Rocketman crashed right through the Tower of Law, and everyone was completely thrown off the train due to the impact. The agents inside immediately scrambled to avoid getting run over by the steaming train.
Spandam just watched in horror as now the Dragon Riders were now inside the Tower of Law.
"No way, they're… here," he said, horrified.
The members of CP9 then looked towards him awaiting their orders.
"No! Damnit!" Spandam screamed and then immediately grabbed Heather. "You're coming with me!"
'If only I could figure out a way to get these handcuffs off,' Heather cursed.
Spandam looked back at CP9, nearly forgetting the waiting for his orders. "All right, I'm letting you guys off the chain! Now go give them hell! I want you to splatter the walls of the Tower of Law with their guts, you hear me! You have all authority to butcher them! Lael, you come with us! Protecting me is your one and only priority! Got it? Where's Tuck?"
Tusk then suddenly ran towards him, and then suddenly he transformed into a sword, and Spandam grabbed him.
"There, good boy," Spandam smiled.
Heather stared. "An elephant that ate a Devil Fruit with the powers of a sword?"
"Nope, the opposite, in fact. My sword baby Elephant-Elephant Fruit, it's a long story," said Spandam. "I've got CP9 on my side, and I've got my trusty elephant sword. As long as I maintain my cool, there's nothing that can stop me. Now we're off to the Gates of Justice if you really think you can take this one from a go-ahead and try Dragon!"
The Eret Family were relieved to see that Eret had been saved.
"Big Bro Eret is alive!" Teeny cheered.
"The Dragon Riders actually made it across! They finally did it!"
"Big Bro is free at last!"
"And he's going to join the fight!" Teeny yelled. "Hell yeah, our bro is one hell of a guy!"
"Go get them, Big Bro Eret!" Kalena cheered.
"Take them down! Go, Dragon Riders!" Kaley yelled.
"The rest is in your hands, Dragon," said Palmer.
Eret went to check on Coco, Chimney and Paw as all three of them had had a much rougher ride than the rest of them.
"Hey, you guys okay?" he asked. "Come on, you old hag, start moving, and what the hell do you think you're doing? Pulling a flat out stunt with Rocketman like that? I mean, thanks for saving us and all. Hey, you hear me? Get up! Please, don't die! Don't die, you old hag!"
Then to his relief, he saw that all three of them began moving and miraculously, the only injury they had were bloodied noses.
"Bloodied noses," they said.
"You're damn lucky that bloodied noses are all you got!" Eret scolded.
"We made it!" said Hiccup as he pulled himself out of the rubble. At the last moment, he had transformed into his hybrid form to protect himself from the debris.
"Guess he's fine," said Eret.
"Well, that was a little rough," said Hiccup cracking his neck.
Toothless then emerged, stretching his back. "Are the rest of you all right?"
Hiccup and Toothless manage to shield everyone else with their bodies just before they hit the wall. With their hard scales, they were able to soften the blow, though not completely.
"I do not want to go through that again," said Astrid rubbing her head.
"We call it would be dead if the two of you have shielded us," said Ragnar as he and everyone else got their feet.
"You know, you guys are a bunch of weirdos," said Eret folding his arms. "I felt as if I should point that out."
"There's a staircase over there," Hiccup pointed. "We better move it if we're going to find Heather."
All of them then immediately made their way towards the staircase.
"Not so fast," said a voice.
They quickly looked up and saw Olaf clinging to the wall above them.
"Now what?" said Hiccup.
"So you've invaded the Tower of Law," said Olaf looking at them. "There's no point in going on; you won't ever find Heather Owson. Lael is already taking her to the Gates of Justice. Oh, and the Chief's with them too."
Astrid smiled. "Really? Thanks for telling us where we should start looking."
Olaf suddenly realised his mistake. "Why did I tell them that?"
"He is not too bright," said Chopper.
"Even we're smarter than that," Ruffnut nodded.
"Yeah, this guy is a total idiot," Tuffnut agreed.
"It doesn't matter," said Olaf. "I might have told you where they're headed, but I'm not gonna tell you how to get there, and you'll never get past our CP9 agents. We've been given direct orders to eliminate you."
'Did he say eliminate us?' Snotlout gulped.
"You want Heather Owson, then you're going to have to fight your way from each and every one of our agents if you want to succeed," Olaf continued.
"We kind of already knew that. How about telling us something we don't know?" said Hiccup.
"You got some fire in you," said Olaf. "But I've got one more thing to tell you. Now give me just a sec." He then reached into his suit pocket and pulled out the key. "Take a look at this."
"A key?" Chopper frowned.
"What's it for?" Ragnar asked.
"For all you know, it might be the key needed to unlock Heather Owson's Sea Prison Stone handcuffs," said Olaf.
"Sea Prison Stone?" Eret frowned.
"It's a stone that nullifies a person's Devil Fruit abilities," Fishlegs explained. "It's basically the same as they fall into the ocean."
"Well, now we finally know why Heather hasn't been fighting back," said Chopper. "I knew it wasn't adding up."
"Yeah, she's not the type to give up so easy," Ragnar agreed. "I'm sure she would be mopping the floor with their ugly mugs if she had the choice."
"She must feel so helpless."
"Well, that sucks," said Eret.
"Even if you are able to get past us and save her in some imaginary world, that Sea Prison Stone is tougher than a diamond," said Olaf. "She would have to live with them on her wrists for the rest of her life. Like I keep telling them this stuff?"
"He really is done, isn't he," said Chopper.
"So be my guest, go try to save her if you think you can," Olaf challenged.
"Fine, then give me that key!" Hiccup yelled, transforming to his hybrid form, and then fired a plasma blast. Olaf vanished before the attack was hit, much to Hiccup's annoyance. "Guess all the CP9 guys can use that move."
"Don't be hasty," said Olaf as he landed on the ground. "You don't even know if this is the actual key I've got here."
"You've got a freaking kidding me!" everyone yelled.
"It could easily be the key to another pair of cuffs," Olaf smirked. "Within this Tower of Law, all seven members of CP9, including myself, and each and every one of us holds a key."
"So you're saying that we've got to beat all each one of you guys and then try every key on her handcuffs, and that's the only way we're going to find the real one?" said Toothless.
"What a stupid way to keep us busy," Ragnar grunted. "While we're wasting time on your key hunting game, your chief is going to escape through those gates with Heather."
"That's exactly the plan," Olaf smiled and then shook his head. "Why can't I keep my mouth shut?"
"Retrieving Heather is our first priority," said Astrid plainly. "If we focus on getting Heather back first, we can worry about the keys afterwards. Let's just ignore that weirdo and start searching."
"You've got some brains, but I'm afraid if you do that, then you'll leave me with no choice," said Olaf holding out the key. "I'll toss this key into the ocean. We're kind enough to give you guys a sporting chance, see ya."
Then before anyone could stop, he immediately took off using his Moonwalk.
"I'm guessing that Lael fella is the one in the hat?" Ragnar asked, looking at Eret.
"Yeah, that's him," Eret nodded.
"From what that freak told us, he's they've got guarding Heather," Ragnar concluded. "If that's the case, Hiccup is the only one who could stand a chance facing him. Excluding Hiccup, we've got a headcount of eight, and he said there were only seven CP9 agents with keys," said Ragnar.
"Yeah, we need to split up and find the keys, but at the same time, we need to prevent Heather from entering the Gates of Justice," Hiccup nodded. "I'll go and chase Heather down while the rest of you chase down members of CP9. Once you've got the keys, you meet up with me."
"If they drag her across those gates, we will never get her back. It's a race against time," said Snotlout.
"Then let's get going," said Toothless. "Take them down or die trying."
"Yeah!" everyone cheered and immediately ran in all different directions.
"Good luck!" Chimney waving.
Then both she and Paws ran towards them, waving. "Go, pirateGo pilot guys! You can do it!"
They then inadvertently stepped on a trapdoor and fell down it.
Coco was busy drinking and noticed that everything was rather quiet. She looked around and saw that both Chimney and Paw had disappeared without a trace.
"Chimney? Paws? Where did those to disappear to?" she said.
Hiccup was running up the stairs as quickly as he could. "They must have taken Heather this way; they couldn't have gotten too far ahead. I'm not going to let them take you through the Gates of Justice, Heather!"
Chimney and Paws were now exploring a hidden chamber that was dark, damp and lit by candlelight.
"Secret passageway," she sang. "A secret passageway! It's a secret passageway! We found a secret passageway! Cobwebs! Candlelit! Slimy walls! Dark and creepy!"
She then stopped singing when suddenly bats flew towards them, and they immediately began screaming.
"Full of bats," she said. "I'm starting to wonder how far this thing really goes."
Then suddenly, they heard footsteps, and it sounded as if it was coming from the other side of the wall.
"I hear something," said Chimney.
They then heard laughter that was unmistakably coming from Spandam. "Nothing can stop me now!"
Both Chimney and Paws smiled broadly as they realised there was an exit close by.
"Let's check it out," said Chimney looking at Paws.
The two of them then immediately began following the voice.
Spandam, unaware that Chimney and Paws were close by, continued to make his way down a spiral staircase. Lael was close behind him and was dragging Heather down the stairs in silence.
"There's no hope for you now, Heather Owson," said Spandam.
Heather glared as she looked at her handcuffs.
"You can keep wishing for them to come, but they'll never find their way to the Gates of Justice," said Spandam laughing.
Chimney and Paws then opened a secret door that led them to the spiral staircase. They then saw a glimpse of Heather being dragged down the stairs. They looked at one another and smiled before following them.
Hiccup, meanwhile, was still searching for Heather to no avail.
"This place is like a maze," said Hiccup as he began running from corridor to corridor. "There has to be a way to get to the Gates of Justice from here. We always called all look the same, and I think I passed that wall three times already."
In all actuality, he was running around in circles, and every second he wasted meant that Heather was getting closer to the Gates of Justice.
Spandam had finally reached the base of the staircase and was now standing in front of a metal door.
"Your pirate friends can't possibly follow us this far," said Spandam as he began dancing around joyously.
Unbeknownst to him, Chimney and Paws were spying on him.
"What a weird room," said Chimney.
Spandam then began to operate the doors mechanism. "This goes like this, and that goes like that."
While he was operating the door, Lael was fully aware that they were being watched by Chimney and Paws. However, since his orders were merely to protect Spandam and to escort Heather, he remained silent.
"When you think they're doing?" Chimney asked Paws.
Spandam then turned the key in the entire place began to shake as the lock around the steel door began to unlock.
"Come on," said Spandam impatiently. "Open already."
No sooner had he said that that the doors began to open, revealing a vast corridor so long, in fact, they couldn't see the end of it.
"How cool," said Chimney.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Dragon Riders and Eret was searching for the members of CP9. However, Eret had other priorities as he was running low on fuel.
"I've got a find a kitchen before I do any more fighting," he said. "I'm in serious trouble if I don't."
Is little stunt earlier had taken a lot out of him and a cause he had already done some fighting earlier on the Sea Train.
"I need one and a half cola to properly fuel Coup Dé Boom, and I've already managed to go for a little more than two of them today," he said. "I've got at least now 3 full bottles if I'm going to take on CP9."
He then saw a mark on the wall bearing a fork and knife. "There, that's got to be the kitchen."
Unfortunately, before he could get there, landing directly in front of him was Olaf. His landing created quite a shock wave that forced Eret to brace himself.
"You've come face-to-face with a gossip loving silent Olaf," said Olaf. "I suppose you want my key."
"Great, just before I could refill my cola," Eret cursed.
Astrid was searching the building members of CP9, but she was having as much luck as Hiccup.
"What's is it with this place?" she said. "It looks like some kind of dungeon."
She continued to make her way down the corridor when suddenly she came face-to-face with Ake.
"You damn despicable pirate," he said, slamming the base of his staff on the stone floor. "Your hopeless quest for your friend's freedom has doomed you to die a dreadful death by my hand! Do you hear my words? You're doomed! I said you're doomed… doomed… doomed!"
'Geez, he's loud,' said Astrid.
Snotlout was searching room from room, though he was being rather hesitant with every room he looked inside. He only opened the door for a brief second, only long enough to see what was inside before closing it quickly.
"No one in there," he said, relieved.
He then began doing the same to every single door he came across.
"What's the deal? I can't find anyone around here," said Snotlout. "Not that I really mind."
His eyes then turned towards a large door at the end of the corridor and immediately opened it, assuming it was empty just like the others.
"Ha, ha, ha, so you're too afraid to face the—" He stopped when he saw lying on the floor was Jabez. 'It's not empty.'
The rooming question appeared to be a garden, and Jabez just laid on the floor, apparently asleep.
"He's asleep?" Snotlout blinked. "Is he with CP9?" He then saw lying on the floor was a key. "What? He just let the key out while taking a nap? My luck couldn't possibly be this good, could it? This is a golden opportunity."
Ragnar was searching for members of CP9, but he was having just as much luck as the others.
"This room has got to not be empty," he said as he opened the door.
He soon entered into what he assumed to be some sort of shooting gallery, and it was very cowboy-like.
"I'm starting to get sick of this," he said.
Then he heard the door closed behind him, and he turned his head to see Gunner standing there.
"You know you really shouldn't be in a rush," said Gunner. "I have to say you pirates have got a lot of moxie shooting down our flag like that."
Ragnar merely married his eyes at him.
Toothless had come across a member of CP9, more precisely Silvernose in some sort of study.
"Your swords are drawn," Silvernose noted. "You don't waste time."
"They've been thirsty with the taste of blood," said Toothless.
