Toothless was now taking Silvernose far more seriously. Granted, his powers looked ridiculous, but after slicing the top of the tower in two, they were undoubtedly quite powerful.

"I see," said Toothless. "That long neck has improved your reach. The satirical force coming from a body that size makes for a very fast and very deadly attack."

Snotlout then sat up, rubbing his head. "Wait a sec, it doesn't look likely cut anything to me."

"Try taking a look at the ceiling," said Toothless.

"The ceiling?" Snotlout frowned as he looked up. "All I can see is the sky. The sky? But that must mean… he just cut the Tower of Law in half, didn't he?" He then saw the top section of the tower beginning to slide. "It's sliding!"

Jabez landed on the ground next to Slivernose in his human form. "You should be ashamed; a professional does not let his emotions get the better of him."

"I don't wanna hear it anymore; for the last time, the giraffes are awesome," said Silvernose stubbornly. "I love giraffes."

"Fine," said Jabez rolling his eyes. "Whatever you say, man."

"You can show off all you want; it doesn't matter to me," said Toothless as he got his feet. "I came here expecting a fight; your powers don't scare me one bit."

Snotlout then cried out in pain as he felt something moving his arm. "Hey, cut it out, Toothless! That hurts! What are you doing? Why are you pulling my arm like that?"

The two of them looked at one another as a terrible thought crept into their minds.

"Wait, my arm…" said Snotlout slowly.

The two of them looked down, and to their horror, they found handcuffed to one another. It could have only happened when Toothless tackled Snotlout to the ground in order to save him from Silvernose's last attack.

"That's not coming off," said Snotlout.

"Nope, don't think so," Toothless agreed.

It was then that the two of them began shouting at one another.

"What did you just do?" Toothless demanded.

"It wasn't me!" Snotlout snapped. "If you happen tackled me back there, this never would have happened!"

"You were about to get your head lopped off, and you're blaming this on me?" Toothless reminded him. "Are you trying to get us both killed or what?"

While the two of them were shouting at one another, Silvernose reverted back to his human form inside.

"Now they're completely ignoring us," said Silvernose. "What happened?"

"Beats me," Jabez shrugged.

"Okay, okay, let's think about this," said Snotlout. "In short, we're in the same situation as Heather, right?"

"Then to get the key…" said Toothless.

"…we're going to have to fight them and take it," said Snotlout. "So nothing has changed, really."

Toothless glared at him. "Being handcuffed to someone is just business as usual, then?"

"Damn, I guess they're stuck together," said Jabez.

"Fine. Then it settled; I'll put those two idiots out of their misery," said Silvernose. "You stand over here and watch."

"What?" Jabez snarled. "Screw you! I'm not letting you deal my prey, you bastard!"

"Our only other option is working together, and I know you don't want that."

"Oh, hell no."

"That's how I feel."

The two of them then turned and looked at Toothless and Snotlout, who were still arguing with one another.

"Hey, you guys!" Jabez yelled.

"Can you check the number on those handcuffs?" Silvernose asked.

"Number?" Snotlout blinked.

"Each pair of handcuffs and each key is marked with a matching number," Silvernose explained. "Otherwise, we wouldn't know which key we need to use to unlock them. At any rate, if either of us has the key to those handcuffs, we'll unlock them for you."

"Oh, okay, thanks," said Snotlout and began going over the handcuffs to locate the number. "Let's see, where is it? Here! It's number two! Unlock us!"

Silvernose and Jabez then began to examine their keys.

"No, it's not mine," said Jabez.

"It's not mine either; that's a shame," said Silvernose.

"Dammit, then don't get our hopes up like that!" Toothless growled.

"Even if we ran away, it's not like we can fight the rest of CP9 at this state," Snotlout moaned.

"That settles it then, get its first-come first-kill," said Jabez.

"That only fair, I suppose," said Silvernose.

Without the two of them transformed back into their hybrid forms, much to Toothless and Snotlout's horror.

"Crap!" said Toothless.

Chopper was still looking around the place was CP9 members, but he hasn't found a single one so far. Then he came across the staircase that was split caused by Silvernose's attack.

"That's weird," he said. "What happened? The stairs are all split up." He then examined the Wall, saw that the tower had been cut in two, and remembered that huge rambling earlier. "Should have known; it must have been that big rumble I felt earlier. Whoever is fighting sure must be tough."

He then heard an explosion followed by a scream and quickly rushed to investigate. He soon reached the garden and saw Toothless and Snotlout running about.

"Hey, you guys okay in there?" Chopper asked.

He then noticed that the two of them were being chased by a giraffe and the wolf and weren't sure what to make of this.

"Toothless… Mask Wrestler…" said Chopper.

The two of them then noticed Chopper standing at the doorway.

"Hey, Chopper!" they yelled, waving.

Chopper was even more confused now. 'What's going on? They're waving at me; maybe it's a game?'

He then smiled and waved at them. "Hey!"

"Handcuffs!" Toothless yelled, pointing at their cuffs. "We're stuck together!"

"If you can't find key number two, they're going to murder us!" Snotlout yelled.

"Oh, okay," said Chopper.

Hiccup had made his way to the other side of the tower, but there was no sign of any bridge. There was a small rowing boat; the whirlpools were so powerful getting to the Gates of Justice would be suicidal, not to mention the wind made it impossible to fly straight.

"What the hell is this?" said Hiccup. "I figured there would be a great around here or something. Those whirlpools are really huge, and the gale winds are something fierce. I can see the Gates of Justice from here, but getting on a boat is suicidal, and I could get ripped to pieces if I fly. There has to be some way to get there."

Chimney and Paws were now running back up the staircase with huge smiles on their faces.

"I've found a way to get to the Gate!" she said happily. "I'm going to tell the pirates and save the day!"

She then stopped when she saw what appeared to be a button on the staircase.

"What's this?" she said, and her curiosity got the better of her. "That awfully suspicious. Could it be…" She then pressed down on the button, and then suddenly, the entire place began to shake. "What's going on?"

Then the wall of the staircase began to part, revealing a secret passage.

"All right! We found another secret passage!" Chimney cheered.

They quickly began to follow it and soon reached the end rather quickly.

"Where are we now?" Chimney yelled at the top of her voice.

They looked around and saw that they had reached outside directly behind the Tower of Law. They then saw Hiccup standing there as he pondered a way to get over towards the Gates of Justice.

"Hey, pirate guys!" Chimney waved.

Hiccup looked up and saw her. "Chimney?"

Chopper, meanwhile, was running through the Tower of Law as quickly as he could.

'I get it, so the keys and the handcuffs have matching numbers on them,' he said.

He then started to think back when Toothless and Snotlout explained the situation as he ran alongside them.

"If you can't fight that's okay, I didn't find anyone, so I could just beat these guys for you," Chopper offered.

"Sorry, there's no way in hell that's going to happen," said Toothless. "Besides, if you get taken out, we'll be stuck in these handcuffs with no way to fight."

"Please, we're counting on you," said Snotlout. "You're our only hope!"

"Between the twins, Ragnar, Astrid, Fishlegs and Eret, someone must have the number two key," said Toothless. "Get it and bring it here."

"Hey, okay!" Snotlout pleaded.

'If anyone has a key already, it's probably Ragnar or Astrid,' Chopper deduced and then transformed into his animal form. 'I've got to find them; I'm their only hope.'

Astrid was currently in a bind, literally as Ake had managed to wrap his hair around her body, trapping her in place.

"I caught you now, girl!" he said dramatically.

"Let go!" Astrid spat, unable to move, and was forced to drop her axe.

"You are far too weak," said Ake as he raised his staff. "Now perish!"

He then thrust his spear towards her, but Astrid managed to slip out of her jacket at the last second and rolled to safety. She then quickly grabbed her axe and took up a fighting stance.

'Damn, I can't believe I let him get to me,' Astrid cursed.

Eret was facing against Olaf raising his fists.

"Eret…"said Eret.

"Iron Body!" Olaf yelled.

"…Boxing!"

Eret then swung a good number of fists at Olaf and managed to break through his defence.

"Shave!" said Olaf and quickly jumped out of the way to avoid Eret's fist. Eret looked up and saw him clinging to the wall clutching his stomach. "Why are your punches so strong? Wait, you're not human, are you?"

Eret smiled. "It's cute how you CP9 guys can make your bodies hard as iron, but these fists of mine are the genuine article."

The twins had been exploring the entire building and then found themselves in what appeared to be some sort of gym. It was filled with every single exercising machine known to man and certainly had a manly vibe about it.

"Whoa, guess they do a lot of working out here," said Ruffnut.

"They've got every single exercise machine in creation in here," said Tuffnut.

"We have CP9 have to stay in shape to take down scum like you," said a voice.

The two of them immediately turned and drew their swords and found Lily standing there.

"Whoa, that's one big lady," said Tuffnut.

"You pirates have done very well getting this far, I'll grant you that, but you honestly believe you can beat every single member of CP9?" Lily questioned.

"Our captain took down one of your mates by himself," Ruffnut reminded her.

"Burl was a surprise, I admit, but he wasn't our strongest, and we're holding all the cards," said Lily and then pulled out her key. "Or rather should I say key? All we have to do is stall you long enough for the chief to get Heather Owson through the Gates of Justice."

"You don't think we can do it, huh?" said Tuffnut.

"It would be interesting to see if you can, but I still have a job to do," she said, cracking her knuckles. "And taking the two of you down is one of them."

"We're the ones walking out of here with that key," said Ruffnut.

"And there's no way you're going to stop us," said Tuffnut.

"Then let's see them back up that talk," said Lily raising her fists.

The twins immediately charged at her with swords drawn and swung them down towards her.

"Iron Body!" she said, looking quite bored.

The moment the sword struck her skin, they immediately bounced off, in the two of them fell on their butts.

"I was expecting a lot more," said Lily yawning.

"I think we might be in trouble," said Tuffnut.

"For once, I am not going to argue with you," said Ruffnut.

Ragnar was still in the shooting gallery with Gunner, and now both of them have their pistols drawn.

"As much as I like this conversation, we really should speed things up," said Ragnar. "Every second I talk here, Heather's getting close and close to the Gates of Justice."

"While I admire your determination to rescue your friend, I'm afraid I still have a job to do," said Gunner.

Then the two of them immediately fired their pistols, but nothing happened as their bullets collided with one another. Regardless the two of them then began running across the entire room, shooting their pistols non-stop.

"Your good," Ragnar admitted.

"You're not half bad yourself," Gunner smiled. "Now, Shave!" Gunner disappeared from Ragnar, sighed briefly, and appeared behind him. "Tempest Kick!"

"Black Death Counter!" Ragnar yelled as he quickly spun around.

Ragnar pressed the sole of his right foot against Gunner just as he was about to swing his neck. Then using it as a springboard, he immediately leaned back just before Gunner's slashing attack struck him. Then immediately spun around in midair and swung his left leg at him, but he was able to block it with his forearm just in time.

Gunner narrowed his eyes. 'He stopped my kick in mid-swing, cutting it attack power in and speed and half. He then used the momentum of his spin to increase the power of his own kick.'

Ragnar skidded across the ground and looked up at Gunner. 'Man, this guy is fast. I'm going have to be very careful here.'

Astrid, meanwhile, was still battling against Ake, but she was having a bit of trouble. Ake was moving his hair like tentacles, and there were so many of them that Astrid found it difficult to avoid them.

'What's up with his hair? It's like battling against an octopus,' she grimaced. 'I don't know that the Devil Fruit or not, but I'm more specialising dealing with both head-on rather than whatever this guy is doing.'

Astrid had been retreating so much that she didn't notice that they had exited the corridor, but right now, her main concern was Ake.

"Life Return!" said Ake, and Astrid found his hair was once again wrapping itself around her shopping her in place once again.

"Damn!" Astrid cursed, barely able to breathe.

Ake then began spinning his staff around. "Let's see what comes next. Shall I pierce thee to death or choke thee to death? A fragile life… a wintry wind… and now before spring can come flower succumbs to the cold."

He then raised his staff, pointed it like a snooker cue, and aimed directly at her chest.

"But in it and let it bloom in red, if only for an instant," said Ake. "This is my compassion as the petals gently fall. A final request, when you reach the other side, I ask that you deliver a message to my poor deceased mother. Let her know that I am well and that my killer's instinct is as strong as ever. Now die! Song of Spring Feeling!"

Then just before he pierced Astrid with his staff, Chopper appeared and transformed into his jumping point. He then jumped right in front of him before transforming into his arm point.

"Cloven Roseo!" Chopper yelled and struck him in the face with his hoof with all his might.

Ake was sent flying across the room relating Astrid and the process, and Chopper quickly rushed over towards her.

"Astrid, are you okay?" Chopper asked.

"I'm fine," said Astrid breathing deeply as she rose to her feet. "Thanks for the save; I can't believe I let him get the drop on me."

"Did you eat a Devil Fruit?" Chopper asked, looking back at him. "What's up with his hair?"

"I don't know," said Astrid honestly. "It's like he's got an octopus on his head. Once he grabs you, you're done for. What is power is this is our chance to getaway. I'm not really suited fighting a guy like that."

"Hey, wait, but how are we supposed to get the key?" Chopper asked.

"Oh, this little thing," Astrid smiled as she pulled out the key.

The two of them then quickly ran away from Ake as far as possible.

"I knew I could beat him, so I figured stealing the key was the best solution," Astrid explained. "I just couldn't get away long enough to escape that hair of his. Anyway, have you seen the others?"

"Before I get to that, could you tell me what number the key got?" Chopper asked.

"It has a number?" Astrid blinked and examined the key. "It's three."

"Wrong one," Chopper groaned.

"You're going to have to explain this," said Astrid.

"Astrid! Chopper!" Fishlegs yelled.

They turned and saw emerging from the other side of the room was Fishlegs.

"Fishlegs?" they said.

However, they heard an explosion above them before they could say anything else and saw the twins falling towards them.

"Oh no!" Fishlegs yelled.

Chopper quickly transformed his jumping point and jumped towards the twins catching them in his arms. He quickly landed on the ground, and Astrid and Fishlegs rushed to his side and saw the twins looked pretty beaten up.

"What happened to them?" Fishlegs stared.

"Those injuries are quite bad," said Chopper horrified. "Can you hear me? What's going on? Who did this to you?"

"Come on, say something," said Astrid shaking them.

"We couldn't get the key," said Tuffnut coughing out some blood.

"Hold on, I'll see what I can do," said Chopper frantically as he pulled out his medical back.

"My, my, what's with all the commotion," said a voice above them.

They quickly looked up and saw Kala looking down at them.

"Did you do this?" Astrid glared.

"No, but I have a good hunch who did," said Kala smiling. "You can find her on the fifth floor, but of course, you still have to deal with me."

Fishlegs looked at Astrid. "So, what do we do now?"

"We're going to have to split up; one of us deals with her, and the other get revenge on the twins," said Astrid. "Do you think you can handle her?"

Fishlegs looked up at Kala. "I think so."

Astrid nodded. "Then I'll leave her to you, and I'll get revenge on the twins."

"So you're to be my opponent," said Kala looking down at Fishlegs. "Just so you know, I won't be playing nice."

"Normally, I don't like fighting, but when I do, I do it to win," said Fishlegs.
