"I'm in a difficult position now because of those Sailor Senshies. We need an inconspicuous way to act to steal energy from people", Danburite said, sitting in a chair behind his desk.
"I have one designed to fit your recent words, but it will take some time to prepare", The brown-haired woman who entered the room said.
"What's your plan, DeVleene?" Danburite asked.
"A lot of women often pay a lot of attention to looks. So we take advantage of that, but I also need a little help with that plan", DeVleene said.
DeVleene had curls. He was tall, and skinny, and looked 20 years old. Her blouse was white and had a bow on the front. She had a black skirt with a heart sewn on her hips and high heels on her legs. He had earrings in his ears and a hairband on his head.
"What now, Amanda?" Hime asked his cousin after seeing a worried look on Amanda's face.
"Or let me guess. Danburite is once again planning something new, and boring, to steal energy from people", Hime said after understanding the situation.

Hime went to the store, glancing at a box of chocolates on one table with rose-shaped chocolates on the lid that were rainbow-colored.
"Rainbow Chocolate Only 100 Yen!" Hime thought after reading the price tag text.
Hime then saw a salesman who fit Amanda's description of DeVleene earlier:
"Sorry. Are these Rainbow Chocolates now on offer once their price is up about affordable?"
"Yes they are," the seller said. "This Rainbow Chocolate is sold for 100 yen for each piece".
"So beautiful", Hime said.
"True. Do you want one such box? Each box has 4 Rainbow Chocolates", The salesman asked.
"Sure", Hime bought the chocolate. "Why is this chocolate so popular?"
"Because it tastes exceptionally sweet. Try it anyway", The salesman said.
"My big brother has a cold, so I try this chocolate right after checking his condition", Hime said. He felt there was something suspicious about this new chocolate.
"Attention", The seller said.
"Thank you", Hime said, returning home.
"Amanda, I found that chocolate. How should it be examined? Maybe we need some kind of test rabbit?"
"Let's have Luna examine them by using the command room computer. I just recently got a vision of "Danburite, how is your new plan progressing?" Queen Beryl asked, sitting on her Throne.
"DeVlee believes he knows what he's doing", Danburite said", Amanda said.
Once Amanda finished talking to Hime she went to the kitchen pulled out a pot for soup grabbed some chicken flavor powder everything that should be in chicken soup and started to make the soup.
Amanda decided to make a cup of chicken broth for Mamoru first to see if that will stay down. Amanda grabbed a face mask so that she won't catch the flu, Amanda opened the bedroom door:
"Hey Mamo-kun, I made some broth for you I'll set it by your lamp, I will head to the store and get some medicine".
Amanda made sure the soup was on low so the soup won't be boiling over, got herself ready and made sure to get water for Mamoru so they won't be dehydrated, then locked the door went to the store to get medicine.
"I inform Luna of this", Hime went to her room and opened her communicator:
"Luna, Have you heard of Futaba-chan's surprising weight gain?"
"Ren-kun just informed me about it. Why did you ask that?" Luna asked.
"I bought the chocolates that Futaba-chan ate for examination. How can I send one of them for your examination?" Hime asked.
"I'll take care of it. Where are you now?" Luna asked.
"In my room, and I hold the box of the relative I just mentioned in my hand", Hime said.
"The obvious thing", Luna said, and a round glass jar appeared around one of the chocolates, and that chocolate disappeared from the box:
"One of the chocolates you mentioned is now here in the command room. I will start the research and report the results as soon as I get them ready".
"Clear. Thank you", Hime said, shutting down the communicator and the water box of chocolates in the kitchen when Amanda returns home:
"Luna is currently researching one Rainbow Chocolate. Did you find the medicine?"
"Yes I found both medicine and extra. I will now head to the cash register now to buy them", Amanda said.(Items Amanda got a box of severe cold and flu pills DayQuil and NyQuil, mucus 24 hr. Bayer back and body Coral septic spray cherry flavor and pineapple juice and grapefruit juice red.
"Clear. Have there been any other unexpected cases of obesity in the city? You should also come up with an antidote for this, just in case those Rainbow Chocolates are really the new plot of the Dark Agency. Amanda was mixing together pineapple juice and grapefruit juice together in a gallon jug, grabbed a glass put four ice cubes in a glass and put some juice mixture in the glass pulled out two DayQuil pills one mucus pill, put on a face mask went to deliver both the juice and the medicines to Mamoru.
"Clear thing. Should we go and look at the situation in Futaba-chan with our own eyes?" Hime asked.
"Are there handkerchiefs there?" Hime asked.
"I believe we should, handkerchiefs I don't know we will look", Amanda said.
"There are handkerchiefs in the living room at that table in front of the couch", Hime said after noticing that handkerchief package.

"It's good", Hime said, taking to making tea. After a while, he had finished making the tea:

Amanda took her cup
"Is Mamoru still having a fever?" Hime asked, giving a handkerchief to Amanda.
"How did Big Brother even catch a cold?" Hime asked his cousin.
"Don't know I didn't get any vision's about it. I made sure he got his medicines", Amanda said.
"Thank you so much for your help", Hime said after drinking tea.
"In a couple of months, it's Valentine's Day, which is exactly the time of year when girls use their chocolate to share their feelings by giving them chocolate. But do you want to look very attractive then, girls? In that case, the Spa-DeVleene is the right solution for your problem. My fitness regimen at that spa will help you girls achieve the ideal dream body for Valentine's Day. Mamoru went out of his bed opened the door:
"Could Amanda-chan have more of that juice that you brought into my room please?"
"Sure I'll be right there with the juice", Amanda went and got the juice and put on the mask and handed the juice to him:
"Here you go Mamo-kun".
"Thank you", Mamoru said.
"How did you catch a cold?" Hime asked.
"I forgot to put the hat I recently knitted on my head a couple of days ago when I went shopping", Mamoru said.
"Okay. You now have to go back to bed", Hime said as he went into the living room.
"All right. Is there chocolate in that box?" Mamoru asked his cousin after seeing a box of chocolates on the kitchen table.
"Yes there's chocolates in the box but they're not for eating", Amanda said.
"You need to get under the covers of your bed", Amand said.
"Yeah. You can't catch a cold", Hime said.
"All right", Mamoru said, returning to his room.
Hime took the lid of the chocolate box out of place to see the rainbow-colored, rose-shaped chocolates:
"I guess I'll find a reason why these chocolates are so popular. Or what, Amanda?"
"Until we find out from Luna I don't think that's a wise idea", Amanda said.
"Yeah, but I meant the colors of those chocolates", Hime said.
"I agree with the color and the shape of them," Amanda said.
"Let's talk to Futaba-chan about these chocolates later as well", Hime suggested.
"Agreed", Amanda said.
"What's Danburite's part in DeVleene's plot?" Hime asked his cousin.
"I didn't see the vision didn't reveal that part yet", Amanda received
"All right. Let's go see Futaba-chan now", Hime said.
"Thanks to Sailor Senshi, all of our plans have failed. Gathering all the energy is going to be pretty hard. And if we don't manage to steal energy from people, this is my end", Danburite said, sitting in a chair behind his desk. "And that's the end of the Dark Agency, then".
"Calm down Danburite-same, and eat the chocolate. Just leave it in my hands. I'm sure I'll be raising a lot of energy. And of course I'm also raising funds for the Dark Agency", DeVleene said, putting a tray of chocolate on Danburite's table. "I'm sure my plan will succeed".

"Why would an enemy fatten people with chocolate?" Ren asked.

"Let's explore that spa", Hime said as Futaba stopped pedaling, gave the headphones to his brother, and went to take a shower.
Hime turned off his communicator:
"Are you ready to ruin Danburite's new plan, Amanda?"
Hime took out his Diguise Pen:
"Earth Power! Turn me into a health inspector! Change!"
Hime's clothing turned into a red-and-white jacket, black pants, and black shoes. He had a red hat on his head and red and white gloves on his hands. He had a brown shoulder bag on his right shoulder.
Hime left the shrine with the others, and they went toward the spa opened by DeVleene.
One woman walked out of the spa:
"That workout worked!"
"Doesn't seem to have worked!" Hime thought of a woman who was quite fat.
"Can I help you somehow?" DeVleene asked as he came out of the spa.
"By giving back the energy you stole from people", Hime thought indignantly:
"We're health inspectors. We saw your ad earlier today, and we decided to inspect your spa, which has become quite popular".
"Sure. You're not the first inspectors to be here today. Feel free to look around, and I'll talk to some of my clients", DeVleene said, going to the room to the right of the lobby. Steam came out of that room.

Then one of the capsules opened, and a woman stood up:
"Is there a mirror here?"
"Sure!" DeVleene said, pointing to the full-body mirror attached to the wall behind her, the woman was looking at and saw her skinny mirror image.
"Unbelievable!" The woman shouted in delight.
"That recent one doesn't meet our auditing standards! In the face of too much temptation, it easily succumbs to silly short-sightedness!" Hime shouted, entering the room like the others, taking out Lip Rod:
"Earth Planet Power Make-Up!"
Hime changed to Sailor Earth:
"You're cheating others to steal their energy from the leader of the Dark Kingdom. That's inappropriate. I'm a sailor in the sailor of courage and justice, Sailor Earth! In the name of the country, I'll stop you!"
"Rainbow Chocolate Attack!" DeVleene threw chocolate candies at Sailor Earth.
Sailor Earth quickly raised both palms in front of her, and a large, indigo blue energy shield appeared in front of her:
"Don't play with food!"
"Dark Lightning!" There was a shout from the right, and DeVleene was struck by a black lightning, which made DeVleene faint.
Everyone looked to the right to see Zagato, who was now wearing dark gold armor, and a matching helmet with two green gems:
"Do your best, Sailor Earth!"
"Yes. Earth Damage!" Sailor Earth released the blue energy that hit DeVleen.
"Iiiiik!" DeVleene shouted as he was destroyed.
With DeVleene, the entire spa disappeared.
"DeVleene was a scammer!" One woman said when the capsules disappeared.
"Earth's power, restore these girls!" Sailor Earth shouted, but the girls did not return.
"This is a bad thing!" Sailor Earth thought nervously.
Surprisingly, from the sky began to rain papers, and candy.
"What on earth?!" Sailor Earth thought, grabbing one piece of paper floating in front of him. The paper had different pictures of skinny women:
"These leaflets tell you how to lose weight. Lose weight by eating soy. Drink tea to lose weight".
"Really?!" Sailor Moon asked, running to the scene with Luna, grabbing one of the flyers herself.
"Could these candies help us lose weight?!" Some woman shouted, grabbing one candy. He peeled the candy wrapper around the candy, and really lost weight. "It worked!"
"Who is throwing these candies, and flyers?!" Sailor Earth thought curiously, looking around. He then saw a man standing on a plateau in Tokyo Tower throwing candy and flyers for everyone.
The man was wearing silver clothes, silver shoes, and a white mask on his face. The man had silver hair, and silver eyes. Her skin was pale. He was tall, and athletic, and 18 years old.
"It's Kaitou Ace!" Some woman cried blushed, and Usagi's eyes changed to heart-shaped.
"Adonis, this is Danburite!" Sailor Earth thought indignantly:
"Was this part of Danburite's plan for DeVleene?! To make the girls fall in love with Danburite so she could look like a hero and use it to steal people's energy?!"
"Adonis?" Zagato asked after identifying Kaitou Ace.
"See you again!" Ace said he was jumping from one roof to another, disappearing from view.
"How are you, Amanda?" Sailor Earth asked her cousin.
"Are you really that flickel Sailor Moon? Rainbow Chocolate's and those candies are filled with dark energy, Sailor Moon use your present moon wand and say Moon Healing power now", Amanda said.
"Oh...yes. Moon Healing Escalation!" Sailor Moon shouted and the women returned.
