Hiccup was standing at the edge of the waterfall with Marines and agents alike surrounding him. There is no way he could fly, not with these wind currents behind him and the possibility of cannons on the rooftops.

"Bazooka unit forward!" a Marine ordered.

Marines holding bazookas then stepped forward.

'Well, at least I got their attention,' said Hiccup. 'There again, I can't play cat and mouse all day, not with Heather's life in danger.'

"Good, right there," said the Marine as they aimed their bazookas at Hiccup. "Fire!"

They immediately fired at Hiccup, and he quickly braced himself, but they have actually aimed at the ground at his feet. Due to the heavy bombardment began to crumble, and he fell over the edge.

"We got him!"

"He fell down the waterfall, and with the wind currents, he can't fly back up!"

The Marines and agents immediately ran towards the edge, feeling rather pleased with themselves. They looked over the edge, and indeed it looked as if Hiccup have fallen, but when the dust settled, they saw that he grabbed hold of the edge just before he fell.

"Hey, look! He still hanging onto the edge!"

The Marines looked down at him gleefully.

"That's quite a fix, but don't worry if you surrender peacefully; we'll be glad to pull you up."

"Yeah, right?" said Hiccup, not by it for a second.

"You stubborn little punk! Just die already!" said an agent, then tried to stop his foot on his hand.

Hiccup, however, moved his hand just before he stomped it.

"Take that!" said the agent trying to stop his foot again, but Hiccup kept on moving his hand. "Hey, get over here and help me, guys!"

"Roger!"

Immediately they all attempted to stomp Hiccup's hand, but he kept on moving around with incredible speed. Unbeknownst to them, all their stomping was actually weakening the edge, and then it crumbled. All of them screamed as they fell over the edge, and Hiccup smiled.

"Thanks for the help, guys," Hiccup smiled.

He then began running up the Marines and agents back onto the edge of the island.

"It's Dragon!"

The Marines that were left immediately fired at him, but of course, the butchers merely bounced off his scales.

"Well, at least I got them far away from the main island gate," said Hiccup. "Astrid and the others should be on the island by now, so I think I should start making my way towards the courthouse.

Hiccup then ran towards the courthouse.

"He went that way! After him!"

They all immediately began chasing after Hiccup, unaware that the Marines and agents had managed to grab hold of the edge of the island and were now hanging on for dear life.

"You're too heavy!"

"Guys on the bottom need to climb up first!"

"Okay, but take it slow. Real slow."

"Stop swinging!"

"It wasn't me. It was the wind!"

"Well, tell the wind to stop it then!"

Meanwhile, Astrid, Toothless and Ragnar were completely surrounded by Marines and agents alike.

"Hey, wait, I think I know that woman and that drake."

"Yeah, they're part of Dragon Conqueror Hiccup's henchmen… Valkyrie Astrid and Pirate Hunter Toothless."

"Henchmen, huh?" said Ragnar. "I think you'll find that we preferred the term crewmates."

"Yeah, not exactly a very flattering statement," Astrid agreed.

"Still wish I had a bounty, though; at least the two of you got recognised," said Ragnar.

"I get the feeling after today you'll definitely get one," said Toothless.

"I think we all will," said Astrid.

"Why don't they just beat them up?" said Snotlout folding his arms. "Instead of talking on the battlefield?"

"Don't know, but you have to admire their calmness," said Ruffnut.

"Yeah, if it was as we would have been fighting by now," said Tuffnut.

"You mean with the Marines?" Chopper asked.

"No, with each other," said the twins in unison.

It was then that an agent saw them standing by the Sea Train.

"Hey, there's more than over there!"

"They found us!" they panicked.

"Some might still be the train, blowing up!" a Marine ordered.

The Marines immediately aimed their bazookas at Rocketman.

"Fishlegs still inside," said Ragnar.

"Fire!"

They then fired at the Sea Train, severely damaging it, but thankfully Snotlout and the others managed to get to safety.

"Fishlegs!" Astrid screamed.

"Ceasefire!" a Marine yelled.

"What's wrong?"

"See for yourself!"

He then pointed at the Sea Train, and they saw Coco and Chimney sitting on top of it.

"Don't shoot!" Coco yelled. "I'm just an old lady!"

"I'm a little girl with a kitty cat," said Chimney pointing at Paws. "We're too young to die!"

"The Dragon Rider Pirates threaten to do rude and immoral stuff if I didn't operate the train for them!" said Coco.

"Those meanies!" said Chimney.

It might have been a bit more convincing if Coco hadn't just drunk from a bottle of alcohol.

"Who lets their hostages get drunk?" said Teeny rolling his eyes.

Surprisingly the Marines and agents in the by this.

"That was close; we almost blew up that innocent old lady."

"What kind of deranged monster would take a senior citizen, a little girl and a cat as hostages?"

There was so focused on Coco that they failed to notice that the storm cloud was forming above them.

"Is it me, or is that smoke forming a cloud?"

It was, in fact, Fishlegs, utilising his Perfect Clima-Gauntlets. "Using Cool Balls and Heat Balls, I can turn the moisture in the air into clouds."

Astrid breathed a sigh of relief. "Thanks the gods, you're alive, Fishlegs."

"Hey, something weird is going on with that smoke cloud thing," said Teeny.

"Look… look… the clouds are growing, granny," said Chimney.

"It's starting to look dangerous if you ask me," said Coco. "Come on, let's go."

She grabbed Chimney's hand, and they immediately ran off.

Fishlegs looked up at the storm cloud. "He didn't name it them the Perfect Clima-Gauntlets for nothing. These clouds are growing a lot bigger and faster than before. The question is, how strong are the thunderbolts. Let's find out."

He then placed his hands together, forming a Thunder Ball in his hand.

"This is looking scary, guys," said Teeny, not liking the look of this. "It's probably better to run, right?"

"I hope you're ready," said Fishlegs. "Because here comes the new Thunderbolt Tempo!"

He then fired the Thunder Ball into the storm cloud and no sooner had it touched the cloud than it started to rain lightning down upon everyone. The twins were running around frantically, trying to avoid the thunderbolts that shattered the buildings' nearby windows.

"Look, look, you can see their skeletons!" Chimney yelled as she and Coco sat beneath an umbrella.

Coco laughed. "I tell ya, that boy is something else."

"Hey, is this umbrella going to protect us?" Chimney asked.

"Sure, we haven't been struck by any of those lightning bolts yet, have we?" she said.

Then suddenly, a lightning bolt struck the umbrella, but thankfully none of them was actually close enough to get electrocuted. Though they did shock Chimney and Paws quite a bit.

The blast was so powerful that it sent Fishlegs flying into the air. Astrid and the others were caught in the blast along with the Marines.

Fishlegs groaned as he picked himself up. "I know he warned me that this upgrade path punch, but I wasn't expecting it to be this powerful."

"Even if you did nearly electrocuted as they were still cool," said Ruffnut.

"Maybe we should ask Hiccup to come up with something even more destructive?" Tuffnut asked.

"I think you'll find they're destructive enough already," said Astrid.

They all turned and was surprised that it looks completely unharmed, though the same convincing for Ragnar and Toothless.

"Will you what we're aiming at thing?" Toothless asked.

"Hey, it's my first time using it," said Fishlegs.

Ragnar looked at Astrid. "How come you didn't get electrocuted?"

"I don't know," she said honestly. "Enel said that I was a child of Thor; maybe that's why?"

"Those pirates are out of control," said Teeny, stunned.

"It's crazy, I thought that guy was just the navigator, but it turns out he's just a strong as the rest of."

"Seems like the storm has passed," said Coco.

"That was awesome, Mr Navigator!" said Chimney waving.

"Hey, glad to see you guys made it out alive, granny," said Ragnar.

"Ain't no coincidence that I've lived as long as I have!" she said laughing.

"So, where do we find our captain?" Toothless asked. "Any guesses where he went?"

"Who knows the islands pretty big," said Fishlegs.

Astrid rolled her eyes. "You guys are forgetting that he is being chased by Marines, which means—"

She was then interrupted when they heard an explosion coming several hundred yards away.

"I don't need to finish that sentence," said Astrid.

"All right then, let's get moving," said Ragnar.

All of them then began running towards the source of the explosion, but the Watchdog had managed to avoid the thunderbolt somehow.

"You filthy criminals think that we Watchdogs will do as you please," the commander growled. "Not a chance!"

Marines were still trying to take down Hiccup, but he was easily overpowering. One Marine tried to slam his two-handed axe upon him, but he was able to catch it in one hand, though the impact did crush the ground beneath his feet.

Hiccup spun around, kicked him across the face, and then struck a Marine with his fist and another with his tail.

"Dragon Talon!" he yelled as he kicked an agent hard in the chest.

He had so hard that he was sent flying across the street, and while everyone was stunned, he immediately took off and flew up towards a tree.

"He flew under the tree!"

Hiccup was getting a little tired fighting all these Marines and agents. "I can't play cat and mouse forever. Astrid and the others should be here by now."

"This way quick!" said a Marine frantically.

Hiccup looked down and saw a good portion of the Marines and agents were running in the opposite direction.

"Are they running away?" he frowned.

"Half of you head to the main island front gate! Pirates forced it open and are invading the island! Stop them at any cost!"

Hiccup smiled. "Well, looks like they finally made it. I guess I can stop playing around with these Marines."

It was then that the Marines fired a bazooka at the tree.

"Got him!"

Hiccup then flew out of the smoke and headed towards the courthouse. "Sorry, try again!"

"He's over there! Fire!"

Astrid and the others were running after Hiccup, but of course, they had no idea of his approximate location.

"So how are we going to find Hiccup," said Tuffnut.

"He's probably making his way to the courthouse; if we go there, we're sure to bump into him," said Toothless.

"Why did he have to run off like that?" said Fishlegs.

"Technically, he flew," said Ruffnut.

"I can't believe he did something so stupid, normally those of our department," said Tuffnut.

"In case you forgot where the ones following that idiot, so what is that make us?" Ragnar asked.

"I think you guys are forgetting the key issue; thanks to Hiccup, the Marines bought it scattered across the island," Astrid pointed out. "Just like Toothless, or we have to do is make our way to the courthouse."

"But don't you think it's weird that we haven't run into anyone yet?" Snotlout asked.

Astrid groaned. "We're bound to now that you've jinxed us."

Toothless then came to a sudden stop.

"Is something wrong?" Fishlegs asked.

"We've got guests," said Toothless.

Sure enough, appearing in front of them were the Watchdogs.

"We are the Watchdogs, guards of the island front gate!" said the commander. "You have run rampant for far too long, villains! No criminal shall cross this line!"

"What's wrong? Can't afford horses?" Ragnar smirked.

"Look around before you mock us, pirates, scum!"

Then they heard footsteps, and a few seconds later, they were completely surrounded by Marines and agents.

"Yep, I say they have a surrounded all right," said Ragnar.

"Were they following us all this time?" said Fishlegs.

The commander of the Watchdogs laughed. "It's too late to run away now; you're finished!"

"Runaway? What makes you think we're running?" Astrid smirked.

"You cocky little scoundrel!" the Watchdog commander snarled. "All right, men, let's—"

Then suddenly, the entire ground began to shake, and everyone turned and saw David turning around the corner. Riding on top of his saddle with the members of Galley Law.

"Grab on!" said Palmer tossing down his ropes.

All then immediately grabbed the ropes, and he pulled them onto David. All of them, apart from Snotlout, land on the saddle and began moving down the street.

"Thanks, but you could have let us some fun first, though," said Ragnar as he sat down.

"You idiot, don't forget the reason you came here," said Palmer. "Save your energy for the real fight."

"You're right; we'd be here all day with that many guys," Ragnar admitted.

Coco and Chimney had stayed behind with Rocketman and watched as everyone was making their way to the courthouse.

"Those kiddos full of energy," she laughed. "Don't die out there!"

"Go save your friends!" Chimney cheered.

David was still making his way down the street, much to the panic of the Marines.

"Everybody, get back!"

"It's a Big Bull from Water 7!"

"Ready the cannons!"

The Marines allowed David to pass, and they got ready to fire at him now that his back was turned.

"Are you ready? Fire!"

Unfortunately, before they had a chance to fire, they were immediately knocked back when Goliath emerged with the Eret Family riding on his back.

"Eret Family, coming through!" Teeny yelled.

The Marines were in complete disarray in the Watchdogs immediately moved in chasing after David.

"Watchdogs back information immediately!" the Watchdog commander yelled.

"Roger!"

"You can run away if you like, but our dogs aren't going to lose to a couple of overgrown fish!"

"Uh-oh, they're going to jump up on the Bull," said Chopper.

"What?" said Fishlegs.

"Can't we go any faster?" Chopper asked.

"Hey, cook," said Palmer.

"What's up?" Ragnar asked as he made his way to the front.

"You take the reins here," he said, handing them over to him.

"Wait? What's going on here?" Ragnar frowned as he walked away.

Palmer and the rest of Galley Law then made their way to the edge of the saddle. Ragnar then realised what they were about to do and then turned his attention to driving.

"When you see them, I want you to pass on a message for me," said Palmer. "You're all fired."

Toothless smiled. "You got it."

The Watchdogs were now closing in on David.

"All right, jump!" said the Watchdog commander.

Two watchdogs then immediately launch themselves into the air in order to land on David.

"Not so fast!" said Palmer as he jumped off David.

"Good luck, Galley Law, we're leaving this one to you!" said Teeny.

"We're going to skewer you!"

"Pound Knot: AirDrop!" Palmer yelled, pulling out his ropes.

The ropes immediately wrapped themselves around the two Watchdogs wastes, and using the momentum, he slammed them into the ground, knocking them off their dogs.

"Wow, he took out those Watchdogs in one hit!"

"Fools, they just let their guard down," said the Watchdog commander. "No mere human can match our speed! Give them a taste of canine power, men! Go!"

Two more Watchdogs then launch themselves into the air to land on David.

"They won't know what hit them!

"Strike like lightning!"

However, those two were immediately taken out by the combined effort of Lasse and Tilestone.

"Not them too!"

"Who are these guys?"

"That was so cool," said Chopper.

The Marines and agents were now utterly terrified.

"You ready for round two?" Palmer smiled.

Meanwhile, at the Tower of Law, Spandam was kicking Eret relentlessly now that he was helpless.

"Take this!" Spandam yelled, kicking him. "It would seem as if your temperament is as volatile as ever, Eric Earlson. Even though we haven't seen each other in years, it turns out you've caused me quite a bit of trouble. Faking your death and hiding the blueprints, I mean. It's ironic; I could have arrested you if I had known you were alive. Your old charges were never cleared, were they?

Speaking of thorns on my side, you're all friend Iceberg has given me quite a hassle as well. Bringing together all the shipbuilders in Water 7 was quite crafty. The resulting Galley Law company turn into a force to be reckoned with, though he must have resented the Government he aligned with us all the same. And before we knew it, we were alliance upon his company to provide ships for the entire Navy. Not only was he the president of the Galley Law Company, but he was also the Mayor of Water 7. In other words, he was popular with the public and indispensable to the Government. If we had dealt with him carelessly, there could have been severe repercussions."

Eret finally realised why Iceberg had his government contract to the Government; it was the protection. The Government could hardly demand that he would hand over the plans for the weapon or try to frame him as they did with Tom to get their hands on them.

'So that's why he made a deal for those bastards,' said Eret.

"I admit that he was a very clever man or was," Spandam continued laughing. "I had almost lost my patience if the wind hadn't blown in my favour when it did. I was raised to resort to extreme measures. Then Admiral Asmund sent some good news my way. He said that our little friend Heather Owson was on a pirate ship headed towards Water 7 for repairs.

Of course, I had to calm down and think about it over a cup of coffee, but fortunately, with the Buster Call at my disposal, it was quite easy to formulate a plan. Little did I know that the result would exceed my wildest expectations. Look both the triggers to revive the ancient weapon all right here at my mercy."

He then began to laugh. "You get it now? When I say the winds of this world are blowing in my favour, I most surely mean it. Every man and every nation in the world must answer to me! All that power the tip of my fingers."

"I don't understand," said Heather. "Why would Asmund allow you to invoke the Buster Call?"

Spandam stopped laughing and slowly turned towards her with a furious look as if she had just said something insulting. He then rushed towards and punched a hard in the face.

"What gives you the right to question me?" he snarled. "You shut your mouth! You get a player part in the rebirth of this world; isn't that enough for you insolent witch? Why you should even be thanking me. I will cleanse this world of Oaker by bleeding you dry, Heather Owson."
