I did hire you to work at the greenhouse after all, ha ha ha." Principal Nezu laughed. Vito looked unimpressed by Principal Nezu's comment. After continuing the tour for 2 hours, a few opinions and ideas were thrown around, regarding changes and add ons to the greenhouse. "Thank you very much for your feedback and ideas. I'll be sure to mention everything we talked about today to the design team."

"This place is amazing, Principal Nezu." Vito said with a big smile. "There's a lot of work to be done and I can't wait to start." Vito said enthusiastically.

"I'm glad, I will have a staff member bring you the tools you need to complete the current task. Just let me know what you need." Principal Nezu said as everyone was leaving. "For now, keep track of your hours and submit them at the end of every week. Until the greenhouse is finished and set up, you can make your own schedule for now."

'Alright, I could probably finish this in a couple weeks." Vito estimated.

"Oh, before I forget." Principal Nezu reached into his vest and handed Vito a credit card. "The government sent this over this morning. It's for anything you need, tools, clothing, food. There is no limite on this card." Principal Nezu handed Vito a credit card. "Probably a good idea to get yourself some work clothes, we can't have you ruin your nice clothes now can we."

"Thank you…..Is there a PIN?" Vito asked just as Principal Nezu handed the letter that came with the card to Vito. "Oh…" Vito opened the letter and saw the PIN for the card.

"We also received a vehicle from David Shield in the back parking lot of the campus." Principal Nezu handed Vito the keys. "It's a self-driving vehicle, the newest model. Designed by All Might's friend Davd Shield himself. The instructions are in the vehicle if you have any questions." Principal Nezu and Vito said goodbye to Lunch Rush when they got to the top of the hill where the dirt road ended and went their separate ways. Principal Nezu and Vito went to the back parking lot. A nice slim SUV sat in the parking lot, rose red in color, tinted windows, silver rims.

"Wow…" Vito said, stunned.

"It has all the latest tech, heart monitor, voice activation, has all around cameras, you can switch it to manual driving if that's what you prefer and many more features." Principal Nezu said as he approached the vehicle, the passenger side door opened. Principal Nezu climbed in and put his seatbelt on. "Let's go for a test drive shall we? I've been curious about this vehicle since it got here. It's also been a long time since I've left the campus."

"Oh, sure. Did you want to go shopping or maybe get something to eat on the test drive?" Vito asked as he approached the driver side of the vehicle, the doors opened for him and he sat down, putting his seatbelt on.

"Hmm…I would like a milkshake. Perfect for a hot day like today." Principal Nezu said.

"Sure, do you know a good place to go in town?" Vito asked.

"Nope, but why don't we ask the vehicle where we can get a milkshake?" Principal Nezu smiled as he looked up. "Excuse me, do you know where we can get the best milkshake in the area?" Principal Nezu asked, the vehicle made a chime noise.

"There is a 5 star rating milkshake cafe, 20 minutes from here. Would you like to go to this location?" The vehicle asked.

"Oh yes please. Woohoo!" Principal Nezu got excited when the vehicle turned on and started to move. Principal Nezu requested all the windows be opened since it was such a nice day. As they went down the hill and an opening broke through the forest, Vito could see the city along the ocean. "You haven't really seen much of the city have you?" Principal Nezu asked.

"No….I haven't been to the beach or in town yet. I was told to stay by the campus when I first got here." Vito answered.

"Well, now you can go. The government has lightened your restricted freedom a bit and from what I was told, as long as you stay within this area, you can go wherever and whenever you want." Principal Nezu said happily. "Also, why don't you take a break from that form. We are just going to go get ice cream after all and I know it's hard on your body being in that form for long periods of time."

"I'm fine, I've noticed my time limit has increased the more I practice staying in this form." Vito said, looking out the window. As time went by, some chatter, and achieving the milkshake Principal Nezu wanted, Principal Nezu and Vito made their way back up to U.A.

"I forgot how tasty these are. I'll have to get Lunch Rush to make some for me in the future." Principal Nezu said as he sipped on his vanilla milkshake.

"I'm sure the student's would love that too." Vito said as he put his milkshake down. The vehicle stopped in front of U.A's gate where Principal Nezu got out.

"Alright, I'm off. When you're done, just tell the vehicle to park in the back. Enjoy your shopping!" Principal Nezu waved as the door closed and the vehicle drove off. 6 hours went by before All Might heard from Vito.

TO: Vito

FROM: All Might

All Might: Hey, how's the new greenhouse looking? 10:30am

Vito: Sorry for the late reply. 4:45pm

Vito: I'll be home in 20 mins. See you soon.

All Might: Can you pick up some pickled garlic on your way home?

Vito: Sure, no problem.

All Might: Thanks.

Vito, being a Canadian, decided to carry all the bags up at onces. The vehicle left Vito in front of the apartment building to go park in the back of U.A. When he got to All Might's door, he lightly kicked the door, like a knock but with his foot. All Might opened the door to a packed full Vito.

"Did you buy out the whole store?! All I asked was for pickled garlic!" All Might said as he rushed over to grab some bags from Vito.

"I probably bought out a couple stores today." Vito joked as he gave All Might some bags. "Principal Nezu gave me a letter from the Government today. It had a credit card that I can use to buy clothes, food, really anything I want with it." Vito explained.

"Nice." All Might placed the bags into Vito's room. All Might noticed something pink in a bag and was trying to figure out what it was when Vito placed more bags on top of it.

"Thanks for your help, I'll be going out again to grab a few things I missed tomorrow." Vito said as he stretched his back and handed All Might the pickled garlic. "I need to grab a laundry basket and a dresser maybe."

"Oh! I forgot there isn't a dresser in here. I'll clean out that closet for you tomorrow, I also have a few hangers you can use to hang up some of your clothes with." All Might said opening the closet. "I forgot how much crap I have, It'll be a couple trips to bring all of this down to storage." He said, scratching his head as he looked at the closet and the wall of boxes.

"Why don't we move everything you want to bring down to storage into the living room tonight? Then you won't have to go through the room tomorrow. I also have the day off tomorrow so I'll help." Vito explained. "Plus, the faster this stuff is out of the way, the sooner I can clean and set up my room properly." Vito laughed.

"Yeah, I guess you're right. Let's start with these boxes along the wall, then move to the closet." All Might suggested as he grabbed the first box.

"Alright, you should probably check the night tables and under the bed just in case you missed something." Vito suggested as he picked up 2 boxes and moved them to the living room, following behind All Might.

"I don't recall putting anything in those or under the bed, but I guess you never know." All Might shrugged as he went back into Vito's room and grabbed another box. After the wall was cleared, they moved onto the closet where it was also full of boxes. "How did I forget all of these were even up here. I brought those other boxes up because I was looking for something but completely forgot I also had these up here too."

"Too many fan letters?" Vito smirked.

"If only it was just that. Most of these boxes are full of All Might memorabilia, like magazines, tooth brushes, figurines, stuff like that that I've collected over the years." All Might explained.

"I guess that explains why they are much heavier than the boxes along the wall were." Vito said as he picked up another box from the closet.

"Ha ha yeah, probably the reason why I shoved them into this closet instead of bringing them back down to storage." All Might laughed.

"I believe I saw a dolly in the lobby this morning, I'll ask the maintenance worker if we can borrow it tomorrow." Vito said as he placed the last box in the living room. "Did you check the night tables and under the bed, All Might?'

"Yeah, everything is spotless." All Might answered as he wiped the sweat off his forehead. "If you would like, you can borrow my laundry basket for now, so you can put your new clothes into the wash tonight."

"Oh, sure. You can leave your laundry in the basket too, I'll put a load on before I use the basket. I believe there are some dirty towels around that need to be washed anyway." Vito pointed out.

"Yeah, I probably should change everything. I'll go grab the basket." All Might said as he quickly went into his room and grabbed the basket for Vito. "I'll grab all the towels in the bathroom if you want to grab the ones in the kitchen." All Might suggested as he placed the basket down in the hallway.

"Sure, I think I have my towel in my room so I'll quickly grab that too." Vito said as he went into his room and grabbed the towel before grabbing the kitchen towels. "Is there anything that can't go into the dryer, All Might?"

"Hm? No, I don't think so, the only pieces of clothing I have that can't go into the dryer are my suits and my hero outfits. Everything else can go into the dryer." All Might explained as he tossed the last bit of clothing into the washer and turned it on. "Here you go." All Might handed Vito the empty laundry basket.

"Thanks, I'll return this when I'm done." Vito said, taking the basket with him to his room.

"There's no rush, take your time." All Might said as he sat down on the couch. Vito began to go through the clothes he bought, taking off the tags and putting the garbage into one of the shopping bags. The clothing he bought were not just male clothing, there were some female clothes as well, like a cute summer dress, a few bra's and panties, etc. He also picked up some nice work boots and muck boots for the greenhouse. He lifted up some overalls he picked out and decided to change into these when he gets to the greenhouse tomorrow, so that he can work as Ari instead of being Vito, giving his body a break. He put them into his backpack along with a set of panties, socks, and a pink sports bra. After closing the backpack, Vito grabbed the laundry basket and placed it by his door. "Hey, I forgot to ask but did Principal Nezu assign you a job yet?" All Might asked as he opened Vito's door.

"Oh, yeah, I'll be a maintenance worker for the campus." Vito explained looking up at All Might. "I'm a man with many skills so it made the most sense to have me as a maintenance worker. I'm also free to work as much as I want and when, as long as I keep track of my hours."

"Nice! Sounds like a dream job, haha." All Might laughed as he remembered the conversation he had with Aizawa earlier in the day.

Flash Back

*Knock*Knock*Knock* Someone knocked at All Might's door. All Might got up from the table and walked over to the door where he saw Aizawa waiting. "Oh, good morning Aizawa."

"Morning." Aizawa noticed All Might curled up in a blanket and was still wearing his pj's. "Did you forget that I was coming by this morning?" Aizawa asked.

"Ah!...Yeah…..Sorry. I'll go quickly change." Aizawa let himself in and closed the door behind him.

"There's no need, I'm here now. Do you have some tea ready?" Aizawa asked as he placed his shoes down.

"Just made a fresh pot actually, help yourself." All Might answered as he walked over to the table and sat down. Aizawa joined him at the table after grabbing himself a cup.

"I bumped into Vito on my way up here. He seemed…Distracted and looked angry." Aizawa said as he poured himself a cup of tea. "Did you 2 get into a fight or something?"

"N-no not at all. He went all weird after I said he doesn't need me to be here anymore to get into the apartment now that he has his own key." All Might said, placing his cup down onto the table. "I don't think I said anything wrong." He said, Aizawa sighed and placed his hand onto his face.

"Has Vito mentioned anything to you regarding his history?" Aizawa asked as he walked back over to the table, taking a seat.

"A little…All I know is his past wasn't pleasant and something about a curse placed on him after his father died?" All Might answered. Aizawa sighed.

"Let me ask you a question. If you were abandoned by your own family, tossing you to the streets, forced to learn how to defend yourself, learning how to survive for weeks, maybe even months at a time. And a hero you admire offers you a place to stay and then tells you to stop relying on them. Wouldn't you feel like the hero tossed you aside just like your family did? Just as you thought you finally had a home again, just to have it crumble from underneath you all over again?" Aizawa said, taking a sip of tea before continuing. "You're a pro hero, All Might. You save lives regularly but your way of approaching Vito needs to be different than you normally do with your fans." Aizawa explained.

"Hmm…..I didn't consider that, I'll have to apologize to him the next time I see him. It's hard to handle a situation when you know next to nothing about and this person just entered your life so suddenly." All Might sipped some tea. "He's a good kid but…..Obviously has some triggers I'll have to watch out for. And…I'm still unsure about him."

"Just treat him like you do your students." Aizawa said as he got up to refill the kettle and turn it on. "He's young and has a lot of baggage. But with the past few days he's been here, I've noticed a change in his behavior. I think he's just looking for a home and he thinks this is the place to do it just like so many of us have." Aizawa prepped the teapot for the hot water that was just about to finish heating up. All Might was silent, thinking to himself about the event that happened earlier. "Don't stress about it too much, I'm sure as long as you make him feel welcome, everything will turn out fine." Aizawa said as he poured the hot water into the teapot. All Might grabbed his phone from the table and began to message someone as Aizawa brought over the hot teapot. "By the way, what is making you so unsure of Vito still? You 2 seem to be getting along well enough." All Might sighed as he poured himself another cup of tea.

"I can't put my finger on it honestly. On the day of the cook off, I was leaving the convenience store when I saw this girl in a chef uniform tending to a hurt child." All Might took a sip of tea. "When she was about to leave her body structure completely changed in front of me."

"In what way?" Aizawa asked.

"It's hard to explain but…She grew horns, pointed ears, a tail, and her skin changed…Before I knew it, this person was already halfway up the mountain towards the school." All Might looked at his phone. "I called Comentoss right away and when I described what I saw to him, he told me it was Lunch Rushes opponent."

"I see…Have you told Vito about what happened or if he knows this girl?" Aizawa asked, stirring his tea.

"..." All Might looked down at his interlocked hands around his cup. "I…I haven't because I don't have enough information yet…The weird thing is…The girl had grayish blue glasses on and they almost look exactly like the ones Vito has on his night stand." All Might mentioned.

"Hmm…" Aizawa set his cup down and got up, heading to Vito's room.

"What are you doing?" All Might asked, getting up to follow Aizawa.

"Just want to have a look at the glasses. See if I can get any information from them." Aizawa opened Vito's door and there they were, the glasses. Aizawa walked over and picked them up. They were very dirty, scratched up, and the color was worn out along the inside. "I don't think anyone would even be able to use these. They are so worn out, if they were to be used, their vision would be bluried because of all the scratches on the lens. And the temples are so loose they are on the verge of falling off." Aizawa explained.

"Oh…I see…I didn't notice how bad of condition they were when I looked at them." All Might said. "Guess I was mistaken." Aizawa put the glasses down and walked next to All Might, placing his hand on his shoulder.

"Don't worry so much, he's a nice kid. I'm sure he has an explanation regarding the glasses if you just ask him." Aizawa suggested as he took a seat back at the table.

"I actually asked about them the other day. He told me the glasses are a memory of his past, so instead of a photo he has those glasses." All Might explained as he took a seat.

"I guess everyone has their own way of remembering memories." Aizawa commented.

"Yeah..You're right." All Might's phone goes off as he receives a text message. "Hmm?" All Might smiled as he responded to the text message.

"You look like you're planning something." Aizawa said, watching All Might get all giddy as he typed away on his phone.

"Maybe, we will have to see. He's only been here for a week and Principal Nezu has Vito working hard everyday so far." All Might said as he put his phone down. "It's supposed to be a really nice day tomorrow and I thought maybe we could go check out a hidden beach I heard about from Principal Nezu."

"You know that's not a bad idea. Why don't you invite Midnight and the other teachers as well. I'm sure they would appreciate a nice time at the beach since the students are still on vacation." Aizawa suggested as he cooled off his tea.

"Does that mean you'll be coming too?" All Might asked with a big grin.

"..." Aizawa looked at All Might and sighed. "If there's shade, I might show up." All Might picked up his phone and made a group chat. Midnight, Principal Nezu, Aizawa, and all of the teachers tagged into this one group.

TO: Everyone

FROM: All Might

All Might: Beach day, come join me and Aizawa in front of my apartment at 10am tomorrow. We can all go together to the hidden beach Principal Nezu always talks about.

Aizawa looked at his phone when it dinged, then looked back up at All Might with a vein popping out of his head and an angry glare. All Might just smiled and gave him a thumbs up.

Midnight: I haven't been to the beach in years! Sounds fun, I'll be there.

Principal Nezu: If you got Aizawa to join then how can I miss this!

Present Mic: I'll bring some drinks. Anyone have a preference?

Midnight: Bring some red wine please 3!

Cementoss: I'll build a sitting area for us and bring some extra towels if anyone needs one. I'll just have water to drink thank you.

Sniper: Sorry, I can't join. Got called in for a job. Enjoy your day everyone!

Present Mic: Awh! Snippy!

Sniper: Don't call me that.

Ectoplasm: I'm glad Cementoss is making somewhere that will have shade. I'll bring a watermelon or 2. I'm also fine with water.

Power Loader: Sorry, I won't be able to make it, too much work to do.

Vlad King: I'll bring a grill, got to have grilled food while at the beach. It's a must! Bring Beer Please!

Present Mic: All right, I'll bring a cooler with the beverages! See you all on friday!

Aizawa put his hand over his face as he leaned over the table. "I hate you sometimes you know that."

"Oh, come on Aizawa. When was the last time you went to the beach? It'll be fun." All Might snickered under his breath. "Principal Nezu already approved the idea and gave Vito the day off. It'll be a memorable day, he'll feel welcomed just like you suggested."

"I said to make him feel welcome! Not to force him to go to the beach!" Aizawa yelled, sinking into his chair. "With everything that's been going on with the villain attacks on the school and the summer camp incident, I guess this isn't a bad idea. I'll give you that." Aizawa said, agreeing to All Might's idea.

"Glad to hear it. Well, I guess I should go get some supplies for tomorrow." All Might said, folding the blanket and placing it over the dining table chair. "Do you need anything while I'm in town?"

"No, I'll be fine. Thanks though." Aizawa said before finishing his tea and getting up to leave. "All Might…" Aizawa stopped in the hallway and looked back at All Might with a serious look. "Don't push him too much about his past. It might trigger him in the wrong way."

"Ah…..Right. I'll be sure to keep that in mind." All Might hesitated at Aizawa's comment. All Might said goodbye to Aizawa and closed the door behind him. "Hmm…." All Might hummed as he thought about Aizawa's warning, but shook his head and marched his way to his room to get changed.

Back to the main time period

All Might decide to go for a run, maybe go check out the new greenhouse. After getting changed and putting his running shoes on, he grabbed his water bottle and started his run. All Might quickly realized, putting on his jogging jacket was a mistake, the sun was beaming down and he was burning up in his jacket. He took off his jacket and wrapped it around his waist, when All Might noticed a new road had been formed and there were fresh dirt tire tracks going in and from this new road. "That must be where the greenhouse is. I guess I'll check it out since I'm already here." All Might said, jogging down the dirt road, the road had a few twists and turns in it, where All Might couldn't see any sign of the greenhouse or the campus. "Geez, how far is this place?" He said as the road started to go down hill and that's when he could see the greenhouse in a clearing at the bottom of the hill. It was massive and several trucks were delivering what All Might assumed was dirt. "Holy cow! That thing is huge! I guess it has to be to be able to feed the whole school." All Might said. Not long after a few trucks drove past him just as he got to the clearing where the Greenhouse was. After moving out of the truck's way and watching them go up that hill he just came down from. He turned towards the piles of dirt where his attention was suddenly focused in a different direction, a girl was trying to pry open the greenhouse doors with a couple of rocks. She had shoulder length brown hair, overalls on, wearing a pink sports bra underneath, muck boots and gardening gloves on. The girl walked around the corner of the greenhouse to where a red SUV was parked, she opened the back trunk and pulled out a wheel barrel and a shovel. Her back was well shaped, tanned, and covered in sweat from being in the sun. As she approached the first dirt pile and started to put dirt into the wheel barrel, she noticed a man standing by the dirt road, watching her.

"Can I help you?" She asked, stopping what she was doing. All Might started to walk over, looking nervous and patting the back of his head.

"A-ah, sorry. I was out for a run and thought I would come check out the new greenhouse that I've heard so much about." All Might said as he approached the girl.

"Oh! Well, the greenhouse isn't complete yet. I just finished getting the gravel into all the planters for drainage and now just starting to add the dirt." The girl said as she pulled off her gloves.

"How did you manage to do the gravel? Didn't you just pull out the wheel barrel from your vehicle?" All Might asked. The girl pointed to a bucket by the greenhouse.

"It was easier for me to handle the gravel with a bucket then it would have been with a wheel barrel and shovel. Plus it's free exercise ha ha ha." The girl explained, looking back at All Might with her olive green eyes. All Might tensed up when she looked at him and began to blush. "Is everything alright?" She asked, tilting her head.

"Ah! Yeah! Just hot from being in the sun for too long. I-I'm gonna go sit in the shade for a while and cool off." All Might pointed towards the trees.

"I'll join you, I haven't had a break all day." The girl said as she turned towards her car. "I got some ice cold water bottles in the car, would you like one?"

"Uh…..Sure." All Might waited for the girl to come back with the waters. The girl handed a water bottle to All Might as they walked over towards some trees. "How long have you been on campus? I've never seen you here before."

"Hm?" The girl took a seat on the ground. "I've been working on this for about 2 days now, I think. On and off because the structure needed some fine tuning. It's still not finished." The girl took a sip of water. "They want to make it into an all year round garden so there are heaters that need to be installed and new lighting that needs to be wired in still."

"Wow, I wonder how many staff members will be taking care of this place." All might wondered as he looked up at the massive structure.

"Just me, Lunch Rush is incharge of this operation. So if he wants to change things around or add new plants to the greenhouse, I just follow his orders." The girl explained as she looked at the greenhouse. The girl turned to All Might and offered her hand. "Sorry, I didn't introduce myself. My name is Ari." All Might shook her hand.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Toshinori. I'm a teacher here at U.A." All Might said with a smile. Ari was shocked but quickly smiled.

"That's amazing, I bet seeing all the different quirks each generation brings is amazing and inspiring to see." The girl smiled genuinely at Toshinori. Toshinori's heart began to beat fast and his face began to get redder. Ari put her water bottle against Toshinori's forehead which ended up making him fall backwards onto the ground. Ari just smiled and chuckled, she got up and walked around Toshinori, sitting behind his head and putting the water bottle back onto his forehead. "Wouldn't want you to get heat stroke." Toshinori looked up at Ari and he went to grab the water bottle but accidently touched Ari's hand. Both of them pulled their hands back and the water bottle fell to the ground next to Toshinori's head.

"Ah, sorry I jus-." Toshinori looked at Ari who was holding the hand he touched and was beet red in the face. "S-sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." Toshinori sat up and looked back at Ari. "I–I should go." He said as he lifted himself up, dusting off his pants.

"N-no, it's ok. I enjoy the company. Plus you haven't cooled down enough to make it back up that hill. You'll get heat stroke if you leave." Ari explained as she looked up at Toshinori with a worried expression. Toshinori sighed and agreed with Ari as he took a seat next to her. "Do you mind if I borrow your jacket for a second?" Ari asked.

"Uh, sure." Toshinori said as he undid the knot and handed the jacket to Ari. Ari folded it in a way that made it into a pillow.

"There, now we can both lay down on the grass and cool off." Ari said, resting her head on one side of the makeshift pillow. "This place is so peaceful." She closed her eyes while she smiled.

"It's definitely different from where I just came from. It's nothing more than a large concrete area surrounded by forest. Which I guess I can't complain about, the view from my apartment is one to behold." Toshinori explains, placing his head on the other side of the pillow next to Ari and looking up at the sky. "I've only been here for 4 months and I already care about my students so much. I want to protect them, watch them as they grow and become amazing heroes but…." Toshinori looks at his hand. "My time as a pro hero has come to an end."

"You're a pro hero?" Ari asked.

"Huh? Oh yeah, well I used to be. I went by All Might, the symbol of peace. I'm supposed to be the one who brings peace to the world." Toshinori answered, looking a bit depressed.

"Every legend has to end sooner or later, no one is immortal unless that's your quirk. I believe here at U.A. a new symbol of peace will take your place and you can watch proudly in the background." Ari sat up and looked towards the greenhouse. "Don't stress about it too much Toshinori, just be there as much as you can for your students and guide them into the right direction." Ari said as she got up and stretched. Toshinori sat up and grabbed his jacket. "I have to get back to work but don't hesitate to come back any time. I enjoyed your company." Ari offered a hand to help Toshinori up from the ground. Ari pulled Toshinori up with ease and smiled as she handed him the water bottle.

"Thanks…." Toshinori said as he took the water bottle.

"Stay hydrated, I don't want to end up finding you on the road from heat stroke." Ari laughed as she waved Toshinori goodbye and went to continue digging dirt. Toshinori looked back as he started to make his way back up the road.

"What a strange girl…..She kinda looked like that girl from the convenience store but her hair is different." Toshinori thought to himself, he covered his mouth as his face turned red again. "She's so damn cute!" Toshinori made it back home where he took a shower. During the shower, he couldn't get that girl out of his mind and began to stroke his member. "Why is this happening? I haven't been this pent up in ages. Why now?" He asked himself and he placed a hand onto the wall of the shower as he finished, staring at the mess he made in his hand. "What's wrong with me?" He said as he finished up in the shower, putting some clothes on and putting the towel around his neck just as Vito walked in. "Oh, hey. You're done with work already?" Toshinori asked as he was drying his hair, remembering that Vito got called into work this morning so the beach day date was changed to saturday.

"Yeah, it's already 6:30 you know." Vito commented. "I only had enough time to fix up part of the gym after Cementoss fixed the floor." Vito said as he put his bag down to take off his shoes.

"Oh…Yeah. Sorry about that, my students go a little overboard sometimes." Toshinori smiled.

"No kidding, I had to replace a number of bulbs and replace some wiring from whoever has an electrical quirk." Vito said as he placed his shoes to the side. "What would you like for dinner?" Vito asked.

"Hmm? Oh, I'm not sure. Didn't really plan anything or take anything out." Toshinori said as he walked towards the kitchen. Vito pulled a bag out of his backpack and placed it onto the table.

"Good thing I went shopping after work then." Vito said as he took out some ingredients. Instant noodles, hoisin, sriracha, thinly sliced meat, some herbs, and green onions.

"So, some kind of noodle dish?" Toshinori asked as he walked over to the table and picked up the meat package.

"It's a trick I learned when I was back in canada. This is a cheap version of a dish called Pho." Vito explained as he got a pot and filled it up with water, placing it onto the strove.

"I think I've heard of that a long time ago when I was studying in America." Toshinori said, bringing Vito the instant noodles.

"I didn't know you were in America." Vito said surprisingly as he took the noodles from Toshinori.

"Yeah, it's where I met my best friend David Shield. We did a lot of stuff together, missed some classes, handled bad guys, you name it, we did it." Toshinori laughed at the memories.

"Wow, sure sounds like you lived your life to the fullest, All Might." Vito said as he chopped up the green onions. "I'll make hamburgers tonight for tomorrow for dinner."

"Oh! Speaking of tomorrow, tomorrow is Saturday right?" Toshinori said excitedly. "Let's go to the beach, there's a secret spot not far from here that Principal Nezu told me about and thought you would like to go on your day off." Toshinori said with a large smile.

"Uh…How did you know I had tomorrow off?" Vito looked at Toshinori as he added some flavoring and spices to the water.

"Oh, Principal Nezu told me. He's actually the one that suggested it." Toshinori lied through his teeth.

"Right…..What time would you plan on going?" Vito asked, tasting the broth and adding more salt.

"I was thinking, maybe around 10 o'clock? The sun won't hit the spot until later in the day so I thought it would be the best time to go." Toshinori explained. Vito was silent as he finished up the broth and added the noodles, covering the top of the pot as they cooked.

"Let me think about it, all I can think about right now is food. I haven't eaten all day because I was too distracted with work." Vito said, handing Toshinori 2 large bowls, 2 sets of chopsticks, and 2 weird looking spoons. "Can you set the table please?"

"Sure, what are these weird spoons for?" Toshinori asked as he observed one of the spoons.

"I never used them but I would always see people use them to eat the soup with or twirl the noodles in them, or even place the meat into them." Vito explained as he placed the vegetables onto one plate and the meat onto another before bringing them to the table. Just as the timer goes off, Vito runs over and grabs another bowl and a noodle scooper, draining the noodles from the broth and putting them into the bowl. "Here, dish out how much you would like. I'm going to bring this broth over to the table." Vito said, grabbing the sides of the pot with 2 rags. Toshinori quickly grabbed the drying cloth and folded it a couple of times, making a hot plate for the pot and placed it on the table.

"Here." Toshinori said, pointing at the cloth on the table. "Place the pot here, this smells amazing."

"So, build your dish first before adding the broth. It'll cook the meat better that way." Vito explained as he stepped away from the table and grabbed a couple of sauces and placed them on the table. One had just hoisin and the other had a mixture of hoisin and sriracha. "I didn't know if you could handle spicy sauces or not because of your injury. So here is the one that doesn't have any hot sauce in it." Vito said, placing the sauce in front of Toshinori.

"Ah, thanks. I'm ok with a little bit of spice but not a lot." Toshinori said, dressing up his dish. "Ok, so now I add the broth?"

"Yep, just make sure you let it sit for a little while after adding the broth. Or until your meat is cooked how you like it." Vito said, shredding up herbs and placing onions in his bowl after adding the noodles. "Can you pass me the meat please?" Vito asked.

"Sure." Toshinori said as he handed over the plate with the meat. "This smells so good. This will be a very interesting experience." He said, pouring the broth over the noodles. "How much do I need?"

"I would…..Do maybe 4 scoops of broth. You have to remember this is just a fancy version of raman." Vito laughed, placing pieces of meat into his bowl. Toshinori handed Vito the spoon for the broth. After both had their dishes complete, Vito added some hoisin to his bowl and stirred it in.

"What's that?" Toshinori asked.

"It's called Hoisin. It's like…a sauce you put into soups to add extra flavor. Would you like to try mine before adding it to your dish?" Vito suggested and Toshinori agreed, taking a scoop with his weird spoon and tasted it.

"Wow! That really does change the flavor of the broth!" Toshinori was amazed and grabbed the hoisin.

"Add a little at a time until you know the amount you like. You can never remove what you put in." Vito said, taking some meat from his bowl and dipping it in his spicy sauce. Toshinori did what Vito suggested as he watched him eat.

"This was a great idea. Quick and easy dinner idea. I'll have to remember this for the future." Toshinori said with a smile as he placed down the hoisin and took a bite of some noodles. Stars shined in his eyes from the joy of the flavors that just entered his mouth.

Vito laughed at Toshinori's reaction. "I'm glad you like it." As the night went on and both finished their dishes, cleaned up and took a breather on the couch. Bellies full of good food.

"Oh man, I couldn't take another bite! I'm so stuffed." Toshinori said as he laid back on the couch.

"Yeah. So good." Vito agreed, also leaning back into the couch. Vito looked over towards Toshinori and smiled, noticing how Toshinori was happy with the meal. "I'm glad you liked it."

"How could I not, your food always tastes amazing." Toshinori said as he patted his belly. Toshinori looked towards Vito. "Have you made up your mind yet about the beach idea?"

Vito sighed. "Yeah, I'll go. But I don't have a swimsuit or a beach towel. I'll have to get up early to go shopping." Vito complained just as Toshinori jumped up from the couch.

"I think I have a suit that will fit you! It's an old one but it should fit you really well with your body type." Toshinori said as he went into his room, Vito followed behind him just as he was digging through his closet. "AH HA! Found it!" Toshinori said as he grabbed something from a box. It was a bodysuit that had short sleeves and shorts, so not quite a full bodysuit, it was black with some blue and green stripes going along the side of it. "This is all I have, other than my red striped one." Toshinori handed over the suit to Vito.

"Thanks, I'll try this on in the morning." Vito yawned.

"No rush, I think I have an extra beach towel around here somewhere too." Toshinori said as he started to dig again into his closet. Toshinori lifted a towel from the same box the suit came from. It was an All Might beach towel.

"..." Vito looked at the towel in disbelief. "I think I'll pass…..I have to go to the convenience store tomorrow morning anyway to pick up some things. I recall seeing towels there so I'll just buy my own." Vito said as he turned to leave. "But thanks for the offer though." He said as he walked to his room.

"What's so bad about an All Might beach towel?" Toshinori scratched his head as he put the towel back in the closet.
