Hello... Very sorry for the long pauses going on in between chapters. Now that summers here I can spend more time writing these stories! Plz don't hate me for these long pauses. Anyway read, review, and enjoy :)

Last time: "I am so sorry." The Professor said looking at the floor sorrowfully.

The Doctor sighed and braced himself on the railing looking down at the puddle that used to be the one Amy Pond. Koschei walked into the room and upon seeing all the grim faces asked, "What happened?"

The Professor shook her head and went to put in coordinates. The familiar sound of the Tardis taking off filled the room. The Doctor stood staring at the puddle of goop. When the Tardis landed the Professor walked over and rested her hands on his shoulders. "It's going to be alright." She whispered.

"But what if it's not." The Doctor argued, turning to look at her.

"Well, I say it is." She said back with a small smile on her face. The Doctor smiled at her but it didn't reach his eyes. "I know how you feel about her. You will find her." The Professor said sternly. "After all she was the first face you saw." The Professor backed away from the Doctor and looked sad for a moment, "Then I will find you."

"What?" The Doctor said alarmed. "Aren't you coming with me?" He asked.

"I'm sorry Doctor. I can't. I have some… things to take care of. I can't be with you right now." The Professor said, pain in her voice when she said the words.

"But I just got you back," He said, reaching a hand toward her. The Professor didn't say anything. She gave him a pleading look. He gave a slight sigh, "You'll come find me right?" He asked.

"Yeah. We'll be together again before you know it, yeah?" The Professor said, smiling. "And Amy will be there with Rory and we'll go on an adventure." She added.

The Doctor walked to the door, Rory following. "Together?" He asked one more time.

"Of course. After all, you're the first face this face saw." The Professor said, gesturing to herself.

The Doctor chuckled and walked out of her Tardis. He saw his and he walked over pulling out the key. He turned back just in time to see the Professor's Tardis dematerialize. He sighed and walked into his Tardis with Rory in tow.

With the Professor…

"What was that about?" Koschei asked surprised.

"We've got to visit River." The Professor said, setting the coordinates.

"Who's River?"

"A friend. You want to wait in here?" She asked.

Koschie sighed, "Yeah, I'll talk to the Tardis. Find out what's been happening around here while I was gone." He said, patting the console with a smile.

"What? You want to talk to this gossip?" The Professor said playfully.

Koschei chuckled, "Why do you need to see River?"

The Professor pursed her lips and paused, "Because a storm is coming. And it's going to be big." She said ominously.

The Tardis groaned to a stop and the Professor stepped out. She saw River viewing several outfits on her bed in her cell. River noticed her, "Rose!" She screamed in excitement. "Give me a minute to change and then we'll be off to my birthday bash!"

The Professor smiled as she heard her name, "Seems everybody's calling me that nowadays." She muttered. She walked towards the cell, "Hey River!" She said, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Where's the Doctor?" River asked, picking up a Victorian looking dress. "This match the occasion?" She asked, a big smile on her face.

"River… I'm not here for your birthday." The Professor said, a grim expression on her face.

River's smile faded, "Future or past?" She asked.

"Past." She answered. "Amy just had her baby… They're going to Demon's Run." She said. "What do I do River?" She asked.

"You fight. You fight as hard as you can and when the Doctor falls you catch him." River said, sternly. "You will see him as you never saw him before."

"See him how?" She asked.

"You'll see him angry. He will burn with fury over what those people did to him and no one will be able to stop him. All you have to do is be there when he cools down." River explained.

The Professor nodded, "Meet him at Demons Run?" River nodded. "When will you get there?"

"I can't be there until the very end." She said, looking back down at the array of clothes laid out.

"Alright then." The Professor nodded and headed back to the Tardis.
