Author's Notes: This Chapter may throw you all off. This will be based in Nicole's mind while Nicole is in a coma. Fair warning there will be abuse by a lover. Someone will come to save the day. It won't be Data though. So stay tuned.

Chapter Fourteen

Nicole was enjoying playing with Lorelai and Spot on the property of the countryside home she shared with Data. This was where she went when she needed to get away from Regen. This part of her mind, Regen, was unable to touch for some reason.

Just then it changed, Nicole found herself out by some body of water. It was on some random planet that Nicole did not know. Regen was trying to surf the waves while Nicole sat in the sand reading a book about cybernetics.

She sensed someone sitting next to her. She thought it was Regen, but when this person spoke her blue eyes went wide.

"Hello Nikki."

"Q."

Nicole turned to see the omnipotent being sitting on the beach towel. He was in some red and black trunks with the Starfleet symbol on them. Of course he was shirtless. Q took her chin in his hand.

"What did he do to your pretty face?" Q snapped his fingers and the black eye Regen gave her went away. "There, that's better."

Nicole pulled away from Q to return to her book. Why would her mind try to bring him in? He was nothing but a lying conniving…..

"Nikki, I am here to help." Q said.

"Why would you want to help me?" Nicole asked.

"Because Regen conned the Q Continuum."

Nicole raised an eyebrow. She did not believe anything this man said.

"He wanted to make a deal with us so he could win his love back. Instead he used the power we gave him to destroy worlds and unleash terror on the galaxy. When I found out it was to get to you, I had to do something. Jean-Luc is my dearest friend."

Nicole groaned as she rolled her eyes. "Well as you can see, I am unable to leave. I've tried to go back but I end up at the house in the countryside."

"Regen is stopping you. That's why I am here to help."

And without warning, Q grabbed Nicole by the front of her swimsuit and forcefully kissed her.

The bio bed went crazy as Nicole sat up. Q appeared by Captain Picard. Dr. Crusher immediately went to scan Nicole. Nicole glared at Q.

"Never do that again." Nicole said through gritted teeth.

"My apologies." Q said.

"What happened?" A familiar voice asked.

"Data!" Nicole wrapped her arms around her husband as tears fell down her cheeks.

"I am here, my dear. You are safe now." Data said.

"How were you able to bring her back?" Commander Riker asked.

"He kissed me." Nicole made a yucky sound. "He used tongue too. Yuck!"

"Please refrain from kissing my wife. Thank you." Data said, narrowing his eyes.

"Well, besides an accelerated heart rate, Nicole's fine. I do want to run some tests though." Dr. Crusher said.

Data stayed while Dr. Crusher ran test after test. Nicole seemed to be doing quite well given the circumstances. Even her levels were back to normal.

"You have a clean bill of health, Lieutenant." Dr. Crusher said.

Nicole smiled. "Thank you Beverly. When can I leave?"

Dr. Crusher sighed. "I guess you can go. I gave you something that will suppress your telepathic abilities."

Nicole nodded her head. She jumped off the bio bed and her and Data walked through the corridor hand in hand.

"How long was I in Sickbay for, babe?" Nicole asked.

"4 days, 8 hours, 32 minutes, and 6 seconds." Data said. "Ship's performance dropped by 70%. Geordi worked a double yesterday."

"Poor Geordi. I hope I get cleared to return to work. Geordi really needs me since I take on most of his work load." Nicole said.

"Yes." Data said.

When they entered their quarters, Spot started to meow when she saw Nicole. Nicole bent down to pick up the feline. She smiled as the Spot purred.

"Have you been giving daddy hell, Spot?" Nicole asked.

Spot just meowed which caused Nicole to laugh. Data mimicked a smile as he went to the replicator to prepare some sustenance.

"Would you like to eat first or shower first then eat?" Data asked.

Nicole let Spot jump out of her arms. She gave Data a lustful smile. Data tilted his head. Nicole stood on her tippy toes to give the Android a kiss. She backed him up against the bulkhead. Data used his speed and strength to flip them so Nicole was backed up against the bulkhead.

Nicole moved her hands under Data's tunic so she could feel the smooth bioplast of his stomach. It wasn't smooth though. And it wasn't Data's bioplast. It was skin! She could even feel the tiny amount of chest hair.

When she broke the kiss. It wasn't Data she saw, but Regen.

"You really think you can get rid of me so easily." Regen said.

"I just want to go back to Data, Regen. Please!" Nicole pleaded.

Regen smacked her across the face. "I told you to NEVER say his name in my presence!"

Nicole tried to fight back against him but he was too powerful.

"Mommy! Mommy help me!" Nicole called out.

Right when Nicole thought her life was going to be over, she was brought back to the countryside. Q was there. He was tending to her wounds.

"For some reason he is unable to reach this part of my mind." Nicole said.

"It's because this part is a memory. Not a dream." Q said.
