What would happen if there no maverick virus on earth. And that time humanity and reploids would ascend to the stars without any problems as they build colonies on the moon and mars. As they reach the golden age of exploration and colonization.
In time the reploids have being organized to represent different organization and capabilities. The Reploid Police Force are tasked to apprehend rogue reploids and criminal humans, they also work alongside with humans police officer.
The Repliforce is a military organization of reploids and humans with the tasked guarding colonies for any attack. The military lead by the reploid Colonel and whom lead by the Titan General, the creation of the infamous Dr. Cain.
Rescue Force are the emergency rescue team that would send any team on any colonies example like planetary fire or metal fatigue ships.
On Mars they discovered the ruins of an ancient alien civilization called themselves the Prothean and the discovery of element zero. Sure the discovery of alien civilization would be a tremendous break through but technology wise was a bit disappointing.
Every piece of technology felt not as advance as they hope to be then the one's created by Earth scientist and reploids like Shining Firefly Doctor of Engineering and the world's leading researcher in laser technology.
Mass accelerators guns are good for it's no need to reload. But laser rifle have less recoil and need to cool down to shoot again and more powerful able to penetrate mass effect shield.
Still some of the alien tech can be used to help other things like decreased the mass from the ships without relying on anti-gravity device that used too much energy.
The discovery of the Relay from the Pluto was unexpected find. However the System Alliance already created a faster then light speed that travel in space called the warp drive. It was first use to travel to mars and earth in just few hours. But adapting and combining two technologies yield good results.
A hundred years later the System Alliance landed on a primitive planet not charted by the relay. This species look humanoids except that their skin was grey. The women are what you called attractive wearing something like a skimpy swimsuit while the men are muscular have a lion for the head.
They called themselves Ghouls they are a species that are born from the goddess Vidas of love and life. Who made love with the undead Zakart. Their love created a race called the ghouls. The planet was a very hostile place with countless giant beast or insect or men eating plant it's the reason why the Ghouls are very muscular.
The Ghoul leader Vandeliue wanted to make an Alliance with the Reploids and Humans Not only exchange for culture and knowledge but help solve the Ghouls greatest decline of children.
The Turians fleet shoot down the vessels not bother to look it was a scout ships and first contact a new race but couldn't since it was shielded and quickly escape to the relay. Of course the Turians use this an excuse that a new alien race broke the law for opening the relay without the council permission of course and wanted to make another client race.
On Shanxi was meant to be a military outpost since it was near to the relay outskirt of the System Alliance territory. Commander Signas was station on the planet. As a Reploid whom prepared for anything he make sure the entire planet is well secured for any invasion even some of them call the commander paranoid.
The planet was built with a powerful shield that can cover the entire planet from any attack, along with 48 enigma laser canons hidden on the ground camouflage from any sight. 1000 rider armours including the Eagle, Cyclops and gunners were included. All trained reploids, humans and ghouls were on the planet for exercise training.
When the vessels return from its scout mission and warn them of an alien invasion the entire planet went on a high alert and preparing for the attack including calling for reinforcement.
Not only that the System Alliance has to send soldier and scientist to the Relay whom know how to access the Relay technology and shut it off. But they needed to go to other the side to shut it off and at the same time map their coordinates first before returning. As now they can only shut it from the Shanxi side that won't allow the aliens from returning back to their space.
General Williams was on the carrier commanding the Repliforce space forces with Storm Owl and Spiral Pegasus. Both of them already launch their assault ships and dreadnought to defend the planet. Commander Signas has a plan as such all space forces will hold the line hiding from the alien sight first on one of the asteroids.
The asteroid is one of the reasons the planet was equip with the enigma canon and shields.
When the Turians arrive with hundreds of ships to pacify the new aliens species that broke the council law they were baffle how the planet was protected by an energy shield. General Desolas Arterius order a complete fire on the planet as hundreds of ships fire on the planet shields.
Hours of fire proof useless against the shield, it was then he commanded the fleet to fire one spot near the plain field and forest of the planet since it would be a vantage point as a base.
Commander Signas knew what they were thinking as such he order the shield on that spot to be drop making it look like they are weakening unknown to them the Ghouls commando and humans along with Neon Tiger, Web Spider and Slash Beast are station in the forest of home ground advantage.
As the Turian shuttle landed they disperse. They are two platoon one will going through the forest to outflank the aliens and the other will attack straight towards the city using gunships and tanks.
The first platoon went straight towards the city as they arrive they encounter a man made barrier surrounding the city. The Turians could see the aliens every one of them has similar face like an Asari the difference was their skin was pink and hair on their head. Then there's the other one with grey skin and others with a beast head wielding some kind of melee weapon.
Then one in the front was the alien wearing black and white armour, "I'm commander Signas and governor of this planet you are trespassing on our planet. You are given two choices to surrender and leave this planet or we will use force."
One of the Turians manages to interpret the message and language and reply to his commander officer. He didn't like it one bit the part to surrender. The Turians have a pride as the most powerful navy and military in the citadel and surrender to these savages would be the greatest insult. He replies by moving forward.
"So they choose war, all forces be ready Cyclops ride armors prepared for heavy bombarded and play that song."
"Which song, sir?"
"The classic" Psychological warfare using music to decrease the enemy morale while motivate the alliance morale.

The giant mech were in position as their fired the canons causing a powerful bombardment that destroyed every tanks and vehicle. The weapons were using plasma. Plasma discharge you can imagine a small compose of plasma energy shrunk to a size of a canon ball and exploded upon contact when that energy is release.
The shields were design for slug thrower weapon not plasma or energy based weapons. Even so the Turians remain passive and continue moving forward. When they reach the kill zone they open fired their weapons. Futile the ride armor were able to bounce the mass accelerators weapons since the ride armor were design to withstand the hottest magma of a volcano.
The air was occupied by the Eagle Ride Armor and drone ships that look like eagles drones. As the air force taking down the Vtol and gunships. When the Turians reach nearer the city limits Ghouls began their assault with their melee weapons and magic. As their weapons slice the Turians while ignore their shield.
Vigaro Took his plasma axe and slice a Turian right in front of him with ease and the continue the same. Zadiris a ghoul's wizard fired her fire spells burning the Turians. A reploid with his ride armor punch a Turian with his gigantic fist and another carry the tank and throw it.
"Were getting slaughtered here sir!" One of the soldiers reply to his officer, "Where is that backup!" remembering the Turians other platoon whom suppose to go through the forest flank the city. Then a radio was heard.
" Sir….. it' …trap…we ….. lost … platoon" Those what he heard and dreaded.
In the forest was a complete slaughtered…. no the right word was genocide as everything around the forest was a trap to the Turians. The robot master like Slash Beast and Neon Tiger using its plasma claws slice their enemies before they could even blink.
Web Spider traps the enemies with his lightning web. While the Ghouls whom had the advantage fighting melee in the forest occupy by humans soldiers.
The battles continue for three days. The System Alliance were having the upper hand and pushing the Turians forces back to the hole that they made. Only the Turians military discipline was what continues their assault.
Desolas didn't like how the war was not ending and the Turian were suffering more casualties it was enough that Desolas order a planetary bombardment to destroy the shield allow his forces to continue their attack on the city from space. Signas knew the alien was getting impatient and launch a surprise attack.
General Williams heard leading his ships the Hammerhead (a ship from megaman x4) along with the Tigris and retribution (infinite warfare) lead by the Repliforce began their attack as hundreds of ships move forward for their hiding spot. The Turian fleet that was occupied by the planetary bombardment were surprise by the Alliance attack.
This maneuvered not only flaking the Turians but making them to be destroyed in one place. As you could say being flak by three sides. The space battle continues as Turians didn't know whom to fire not only that their shied are useless against their energy weapons.
Signas decided to finally end it all "Fire the enigma target at the largest carrier." It was a heavy heart the Enigma was being used to kill but it was the Turian that started the fire and he has the right to put it out as all the innocent lives that he must protect.
"Yes Sir" as the canon charge it fired one of the carriers and exploded. The Turians whom saw this can just look in fear and disbelieve.
"Spirit what have we been fighting with." the commander officer look in utter fear from his base of operation.
"This is your warning surrender and you will be treated as prisoner of war if not you already knew." Signas said. With their spirit broken the Turians drop their weapons and surrender.
While in space Desolas can only look in fear. "Spirit they have an energy weapon that can fired from bellow the planet!"
"It's a laser canon sir, it was able to penetrate our ships armor easily." Desolas doesn't need to be a scientist the word laser was enough that they are screwed and call for a retreat to warn the hierarchy not the citadel of this advance alien. As the Turian fleet quickly turn back towards the Relay.
But all hope seems lost when seeing the Relay was shut down. There isn't a way to shut down the Relay even when the Asari and Salarian have tried but the aliens were able to. Sensing no way out he told the operator to transfer a message even if the chance was low but communication was strong even without a Relay had reach them warning of the aliens.
When General Williams arrive he told them to surrender and will be treated fair. Desolas told those to abandon ship and thinking that the alien will honour his word. But for him his pride won't allow it including others wanted to follow him even in death and loyalty.
Williams see all the ships breaking of and signaling their surrender but except a few. They were like cornered rats, that even a cornered rat will bite a cat. Then the largest of the alien ship fired their weapons. As a man of war the General command their bravery. If he in their shoes he would surrender to protect lives on the planet in a disadvantage situation.
The commander Desolas never surrendered and order ships to fire all the weapons. William on his ships looking at the vessels and those follow as they were blow to pieces, ripping apart he could hear the song of Ashes by Celine dion being played.
The Turians and the Alliance don't see any joy attacking a wounded Tiger but in war both have the cause. "You were a great enemy I salute you."
The Citadel big three has a discussion after the peaceful negotiation and they were troubling things.
"This is so trouble it makes the Krogan rebellion like a playground." Sparatus look at the report.
"Which one may I ask? The part that the System Alliance are an advance race with greater technology like a laser weapon that can fire from below the planet and shield that can cover an entire planet. Or the part that their society are living A.I. peacefully with each other for hundreds of years. Or the part that they made contact with another race that can use magic. Or the fact that the entire Turian fleet was decimated by this new comer." The Salarian gives his sarcastic mark.
"All of it except the magic part, which I don't believe." Sparatus just snort about the magic part.
"Gentlemen the magic is not the problems it's this Reploids whom they are called is the real problem." Tevos whom was reading the report starting have a headache.
"It is problems were facing A.I. This didn't happen after the Geth that Quarians created who still remains in Perseus veil. I already contact Matriach Mata Nui as the representative for the negotiation and she didn't believe the one called Gate was an A.I. until he told them what of his origin."
"This is troublesome we can't even tell the different between humans and Reploids." Spratus looking at the picture of gate and another representative a human called Ciel.
"There is a way, humans don't wear that much armorer only reploids and their allies the Ghouls the grey skin humanoid prefer wearing less clothing." Valern reading as usual Salarian cover the topic like doing homework.
"Ah the Ghouls at least their organic that is something we can agree on."
"But what are we going to do with this situation if the galaxies find out about this it there will be problem. Especially the Quarians they would demand War. Or worst terrorist attack." Sparatus already see the outcome. This was the problem if the new comers were another race with high technology that wont be a problem but this is a problem.
"That we can wait we needed to have another negotiation with the ambassador that will be coming to the citadel."
"Who are they sending it must be someone important?"
"Their sending someone called X."
I wrote this when playing megaman legacy 1 and 2 .The game really takes me back the time when I like playing megaman x series from the playstation 1 and 2. And celebrating it's anniversary. The reason I like playing X is finding secrets like heart tank and armor. The feeling of satisfaction when you find and equip all armors.
The police Force idea I got from Detroit Become Human as Conor and lieutenant Hank Anderson working together . In this story they are no Maverick Virus as such they are no need of Maverick Hunters but a police a Force.
The ghoul Species is from the Light novel and manga Yondome wa Iyana Shi Zokusei Majutsushi and theirs a manga so why not.
