Eret's eyes widened when he realised who was on the other line. "You're that Spanda?

"Spandam, you're missing the M!" Spandam yelled and then shuffled. "But I'll have plenty of time to drill that into your head once you arrive at Enies Lobby. Make it quick back, men. I'm simply dying to teach that criminal a lesson!"

He immediately swung his sword in frustration, accidentally cutting through a lamp that was directly above him. He looked up in time to see the candle falling towards them, and Eret and the others heard screams of anguish on the other end.

"Damn, stupid lamp!" Spandam yelled, and they heard the sound of something being smashed yet again.

"Tire him up," said Silvernose.

Burl got a bag and immediately put Eret in, only allowing his head to be seen and tied up tightly.

"Ow!" Eret yelled. "Hey, punk, watch those hands!"

"Come on," said Lael.

CP9 then began walking past Snotlout, who still had no idea what was going on. However, he knew one thing that he couldn't just let them take Eret.

"Let him go!" Snotlout roared as he spun around. "Come back here, you bastards!"

Lael then came to a stop and turned to face him with dark, evil-looking eyes. Snotlout gulped upon seeing his eyes and immediately lost his resolve.

"Never mind," he said.

"If you're not going to help, don't get my hopes up!" Eret yelled at him.

Unfortunately, he woody got the attention of CP9.

"Wait, I know you, don't I?" said Silvernose looking at Snotlout. "You're part of the Dragon Riders crew."

Meanwhile, the shipwrights were still trying to put out the flames at Galley Law main office, but it was a losing battle. Iceberg and Palmer were unconscious and tied up together as the flames got closer towards them.

Rex just squeaked helplessly, then he heard some of the rubble shift. The twins had managed to limp their way towards the rubble and help Chopper out, who was still conscious. Tuffnut bent down and picked up Moonlit, the sword that Toothless had dropped.

Ruffnut then began to untidy Iceberg and Palmer, placing them on Chopper's back.

Two conductors were getting everything operational at the Sea Train station at the last Sea Train ride of the day.

"Last train of the day is cutting it kinda close. Wonder what the Governments got in mind?"

"Don't know, but it must be serious if they're going out during Aqua Laguna."

"Yeah, that sounds about right. I heard the people getting on tonight are bigshot secret agents."

"That's news to me."

"Some folks from the Navy were talking about it just a few minutes ago. From what I gather, the Government sent this team of undercover agents to Water 7 a bunch of years ago, and they just now finished their mission. Nice timing."

"No kidding."

"Of course, I did hear the details; who knows what they were doing all these years."

"And you said these guys were undercover now, didn't you? That means they might be people we already know."

The conductor looked around to ensure that no one was within earshot, then whispered in his ear. "Actually, you're right, now keep this a secret, but I think I might have a good idea who they are."

"Who? Tell me."

The conductor then whispered something in his ear.

"What? From the back streets?"

The conductor nodded. "I've caught them having some real hush-hush conversations in the corner over at Burl's bar."

"That might be a little fishy, but I don't think it means that their secret agents."

"It's not just that, the always spending money and living like kings even though they are the work at all."

"Ah, that's a good point. I've seen them riding first-class quite a few times."

"See… well, whether I'm right or not, will find out their secret identities soon enough. After all, they will be boarding the Sea Train any minute now. Mark my words, this will be the talk of the whole town tomorrow."

"I'm sure."

Of course, the two engineers had no idea that Galley Law headquarters was being burned to the ground. The shipwrights were fighting valiantly to put out the fire, but whoever had set fire to please knew what they were doing. The flames were too large, and it didn't help that the wind was in the wrong direction, which was hampering their efforts.

"No good! The wind is too strong!"

"It's getting worse!"

"If Iceberg's in there, we've got to get him out now!"

Then suddenly, they heard something smashing right through the window above them. They looked up and saw that Chopper and the twins had smashed through the window.

The moment they touched the ground, the twins, who were completely worn out, fell unconscious the moment they broke through the window and hit the ground hard. On the other hand, Chopper landed perfectly, though he was badly burnt and barely able to stay conscious.

The shipwrights were completely astonished; they did recognise the twins or Chopper, but riding on top is back where Iceberg and Palmer.

"Iceberg?"

"Palmer?"

Chopper began looking around, and he saw Astrid lying on the ground unconscious. 'Astrid… oh no… I have to treat her right away. If I can just…'

He then collapsed after taking just a few small steps.

The shipwrights just stood there in the daze, but then reality started to set in the quickly rushed over towards them.

"Hurry! First aid their burnt all over!"

"Hey, what are we going to do about this reindeer?"

"Help him; he saved their lives!"

"You're right; somebody give me a hand!"

"And these two, I don't recognise them. They could be Dragon Riders," said a shipwright gesturing to the twins.

"Leave them; we don't have enough evidence to support that. Let's wait until they begin consciousness and then started to interrogate them!"

Meanwhile, in the warehouse, Snotlout was facing the members of CP9, and Silvernose had just taken him down rather easily.

"Oh boy," said Eret rolling his eyes as Snotlout fell to the ground. "That's just sad."

"So what you're saying is that you let the Dragon Riders, but you haven't given up your life of crime," Silvernose summarised. "What a shame. If your pirate, you're coming with us… Kala."

Kala brought out her whip. "Got it."

"And as for this ship," said Silvernose turning to face the Tiger as Kala approached Snotlout. "You still haven't disposed of it."

"Stay away, don't you dare touch her!" Snotlout yelled.

Silvernose ignored him and undid the hook that was suspending the ship over the dock. Then, with the shifting weight, the hook on the other end snapped off, leaving the ship to drift in the dock.

"I do listening to me! What are you going?" Snotlout roared.

"Even if it was only a temporary disguise, we're respected as shipwrights," said Silvernose and opened the doors to the dock wide open. "When we say that your ship is done for, then you would do well to listen to us."

"What do you care?" Snotlout yelled. "It's not even your ship! I can do whatever I want with it!"

Slivernose then approached a nearby lever. "This lever releases the water, right?"

Snotlout stared at him, horrified. "Cut it out! That's not funny, dammit!"

He then quickly got to his feet and charged at Silvernose as he pulled down on the lever causing the water to rush out of the dock. The Tiger then began following the current, and Snotlout chased after her frantically, but he tripped.

"No, stop it!" he yelled, getting back to his feet. "Don't let her all!"

Before he could get the lever, Kala swung her whip and ensnared him. He began to topple over and only watch as the Going Tiger fell into the rapids and got caught up by the storm.

"Tiger!" Snotlout cried at the top of his voice.

Overby Galley Law headquarters, the building began to crumble.

"Get back! Runaway!"

Some of the shipwrights pulled away from the building, but a few were still trying to douse the flames.

"Come on!"

Shipwrights immediately grabbed one still fighting the fire for them back to safety.

"You idiot! Run!"

With that, the entire building began to collapse.

"Dammit, isn't there anything we can do?"

It was at that moment that Iceberg began to regain consciousness.

"Look, Mr Iceberg is awake!"

"All right, he's safe!"

"I knew he'd make it!"

With that, all the shipwrights cheered; they were long overdue for some good news.

"Go Galley Law!"

"Those twins in the reindeer saved his life!"

"Are you sure? I thought they're with the Dragon Riders?"

Iceberg was a little confused about how he got outside, listening to his men managed to put two and two together. The twins and Chopper had managed to free themselves and then rested both him and Palmer, despite everything that happened.

"Hey, this woman is from the Dragon Riders too!" said a shipwright at Astrid regain consciousness herself.

"So what now? Do you think maybe we should tie her up and question her?"

"I don't know, she's just a girl, and she's hurt too."

"I know, but…"

They stopped when they saw Iceberg had risen to his feet.

"Whoa, you shouldn't be moving yet, Mr Iceberg!"

Astrid looked up and saw Iceberg looking down at her; the last thing she remembered was being thrown out of the window by CP9.

"Sorry, men, but I need a little space right now," he said, looking at the shipwrights. "That is to say, I want to speak to this woman in private."

The shipwrights were deeply confused, considering the Dragon Riders were suspects of his attempted assassination and were possibly responsible for the arson.

Regardless they gave Astrid a blanket. Then she and Iceberg went to the far corner of the compound.

"Wonder what those two are talking about?"

"Beats me."

A shipwright then tossed a stone at them.

"What was that for?"

Many of the shipwrights were getting hoses and were dousing the rubble, hoping to find any more survivors inside.

"Stop staring and give me a hand! I know that Iceberg and Palmer are safe, but the rest of the foremen might still be trapped inside!"

"Yeah, he's right. Let's go!"

"Oh, but… Yeah, sorry!"

While the shipwrights were still trying to search for survivors, Iceberg was talking to Astrid.

"First off, I must apologise," he said. "I falsely accused you and your entire crew; I'll try to clear that up soon. But for now, I want to talk about Heather Owson."

"What do you know?" Astrid asked.

"When you first came to Water 7 did she start acting strangely?" he asked.

"Yeah, she did," Astrid nodded. "She went into town that day and then never came back. By the next morning, she was the prime suspect of your attempted murder. When Ragnar, Fishlegs and Chopper finally saw her again, she said this was goodbye and wouldn't be part of the crew anymore. Of course, none of that made any sense to us, so we decided to break into your mansion in the hopes that we would be able to see her one more time and find out the truth."

She then remembered what Heather had said about wanting to make her wish come true. Corner her whatever that wish maybe it resulted in them not being together.

"What kind of wish would force her to give up all of her friends?" said Astrid looking frustrated. "I mean, I knew when she first joined the crew that she wasn't to be trusted, but as we sailed together, I really, for we have a connection. Completely out of the blue, she betrays us for no good reason, just don't understand why she's doing this?"

"I think I know the answer, actually," said Iceberg.

Astrid's eyes lit up as she looked at him.

"This probably started shortly after you lost sight of her for the first time," he theorised. "The Government had begun its operation the moment she arrived. In other words, there is a good reason why your friend did what she did, but before I go into the details, I want you to understand that both Heather Owson and I have the means to revive an ancient weapon that is capable; of destroying the entire world."

Astrid's eyes widened. "A weapon?"

"That's right…"

Iceberg then began to remember when he was at Heather's mercy; Lael had just called on the transponder snail to tell Heather that they had hit a snag and not to kill him.

"Do you understand now?" said Iceberg. "The blueprints that they found are fake. I don't care, I would rather die than hand over that information to the Government, but now it's that simple. If you've decided that you're going to help them and your searching for the Runeglyphs yourself, then I have to do everything I can to stop you."

"I understand your concerns, but I'm only studying the Runeglyphs to learn more about the history of the world. I don't care about the weapon."

"You have to take responsibility!" Iceberg yelled. "Even if you don't have malicious intent, your actions could still hurt people! If your curiosity for history leads to the destruction of the world, then you're better off dying right here right now, Heather Owson! Even after seeing what happened to the Devils of Draknar, you still want to walk this path!"

Heather then looked down at him furiously. "You don't know a damn thing about Draknar!"

Iceberg was completely taken aback and noticed that she was shaking uncontrollably.

"You have no idea how much the World Government has warped my life," she said. "Do you hear me?"

Iceberg just looked at her, confused. "If you hate the Government so much, why help them?"

Heather just looked at him darkly. "Because I have a wish that I would sacrifice anything for."

Then to Iceberg surprise, she had her arms that were pinning him to the floor disappear. She then turned her back on him and walked several steps away.

"When I came to this town, CP9 presented me with two conditions," said Heather. "The first was to pin your assassination on the Dragon Riders and leave their crew. The second was to turn myself over to the Government and follow their every order without question."

While she talked, Iceberg's eyes turned towards the pistol on the floor. "They realise they won't let you live. You escape them for 10 years. Why would you agree to something like that now?"

"In this particular instance, CP9 has been given permission to activate a Buster Call against the Dragon Riders."

"A Buster Call?"

"It's an emergency order that summons five vice admirals and 10 battleships to the same location. No matter how strong you are, no one can survive a full-scale military attack of that calibre. Under normal circumstances, only the three admirals and the head of the Navy, the Fleet Admiral, are allowed to exercise that kind of authority. However, this is a special case. Just this once, Admiral Asmund has given CP9 the right to make the call. When I heard his name, I surrendered; if I hadn't agreed to their conditions, then me and the rest of the Dragon Riders would have been annihilated.

For the past 10 years, I've been able to run away and survive no matter what the circumstance. But that's only because I've had nothing to protect because I was willing to betray others and use them as a shield. But not now, for the first time in all these years, I can't do that. They picked up the life I gave up on, returned the heart that I lost, and continued the dreams that I no longer believed in. Even after all I've done, I found friends that would still believe in me."

"I see…" said Iceberg. "Then what is your wish?"

Heather bit her lip and then turned to face him. "Excluding me, all the other Dragon Riders Pirates will be allowed to leave this island safely."

Iceberg just stared. "And so long as you have that, you don't care what happens to the rest of the world?"

"I don't," she said darkly.

Iceberg then quickly grabbed the pistol on the floor and pointed it directly at her. "I've heard all that I've can take."

However, his hand was shaking, and he lacked the strength to pull the trigger.

"In the end, I couldn't pull the trigger," said Iceberg looking at Astrid.

Astrid just sat there completely stunned.

"She was willing to sacrifice the lives of everyone in this world, even her own, so long as she could save the nine of you," Iceberg continued.

'She was protecting us,' said Astrid.

"As much as I hate to admit it, I have no right to criticise her," said Iceberg. "If they find the blueprints now, it's all my fault."

Astrid then collapsed onto the ground.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Iceberg asked, concerned about her injuries.

"I'm happy, that's all," said Astrid with a large smile on her face. "I thought she had betrayed us."

Iceberg just stared at her.

Astrid then began to give herself up. "I have got to find everyone else and let them know! Thank you, Iceberg!"

"Hold on!" Iceberg yelled as she began to run off. "What are you going to do now? The Dragon Riders have already lost to CP9."

Astrid looked at him, confused. "What do you me we lost? We haven't even started fighting yet; we wouldn't be here right now if we gave out that easily. Hiccup, we'll get Heather back, you'll see. We just needed motivation, that's all. Now that we know that Heather need saving, there's no limit to what we can accomplish!"

Iceberg just sat there staring at her, wondering if she was crazy.

Regardless Astrid ran towards the twins, who had started to begin consciousness, and Chopper.

"Great to see that you guys are up because we need to go after Heather," said Astrid looking at the twins.

"Since when have you been concerned about Heather?" Ruffnut asked.

"Yeah, did we miss anything?" Tuffnut frowned.

"I can explain later, but right now, we need a way Chopper up," said Astrid began shaking him.

The shipwrights just stared at her as she shook him violently.

"You sure you want to do that he's in pretty bad shape?"

Astrid just ignored them and continued to shake Chopper. "Chopper, you need to wake up, or else they gonna take Heather away for good!"

Chopper began to remember back when they confronted Heather; she had just left announcing that she would no longer be a member of their crew.

"Chopper, you go meet up with Hiccup and the others and tell them everything that happened between us and Heather, don't leave out a single detail," said Ragnar.

"Sure," Chopper nodded.

"So, what are we going to do?" Fishlegs asked.

"I have a plan, though it is going to be dangerous," Ragnar admitted. "I try and be careful, and we'll all meet up later."

Chopper then looked to the ground; sadly, Ragnar could tell something was bothering him.

"Something wrong?" he asked.

"Do you think… Heather doesn't like it anymore?" he asked.

"Chopper… let me share a secret with you," said Ragnar as he walked past him. "When a woman tells a lie, you know that she needs help."

Fishlegs frowned as he began chasing after him. "Hey, what do you mean?"

Meanwhile, the conductors at the train station had finally got everything sorted for the Sea Train journey tonight.

"Attention all passengers, boarding today's final service to Enies Lobby. Due to the high water level, we will be deported from the platform second floor. Leaving time is 11 PM."

Once you put the receiver down, he looked at his partner. "Let's go see who they are."

"Yeah!"

However, before they could leave, the booth immediately stopped by Government agents.

"This is a top-secret operation we're running here; the agents must board in private."

"No fair," said the conductors.

Outside the station, there was a good number of Marines and Government agents, all ready to board the train.

Corgi then approached Heather. "How considerate of you to finally turn yourself in. 10 years is a long time to run."

Unbeknownst to anyone watching from a safe distance was Ragnar and Fishlegs.

'Bingo,' Ragnar smiled.
