A/N: I meant to update this last week, but I had several hiccups. One of them being I got a new computer yesterday (which might cause some problems with the spell check for a bit... who knows how long)

Chapter 256: Tobi… Just Tobi…

Sasuke glared at Tobi, struggling not to scream in pain.

"EWWWW… you were bitten by the snake pervert! Weren't you?" asked Tobi.

"Shut up…" muttered Sasuke.

"Oh wow! Did your brother mess you up that much" asked Tobi

Sasuke glared at him as the seal flashed again.

"I have to calm down…" thought Sasuke.

Meanwhile with Nami's group.

"All right." Said Nami, "There are two things we need to deal with, Sakura. Did Chopper ever say how to stop him?"

"If he gets submerged it stops him." Said Sakura.

"All right! You, Franky and Isaribi will stop him." Said Nami.

"Okay!" said Sakura.

"Right!" said Isaribi.

"Why those two?" asked Franky.

Both Sakura and Isaribi glared at him.

"You don't know anything about us… so I'll let it slide." Muttered Sakura.

That was when Nami handed Sakura a baby snail phone and the other keys that were gathered.

"After that go find Robin and save her." Said Nami.

Sakura.

"Okay, me and Sanji will go save Zoro and Usopp." Said Nami.

"I can't believe those idiots got stuck together…" muttered Sanji.

"We have to go save Chopper now." Said Sakura, "The longer he's in that state the longer he's in danger."

Sakura led the way to Chopper while Sanji and Nami went to un-cuff Sogeking and Zoro.

"Hello!" yelled Ino, "You didn't give us jobs!"

"They forgot about us…" muttered Kalifa.

"What are we supposed to do?" asked Ino.

"I don't know… maybe search for any of your crew and see if they defeated they're opponents." Said Kalifa.

"That's a great idea!" said Ino, "Let's go look for Sasuke!"

"Why?" asked Kalifa.

"Because I'm sure Sasuke has finished his fight already!" said Ino.

Meanwhile with Sasuke, he gritted his teeth.

He took a breath and clamed down, however the cursed seal didn't retreat.

"It doesn't seem to be getting better." Said Tobi.

"Will you shut up!" yelled Sasuke.

"Sorry, sorry… don't bite my head off." Muttered Tobi.

Sasuke grabbed his sword and ran towards Tobi, he tried to slice Tobi but Tobi once again dodged.

"Are you getting faster?" asked Tobi.

Sasuke realized he was.

"Then again it's because the snake pervert bit you… I can't be surprised you are!" said Tobi.

"Will you shut up!" yelled Sasuke.

Meanwhile with Chopper, he was terrorizing the two stuck together interrupting the fight… somewhat, Kakau was still attack them.

Chopper was about to hit Zoro and Sogeking but Sakura blocked it.

"Sakura… what are you doing here?" asked Zoro.

"I'm here to help Chopper.," said Sakura.

"Wow… you two are stuck together… man you are idiots." Muttered Isaribi.

"Hey!" yelled both of them.

"What are you doing?" asked Zoro.

"We have to save Chopper." Said Sakura, "Don't worry about it."

Sakura managed to punch Chopper to send him flying. In fact this stopped the fight with the CP9.

"Whoa…" muttered Jabra.

"She has that rare muscle condition that 5th Hokage has, doesn't she?" asked Kaku.

"Remind me never to get on her bad side." Said Franky.

"Hey shouldn't you be helping her?" asked Isaribi.

"You're not." Said Franky.

"My job is to fish him out of the water." Explained Isaribi.

"I don't want to hurt him Franky! Help me!" yelled Sakura.

"All right! I'll blow him into the sea then!" yelled Franky.

He then shot a Coup De Burst as Chopper sending him flying out of the room into the water.

"Hey!" yelled Sakura.

Isaribi sighed and followed Chopper in to the sea.

Sakura decided to grab Franky and toss him into the ocean as well.

"How do you like it!" she yelled.

Everyone in the room stared at her, she glared at them back.

"Should… you check on him?" asked Sogeking.

Sakura sighed.

"Fine… but only because I'm in a good mood." Said Sakura.

"You're in a good mood?" asked Sogeking.

"Kisame was the decoy I fought." Said Sakura, "Oh man… I should have told Nami."

Sakura decided jumped out the window.

"IS anyone up for pretending that never happened?" asked Jabra.

As it turns out while they're backs were turned Nami and Sanji had arrived and got the handcuffs off.

Elsewhere Ino continued her search for Sasuke.

"Is Sasuke really that important?" asked Kalifa.

Before Ino could answer.

"Not really he's just really hot…" said a voice behind them.

IT was Kiba and Akamaru.

"Why did we have to find you?" asked Ino.

"Thanks for the concern." Muttered Kiba, he looked at her, "Wait… isn't she one of the CP9?"

"Long story…" muttered Kalifa.

"Looks let's go find Sasuke." Said Ino.

"Yeah… and anyone else." Said Kiba.

"I'm sure Sasuke's already done by now." Said Ino.

Meanwhile, Sasuke and Tobi were fighting. Sasuke kept hitting at Tobi who kept dodging.

However the hits were getting closer.

"Wow! So has the snake pervert made his move yet… I mean if he bit you he must want you become one of the members of sound… and you do seem to be his type…" said Tobi.

"Will you shut up!" yelled Sasuke.

Though Sasuke was more upset about Tobi making fun of the cursed seal than the whole Itachi thing at the moment.

"Oh I have the perfect idea! You can join the Akatsuki…" said Tobi, "You and your brother can team up and become a brother team… and be brothers whole being a team!"

Tobi then stood silently.

"Man that train of thought was confused… let me rephrase that…" said Tobi.

Sasuke on the other hand grabbed his swords he ran towards Tobi. The blades began to crackle with electricity. He mange dot hit Tobi slicing him half.

"Got him!" thought Sasuke, not caring he killed the strange man.

Or so he thought.

"Why did you kill the clone I created so I can work out my train of through?" Asked Tobi.

"There is no way I'd team up with Itachi!" yelled Sasuke, "I watched him kill our sister!"

Tobi stared at him, "Oh yeah! I remember hearing about that… never mind… my bad…" responded Tobi.

There was an awkward silence…

"Well since I was only supposed to be a decoy! I should go! You've been distracted enough!" said Tobi.

Tobi then ran away… Sasuke followed him but it was too late, he was gone.

Sasuke stood their silently for a good few seconds before scream in a mixture of pain and frustration.

However Tobi was secretly watching him.

"That was fun!" he said, "However it seems like Itachi and Orochimaru are a sore spot for him… I'll have to remember that."

With that Tobi ran away, chuckling to himself…

Outside of the Tower of Justice. Franky was glaring at Sakura.

"Really?" asked Franky.

"Now's not the time to be fighting." Said Isaribi, "It's all over…"

"You knew about this." Said Franky.

"he asked me to keep it a secret…" said Sakura, "He has a bad past."

"Really?" asked Franky.

"I'm the one who had fish him out the water." Muttered Isaribi.

Elsewhere Naruto was facing off against Pain, he was still fully transformed.

"Kit you have to beat him… after all it's been a lot of chapters… and then there was the delay because of the computer…"

Naruto ignored Kyubi however, and focused on his opponent… he couldn't lose… other side that was would be it for him…

And there was no way he was going to lose, especially not in his full form.
