Two days after the incident, everyone was hard at work trying to restore the city after the damage Aqua Laguna caused.

Toothless, meanwhile, was on scrap island looking at the hilt of Blackest Heart, remembering the old man giving it to him. He felt very much ashamed that the Marine captain could destroy such a fine blade and that he had been so careless.

"Damnit," he said.

Meanwhile, everyone in the city was hard work trying to fix up the back streets would have taken a real beating during Aqua Laguna.

"How's it looking?"

"Everything is still a mess over here."

"This year's Aqua Laguna did a real number on the city."

"Everyone is giving it their best, but I don't think we can repair this on our own."

They then heard the sounds of girls shrieking, and their eyes widened as they saw some familiar men making their way down the street.

"Is that…?" Making their way up the street where the shipwrights of Galley Law led by Palmer. "Is that Palmer from Dock 1?"

"What is he doing at the back streets?"

Quite a number of girls were shrieking at Palmer.

"Quiet down!" Palmer snapped at them. "We're here to work, not play! Now move it!"

That only calls the girls the street even louder.

Palmer ignored them and turned to face his men. "Dock 3, I'm leaving you this side of the bridge to you."

"Yes, sir!" said the men of dock 3.

"Dock 5, you get started with the houses near to scrap island!"

"Yes, sir!" said the men of dock 5.

"I know we still have to do our day jobs, but I want to see this whole town in tiptop shape by the end of the month!"

"Yeah!" they cheered.

"Let's go!"

Everyone then immediately began cheering.

"Thanks, guys; we love you, Galley Law."

"They never let us down."

The Eret Family were busy at work as well with rebuilding the Eret House, which had been destroyed by the Dragon Riders. Sadly they were all demolition workers, so fixing things wasn't their forte.

"Ah, jeez," said Teeny wiping the sweat off his brow. "Building stuff sure is hard work."

"I admit we're a lot better breaking things."

"Guess we're sleeping outdoors again."

David and Goliath were still recovering from the injuries they had sustained trying to rescue Eret, but Chopper's medication was doing wonders for them.

"There you go. Good, you take it easy, just a little rest, and you'll be better in no time."

David and Goliath both roared happily.

"Doctor Reindeer says that Goliath's eyesight should return if he takes it easy for a while."

"Oh, really? That's great!"

"Hey, guys," said Teeny approaching them. "Could you give me a hand for a second? I need to pick up an important package from the station."

"A package?"

"It finally came, huh?"

"Yep, I can't wait. This is going to be fun."

There were a huge the people outside of Dock 1 wanting to see the Dragon Riders, who had been given lodging by Iceberg.

"Come on, let us meet the pirates."

"We want to apologise for treating them so bad before."

"No way," said a shipwright guarding the entrance. "The Dragon Riders aren't meeting with anyone today."

"Our company has prepared them a thank you package, please let us give it to them."

"I'm with Water 7 News! Can I please get a comment with the heroes who saved the mayor?"

"No means no!" the shipwrights yelled. "They're busy, okay."

"Please, let me take a picture!"

"All of you go home!"

"Do you have a secretary to replace Kala?" a woman asked. "I'm highly qualified!"

"Stop keeping the pirates all to yourselves!"

"Will you shut up already!"

Inside Dock 1, the Giants were helping repair the damage that had been caused during Hiccup and Eret's battle.

All the shipwrights watched as the two of them lifted up a large girder.

"Awesome! Now that's what I call power."

"Is this where you wanted it?" Kadir asked.

"Yeah, that's perfect, thanks. I wish we had you guys around all the time."

"This kind of stuff is a piece of cake; if you've got more, then bring it on," Gabor laughed.

"You're making everyone else look bad, guys," Snotlout laughed, who was sitting on Kadir's shoulder.

"By the way Masked Wrestler, you sure you're happy here?" Kadir asked.

Snotlout looked at them strangely.

"Because we were just thinking if our bosses are still fighting like they said they were, there is no point in us joining up with them until it's all settled. We'll stick around here and help out while they needed, but after that, we plan on heading back to Jotunheim."

"Long story short, do you want to come along with us?" Kadir asked.

Snotlout sat there pondering. "I don't know." He hadn't forgotten the fight he had with Hiccup. "Damnit all."

Meanwhile, Eret was with Iceberg as he was sketching on his table, and he explained what he did to the blueprints.

"I see, so in the end, you burnt the blueprints," he said. "I think it's better that way. You've made yourself an enemy of the Government."

Eret just merely drank down some cola. "Yeah, I guess. So spill it, what are you so busy drawing over there, bro?"

"Aqua Laguna was extremely powerful this year, I'm sure was wearing on everyone's minds. In a not be long until this island is completely swallowed by the sea."

"You're right, soon we're going to have more city underwater than above it," Eret agreed. "We can't keep up this fight forever. So what's the plan?"

"I'm going to make this city float," said Iceberg simply.

Eret stared at him in bewilderment. "What? You're going to make Water 7… a boat? Do you really think that is possible?"

"Have you forgotten already? We grew up watching a man who can make the impossible possible. Now I'm going to do the same. If your man, show some gusto."

Eret sat there thinking about Tom. "He did always do everything the bang, didn't he? Well, it's worth a shot. You are his student, after all."

The transponder snail then rang, and Eret grabbed the receiver. "Hello?"

"Oh, is that you, bro?" Teeny's voice asked.

"Hey, it's Teeny," Eret smiled. "What's up?"

"You're going to love this; it finally came in. We're picking it up here at the train station as we speak. Your 200 million Gil treasure."

"Ah, this is going to be sweet," Eret smiled.

Coco and Chimney soon arrived at the Dragon Riders lodging.

"I hope everyone's decent," Coco laughed as she entered.

"Oh, hey, Coco," said Ragnar.

"Yo, we're coming through," said Chimney and were quickly followed by Paws.

"Sure, good to see you."

Magni then attempted to enter, only to get wedged in the door frame.

"I think you had better wait outside," Coco advised.

Magni followed her advice and stuck his head out the window instead.

"You boys have been sleeping for days; you must have been awfully pooped," said Coco. "Not that I blame you after all that fighting. So how's your captain?"

"Still fast asleep," said Ragnar turning to Hiccup, who was sound asleep on his bed. "He hasn't moved an inch the moment he rested his head on the pillow."

"To be honest, I'm surprised that he even managed to get all the way here without passing out," said Coco. "By the way, your Log Pose should be set after another two or three days here." However, she then noticed that Astrid and the others were completely depressed. "My goodness, what happened?"

"Even if the Log Pose is set, it's not like we can go anywhere without a shape," said Fishlegs.

"Yeah, we lost every bit of money we had," said Ruffnut.

"All we have are the shirts off our backs," said Tuffnut.

"Even Bel's precious tangerine trees were lost," Astrid added. "Aqua Laguna carried everything away. I'm so depressed I can't even move."

"Same goes for all of us," said Fishlegs.

"What are pirates without a ship?" Ruffnut grumbled.

"Or treasure," Tuffnut sighed.

"Sorry that I said anything," said Coco awkwardly.

"We left our stuff in one of the backstreet hotels," Ragnar explained.

"Oh, so that's what your guests are here about," said Coco.

"Our guests?" Ragnar frowned.

They then heard the door knock and then the sound of the door opening.

"Uh, so funny story," said a voice.

Everyone looked up, and their eyes widened as a couple of men brought all their belongings, including Astrid's tangerine trees.

"My trees!" Astrid squealed, hugging them tightly. "Oh, my gosh! I thought I would never see them again. I'm so happy!"

"Hmm, sorry about kicking you out, but we had for that you had tried to assassinate Iceberg," said one of the men. "We treated your belongings as pirate loot, so we confiscated everything. I hope you're not mad."

"Why would we be mad?" Fishlegs asked cheerfully. "About 30 seconds ago, we thought everything had been washed away by Aqua Laguna."

Coco laughed. "There you go."

Next to show up were Chopper and Heather, who went out to do a little bit of shopping.

"Hey!" said Chopper as they entered. "Doctor Chopper reporting in."

"How are you?" Heather asked.

"Great, especially considering this time you came back from shopping," Ragnar smirked.

Heather shook her head. "You're never gonna let me live that one down are you?"

"Nope," Ragnar grinned.

"I treated the Eret Family wounds, but I didn't let Heather out of my sight for a single second," said Chopper saluting.

"Mission complete," Ragnar smiled, saluting back.

Heather laughed. "I already told you I'm not going anywhere."

"You promise?" Chopper asked.

"You have my word, soldier."

"You guys can come at a better time," said Astrid happily. "We've got everything back, money, clothes and even my tangerine trees."

"Really?" Chopper beamed.

"All that's really left to do is to buy a new ship and were good to go," said Fishlegs.

"All right!" Chopper cheered.

Eret then flung the door wide open with Kaley and Kalena at his side. "How are you guys doing? Because I hope that your feeling super. Oh, some folks aren't here. Whatever."

"What with the big entrance?" Ragnar asked. "Something going on?"

"You bet," Eret smiled. "Now, you had better listen close, brother."

Eret sat down a nearby chair while everyone just stood there waiting to see what he had to tell them.

"So there's this island that is in constant war," Eret began.

"Can't you just tell us what you want," said Ruffnut.

"Yeah, we don't want to listen to any kind of bedtime stories," Tuffnut agreed.

"Shut up, this is important, so listen," said Eret. "For years, via has rained down on that island. From destruction are the only thing that its people know. Houses burn downfall to ruin. There is no place to run from all the chaos, and in the midst of all this madness, there is a single tree. The matter what happens, it never falls. No matter how much the islanders destroyed, people gather around it and build up all over again. It is the strongest tree in the world; as far as anyone knows, few exist. It is known as the Tree of Life, Yggdrasil."

"Huh?" said the twins looking confused.

"Okay, so what?" Chopper frowned.

"Every so often, a piece of wood of that tree shows up on the black market," Eret explained. "I wanted one for a very long time now, but the going price is 200 million Gil. Too expensive for me, that isn't to a bunch of pirates showed up flailing their money around and begging me to take it."

Ragnar narrowed his eyes. "You mean to say that you used our money to buy a log, and now you're bragging about it!"

"I told you to shut up!" Eret snapped and then closed his eyes as he reminisced about something. "A long time ago, I decided that I was done building ships for the rest of my life. And yet I can help but follow in the footsteps of my old master.

Soon enough, I found myself designing a ship; now, my hope is to use that special wood to build it. Put all of my heart into one ship, a ship of dreams that can sail across any sea. I've had the blueprints for ages; I finally have the wood. All that is left is to make it. So, what I'm saying here… is that it would be my honour if you take my ship and sail the world."

Everyone just stood there completely speechless.

"Wait, does that mean?" said Chopper breaking the silence.

"Going to give us the ship free of charge?" Ragnar stared.

"Uh-huh, because that way I know that my masterpiece is in good hands," Eret smiled at them. "Trust me that all that I can ask for. Well, that and the fact that you already paid for it already. Roger D Gold is the only one history that sailed across the whole world, and his ship, the Asgard, was made from a Tree of Life as well. Mark my words, I'll show you the best damn ship you've ever seen."

"You're a shipwright after all," Coco smiled. "You can pretend all you like, but in the end, you're just like old Tom, ain't ya?"

"Guess your right," said Eret with a small smile. "I get it now. Took a while, but think I finally understand the pride Tom felt when he died."

"Yeah!" the Dragon Riders cheered.

"All the best, Eret!" Chopper cried. "Thank you, we'll be happy to take your ship."

"All right, onto the next island," said Ragnar.

"We've got a new pirate ship, we've got a new pirate ship," the twins sang.

"Should we wake Hiccup to tell him?" Fishlegs asked.

"No, he needs the rest. We can tell him once he wakes up," said Astrid.

Unfortunately, making its way into the island was a Navy battleship. Toothless had seen from scrap island and was now running across the city to warm the others.

"This is bad," he said. "Then think those bastards would come so soon, and Hiccup is still sleeping too. I've got a warning before it's too late!"

The battleship had docked at the port, and the Marines were making their way to the Galley Law building. The people of Water 7 could only watch as the Marines marched through, knowing that they were after the Dragon Riders.

"It's the Navy; they're here to arrest the pirates."

"After they saved the mayor's life? Won't show them any mercy?"

"Hey, see that over there," said Amanda noticing the figurehead on the battleship, which resembled a bulldog. "That's a Vice-Admiral Wrinkly's battleship straight from headquarters."

"Did you say Wrinkly? The same Wrinkly that nearly captured Roger D Gold over and over again? Is a living legend."

"They're messing around if sent him."

"If they don't run, those pirates are finished."

In no time at all, the Marines make their way to Dock 1, and the shipwrights did their best to stop them.

"Now hold on, sir. The only person here is our President, Mr Iceberg."

Wrinkly merely pushed them aside as he walked past. "Move it! I know you're hiding pirates!"

"I swear we're not."

"Hey, you can't go inside."

"Hold on, those pirates are heroes they—"

A shipwright then covered his mouth. "Shut your mouth!"

Marines kept making their way to the Galley Law company building upon the unexpected Dragon Riders.

"All right, you two," said Wrinkly talking to the two Marines behind him. "You wait here."

"Yes, sir!" they said.

Wrinkly then began making his way around the building until he faced the room where the Dragon Riders were staying. He then raised his fist with a smile on his face and then punched right through the wall.

The Dragon Riders were completely taken aback and had no idea what had just happened.

"What the hell?" said Eret.

"What's going on?" Chopper asked.

"Pardon me," said Wrinkly as he emerged from the dust. "Are you folks the Dragon Rider Pirates? You see I I have some friends who wish to share a word with Hiccup D Haddock."

Astrid, Ragnar, Eret and Chopper, in his animal form, then quickly took a defensive stance around Hiccup's bed.

"The Navy," they said.

Wrinkly then saw Hiccup sleeping on the bed. "Same as ever never learns."

He then suddenly took off with such blinding speed that he was directly behind Astrid and the others within seconds.

"What?" Eret stared.

"Damn, he's fast," said Ragnar.

"I didn't even see him move," said Astrid astonished.

"Rise and shine," said Wrinkly, punching Hiccup on the head and right through the bed.

Hiccup woke up instantly clutching his head. "Ow!"

"You all right?" Ragnar asked. "I'm surprised that punched in kill you."

"That's because the hut was a fist of love," said Wrinkly removing his hood and looking down at Hiccup. "You've been getting a lot of trouble lately, haven't you, Hiccup?"

Hiccup's eyes widened upon seeing him. "G-G-Grandpa?"

Everyone's eyes and mouths immediately fell wide open as they stared at the two of them.

"Grandpa?" they stared.
