Space Sheriff Gaban
Maria Shepard was baffle seeing a man transform right before her eyes. Before that he was wearing an old fashion clothes from earth that wasn't even in style anymore a brown coat with gloves (Gokaiger vs Gaban). He was the same age or maybe older than her and has a tough look at him.
All he did was confronting the Geth and the Husk thinking he was an idiotic or suicidal until he suddenly made a hand signature then shouted out loud.
JOUCHAKU!
In just seconds he transform in a silver armoured being as his helmet eyes glow yellow.
(It only takes 0.05 seconds for space sheriff Gaban combat suit to deposit, so let's rewatch the deposit process. Kiryu doing a pose as he shouted out loud "Jouchaku!" raising his right hand up to the sky. Super Dimensional Highspeed Ship Dolgiran heard the command and processing the data "Roger! Transporting combat suit!" The Dolgiran sends particles of Granium below to form Gavan's as particles of light engulf Kiryu thus he covered in Silver high technology armor.
"Uchuu Keiji Gaban!" He took something out to show the Geth, a badge. "You are all under arrest you will be given a choice to surrender peacefully or be deleted." It was a badge similar that law enforcement use to identify them. Shepard found the person to be stupid talking to a bunch of lowlife.
But for Kiryu it was protocol no matter mindless or primitive it was his code to use the badge. The party didn't even comply and attack.
In the Citadel aftermath during the battle of Eden prime the man called Kiryu Kazuma was talking to the Citadel Council of his reason and where he from. As he told about the Pan Galactic Alliance a government similar to the citadel but on larger scales consists of 4 galaxies and governs by Three Galactic presidents and One Galactic King.
The Solana Galaxy, The Bogon Galaxy, Polaris Galaxy and The Artemis Galaxy. This four Galaxy are united in single government. To protect Law and Order they establish the Space Petrol Delta it's a large law enforcement consist of other species from the entire universe. S.P.D. observes, listed and pick whoever will be honor to join S.P.D.
It doesn't matter whom they are, big like a titan, small like an insect, primitive, Synthetic, silicon based life form, and other species, they are welcome to join S.P.D. for the safety of the P.G.A. is honorable beyond measure. Kazuma Kiryu wasn't alone as those who came were a female Turian, a Quarian without the environment suit, a Krogan whom wearing a medical outfit and an Android that looks human one side is red color the other blue. He also told about how he was able to travel between Galaxy using the gravimetric warp drive was a homemade device that its creator Ratchet built from Blargian scrap metal (sound ridiculous). It allowed one to travel through space at incredible speeds, even allowing one to jump between galaxies. It's why the ship belong to the space sheriff able to travel without using the relay.
The councils were baffle on how a government much bigger than theirs and more advance it was intriguing but at the same time frightening. Tevos wanted to know how their government is run, Sparatus about the military and Valern their technology.
Kiryu told them that he was just a law enforcement not an ambassador or diplomat. The council has to wait for a diplomat to come to this Galaxy. He told them his reason to apprehend or delete the three criminals that escape from custody.
As he showed them a hologram consist of three wanted pictures and a video of their illegal activities. The first one was a dark armorer being with a blank mask. "This is Mad Gallant, wanted for mass murder. He creates weapon of mass destruction. Every weapon he creates cause nothing but misery and destruction. There was one planet caught in a civil the Emperor desperate bought Mad Gallant weapons to destroyed the rebels. He uses it and the result an entire planet became a lifeless wasteland no matter friend or foes were caught in the blast. Don't underestimate his look he a master sword man."
"Second is Victorious Saint Coolgin is a first-class strategist, swordsman and God Neros' second-in-command. He and his master rule half the Artemis Galaxy with an Iron fist. Until we the S.P.D. are tasked taking down his regime and apprehend the dictator but Neros destroyed his fortress before we could get to him only his general survive."
"And finally the third person is the most dangerous. Wanted for creating illegal biological weapon Amoeboid, create a weapon of mass destruction the Deplanetizer that destroyed planets, and create weapons for an army of Tyhrranoids. This person was once organic except he lost his body in an accident. To preserve what's left of him. He transfers his mind inside a machine." Everyone who heard found it disgust.
"This three are wanted on three galaxy wanted list as such it my tasked to apprehend them or delete if resisting arrest."
Of course the council were discussing on what to do with the situation. After much debate the council allowed the space sheriff to apprehend or delete the criminals.
In the Human Embassy Anderson was having a discussion with Shepard it was about the man called Kiryu Kazuma. "I never thought the day to see Kiryu Kazuma again and became a galactic sheriff to another galaxy."
"You knew him personally Anderson!"
"Yes, Shepard before you were joining N7 someone else was qualified to become the next N7 and maybe future Spectre. That person was Kiryu Kazuma, a man with tough, strong, few words and honorable. While he does exhibit the typical gruffness one would expect from a gangster like from his look. Kazuma is also noble and self-sacrificing. Many whom join under him earn both his and her respect. He carves a legend in the alliance as the Unstoppable Dragon."
"Yeah, I heard that Legend an alliance soldier that never backs down from anything. That sounds wonderful but I still don't get it why he wants in the alliance. A man like that would beneficial to the System Alliance and my partner."
Anderson sighs knowing what's to come. "It's his peculiar background is the problem Shepard."
"What's wrong with that every system alliance soldier grew up in the street, or a few petty criminal backgrounds. It wasn't that simple the system alliance needed men and women in the army desperately since to protect colonies from pirates and other things."
"This isn't just a petty background Shepard, Kiryu Kazuma is ex-Yakuza."
"Yakuza as in Japanese mafia?"
"Yes, but not just any Yakuza he from the Tojo Clan one of the oldest and most powerful Yakuza in Kamururocho and he was the fourth Chairman. His legendary strength and exploits have earned him the nickname "The Dragon of Dojima."
"What fourth chairman! As in the leader of a criminal organization, was a soldier of the alliance."
Anderson chuckled "The way you talk is no different than the newbies whom just heard his past." He went sour.
Shepard knew something was wrong "Let me guess, the Alliance council including the board chairman decided to dig deeper in his past before the N7 test. But when they found out about his criminal they decided to discharge the Unstoppable Dragon one of Alliance most profound figure."
"Yes, it's a shame really I was still a lieutenant back then didn't have the rank to protect Kiryu including Hacket. Shepard, the Yakuza aren't normal criminals, their activity dated back even before World War II. The police can't even stop them let alone the government. I heard rumours that they even funding the alliance."
"So what happen when he was discharge, his probably furious all his hard work for nothing?"
"Actually he took it like a man. Kiryu knew that his background might be known one day he didn't regret being discharge. The alliance covers it up that he retires of service honourable just to protect its reputation. You should know Shepard those who are related by Yakuza are completely slandered by the Media. And if the Media get a hold of Kazuma Kiryu past, I don't need to tell you what would happen."
Shepard knew what Anderson was saying "I notice" remembering the annoying journalist.
"Still why an Ex-Yakuza like him join the System Alliance Military? A person like him should just join the Yakuza and live the life of luxury."
"I asked the same thing to Kiryu and he said." I join the Yakuza not out of fun and glory. I wanted to pay a debt gratitude to my guardian who raise me as his own Kazama Shintaro. After repaying the debt I wanted to take care of the orphanage where I was raise. But the problem was still my background it was something I can't change."
"If the media found out the children that he raises was an ex-yakuza, you might already know what's going to happen." Shepard stay silent she already knew how the media would slander a person just for the story.
"So he decided to join the military service in hopes that his service will able wipe clean of his dark past. And it did as he becomes a legend in the alliance as the unstoppable dragon. Though I wish I could do more for Kiryu."
"You did what you had to do Anderson, and I don't blame you." As the space sheriff was in the human embassy unnoticed.
"Kiryu it's being a while it seems like fate had other plans for you." Both friends shake hands.
"I know life have strange way of things, it's good to see you again."
"You must be Kzuma Kiryu it's a pleasure to meet you." Shepard wanted to shake hands with the legend.

While Kiryu, Shepard and Anderson were talking about their old time sake. Tali was more focus on the Quarian that tag along with the star sheriff the difference was he wasn't wearing a suit like the rest of her kind. This would mean that another galaxy where he was recruited might possible help cure their immune system.

"Yes, so what do you want brat."
Tali felt offense on how rude he was. "If you pleases, could you tell me how you're not wearing an environment suit."
"The miracle of science from the Solana galaxy, their medical surpasses what this galaxy has. Let me guess you wanted to know about the technology for the pilgrimage."

"What why do you mean no, the Quarian have suffer because of our weak immune system, if we have the benefit to help our people from their suffering."

"As I approached the Geth when they open communication my ship exploded not from gunfire but from the inside. As I floated in the vacuum of space slowly waiting to die. It was Kiryu Kazuma the one who saved me."
"There's no way the Quarian fleet would do such a thing"
"They have I looked by at the debris and found explosive device they wanted to killed me along with the Geth."

While The Sheriff was discussing with the Quarian, Wrex was looking at the Krogan whom was a medical officer from the bright suits he wearing.
"It's good to see you again Urdnot Wrex."
"So this is the place that you wander of all this years, and here I thought you die when you exiled yourselves from the clan Grenn."
"I didn't battle master is just that after I left the clan I was kidnapped technically recruited it was either go back to Tuchanka or do something more with my life." The young Krogan look at the older war veteran without fear.
"Good for you, I can see you love your new life and job."
"It comes with its ups and downs, thank you Battle master."
"I need to do something Shepard. I'll be waiting at the Normandy." Shepard at the towering Krogan leaving the Embassy.
"It's good that you alive Grenn." The battle Master whisperer knowing no one will listen. Grenn was actually Wrex son. A son that was different than the other Krogan, unlike the others who are aggressive and like to kill. He doesn't like to kill, he what you called the black sheep of the family and a disgrace to the Urdot Clan. Even so he still took care of his son and tries to teach him. They boy knew he was a shame to the family so he exiled himself and never return.
Mad Gallant was inside the sovereign along with Saren and Benezia the reason was that he found the so called ship intrigue it reminds him of Goth. But as he manages to help his helper it doesn't mean that they trust him at all. Gallant doesn't even trust them at all. It was always this life we always use each other. So why not, he got all the time he needed.
Coolgin is wandering in a planet called Horizon it was a planet inhabited by humans or colony. As he wanders in the forest from other sigh of its populace. After the fall of Neros Empire by the rebels and Star Sheriff he has lost his purpose to serve the Empire. He was with the other prisoners waiting to be judge and here escape and landed in an unknown galaxy.
Dr. Nefarious was scheming as he was on the planet Virmire a place where the terminus system is. A place where pirated and slavers roam the system. But it makes a good place for the mad scientist to hide and create his weapon of mass destruction especially Biobliterator turning organics into machine. Not only that, he will summon his army again the Tyhrranoids to conquer this primitive galaxy.
This three criminals have
Ambition
Isolation
Destruction
All of these three criminals came to this galaxy either by accident or destiny in the making. And it's the job of the star sheriff to apprehend these Criminals.
This is the part when Sovereign was summon on the Citadel and the invasion occur.
The Citadel Council have managed to capture the infamous Nefarious on the planet Virmire and not only confiscating his experiment. Kazuma Kiryu cannot intervene with Nefarious captured as he has no inflation within the Citadel limits. Unless a diplomat is send he can't do shit.
Of course the Normandy crew knew that was the real truth they wanted the good doctor technology. The citadel council starting fear how the change is coming from a far away technology advance galaxy. As such they wanted to have the advantage before a diplomat meeting. As such when the appearance of Nefarious on Virmire was sighted, the STG was mobilized immediately for his captured.
After his captured the Council propose the mad scientist help on how to develop his technology for the Citadel and in pardon he will be given immunity in this galaxy. Nefrious grumble and comply as such he decided to give the council his teleportation device. The council allowed but STG are to be station as much as they want his technology he was still a criminal.
As he try complete his device with the watch of STG it was then when Saren attacked the Citadel along with sovereign and Geth the Chaos happen giving such moment Nefarious activate the Biobliterator turning organics into robots. It was a lie he wasn't building a teleportation device as the device float in the citadel like a floating eyeball shooting random beams turning any organic into robots.
While Shepard and her crew are busy with Saren. Kiryu Kazuma is doing his task taking down the Geth incursion. He arrives later along with his ship Dolgiran whom engage the Geth fleet attacking its lasers towards the invaders.
Geth retaliate but their weapons are proving useless against its shield. Then it retaliates with its energy weapon that proves useless by Geth shield. As many Geth exploded and destroyed easily like pixel.
"Keep firing until Shepard open the Arms!" as Gaban was on top of Galaxy Gliders are jetboard vehicles of the Space Rangers. The riders of the Galaxy Gliders can use these fast little vehicles to fly through space at high speeds while still having his or her arms free to do other things. Riding on the board as he slash a Geth ship underneath it with his blade then exploded.
"Laser Z Beam" as fired beam of laser from his hand destroying another Geth ship again. Even with his help they are still too many of them even if the Citadel Fleet Military have the advantage using their dreadnought it's still not enough.
Then all of sudden the Arms of the citadel open, quickly Gaban zoom towards the source of the problem. There he saw the cuttlefish like ship clinging on Citadel Tower. 'If I destroyed it the Geth will retreat'.

DENSHI SEIJYU DORU!
The attachment below Dolgiran was release as the compartment started to transform into a blue robot dragon. Everyone whom saw that was either shock or baffles such sight. As the dragon flew towards sovereign while destroying the Geth fleet who are obstructing its part.
Then Gaban jump on top of Doru head as he command his trusted stead into battle. Sovereign detach the tower as it felt the danger that it's facing. It fired their weapons towards Doru.
DORU LASER!
The robotic dragon counter it with its laser weapon from its eyes and arms damaging the reapers tentacles one by one then the Geth fleet started to support sovereign as it try to escape from the dragon.
"You're not getting away!"
DORU FIRE!
The dragon spit its plasma flame towards the Geth fleet destroying it instantly leaving sovereign the only one left. "Let finish this!"
LASER BLADE!
As he engulfed the blade with blue light and pointing it towards the reaper ship.
GABAN DYNAMIC!
Kiryu swing the blade vertical a flash of energy disperse flying straight towards Sovereign and another horizontal slash making an X mark destroying the Geth ship.
After the battle the loses were very high especially the Citadel fleet. Shepard was about to announce the system alliance fleet to attack sovereign or more life would be lost if it wasn't for Gaban.
But it wasn't over the criminal Nefarious was still turning organics into robots on the Citadel. Kiryu summon the Galaxy Glider surfing through the wards looking for Nefarious and found him.
"Nefarious under the P.G.A. you are given two choice surrender peacefully or be deleted."
"…I chose destroyed him my servant." as the one eye orb looking towards the space sheriff and fired it's beam.
BARRIER
Gaban created a shield shielding it from the flying eye then. He pulls his blade again.
LASER BLADE GABAN DYNAMIC
The wave from the blade flew towards the machine slicing it into two, engulfs in flame then exploded from the spot crashing down towards its master demise, then exploded again.
"Mission Complete" Kiryu Kazuma looking at the damage cause by the criminals he was after and sovereign attack on the Citadel.
After the battle the group both Normandy and the star sheriff gather with the council. The council was discussing how to mend the situation not just from Saren attack but with Dr. Nefarious scheme. The mad scientist use his device started to turn the populace the citadel into machine as he proclaimed it was the council help that he receive.
Nefarious was always a person for theatrics as whose seems to love the sound of his own voice. So it was no surprise as he blabber what the council tried to do. To control the damage the council decided that it was appropriate that the human are selected to be among the seat citadel council. And Shepard reinstated as Spectre.
While Kiryu wars to be an honorable Spectre only in name but still gain the Spectre privilege. Of course he refuses such privilege. However Anderson insists that he took the title not only for easy access in citadel space capturing the remaining criminals. In sigh he took the title only for temporary reason.
After damage control Kiryu crew will return to the Solana Galaxy to report about what happen. And try to find a way to fix why Nefarious did to the populace. His government might even send a diplomat in the future.
At a secret location only known to a few humans was Cerberus. A human anti Aliens organization was looking at the aftermath especially the Illusive man or Tim for short. He was intrigue of the new arrival from another galaxy the space sheriff Gaban.
A human by the name Kiryu Kazuma became the first human galaxy sheriff including others. It was like how the government chooses its agents. Those that had the potential will be recruited and train at young age. Just like the rumoured D agency.
The story he told about another galaxy wide spread struck him both awe and interest not fear like the foolish council. They fear the change of their power as such try to sugar-coat using a criminal scientist to help them with their technology. The outcome was splendid as the situation not only cause the council reputation to plummet but giving Cerberus the edge.
The destruction of Sovereign was a bonus that Kiryu Kazuma did, not only the citadel lost 80 percent of their defense fleet but humanity still had 80 percent of their fleer still intact. Few damage but can be repaired.
This wills open doors to other possibilities as the citadel requires system alliance aid for defense including pirates and slavers, will use this opportunity to attack the citadel colonies. Before they could rebuild back their fleet, his agent's will already infiltrate the Citadel and the system alliance.
It was then his most trusted assisted was in his private room carrying something.
"Did you manage to get it?" As the man turn look at Miranda
"Not all of it sir, some are too far damage we had to do it secretly especially killing the STG before they could acquire the sample."

"The good news their something still intact and I think you would love to see it." Miranda came closer putting something on the table as she reveal a head. A robotic head of the criminal Dr. Nefarious that looks lifeless.
"Excellent those council pets can keep whatever they got what we have is the ultimate prize." the man admired the head. One single head would contain a lot data and its technology to be used by Cerberus.
"Sir, how do you intend to acquire this robots brain technology?"
"The easier way, we just download all the data but with precaution of course we don't need a rogue A.I running around the station."

"I heard about Kai Leng being frustrated seeing his old rival again."
"Yes he insists that he went to the Citadel and challenge Kiryu Kazuma again, he could never forget how the dragon of Dojima humiliated him."
"Kiryu Kazuma to a duel, he has grudges. I can see, so why not we provide Kai Leng the tools for his duel to even the score." The illusive man was looking at a black mask that belongs to Mad Gallant that Kiryu Kazuma thought he destroyed him.
This something I wanted to try for so long at first I wanted to crossover with power ranger S.P.D. or Dekaranger. The was even I wanted to try Kyojuu Tokusou Juspion and Jikuu Senshi Spielban but the problem was finding a sub.
Other ideas was using Saber Rider and the Star Sheriff or The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers an 80's cartoon watch if you're interested.
. I pick the character Kiryu Kazuma from the Yakuza game series, he has the right personality to be a hardboiled sheriff and so cool in the game. The way in the story a man with few words but talk with his fist. His also a man whom doesn't care about the consequences of his action as long to protect his friends and family. His attitude also receive many loyal friends and comrades in the series.
The galaxy is from the Rachet and Clank series and why not. Victorious Saint Coolgin is from the metal Hero series Metalder or Vr troopers season 1.
