Sirius was able to hide his voiceless periods from his friends and the teachers. The Mauraders wondered why Sirius sounded a little different once every few months. But Sirius threw off their suspicion by going to Honey Dukes during a Hogsmeade Weekend, and buying a lot of exploding bonbons, fizzing whizzbees, and pixie puffs. And constantly eat them all in one sitting.
Like when he ate 10 exploding bonbons at once at the 3 Broomsticks and it exploded in his mouth. He flew back a foot and landed on his butt. He ate some fizzing whizbees after that and floated a few feet off the floor. "I love these," he said in a raspy, high pitch voice.
"Is this why your voice changes every now and then?" James asked.
"Yea I binge on exploding bonbons," Sirius replied.
"Mate you gotta stop," Remus said. "There is a rumor going around that you get your crotch kicked by a new witch every few months and that's why your voice changes for awhile. It matches with your dating habits."
"But you get explosive hiccups instead of explosive dihhrea after stuffing your mouth with all that candy," Peter pointed out.
Sirius grimaces, Peter wasn't wrong. "I only get explosive hiccups," Sirius agreed, not telling Peter that binge eating exploding bonbons does cause digestive discomfort,
"It's not my fault the witches don't get the hint, I'm always clear I'm not promising anything," Sirius changed the subject. Sirius only dates so many witch to hide his infatuation with Remus. He can't have Bella tell his family he likes a land wizard.
"Mate anyone would be fooled by your pick up lines," James replied. "Lily thought you were in love with 5 of her friends and called sick romano twins."
"Romeo," Remus immediately corrected.
Meanwhile Regalus is at Hogshead Inn, reading a letter from his mum. She wants him to marry who she choses or take the mark to prove he isn't like his brother. She claims the whole family will fall apart and the Malfoys will take advantage of it. The Malfoys are too close to Voldemort and will rule over them.
Regalus looks at the letter closely. His mum wants him to marry Krystal Parkinson. If he didn't find her appalling he still wouldn't marry her. He was in deeply love with Starla Brown. He didn't care if she was a half blood land witch. He couldn't imagine his life without Starla. Sirius won't forgive him but he had to take the mark. If he didn't the consequences for the Blacks would be bad. He would not get deeply involved like Bella, he'd just amass favors and wealth in the Ministry like Malfoy. And he would never point a wand at the maurders after joining Voldemort. Starla would live like Cissa, the dark lord would forgive her blood status if she was loyal like Severus.
Meanwhile Delphini was walking on the outskirts of Hogsmeade. She only had one and half year to wait and she was displeased by what she saw. Her mother wasn't a devoted follower of her father. Her mother was from a selfish, political family who didn't really believe in the Dark Lord. Her mother didn't care about her father, her mother really only needed an unchanging cause, without room for emotions, to believe in. Because her mother's world was shattered after her sister Andromeda left her for a muggleborn. Bellatrix needed a staunch cause with no room for different opinions to hold onto. And to unleash her madness through. Her mother was a petty, weak witch who could not accept her sister's path. This shattered all of Delphini's own beliefs. Her father had to be more consistent. It was now more important than ever that Delphini meets him.
A bang happening at the same time as a lightening strike started everyone. People started running and screaming. Regalus looked out the window of Hoggshead Inn, he'd recognized those familiar dark robes anywhere. He shot up, and ran to get everyone to saftey. He uttered a chameleon charm then started shooting spells at the death eaters from the upper window of Hoggshead Inn. For the first time since he decided to take the mark, he was wondering about his decision.
The mauraders jumped up when the attack started. They ran out of Honeydukes. "James, Remus, Peter go back to Hogwarts through the secret passageway and warn Minnie," Sirius yelled.
"No mate you go," James and Remus yelled back.
Remus and Peter assisted some honeydukes kid patrons through the secret entrance, and told them to tell the professor at Hogwarts. James and Sirius ran out to the street to fight. They came across Rodolphus, who graduated early at Drumstrang due to suspicious circumstances, shooting random people at Hogsmeade. "Getting too confident," Sirius yelled at her. "Trying to conduct a raid right under Dumbledore's nose near his fortress."
Rodolphous sneered. "Grumbledore can only deny the new order for so long." Sirius dueled with him and James had his back.
"Your brother will pay," Sirius hissed."We will not let him walk freely in Hogwarts."
Delphini was moping when she saw her father's servants run from the opposite side. Delphini seethed as they attacked everyone. The whole stunt was supposedly about taking care of the muggle born problem but they were attacking every wizard of every status. Even the ones who didn't defy them. They didn't even stop to ask because one dared to shot a spell at Delphini. She rolled away and unleashed her powers. That wizard was burned badly. How dare they attack their master's daughter? Something had to be done. Delphini ran towards the shrieking shack.
