Everyone was in quite a fuss at Marine headquarters, as a highly ranked officer had disappeared without a trace.

"He doesn't seem to be here Vice-Admiral!" said a Marine.

"I know that already, you imbecile! I'm asking you where the hell he went?"

"Since his bicycle is missing too, he probably went to sea."

The Vice-Admiral groaned. "Contact the Five Elder Stars."

"Sir!"

The Five Elders were soon informed of the disappearance, and they weren't particularly pleased.

"We should expect this sort of thing by now," said the elder with the cane. "He's likely just sightseeing again."

"Be that as it may don't you think he should show a bit more respect for his position?" said the bald elder. "We can't have him wondering about whenever he sees fit. Admiral Asmund is one of Navy headquarters as powerhouses after all."

Cycling on a bike in the middle of the ocean was a tall black-haired man wearing a blindfold on his forehead. He was currently looking down at a wanted poster for Hiccup.

"Can't say I'm surprised to see a bounty on this kid's head," he said. "His whole family is filled with troublemakers."

Meanwhile, Hiccup and the other Dragon Riders had anchored off a nearby island in order to replenish supplies. They had already managed to find some edible fruit and caught a few small animals.

"Hey, Chopper, did you find any herbs?" Fishlegs asked.

Chopper nodded. "This place has all sorts of neat stuff, I've got a good start, but I'm still looking in case I miss something. Which reminds me a notice something weird a second ago." He then looked down the ground. "There's a little groove along the trail here; I wonder what it is?"

"You're right. That is weird," said Fishlegs as he noticed the groove.

"It looks like a bicycle or something came through here," said Tuffnut.

"That doesn't make any sense; there's no one else on the island," Ragnar pointed out. "Why would there be a bicycle?"

"I'm only calling as I see it," said Tuffnut.

"Looks like we're almost through the jungle," said Hiccup.

Sure enough, they soon entered the clearing, and the only thing of notice was a huge rock in the centre.

"Not alone out here," said Hiccup. Chopper's mouth then fell wide open, and he immediately ran off. "There, again, I could be wrong."

"Maybe he found some new herbs," said Toothless.

Astrid then noticed something on top of the rock. "Is that a mushroom?"

Chopper turned around the corner, but then suddenly, he was not backwards, startling everyone.

"There must be something behind that rock!" said Toothless, looking at the others. "Come on, hurry!"

Chopper looked up to see what he hit and discovered that it was a very tall man. "Whoa, you're not a mushroom."

The mysterious man apparently was fast asleep while standing up, but then he suddenly awoke, removing his blindfold and noticed Chopper.

"Hm, deer?" he frowned.

"I'm a reindeer!" Chopper yelled angrily.

"Are you all right?" Hiccup asked as he and the others rushed over to him. "And who the heck is that?"

"What's going on?" Astrid asked.

"No clue, but it seems like someone is here," said Ragnar.

"Do you mind, I was sleeping," said the mysterious man.

"While standing up?" Hiccup frowned.

"Man, that guy is huge," said Snotlout.

"I thought we were alone on this island," said Fishlegs.

"Don't know who he is, but he doesn't look that dangerous," said Ruffnut.

"He doesn't look too bright either," said Tuffnut.

"Talk about the pot calling the kettle black," Toothless muttered under his breath.

Heather's eyes widened as her eyes laid eyes on the mysterious man in fear. She was so startled that he actually toppled over; this was the first time that any of them had seen Heather looking terrified.

"You know him?" said Hiccup.

Toothless reach for his blades, knowing that anything that startled Heather had to be dangerous.

"I've never seen her so startled," said Astrid.

"So, is this guy an enemy?" Ragnar asked.

"Who is he?" Fishlegs asked.

"Yeah, if Heather is freaking out, then so am I," Snotlout gulped.

"Something is wrong," said Chopper.

"Guess this guy is a big you," said Ruffnut.

"Yeah, but is he dangerous?" Tuffnut asked.

"Whoa… whoa… whoa…" said the mysterious man calmly. "Hold on, look, I know you're surprised to see me, but don't get so worked up. It's not like I came here on official orders or anything, it's a nice day, so I decided to go for a ride."

"Orders, huh?" Toothless frowned, grasping Light Fury. "And who is it that you work for?"

"He is a Marine; not only that, but he is also known as one of the world government ultimate powerhouses," said Heather.

"For real?" Hiccup stared.

"I'm afraid so; this is Admiral Asmund from Navy headquarters."

"Admiral?" everyone stared.

"My my, you have grown into quite the lovely lady, haven't you, Heather Owson?" Asmund smiled.

"Wait, this guy has an Admiral?" Ragnar stared. "But that's what the highest ranks there is."

"That's Riders only three officers in the entire Navy that currently hold the position of Admiral," said Heather. "Asger… Asmund… and Kael. The only one who outranks them is Fleet Admiral Sander, the Navy's top official. The man you see standing before you is one of the three men known as the World Government ultimate powerhouses."

"Why the heck is someone like this even here?" Snotlout asked. "Should you be out hunting some big-time pirates with 1 billion Gil bounty or something?"

Asmund then turned his eyes to Astrid. "Oh, my my…"

"What do you want?" Astrid glared.

"Another very sexy lady, are you free tonight?" Asmund asked.

Hiccup glared at him. "You get away from her!"

"Whoa, whoa, hold on a second, you guys," said Asmund calmly. "Did you hear what I just said? I'm just out taking a little stroll. Don't get so worked up, okay. I mean, you guys are just… just like… whatchamacallit's, you know."

"Come again?" Hiccup frowned.

"What did he say?" Chopper asked, confused.

Asmund just stood there thinking hard. "I forgot, oh well."

"Can you at least tried to make sense?" Ragnar groaned.

Snotlout looked at Heather. "Heather, are you kidding? You must have mistaken him for someone else; this doofus wouldn't pass for regular Marine, let alone an Admiral."

"Hey, come on, you shouldn't go around judging people based on their appearance," said Asmund.

"He's got a point; I mean, look how many people underestimate our captain because of his appearance," Fishlegs pointed out.

"Anyway, what I've been saying… excuse me for a moment," he said and then laid down on the ground. "Being on my feet for too long me to be tired."

"Then maybe you shouldn't have been sleeping standing up," Astrid muttered.

"What I was saying is that I have no intention of capturing or anything like that, so just take it easy," said Asmund looking at them all. "I'm only here to confirm the whereabouts of Heather Owson, who hadn't been seen since the Arabasta incident. As we suspected, she's been with you."

"That's one tall piece of apathy," said Ragnar.

"The only thing high-ranking about him is his nerve," Snotlout muttered.

"I'll put some sort of report together for headquarters later," said Asmund. "Now that you've added another crewmember got a price on her head, your overall bounty has gone up. 100 million… plus 60 million… plus 55 million… plus 79 million equals…" He then pours in order to do the maths. "Oh, screw it, some big ass number."

"For the record, it's 294 million in total," said Hiccup folding his arms.

They then heard footsteps and turned and saw many people emerging from the forest; some of them were injured and looked as if they hadn't eaten for days.

"So you're really a Marine; I wish we had known that a lot sooner," said one of them, looking at Asmund.

"Hey, who all these people?" Fishlegs asked.

"Whoa, are you guys okay?" Ragnar asked.

"I thought this island was uninhabited?" said Snotlout.

"Well, they're probably castaways that washed up on the shore here," said Asmund. "There was a passenger liner that was reported missing about a month ago, last seen somewhere in this area. I'm guessing it sank, and these are the survivors."

Hiccup quickly had Chopper treat their injuries Ragnar and Snotlout went back to the ship to get some food.

"How are they, Chopper?" Hiccup asked.

"Some of them are injured, but it doesn't appear to be anything too serious," said Chopper. "I've got some medicine that should fix them right up. But the more pressing matter is that they haven't had much to eat for days. Their bodies are weak."

"Ragnar and Snotlout went to see if they could find some food. They should be back soon," said Astrid.

Sure enough, the two of them returned with a large amount of food.

"Sorry, it took so long," said Ragnar.

Once in the clearing, Ragnar didn't waste any time and began cooking the food, and the castaways began eating it like there was no tomorrow.

"I can only imagine how hungry you are," Hiccup chuckled.

"Take it easy; there's no need to wolf it down. There's plenty more where that came from," Ragnar assured them.

"This island might be deserted, but you still could have found food on your own, you know," Astrid pointed out. "You're lucky we came along when we did."

"The shipwrecked in the Grand Line, they're lucky to be alive at all," said Fishlegs.

"Not everyone was so fortunate; we were the only ones on the ship who made this island," said one of them.

"So, what happened?" Hiccup asked.

"We were on our way home from a gourmet tour of Kvasir, the city renowned for its exquisite food. When suddenly our ship collided with a giant frog that was doing a front crawl and shattered into pieces."

"A giant frog doing the front crawl?" Fishlegs stared in bewilderment. "Seriously?"

"Besides, frogs normally do the breaststroke," Ragnar joked.

"That sounds crazy," said Snotlout.

"It's the truth!" the castaways snapped.

"Yeah, that was Magni," said Asmund, and everyone stared at him.

"Magni?" Astrid frowned.

"After what seemed like days of struggling, we were finally made to this island," the castaway continued. "It didn't take long to deplete our food supply; after one month, we were on the brink of starvation. Then we saw someone approaching the island. We rejoiced until we noticed that he was riding a bicycle on the water."

"Come on, that even more far-fetched than the frog," said Snotlout.

"Yeah, that was me actually," said Asmund, and everyone stared at him.

"The only boat we saw after that looked like a pirate ship," said the castaway.

"That was us," said Astrid.

"Wow, that makes you one of those…" said Asmund. "Uh, those you know…"

"Just spit it out!" the twins yelled.

"Now before I leave, you guy should gather your stuff and get ready believed to," said Asmund looking at the castaways. "Fortunately, I know of an inhabited island that's not too far away from this one; you should go there and ask them to help you out."

"Yeah, but how are they going to do that? They don't have a ship," Hiccup pointed out.

"Yeah, other than ours, there isn't another ship around anywhere," Chopper nodded.

"So there's no ship, and none of them appears to have a log pose," said Fishlegs scratching his head. "I honestly don't see how any of them are going to get that island."

"Oh, they'll be fine," Asmund assured him.

"Nothing you say sounds the least bit convincing," Snotlout muttered.

"It's true," said Heather, and everyone looked at her. "He does have the power to help."

Soon everyone began making their way towards the shore; they had created a makeshift sledge for the castaways' provisions.

"That should just about do it," said Hiccup as he tightened the last knot.

"We loaded them up with food and water; it should be enough to last them quite a while," said Ragnar.

"Feels good to do a little work from time to time," said Asmund.

"It sure does," said Hiccup as he brushed the sweat from his brow.

"You know I seriously don't know what to make of this Marina Admiral," said Astrid.

"You still haven't explained how you can help these guys," said Hiccup.

"You'll see," said Asmund as he dropped his coat and made his way to the water. "All right, everybody stay back."

He then placed his hand in the water, and it looked as if he was concentrating very hard. Then suddenly shooting out of the water was sea king and it dived down towards Asmund.

"Watch out!" Hiccup yelled.

"That's sea king is going to eat whole!" Fishlegs panicked.

Hiccup quickly transformed into his hybrid form and was about to attack the sea king, but then cold air began to erupt from Asmund arm.

"Ice Age!" said Asmund.

Suddenly the water turned to ice in a single moment and it quickly in case the sea king. Everyone stared as the ice continued on until freezing the sea until it disappeared into the horizon.

"A Devil Fruit…" Toothless breathed.

Everyone else was just too stunned to speak.

"The sea…" said Hiccup breaking the silence. "…it's frozen."

"This is the power of a Navy Headquarters Admiral," said Heather.

Asmund's body was completely covered in frost, but his arm looked as if it was made of solid ice. He then rose to his feet, and the frost around his body began to melt.

"It will stay like that for at least a week," said Asmund as he made his way up the bank and picked up his coat. "Head out across the sea in that direction and take your time. You should reach the island in about four days. It's gonna be a little on the chilly side, so be sure to bundle up and stay warm."

"Is this a dream?" said the castaway. "The sea has become as hard as the ground; we can finally cross it! Now we'll be able to get off this island!"

All of the castaways then cheered for Asmund, and he just merely waved back as he walked off.

Soon everyone was bundled up in blankets and began to make the wrong track across the ice.

"Okay then, time for us to get going," said the castaway.

"I'm glad we were able to offer some assistance," said Hiccup.

"Take care," said Astrid.

"I guess there are all sorts of different pirates, huh? How can we ever thank you for everything that you have done for us? Not only did you treat us sick and injured, but you share your food and water with us as well."

"Don't worry about it," said Hiccup.

"Good things happen to good people; just let fate take its course," said Fishlegs.

"Make sure the children don't catch a cold; keep them bundle uptight," Chopper advised.

"At any rate, these colder temperatures should keep your food fresh for longer," said Ragnar.

"Thank you all very much; we will never forget your kindness! Take care, Dragon Rider Pirates!"

The castaways then began making their way across the ice, waving back at them, and Hiccup and the others did the same.

"Boy, this place is freezing," said Snotlout as he had himself. "It feels as if winter just happened."

"Check it out. I can skate!" said Chopper as he skated across the ice flawlessly.

"Guess we shouldn't be surprised you were born a winter island," Hiccup chuckled.

Asmund just sat down on the bank, looking at them, not showing the slightest bit of emotion. He then watched as they made their way back onto the island, and Hiccup could tell there was something on his mind.

"What is it?" Hiccup asked.

"How should I put this?" said Asmund giving him a small smile. "You're the spitting image of your grandfather, Hiccup D Haddock."

Hiccup's eyes widened.

"Or maybe I should say you're just as stubborn and hard to figure out," said Asmund.

"You know my grandfather?" said Hiccup looking horrified.

"Seriously?" said Snotlout. "Hiccup's?"

Everyone then noticed that Hiccup looked utterly terrified; it was as if someone had just stepped over his grave.

"Hiccup, you are right?" Astrid asked.

"I'm fine," said Hiccup regaining his composure.

"Your grandfather helped me out once, a long time ago," said Asmund. "That's why I'm here. I wanted to see you and Heather Owson together with my own eyes. On second thought, maybe I should just kill you. The government still doesn't consider you a threat, but I know enough of your history to see that your formidable crew. You may be few in number, but with the shrewd rogues gathered here, this crew will likely be a problem later on. Considering the circumstances regarding your initial bounty, the numerous daring actions you take in, and the speed of your overall progress. I thought outlaws for most of my life, but thinking how you'll turn out scares the hell out of me."

"Hey, wait!" Snotlout yelled. "Hold on a second, you said you were here to check things out, not to kill anyone!"

"One among you I consider the most dangerous, and that would be you, Heather Owson," said Asmund looking directly at her.

"So despite everything, you are here for Heather," said Hiccup angrily.

"The size of her bounty is not merely a reflection of her strength and power; it also represents something else that would be the level of threat and danger she poses to the World Government. That's why 79 million Gil bounty was placed on my head at the tender young age of eight. I'm impressed you able to survive, especially as a child; you manage to betray, sidestep and escape from everyone in your past and then found new partners to make you safe. You survived in the underworld by being quick to switch sides, and now you've chosen this crew as your next haven."

"That's enough, jerk!" Ragnar yelled. "I'm not going to stand here and insult a member of our crew! What kind of ridiculous grudge are you holding against Heather?"

"I don't have anything against her; the only connection we have between us is that I let her escape from the one time. That's about it, it was a long time ago. You will all learn soon enough that protecting this troublesome woman leads to nothing but regret. If you need proof, just listen to this; every organisation that she has something to do with in the past has been annihilated. Not one single solitary member escaped except for her. Why is that Heather Owson?"

"I don't really care about her past!" Hiccup yelled.

"Yeah, that's right. If we did, we wouldn't have a pirate hunting drake or a conniving woman ex-thief on our crew, would we?" Snotlout nodded.

Astrid then twisted his arm. "Don't go overboard!"

"Who we are now is more important than who we were," said Ragnar.

"That's right, Heather is our friend. Don't you dare say anything bad about her!" Chopper snapped.

"I see. So these poor fools don't suspect a thing," said Asmund looking directly at Heather.

"Just get to the point!" Heather snapped as she crossed her arms. "If you want to arrest me, then why not just do it already! Thirty Flowers!"

Then about 30 arms shot out from the ground and Asmund and began to strangle him.

"Guess that concludes with negotiations," said Astrid.

"My, my, did something I say strike a nerve?" Asmund asked. "It's too bad I must've underestimated how reasonable a woman you were."

"And Clutch!" Heather yelled.

Heather's arms then started to pull Asmund's back and attempt to snap his back, but his entire body been shattered into ice.

"He shattered into a million pieces!" Chopper cried.

However, it didn't take long for Asmund to reform; they watched as his body slowly regenerated.

"It didn't work!" Snotlout panicked. "We're screwed! Let's get out of here! Everyone run for your lives!"

"Now, now, that wasn't a very nice thing to do," said Asmund as he towered over Heather. He then kicked some grass and tossed it into the air; he then let loose a cold breath freezing the grass into a blade. "Ice Saber! I didn't want to kill you, but now…"

He then swung his blade down towards Heather, and she braced herself, but the attack never came. She opened her eyes and saw that Toothless had blocked the attack with his own blade. Ragnar then came dashing in and kicked the blade away, causing it to spin off towards the forest.

Hiccup then came charging in, transforming into his hybrid form. "Dragon…" Asmund then suddenly grabbed Toothless' shoulder and Ragnar's knee. "…Fist!"

Hiccup then slammed his fist right into Asmund's chest, but suddenly, it began to freeze.

"He's cold!" Hiccup gasped.

Ice began to creep around Hiccup's arm, and he began to scream in pain as his arm burned from the cold. It wasn't just him either; the same thing was happening to Toothless' shoulder and Ragnar's knee.

"He got all three of them had once," said Astrid horrified as everyone began screaming.

All three of them then fell to the ground clutching their frozen body parts, howling in pain.

"He's treating them solid I have to help quickly," said Chopper. "If they get frostbite, then their limbs will start to rot." He then quickly turned towards Snotlout, who just sat there petrified. "Snotlout, what are you doing? We have to save them now!"

"I want to help," said Snotlout as he sat there shaking. "I'm trying to, but I can't seem to move. Did he freeze me too?"

"No, you're just too scared, you coward!" Chopper snapped.

"Heather runaway!" Astrid yelled.

Heather, however, was just too petrified to move.

"You have some very loyal friends, but you will never change, Heather Owson," said Asmund looking directly at her.

"No, that's not true!" Heather yelled.

Asmund then leaned in towards her and grasped her.

"Heather, get away from him!" Hiccup yelled. "Watch out!"

Too late, Asmund was already using his powers to freeze her entire body.

"I'm not who I—" said Heather before her face was completely covered in ice.

"Heather!" Ragnar screamed.

Everyone watched in horror as her entire body had now transformed into an ice statue.
