A/N: If you've seen the other announcement on the story under Gog, I have moved the story over to here. I uploaded on that account but I realize I should keep it here so stalkers can't follow me over.

Sirius stared after the dark haired girl walking... slithering(?) away. Something about her was familiar. Not just because she was a wizardess. In fact despite the fact he never saw her, but she gave off a very familiar vibe. Her eyes too, they were the same shade as the Blacks' eyes.

"Wow, that was weird," Peter said. Sirius sighed and got up.

"Mate that girl doesn't even look young enough to be a firstie, even though she's short," James said. "Are you sure you don't know her?"

"Bro, I might be a b'witcher but even I don't know all of them," Sirius said.

"I didn't meant that," James said quickly. "I just meant as a Black you might a all of the pureblood iechanting families in Britain and she gave off serious pureblood vibes. I knoew the MacMillians, Gaunts, Prewetts, Weasleys, Malfoys, Slughorns, Shacklebolts. Us Potters were excluded from the Pure-Blood Directory because it was a common surname-"

Remus snorted at this. "I heard Lily's sister just married a muggle as nasty as her and he'd disagree."

James nodded. "He would. But it's why they excluded us from the list. We were also excluded from the list because my grandfather Henry Potter also took an outspoken pro-Muggle view during his time in the Wizengamot. And aunt Dorea Potter nee Black married great uncle Charles Black without getting disowned, meaning the Potters had no muggle ancestors or relatives. So it was grandpa having an ouspoken pro-muggle view while he was in Wizengamot. But it's also possible the author of the directory probably thought pureblood families like mine, the Princes, the Crabbes, or the Goyles had some amount of Muggle ancestry."

"Yea the Blacks are proudly in the Pure-Blood Directory. Just like the Selwyns, Rowles, and Shafiqs. Yet 99% of ienchanting families didn't make the list because they have muggles, merpeople, undines, swan people, or even water trolls in their family tree. It's sort acceptable for any pureblooded bewitchering family to have a very small amount of mer ancestry in their family because they heavily relied on the river genies at one point, as much as The Baoulé people did," Sirius explained. "The Blacks only have two nile mud-mers and one pharaonka in our ancestry."

"Also I loved the Weasleys speaking out against the list, even though they were in it, and proudly declaring they were not ashamed of the muggle ancestry they had," Sirius replied. "Mum ranted about them being land blood traitors for hours... But I've never seen that girl before. And she looks very familiar for some reason."

"Maybe she's a scandalous, illegitimate Black child," Remus joked.

"Mate don't even-" Sirius said, with a nauseous face. "The only people who can have an illegitimate child if we do the math are , my parents, my uncle, my aunt, and Uncle Alphred. My parents and uncles, yeah no they hate us they don't need more kids- affairs or not. Bella, Cissa, Meda, and Reggie are all in a marriage contract."

James whistled. "What about you?"

Remus spoke up at once. "He's only 15 mate. He'd be a child when she was born, I'm sure b'witchering families as rich as the Blacks don't spare any sickos that come near them..."

Remus moved closer to Sirius, protectively. Sirius blushed. "No mate, she's not my secret unknown daughter. If anything she would be Uncle Alphred's daughter. But he's not married, he doesn't want have anything to do with the Blacks, he won't continue it. Threats of being disowned doesn't ruffle his sea feathers."

Meanwhile Delphi was hiding in a suit of armor, watching students pass by. She reached a hand out and plucked a student's hair strand when they walked by. Then she cast a silent gemino to copy a student's robes, that the student didn't even notice appear behind them. Sadly she could only gemino a Gryffindor robe.

After the coast was clear, she stumbled out of the suit of armor and rolled down the hallway, whining. She resisted throwing a temper tantrum right there because it wouldn't help her.

She got up and picked up the robe then huffed. She glanced around quickly to see if anyone might see her. She put the robe on and kept walking to her destination now that no one would spare a second glance at her. She was giddy with joy because she could do all the things her pops didn't get to finish properly.

She forgot where the girls' bathroom with the entrance to the chamber of secrets was. Was it on the 7th or 1st floor, near the grand entrance? Her parents didn't get to tell her anything . Her only bedtime stories were about torturing that Granger mudblood, or the dumb muggle orphanage kids at the cave. Or how her father offed whiny Myrtle to stop her noise while he was trying to think in peace.

She grumbled and checked the first floor first. Some teacher spared her a glance but didn't pay her much attention. When she was sure no one was paying attention to her, she slipped into the first bathroom she saw. She saw the irritating ghost, Myrtle doing a Myrtle activity. She grinned, she got it on the first try.

Myrtle looked up when she saw her. "I've never seen you before," she looked Delphi up and down.

Delphini growled at her. "You're not very observant, Myrtle the turtle, mind your own business." It was true, Myrtle somehow managed to not see Mrs. Potty nee Weasel opening the sink with parsletongue in her own bathroom. Lets see if Myrtle was more observant this time. If so Delphi would have to do something about it.

"How very rude," Myrtle snapped. "I know all the gossip about everyone that goes on in this school. And I'll make sure to spread anything I find out about you, far and wide." Myrtle flew into a toilet with a loud splash.

Delphini resisted the urge to curse Myrtle with the darkest spells she knew. She settled for blocking the toilets, that would solve the Myrtle problem. If Myrtle snitched on her she would never know her name. Delphi would cross that bridge when she came to it.

Delphini stomped to the sink and hissed a few words before she tried 'open' in Parsletongue. The sink immediately moved to show an entrance after 'open' and Delphini jumped in. She slid to the bottom then made her way to the snake. "The heiress of Slytherin has returned, I am the daughter of the last heir. The true heir," Delphini hissed as the giant snake came into view.

The snake came to a stop in front of Delphini. "Mistress?" it hissed back.

"Can I call you Hellphini?" Delphi asked, randomly. "My name is Delphini."

The snake cocked its head. "Ok that's weird," she replied. "But also cute. So why not? I also didn't know my old master had a daughter."

"It's a long story," Delphini said. "Can you pertify a certain ghost for me? Myrtle. I don't know how she got away twice? Oh yea the school was closed after father killed her."

The snake stared at Delphini while she rambled to herself. Delphi knew better than to stare back. "Why is my old master's daughter a wizardess? My master was a wizard."

Delphi glanced up, but not at basilisk eyes. "My mom was a wizardess, a very loyal follower to my father."

"Why didn't he come back to recruit me?" the snake hissed, sounding offended.

"My father was a very busy person," Delphi snapped. "He had no time for whiny school girl snakes in his ranks."

"Your father is a hatchling, not a century old," the snake hissed.

"That sounds like wittle snake's problem," Delphi said in a baby voice. The snake swiped at Delphi but she shot it back with a dark spell.

"Just for that I'm going to tip off that ghost you hate," the snake hissed at Delphi. "And make her more annoying." And get you too.

While all that was going down, Sirius was at the Great Hall for lunch when he got a wet, red letter from home. The owl was NOT happy about delivering that. And showed it by nipping at Sirius' fin. He sighed, his parents wanted him to come home for the holidays, staying on land would just be disgraceful. On top of being in a muggle loving house.

Could Sirius live on land like he wanted? Or would he forever be divided from the amazing land creatures, by the top of the water? Would he forever be looking at Remus from a rock or swimming to the surface? Sirius ran to the first floor bathroom, upset.

When he burst into the bathroom, he burst into furious tears. He wiped his tears in frustration. Delphini chose that moment to slither out of the sink entrance. She stopped short as Sirius turned to stare at her. "I didn't see you crying if you didn't see this," she said.

"Who are you?" Sirius momentarily forgot about crying.

"I'm- I'm no one," Delphi replied.

"I should tell Dumbledore right now," Sirius said.

Delphini sighed and tried legitimacy on him. She got past the small barrier to see about the letter. And him always wanting to come to land. "I can tell you want to be on land and be part of that lifestyle," She said. "I can make you a potion that removes your legs webs and fins. So you have an excuse to stay on land."

"How would you get that kind of potion?" he stared at her.

"I have a lot of things from my uncle's potion cabinet," Delphi replied. "I can ask my house elf to smuggle it to me." And complete the necessary dark ritual...

Sirius looked her over. This firstie was weird and now coming in from a strange sink entrance. "Where did you go?"

"I-I erm I just had my house elf, that I snuck in the castle, help me move the sink and pipes away to make a little clean ditch in the floor. I sit there because it's cleaner than the bathroom," Delphi said.

Sirius started at her. "I thought you weren't a student here?"

"I lied because I'm shy," Delphi said.

"What's your name?"

"Daphine Smith," Delphi lied, repeating a name she heard in the hallway.

Sirius seemed to think for a moment. "Ok, I'll use your potion if you have one. But what do you want in return?"

Delphini smiled like like a snake. "Just don't tell anyone I'm here, I don't want to share my spot."

"Deal."

Delphi was glad nosy Myrtle wasn't around at that time or she'd tell Sirius the truth. Her uncle should really learn to be suspicious of new people. All she needed to do was temporary disappear potion on his leg webs and fins."
