now how should I start. My name is Dan but I have a nickname Malik
My life is always been pretty bizarre but nothing has ever really taken me further than the day I was hit with a strange golden arrow.
it all started today me and my friend Bella walking home from school or more accurately she met up with her friends and I rode with my parent.
this wouldn't have been a problem if an arrow wouldn't have flew past nearly a dozen cars and hit me in the shoulder
for a moment I was in shock before the car lost control and we crashed into a fire hydrant,
I was relatively unharmed but the wound was no longer there!?
using strength I didn't know I had I pushed the car door opened before rushing to get to my family
they were already dead!
seeing there was nothing more I could do my hands blooded I screamed I yelled out in agony.
after that I shortly lived with my grandparents before getting my own little estate
keep in mind that I'm currently 14 and I have a very limited amount of money for the month $3,000 to be exact therefore clothing and food come right after rent which I have arranged to be the fifth of each month
Don't get me wrong I'm not too good of a chef so my friends constantly come over and help out when they can
but that's when I noticed something
One day we're cooking and accidentally a knife flew right towards me however a black and silver hand came out and caught it before throwing it to the side with speed I couldn't even fathom
luckily nobody was quick enough to see it except me
that whole night was a blur we ate burritos and we also went our separate ways
the whole night I tried summoning the thing again but this time a whole body came out.
underneath it you could tell it was more black just plain black before silver armor like

"yo Malik what's going on"this was a popular kid Braxton
we got into a couple fights and he always managed to beat my black ass all the way back to my house
I didn't know how either before I knew it I was on the ground blooded and beaten
"so you gone give me your lunch money or what"
The first time in a long time I smiled wearing nothing but jeans some off-brand shoes and a hat I started chuckling
"nah bro not today you going to have to come and take it from me"
he smiled before cracking his knuckles
immediately another spirit came out of his body just like one of mine now it was all making sense these things could attack us but we couldn't attack them
I immediately summoned my own with intention of protecting myself before I unleashed some sort of barrage of punches Braxton flew back blooded and beaten
"how could this be I have the strongest stand!"
stand huh that was a nice name since they stood beside you
at that moment I decided that I will call mine Max Galaxy
suddenly Bryson gripped onto a pole before he chucked it at me
mid-flight it turned into a liquid covering my body before back into a solid!
"so it appears you have the ability to control the natural state of matter of anything you touch, based on my own position I'd assume you can only control things of a 15 km distance
he was smirking that damned rich kid was so full of himself
I could tell my stand was more of a speed type since no matter how hard I punched the metal it wouldn't break, break
I couldn't describe Braxton's stand All I knew is it was dangerous and potentially a threat to me and my friend group
he started punching my own stand and I felt every attack
I nearly coughed up blood before I swallowed it back down and looked at him
he walked right in front of me with his own stand holding mine down
I could hear it breaking just as I could hear my own bones
"you'll only be in the hospital for around a month or nine!"Braxton increased the amount of pressure on me or my stand
it immediately started cracking I could feel my fighting spirit wavering since I felt like I was teetering on deaths doorstep
's* I got to think fast'
That's when it hit me Max Galaxy punched the ground rapidly before dust stirred up
I could feel something inside my soul like it was my own instincts telling me what to do
I connected my arms and I cross like position before I fired a beam of light that nearly pierced Braxton but it only sent him back
The metal returned back to its liquid form before back into it a pole
noticing I was around 50 minutes late to class I booked it the rest of the way

this was odd, Malik was normally here by now he had the audacity to be passionately late but still he had well okay grades nothing horrendous... okay maybe a little bit
two of my close friends or talking to me they knew Malik just not on the same level as me
I responded half-hearted I knew that he had probably gotten himself into trouble again I look for him during lunch since that was our next period.
never did I ever expect him to come stumbling in the classroom with blood covering his face
The teacher took one look at him before Malik stared back at her she quickly got back to grading papers before he sat down dropping his backpack
rock who said right next to him quickly turned over
"hey... did you read the new sorosoro manga it was really good"
Malik looked at him for a moment I was not sure what he was going to do since his state of mine was unknown
"yeah yes I did my favorite part was when goro sliced michiro in half"
he coughed up blood all over his desk before he wiped it with his gym sock
"All right class dismissed!"
today was a bit different normally I would walk to Malik and then we'd walk down a couple stairs to my next classroom but it was different this time
he left without me?! which was a very odd on the count that for the last couple days he hadn't even been remotely speaking to me
he must had a run in with Braxton kid didn't know in the quit especially when he started making advances on me

this was odd I knew it was but Braxton had a lot of money and we used to be old school friends
have to school's funding is embezzled into Braxton's family
this will be okay if I didn't have to watch Malik stumble out of the classroom barely conscious
but made it at least a hundred times better for me was the fact that I saw him Braxton and a trash can with a note that read "trash ass"
I quickly walked on to my next class making sure I didn't see Malik anywhere

dam n Malik didn't look like he was in a gotcha life mood we had a lot of disputes whether or not it was anime but I think it is since it was in the YouTube anime section
"hey did you ever get around to fixing my book"
I slowly started laughing since it was me who kind of ripped it since we're playing tag with it not to mention it was a science book
cold hands touched me I jumped back before Malik grabbed onto me
Omar he was a weird kid first of all he was all touchy and even got accused of sexual harassment a couple times
on the other hand Malik had beef with him since he tried to be friends since he thought something was going on at home and thought he needed it
before Malik could react Omar walked off.
I thought the class was going to be chill when suddenly he snatched gumballs or that's what we called her phone
I've never seen anybody hop chairs so fast before Malik got over there
"hey! give it back to her!"
it took a couple of tries but he eventually did Omar fled the scene yet again to buy the other people luckily I just got to continue my manga I was writing
this was our biology teacher Mr Zoe
he was an overall nice guy and enjoyed anime and manga which mean he got along with a large portion of the school and he was quite young
"mista Zoe!"Malik called out
The teacher left understanding the reference before he got on with his lessons
. One thing that I have to say was Malik's handwriting wasn't too good even as a eighth grader going into high school it kind of sucked ass but I wouldn't say that I'm a pure bean.

this class is going to give me a God forsaking heart attack
Lorena and Malik are talking a ton but they're the better off students anyways The rest of the class was just noisy
as a teacher I didn't give any homework since quarantine had lightened up enough for us to go back to school
that lunch bell was like music to my ears before everybody charged out putting their books away
of course some of the anime fans like myself stayed and talked
it was a rather fun experience.

Good grief I could hear her footsteps already Bella and her crew consisting of a couple of girls and boys and Luna my crush walked in
I immediately took out a juice box and started drinking it
Lorena offered me part of her sandwich but I had to decline I didn't like cheese on sandwiches
at the end of the day the entire class was filled with a couple of mixed to students or I'd like to say a variety
The school's name was tallguy
and it was approaching 330 quickly as I checked my watch
The belt rung and I charged I got on my bike and pedaled the way going straight to my auntie's.
