Off for the weekend! Bachelor party here I come! Got all my fishing gear ready to go. Brought my favorite cologne, who knows I might see a pretty lady I am trying to impress. Get to let my hair hang loose just like my pal, Wes.

Mindy came to visit. She had taken a week off from starting her career. Took her a while but, she's doing great. She loves the updates. Larry and Jodi got her to record all her speeches and such like they did Burt. Which I forgot to mention, we all did that. We all got filmed. Even Melvin and Jack. They even got Earl, Grady, and Dr. Riley to send in their stories.

Another damned postcard. I think back to being with my military father who kept uprooting us where ever we went. Burt has got to know how much he has made us feel. It starts to sicken me that we can't do anything about it either. We got updates from Dr. Thorpe and the deadly duo that his blood and their blood aren't mixing well. So much hope for them trying to fix him. They're still going to keep trying though.
Speaking of feeling abandoned, Casey and Roger still get some bites on the Mixmaster side of things. Any new person like Jodi's boyfriend, Eric, we have been slowly telling them about all the things that happen here. Don't want to scare them away.
Also, some tourists keep bringing up red eyes. They see some red eyes lurking in the night around the forest. Hopefully, its not harmful but I let Casey and Roger know. When the deadly duo comes back in, I'll remind myself to give them the heads up.

Big news! Nancy's husband, that rocker named Damian Neptune, well he got us a major discount for this rock cruise he's going to be playing on. Everyone in the town is invited. Since we have babysitters for the town, deadly duo, we all decided it would be a nice vacation.
We will be floating in warmer weather, listening to some rock tunes, and just forgetting about this place for the moment.

Well, I know its early, but I have been bitten by the lovebug. That rock cruise became a love boat. I fell in love with the bartender. She said she liked working on the boat since it seemed like an adventure but now it's become a bore. I thought with a few drinks in my system that it was a good idea to let her know I give tours about graboids…. She actually loved that!. We had a fun time on the boat. Exchanged information. We've been keeping in touch for the time being.

Wedding day! Deadly duo got married in Las Vegas. Sounds cliché and not really their style but, the two got married in a hidden tropical garden oasis. It wasn't the typical Las Vegas style like in a casino with Elvis marrying them. It was actually super nice. Tropical indoors, wouldn't believe you're actually in Vegas.
Wes kept his long locks but it went well with his tux. He had two groomsmen. Rose looked dop dead gorgeous. Her dress was designed by that Cota Orlav, that high fashion designer that visited us a while back. Which turns out, is also one of her best friends. Even that lawyer lady who is making waves, is her best friend too. Back to the wedding, they were her bridesmaids. It was a lovely ceremony. Not long, concise. They both had their own vows.
Heather was there along with the rest of her side of the family, she was in tears. After the ceremony, we let her know what's going on with Burt. She figured as much. Wes tries to keep her updated. Such a good son. Got to meet Rose's family. You can tell the apple doesn't fall very far from the tree.
Deadly duo booked their honeymoon in Switzerland. Wouldn't be my first choice but I'm happy for them.

Our pal Grady has come over. He's been wanting to see the updates. Also been wanting to form travel packages between us since he has part of the life cycle and we have the other side. Some great news! Deadly duo is going to become the deadly trio! Rose is expecting. She is now at four months. The two will be holding a baby shower come October where all of Perfection is invited. Larry and Jodi are excited about this as they get to use the new decorations they came up. It's going to be held at the restaurant.
Other news, not as great, never thought I would feel bad for a graboid but Rose let the two teenagers know and boy, was that the saddest sound I ever heard coming from them. Lots of wailing and clacking beaks.
They asked, in graboid language, basically when she will die. That was a hard one for her to explain. She said she wasn't going to die. Teenagers told her that that is what happens to them. Graboids die and other things live. When they hear that wailing, laughing, vibration above ground, all of them know that a graboid is going to die. When a graboid beaches themselves and won't return underground, they know that graboid will no longer survive. Heavy stuff, coming from graboids. Didn't think I would feel that sad for them.
Teenagers told her that the sound above ground from a wailing graboid metamorphizing into shriekers, is also a warning to all of them to no longer be in the area. That's why you won't see many graboids beaching together, besides the two teenagers who think its funny. A graboid is an animal in a sense, and will go off to hide to die. Makes sense why Earl and Grady chased that graboid, and the scientists during the assblaster incident chased after the other graboid. When a graboid no longer wants to chase you, that's when you need to run farther away, or get a different gun. Man, starting to sound like Burt since I miss him so much.

Attend deadly duo's baby shower. Turns out, they were the ones who bought that house Patricia flipped. No wonder they didn't need to stay anywhere. They had their own home. Which makes the town feel better since we now know who are new neighbors are.
Also, I got a plus one with me now. Bartender from the rock cruise, Andria, full name is Alexandria but likes Andria better, has moved in with me. She's done with bartending and now full onto this dangerous oasis. She's loving every minute of it. She also asked Jodi and Eric to be their bartender. That was accepted after they watched her demonstrate. Verdict was a yes! Her skills are amazing. She can do all of those fancy tricks and likes to keep up to date. Made me one of those smoked ones. Any drink of hers is going to be my favorite.

Like to welcome into the world, Bertram Gummer the second, named after his grandfather. Got a video of Wes holding the baby boy introducing him. They were at the secret headquarters since these two are still dangerous.

Another little vacation for the town members. Grady and Earl invited us to attend their 'Monster World.' Deadly trio will be supervising Perfection as usual. Also, finally get to see the albino shriekers and assblasters.

Well butter my butt and call me a biscuit! This is one of the happiest days of my life! I am sure thankful for the deadly trio. While we were away enjoying the vacation, those three took it upon themselves with the help of Dr. Thorpe and some government agents, they got the teenagers to unearth all of the vehicles that got sunk! Meaning I have my 1970 Dodge Charger back! Maybe full of dirt and dented in some areas but I got her back all in one piece.
Now why did the deadly trio need to do this, well for starters, El Blanco is growing in length and width but mostly in length. Perfection holds the two but with all the vehicles that have been submerged, it's making their home more dangerous and more crowded. I think of it like that snake game where it can't touch the sides or itself but you need to make it eat the block and it grows longer each time. Something like that. They don't want manmade items disrupting their movements, so Wes and Rose got the teenagers to basically clean up their room.
The group had tow trucks to pull out the vehicles. How the teenagers helped was taking the dirt away from the top of the ground that was above and around the vehicle. This made it easier to pull the vehicle out. It also informed the scientists about what could go on underneath during the hunt. Do the graboids suffocate big prey this way and then eat it? Lots of questions for Dr. Thorpe to answer.
With all the vehicles that got unearthed, seemed like a used parking lot. We, mostly the government, is finding the owners of the vehicles that were lost to graboids. Andria and I are going to work together on my car to get it restored to its perfect condition again.
They also dug up Dr. Jim Wallace and Megan Wallace's station wagon. That one was rusted, bent, torn apart, mangled, you name it. It's at that super, secret headquarters. Majority of the vehicles are like mine, some dented due to the graboids but that station wagon. That tells a different story. Not a happy one. According to Dr. Thorpe, the reason why it is mangled could be due to the fact that Jim and Megan were trying to get away and they couldn't as the graboids sunk the wagon down, tearing it apart to get to them.
Lots of dirt is in that one. They're going to have a forensic team look it over. If it turns out to be true, I don't want to know. I can't even imagine. I don't want to even imagine.

It happened. Larry got himself a girlfriend. A girl of his caliber. She likes all the things he likes. They do all sorts of nerdy stuff. She even has a degree in film and theater. Is she also a new addition to Perfection? That she is! Those two have been talking to one another for two years now and they have finally made it official. Also, how did Larry not brag to any of us that he was talking to a lady? He kept it under wraps until he surprised us when a moving truck came through town. We all were curious, so we went out to see, that's when Larry introduced us to his girlfriend, Elora. Guess her name is off of some fantasy movie. Never seen it.
As for the new addition part of Perfection, when she's not helping with the museum, she's waiting tables at the restaurant. Her and Larry take turns. One will curate the museum while the other waits to tables and then flip flop.
Thanks to them date night has been a hoot! We watch movies in the museum theater, at the restaurant we do our own version of Iron Chef, stargaze on Larry's roof, moonlight tours by yours truly, and anything else all three of us couples can do together. Sometimes, four when the deadly trio arrive.

Guess who is expecting baby number two? Deadly trio now becomes deadly quattro. Little Bertie is such a cute little tike. The group has been distancing themselves, mostly because they don't know all what little Bertie might do, since he has Mixmaster just like them. We did get to visit them but he stayed in Wes' arms for the time being.

Rose and Wes welcomed a baby girl, Seraphina. The four of them at the usual place. This time we all got to watch it on that big screen at the museum theater. Can't wait to meet her!
Besides the good news, other news is that Dr. Thorpe is creating a fake Perfection. It's going to be like the original Perfection or close to it, but several miles away. With all that research from the Wallace's station wagon, he's wanting to see in real time how graboids can destroy buildings and such. What better way by recreating Perfection to do that? Which isn't that helping the teenagers? Maybe one day, they'll get tired of all of us and they will have the knowledge to destroy the town now, thanks to practicing, and we're all going to be dead.
About the Wallace's station wagon, it's what I feared. The forensic team did uncover that a person was trapped inside. A graboid or graboids, they're still trying to figure that one out, took whoever was in there and ate them underground. Gives me the chills!

Burt actually showed up to Perfection! He gathered his supplies and left right afterwards but he actually came by! Must have been on a mission since he didn't even notice the updates. The teenagers left him alone as well, thankfully.

I can now say I have joined married club. Andria and I tied the knot at midnight on December 31st. We followed a page out from the deadly duo and got married in Vegas. However, no tropical oasis for us. Oh no, her and I decided to get married at the Neon Museum. All those vintage signs sparkling around us, it was romantic. Our honeymoon, we didn't go to the Swiss Alps, but we're heading on over to Lake Tahoe.

Another wedding celebration. This time is Jodi and Eric tying the knot. They got married back home in California. We got the deadly den to watch over Perfection while we all attend. Which those two only send out gifts instead but then again with Mixmaster running through their veins, I guess they can't do much, especially with two children who have it as well.

Can't believe our Larry is growing up! Elora and Larry have now joined the marriage club in the most Larry and Elora way. The two got married on Halloween. Everyone wore costumes. Those two dressed up in their fanciest costumes. Lots of lace, frills, and velvet. They had a guy with big feet and a brown cloak to be their ring bearer. I get the reference and don't get the reference.
Andria and I went as the couple from Top Gun. Jodi and Eric went as Snow White and Prince Charming. Rosalita dressed up as Selena as she has always wanted to do that! She looked great! Nancy wore one of her old hippie outfits from back in the day. Harlowe came as himself, a cowboy.
Even got a surprise from the deadly den. Fitting that they came as their own version of a cross between the Addams Family and the Munsters. Wes had two white streaks on either side as he was the 'Groom of Frankenstein.' Rose came in a dress cross between Lily Munster and Morticia Addams. She had the glamorized Frankenstein look. Little Bertie was a little wolf pup and Seraphina was Wednesday Addams.
