10 battleships were now sailing right across the Bridge of Hesitation and continued to open fire upon the main island without a hint of hesitation. Already they could see a large amount of smoke hovering as the island was set ablaze.

"I repeat, our targets are Dragon Conqueror Hiccup and his crew of approximately 60 pirates! To ensure their demise, destroy everything on Enies Lobby."

The Marines on the Bridge of Hesitation were panicking and rushing towards the ship; only Spandam remained calm.

"Hey, wait!" he yelled. "Hey, stop running, dammit! Open your eyes! Oh, come on, the battleships aren't going to attack the bridge!"

Spandam was right. The battleships were more preoccupied with firing upon the island than attacking the bridge, and they began sailing right past it.

Spandam laughed as they sailed by. "Not as long as I'm on it, at least! It exactly as my father said it was; he stood unscathed admits the destruction."

"For the time being, avoided targeting the bridge where the criminal Heather Owson is!"

"Hey, come on," said Spandam looking at his men. "I'm telling you that your safe with me, and they won't even think about harming the Chief of CP9."

He then laughed under the misconception that the battleships were leaving the bridge on hard because of him. In truth, the only reason they had not destroyed the bridge was because Heather was on it, but it wouldn't be long until they turned their sights back up on the bridge.

Eret and the twins were utterly shocked upon the destruction of the battleships were courting on the main island. Of course, the battleships had only just started devastating the island, so the worst was yet to come.

"This is just completely total madness," said Eret.

"Ultimate destruction," said Ruffnut.

"I'm all for blowing things up, but this is a little extreme," said Tuffnut.

"Hey, you okay?" Eret asked, looking back at Heather, who was shaking badly.

They could only imagine what kind of trauma she was experiencing; after all, she witnessed the Buster Call firsthand when she was a child.

'I can't stop shaking,' she said helplessly as she remembered the devastation of her island. "The Buster Call… a merciless act of destruction. In different to the horror it creates, there won't be a single life spared. Its hellfire consumes all. How can this happen? Not even once, but twice."

With all the members of CP9 taking care of within the Tower of Law, Toothless, Ragnar and Snotlout were now making their way down the passageway. In the hopes to catch up with Astrid and the others.

"We really need to try and pick up the pace! We're in a hurry here!" said Snotlout.

"We know; we're running as quickly as we can!" Toothless snapped.

"I'm just saying that we need to hurry up before Heather is whisked off through the Gates of Justice," said Snotlout.

"Haven't you been paying attention?" said Ragnar rolling his eyes. "Eret already got the handcuffs, and he, the twins and Heather are more than capable of ending the Marines until we arrive."

"But what about the Buster Call," said Snotlout. "They might just load the bridge to smithereens."

"They won't," said Toothless. "In case you forgot, they had been given explicit orders that Heather is to be taken in alive. Otherwise, they would have just killed her back on Water 7. That means they're going to concentrate on the island and the tower first before making their way to the bridge."

Further up ahead, Astrid and her group were nearly the storage facility, and they could hear explosions.

"Was that cannon fire?" Astrid asked.

"You can always leave it alone is Navy boys to put on a big show," said Coco.

"Awesome! Their firing cannons!" said Chimney excitedly.

"It's not the same as shooting off a bunch of fireworks, you know," said Fishlegs.

"I don't suppose you guys know where Hiccup is at?" Astrid asked.

"Oh yeah, pirate lady, it was the coolest thing I ever see," said Chimney. "Did you see those great big doors back there? The pirate guy knocks them down."

"Hiccup did?" Astrid stared.

"It was awesome; he blew them away with a single punch."

"Wait, back up," said Astrid looking perplexed. "You're saying that he smashed those doors clean off the hinges with a single punch."

"Huh-uh," Chimney nodded.

She then began to explain what she had witnessed at them.

"He said Titan Wing Form and busted through the iron doors with a single punch?" Astrid stared.

"I know Hiccup is strong, but he's never been able to do something like that," said Fishlegs.

"Your Dragon certainly seems a lot of fun," said Coco.

"Yeah, granny!" Chimney nodded excitedly. "The pirate guy is almost as awesome as you are."

"None of this is making any sense," said Fishlegs.

"Whatever happened, it's clear that Hiccup is at the other end of this passageway, and we need to hurry up," said Astrid.

Then they heard a strange noise coming down the passageway.

"Hey, granny? I think I hear something weird coming this way," said Chimney.

"Yeah, I hear something too," said Astrid.

"And it sounds like it's getting closer," said Fishlegs.

"We don't have time to worry about any strange sounds; if it's coming this way, we'll find out what it is soon enough," said Coco and then began drinking down an entire bottle of wine. "I'm gonna make those Navy jerks pay!"

"Granny, you are the coolest!" said Chimney.

As they got closer, they could definitely see something heading towards them.

"Is that…?" Fishlegs frowned, squinting.

Then they saw a huge tidal wave headed straight towards them, large enough to fill the entire passageway. Upon seeing it all, they immediately screamed, came to a stop and immediately ran down the other way.

"Why is the water down here?" Fishlegs screamed.

"Don't know, just keep running!" Astrid yelled.

Meanwhile, in the storage room, seawater was gushing in quite quickly. To avoid the water, both Hiccup and Lael went to higher ground and were now standing on the lead that spanned across the ceiling.

"Whether your friends die in that tunnel or not, there's no way anyone can make it here now," said Lael.

"You bastard!" Hiccup snarled.

"Even this room will be submerged before long."

Lael then used his Moonwalk technique to skip across the air and then launched himself towards the hole in the ceiling that led to the upper floor.

"You're not getting away from me," said Hiccup and quickly took flight followed him.

Once he reach the second floor, he quickly landed on the ground and faced Lael, who had been waiting for him.

"We're above sea level now, so we can finish this fight without the fear of drowning," said Lael. "You can hear that, right? The rumble of the ships cannon fire? I wonder how your pirate crew is faring up there, and Heather Owson, I wonder what happened at her? I'd be pretty concerned if I were you."

Hiccup looked down the ground floor and saw that it was now completely flooded; there was no way that Astrid and the others could get them now.

"I won't stop you if you want to run off to save them," Lael promised.

Hiccup knew that was exactly what he wanted. If he left now, nothing would stop Lael from catching up to Heather, and he had already witnessed how he easily dispatched Eret and the twins.

"I'm not taking my eyes off you until you're down for good," Hiccup vowed.

Lael generally looked surprised as Hiccup took up a fighting stance.

"Whatever is going on, my friends can survive anything thrown their way, but if I turn my back on you now, or you're going to do is try and kill them. So I'm not going anywhere until you and I are through."

They then felt the entire column shake and heard the sound of cannon fire.

Lael merely smiled as he took up a fighting stance.

Meanwhile, Toothless' group were still running down the passageway, unaware of the flooding.

"Sounds like they've already started the attack," said Ragnar.

"Speaking of sound, I keep hearing something weird down the tunnel," said Snotlout.

"It doesn't matter; we need to pick up the pace," said Toothless.

Snotlout then heard the exact same sound that he heard when they were in the Tower of Law.

"There's definitely something wrong here," said Snotlout. "Can't you guys hear it?"

"You mean the cannon fire; it's pretty hard to miss," said Ragnar.

"That's not what I meant!"

"Look, the only thing that matters right now is rescuing Heather; anything else is secondary," said Toothless.

Further down, Astrid and her group were running down in the opposite direction, trying to stay ahead of the Tidal Wave.

"Why is there water down here, granny?" Chimney asked.

"That is a matter, Chimney!"Coco yelled. "Just keep running!"

At the same time, Lael and Hiccup were about to clash once more.

"You've got some determination; it's almost a pity that you're on the wrong side of the law," said Lael. "Although let's see if you can backup those big words."

The two of them then charged one another.

"It's gonna turn out the same way if you live or die!" Lael roared.

They then swung their fists at one another.

Spandam was laughing joyously at the main island upon the Bridge of Hesitation, which is now set ablaze.

"Hey, come on!" he said, looking back at his men. "Quit trembling and go and capture Heather Owson. The sooner this is over and done with, the sooner that I'll be seen as the world's hero. Why even the Buster Call sounds like a fireworks celebration held in my honour."

He then began laughing maniacally.

Below them, Hiccup and Lael continued trading blows with one another, moving so fast their fists were nothing but blunders.

Lael then managed to get the upper hand buys swinging a powerful uppercut, which Hiccup dodged. However, this was nothing but a faint, and he then kicked him in the chest, sending him flying across the room. Seconds later, he appeared right above Hiccup and kicked him in the chest once more, sending him crashing to the ground.

"Finger Pistol!" Lael yelled, thrusting his finger.

Hiccup managed to jump on his feet and quickly somersaulted out of the way. Lael pierced the ground, but he didn't allow that to slow him down.

"Tempest Kick: Leopard Tail!" he said, spinning his legs around, moulding his attack into a disc, and then promptly kicking it towards Hiccup.

The attack struck Hiccup with incredible force, and Lael then appeared directly behind him, swinging his blade towards him.

"You really think that you could defeat me!" Lael roared.

"I can't protect anyone unless I do!" Hiccup yelled and immediately swung his tail. He then wrapped his tail around Lael's leg, stopping his attack instantly. He then clenched his fist. "Dragon Fist!"

"Iron Body Empty Tree!" Lael yelled, hardening his body.

Hiccup's fist struck him in the chest, but the attack didn't seem to have any kind of effect. However, the shock wave sent Hiccup backwards, and he skidded across the ground, and we came to a stop.

"Razor!" said Lael, not giving Hiccup a chance to catch his breath.

Seconds later, Hiccup felt Lael's tail wrapping around his neck and was then lifted off his feet.

"Even though you're going to die, you've done well to get this far against the World Government," Lael admitted and tidied his grip around Hiccup's neck. "Still, you're no different than any other pirate that I fought. You've got guts, but it takes more than that to defeat someone like me.

Hiccup then used all his strength to flap his wings and grabbed hold of Lael's tail. He then began spinning as fast as he could, and the moment he felt Lael's grip loosened, he released him sending him flying across the room.

Hiccup then opened his mouth wide. "Plasma Blast!"

Lael, however, was able to use his Moonwalk technique and dodged the blast before it made contact. Once he hit the ground, he then saw Hiccup flying towards him.

"Flying Finger Pistol!" said Lael and flicked his finger. "Sting!"

When he flicked his fingers, he sent a flying projectile of wind at Hiccup and went struck him it was sharp enough to pierce his scales. Lael then used the shaved technique to get behind him and flicked his finger once again. He then continued to zoom around Hiccup, flicking his finger every single time.

"Rapidfire Triple Sting!" said Lael flicking his finger three times in the space of a few short seconds.

Hiccup was now getting hit from all sides and then fell down on one knee. He looked up at Lael, who was now standing right in front of him got ready to flick his finger once more, but this time he grasped his wrist with his other hand.

"Flying Finger Pistol!" he said as his claw began to glow burning red. "Fire Sting!"

He then flicked his finger and sent a fireball headed straight towards Hiccup. The moment it hit him, it exploded, and Hiccup fell out of the smoke and landed flat on the ground.

"I'd be sorely disappointed if I had been expecting any sort of real challenge from you," Lael smirked. "I bet you wasted all your strength of their previous transformation of yours, didn't you?"

He was then surprised to find that Hiccup was back on his feet and apparently seemed to have a new resolve.

"So you are looking for a real challenge, huh?" said Hiccup. "Well, I got one more trick. Just remember that this was your idea. Titan Wing Mode!"

Hiccup then started to transform, and he began growing as large as Lael, his tail now looking even more powerful and his wings now twice as big. Additionally, his scales had a red tint, mostly around his joints.

"Now, witness as you see the final stage of dragon's lifespan!" Hiccup roared and then launched himself at Lael.

"You can't intimidate me with your tricks," said Lael, not moving a muscle.

"Dragon Titan Fist!" Hiccup roared, swinging his massive fist at Lael.

"Iron Body!" Lael yelled, bracing himself.

The Marines outside then suddenly saw one of the columns shattering.

"What the hell is going on?"

Hiccup's attack not only broke through Lael's iron body, but the moment it made contact with the wall, it pretty caused the entire column to break apart. Lael found himself unable to move and was now flying across the sea.
