"Now that we all have provisional licenses, I think it's about time I tell you homies the truth." Murry said while beginning to take off his shirt.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa there ya insane twat. There are other ways to tell us you're gay." Trish tried to stop him, to no avail. He ignored her and showed everyone his back. The tattoos appeared to be that of an Enenra, a Japanese smoke yokai. "Oh, that shit. It's just a tattoo, ya wanker. What's so bad about it?"
"A lot of problems, actually." Seiji was the first to act, using his quirk to pin Murry to the wall. He had theories why Murry always wears a jacket and was never seen showering with the rest of the boys, but this one he least suspected. "Who are you working for, Yakuza?"
"Ah motherfuck." Chifu was the first to get in front of Seiji, with her hands up to show that she's not trying to fight him. "How about we let our motherfuckin' friend down before this gets sour for all of us?"
"Are you blind? Do you not see who he is?" Seiji was angry with his classmate for even thinking of siding with Murry.
"Seiji, you need to calm the hell down."
"Yeah, Shishibro, chill for a moment and let Murry relax."
"What those two said." Himiko agreed with Izuku and Camie on the matter. Inasa and Riku also protested with Seiji's handling of the situation, while Kenshi was already on his way to inform Gran Torino. The class president, Nagamasa, decided that enough was enough.
"Seiji, you will put him down now. As your class president, I am ordering you to calm yourself and think rationally." Nagamasa placed his hand on Seiji's shoulders. Gran Torino barged in, more annoyed than angry about the entire situation.
"Of all times that you whippersnappers admitted some secrets, I was having a nice plate of taiyaki! Can we not have something stupid happening for FIVE MINUTES?!" Gran Torino scowled angrily at both Izuku and Trish.
"Wait, what did we do, sir?"
"You two are not the cause of trouble? Sorry, force of habit." Gran Torino apologised to the two students before then glaring at Seiji. "Put that boy down, now."
Seiji considered for a moment before nodding. Hesitantly, he let go of Murry. Gran Torino walked up to him and whispered something in his ear. The old hero then glanced at Himiko and gestured to her to come with them to his office. "Any more secrets that you whippersnappers have?"
There was nothing but silence. Gran Torino was about to get out with Murry, but a dumbass spoke up.
"I told Camie and Himiko." Izuku admitted. No one else but Chifu, Kenshi, and Gran Torino knew what he meant when he said that.
"GOD-FUCKING-DAMMIT!"
Meanwhile, in UA…
"Any agencies you're planning to join, Bakugou?" Mineta asked his friend while they were tending to some plants in the Botany Club's greenhouse. It was their turn since they got out earlier than Ibara and Awase, who were still doing a few classes.
"I don't know. Hard to choose with many people sending in shit that says they want me to join them." Bakugou shrugged while carefully handling a cactus. It was a delicate process that he had to learn over time. Even the slightest prick can be extremely painful at the wrong spot. The gloves do help, but there's still a chance for the cactus spikes to persist through it. "Besides, I don't think any of them like me."
"Makes sense. I'm thinking of going with Kamui Woods as my mentor. Just to keep up with the plant theme I got. Plus, he focuses a lot on capture, so maybe I can pick up a few tricks." Mineta climbed the fence to inspect the grapes for any insects while talking to Bakugou. "No pressure, man. Not like some crazy hero would come through that door right now to recruit you."
"Yeah, yeah, now shut it. If I make one mistake while handling this cactus," Bakugou was carefully placing the cactus in the right place. "I'm gonna be in a world of pa-"
"WHERE'S THAT EXPLODING ASSHOLE?! PRINCIPAL SAYS YOU'RE HERE! I WANT YOU AS MY RECRUIT!" Mirko suddenly bursts into the greenhouse without knocking, completely destroying the door and some plants. That was bad enough. Bakugou, however, out of pure surprise, grabbed the cactus. Mineta went up to check on him, but the boy gestured to him not to come any closer.
"Are you-" Mineta's concerned question was interrupted by a shriek that no man could do. He probably will have to bring this embarrassing secret to the grave. Mirko was busy covering her ears. After the screaming was done, Mineta quickly went outside to grab some pliers or tweezers to get the cactus spines out of Bakugou's hand. Maybe even ask Recovery Girl for some bandages.
"Ok, great. Walk it off. We start right-"
"Shut your fffffffffucking mouth." Bakugou was busy gripping the wrist, trying to bear with the pain. He glanced at the flowers that were destroyed and glared at Mirko. They were rain flowers. "You destroyed her favourite flowers! Bitch!"
"I destroyed whose flowers? Oh wait, I get it! I'll just pay for it later kid, let's-"
"I'm sorry, but I can not allow you to take Katsuki." Mirko turned around to face the voice that called out to her. The kid had green vine hair. She looks incredibly upset. To her side was a guy with a bandana, who was more exasperated than upset. "The greenhouse was just recently fixed. Other than that, your rash behaviour has caused an injury to one of the club members. As the Botany Club president, I can not, in good judgement, allow you to take Katsuki in his current state."
"You got guts, kid. I'll give you that. However, can you even handle me in a scrap?" Mirko asked her while going up to her face. Ibara sighed and took a step to the side, allowing a purple ball to hit Mirko on the forehead. The sticky purple ball obstructed her vision, distracting her enough for Awase to weld her feet to the concrete, instantly deleting any mobility she could have. Ibara then used her vines to wrap Mirko. The Botany Club completely immobilized the hero with an underhanded sneak attack. "Huh? That's not fair! Fight me mano a mano!"
"You're only saying that because you know you'll win. As I said before, I can not allow you to take Katsuki in until he has fully recovered. Also, I expect you to pay immediately for destroying UA property." Ibara said while grabbing the bandage and tweezers from Mineta and walking towards Katsuki to tend to his wounds.
"I'm not gonna say it." Bakugou said before Ibara said anything. Their competition is still going on, much to the annoyance of Awase and Mineta. The two had been going at it for more than a month now and neither was adamant in confessing.
"Why can't those two idiots just do it like normal people? Like say it under a sakura tree or something." Mineta facepalmed. He was tired of the tension and mind games between the two. Pretty much everyone in 1A and 1B was tired of the two dancing around each other simply because of their pride. "You know what? I'm just gonna go get Sir Aizawa to handle Mirko."
"Yeah, and I'll see if I can ask Momo a favour for some building materials. She seems really eager to help me after the whole Monoma incident."
"She has a crush on you, dumbass!" Mineta thought to himself while looking at Awase. The hypocrite can't even see that he earned the affection of Momo. He'll let this thing play out and see how it goes. He'd rather not interfere more than he should with a sapling that's yet to grow.
"FUCK!" They were both interrupted by Bakugou's pained growls. Ibara was quickly pulling out more of the cactus spines one by one.
"Hold still. This will be more painful when you tense up."
"Woman, I can do nothing but tense up."
"Can someone get me out of this damn thing, already?!" Mirko complained while struggling to get herself out of the vines.
Everyone went back to their respective task, and soon enough, Mirko was freed from her trap and Bakugou was properly tended to by Recovery Girl, who gave a scolding to Mirko. Awase promptly repaired the greenhouse for the third time this month while grumbling about not getting paid enough or at all for it.
"Okay, that shit is settled. Let's go. We'll fetch my sweet little piece of shit in Shiketsu next." Mirko said, but Bakugou still refused to go. "What's the delay, chump? Am I too much for ya?"
"You mentioned Shiketsu. Please tell me it's not Deku." Bakugou can tolerate him, but he will absolutely try his best not to encounter his ass.
"Who? Nah, it's that hothead who throws tantrums and shit. The one with the red hair." She's even worse. Before he could object any further, Mirko grabbed hold of him and jumped into the air. Ibara, using her vines, threw his hero suit briefcase at him.
"Good luck, Katsuki!"
"I DON'T REMEMBER AGREEING TO THIIIIIIIIII-"
Gran Torino's Office, Shiketsu
Gran Torino pinched the bridge of his nose after Murry told him his entire story. Himiko was listening attentively, looking sympathetic to the yakuza member. He had questions in his head, starting with how did Shiketsu let him in? Where is Overhaul's location? All Might's sidekick was looking for him. What is it with bullets meant to destroy quirks? A little girl being used for harvesting such a bullet?
"So you're telling me your plan of action is to attend a hero school, get a provisional license, now being legitimate, you can team up with some hero to help rescue your sister?" Gran Torino recounted everything Murry told him. Even if the boy was willing to turn his back on Overhaul, even from the start, he still committed crimes as a gang member. Crimes that would send him straight to jail. Now, with Himiko Toga in the mix, he can complicate this whole thing less. He had the girl contact her supervisor, the director of the whole black ops team Himiko is a part of. They waited for some time as Sho wanted to meet with a possible new member.
Eventually, she came, but she wasn't alone. She brought Hawks along with her. "Oh right, Himiko, I heard you don't want to be the leader."
"Yeah, not really my specialty, Sho."
"Lucky for you, I volunteered myself, kid." Hawks stepped up, trying to look cool in front of everyone, but nobody was buying it. He pouted and leaned against the wall, a bit disappointed. "Tatsumaki said I looked cool while doing that…"
"Anyway, without further interruptions, you have some vital information to tell us. So let me give you the same deal as Himiko. Work for us, and you won't be in jail."
"Do I get paid for this? I mean, theoretically, after the tirade with my pops is over, I'd be penniless." Murry raised his eyebrow, unsure whether he should trust a member of the hero commission. "What's stopping you from taking Eri for yourself?"
He narrowed his eyes at the Sho and Hawks. He could see the hero being more tense than usual while nervously eyeing Sho. Sho shook her head and sighed. "I will be honest with you. The commission might want the girl, but it won't hurt them if they don't know about her. Personally, I want nothing to do with the whole quirk-killing hassle. It'll do more harm than good. Also, I can't really stop you from leaking what the commission might plan to do if they were to take her. So for now, just between everyone in this room, let's keep it quiet. Even you, Hawks. We both know it'll be bad if villains got a wind of it. It's better to keep the girl out of anyone's hands at all."
"I know that. Plus, I don't want to accidentally use them on the wrong guy."
"Okay, well, now that you have our word, you have very little choice but to join us or rot in Tartarus." Sho held her hand out to Murry.
"Lady, I can not tell whether that's a threat to join or you're just blunt as shit. Either way, you got yourself a deal. If you go back on it, I'll slice your head off." Murry shook her hand. Himiko let out a soft 'yay' while Gran Torino sighed, clearly getting too old for this mess.
Mirko bursts into the room unannounced. "Oi, old geez- oh hey Hawks. Oi, old geezer, I'm taking in my intern Trish for her work study."
"Fine, whatever. Be sure to be a responsible mentor, also let go of that blonde kid. His dignity looks almost gone." Gran Torino pointed at Bakugou, who was being carried against his will by the rabbit.
"Hey, Bakugou!" Himiko greeted him while waving her hand.
"Hey, and uh, sorry for the past shit." He looked away timidly.
"All in the past!"
Shiketsu Dorms…
"Ah motherfuck! My apple bourbon pot pie! You knocked over the table, Shishibro!" Chifu mourned the remains of her recently baked dessert. Seiji looked away with guilt, while whispering his apologies to the big clown lady.
"Well, now that's settled, how about we review our homework?" Nagamasa suggested. The others nodded their heads and would let Murry and Himiko catch up to them when they come back. Mirko ruined the occasion by kicking the door open, making it fly across the room, hit Izuku on the way, and then slam into the wall.
"What the angling fuck?!" Camie was startled since the door nearly hit her. Trish was laughing, but that ended quickly when she was scooped up by Mirko, along with her hero uniform briefcase, and then being carried away. Mirko had officially abducted two people with anger issues.
"Does anyone have… anyone have pie slices?" Izuku pushed the door off him before falling face first on the carpet and passing out. Kenshi was the first to help him. Or at least try to help him. All the wolf did was lick his hair.
"He needs better shampoo. Also, can anyone please gently carry him to the couch? His head injury is minor and all he needs is a pack of ice." The wolf told everyone while Camie walked over and carried him effortlessly. She set him down on the couch and let Seiji do the rest of the work. "That hero should be less rowdy in her abductions. Her recklessness would only get her killed."
"Hmm…" Riku, as always, has been way too silent. Inasa, as always, is being loud, but there's no need for his dialogue in the matter.
"That being said, since Trish was kidnapped by Mirko, who will you guys have a work study with? I'm going back to Kamui Woods. Apparently, he's having a few more UA students in his work study this time." Nagamasa asked his classmates.
"I'm not done with my medical training, so I'm going back to Recovery Girl." Seiji answered while cleaning up the mess he made.
"I heard Izubro is tryna have Gran Torino contact Nighteye for him. Himiko has her training with Hawks, surprisingly enough. As for me? Izubro recommended a hero named 'Shaman' or something." Camie replied while tending to her best friend.
"Eh, my Grand Motherfuckin' Priest told me I can't just ride the boat back and forth from here to Okinawa, so he's passin' me off to Vlad King. The motherfucker also had a blood quirk like mine." Chifu said while helping Seiji clean up the mess he made.
"...Uwabami invited me back." Riku spoke over one word this time, which is a record for her. Nagamasa made a note of it to celebrate for later.
"I intend to work with Shishido. Nezu had advised me to go out more." Kenshi spoke while getting his neck rubs from Riku. Inasa looked away from everyone else in shame, since he was the only one to fail in getting his licence. Nagamasa gave him a sympathetic pat on the shoulder.
"Urk…" Izuku slowly stood up, finally conscious again. "Tell me when Mirko gets back. I want an autograph."
Himiko and Murry came back afterwards. Whatever exchange the two had with Gran Torino, it had to be positive. Murry himself asked for a private talk with Izuku to talk about his plans, while Seiji remained wary of him.
"Look, homes. I get that I'm not really the most trustwor-"
"Nah, we're good. Look, if you were all bad, you wouldn't tell us the truth." Izuku shrugged while answering his homework on Hero Art Literature.
"One more thing. I want in on the work with Nighteye. He's the key to all this."
"Really? Okay, here's the thing, I may be All Might's student, but I don't think it's a guarantee that Nighteye will take me in. From the looks of it, he already got another student under him. Based on what Ochaco told me back when 1A fought him in UA, he kicked ass." It was mere speculation, but Izuku was sure that Mirio was the one that was supposed to get One For All. Up until All Might met him on that fateful day.
"Eh, don't worry. Me being a Yakuza is gonna be connected to the case he's been sniffin' around for a while. So, here's th-"
With Mirko…
"And, so, wouldn't it be funny if we just cut them off? You, me, that stupid rabbit in front of us-"
"AH SHUT UP!" Katsuki yelled at Trish, who was busy trying to annoy him. The two of them, with Mirko, have been trying to stalk some criminals. "Just aim your goddamn bow on them and fire already!"
"Bow? I said I'm teachin' you how to fight, little brat! Where's that other weapon you've been talking about?" Mirko asked Trish. Trish pointed at the steel chair that she was sitting on. "A steel chair? Good. Very good."
"How is that practical?! Seriously, you bitches are stupid and I don't even remember signing up to work with you!" Katsuki complained for the tenth time today. "Okay, you know what? Fuck it."
He grabbed Trish and used his quirk to launch her towards the criminals. Her scream quickly alerted them, but it was already too late when the steel chair hit them hard across the face. Trish, against all odds, remained uninjured. She was also pissed.
"Nice throw, but have ya tried concentrating on your explosion a bit?" Mirko asked him, leaving him confused. "Like accumulating the explosion before letting it rip? Like a bit of a delay before concentrating it to a single spot for a sudden boost in beating the shit out of people?"
"Huh?"
"You know those animes where the explosion gets delayed into some small dome before it explodes like a fuckin' nuke? Yeah, try doing that." Mirko was doing different hand gestures to replicate it, but Katsuki mostly got the gist of it. He'll probably start working on that later.
"HEY! WANKERS! ARE YOU DEAF?!" Trish called out to them as a van drove past her. "THEY GOT OTHER PEOPLE! FUCKIN' HELP ME!"
"CALM YOUR NON-EXISTENT TITS, SHORTIE! I GOT THIS!" Mirko was already in front of the van when she did an axe kick, flipping it over. Trish actually paused for a moment. Katsuki noticed that every bit of anger was no longer present inside her. Only shock.
"...my what?" When Trish spoke, she actually sounded offended. Katsuki noticed Trish biting her own lip. It's as if she was trying to stop herself from crying. Mirko noticed this as well after tying the criminals with a rope.
"Oh, shit. I, uh… Come on, kiddo. You know what I mean. Don't cry at me again. Remember when you did? I kept my promise, right? I didn't tell that Izuku kid. I'm sorry I called you shortie, okay?" Mirko's hands were already on Trish's shoulders. She pulled the redhead in for a hug.
"I know I'm in no position to say this, but that's just low, man." One of the tied up criminals told Mirko. Katsuki did not know what to say in these types of situations. Ibara would do better in these types of things.
"Okay, I don't know what the fuck I'm supposed to say or do, but I'm calling over the police to arrest these guys. You fuckers keep me outta your drama. I'm adding that to my contract." Katsuki pulled his phone out to contact the police. "Oh, and your mood swings are shit."
"THE FUCK DID YOU SAY ABOUT ME?!" Trish instantly stopped crying after being insulted by Katsuki again. Mirko pulled her in again for a hug to calm her down.
"Okay, both of you, shut up now. You- Dynaboy"
"My hero name is Burst Damage. Fucking get it right." Katsuki snapped at Mirko. The three of them stayed and bought some snacks from a nearby store. The police finally came after five minutes and took the criminals into the police cruiser. Katsuki thanked them before finishing his snack. He was pretty sure that police had a student from Shiketsu going on a work study with him. Mirko declared the current day over and that she rented a nearby building to work as their temporary base for the day.
"I guess the first day wasn't so bad…" Katsuki thought to himself.

Bakugou: FUcking finally we're back
Yeah. Had a lot going on and focused a bit on the other thing so that it can catch up. Now this one will have to catch up with the overhaul arc.
