While at the same time Erwin noticing this changes decided to gamble as he started to spread rumors that the monarchy should change similar to the Federation a democracy and join them. With it's overwhelming military might , the empire captured one nation after another. While the federation struggle to maintain unity , every battle driving them further back against the wall.
Three months have passed with seven-tenth of Europa falling to the Empire war machine, the federation places all of it's hope in a desperate counter attack ;

There's a bit similarity between the Reiss family from attack on Titan and Valkyrie chronicles Randgriz family As both members of the family made a deal/ pact with the enemy for bother on survival and guilt.
