Chapter 283: Wild Zombies

In a garden two cute little squirrel zombies were carrying a coffin. That was when the coffins shook causing them to drop it. Out fell Chopper who looked at the two squirrel zombies then beat him up before they could do the same.

Chopper went to wake the other three up.

"Come guys wake up." Said Chopper.

"What happened?" asked Ino.

"I thought…" said Nami.

"He must have hit us with the back of his sword." Said Usopp.

"Where are we?" asked Nami.

"Well it looks like we're outside and it's wet so it must have rained." Said Ino.

"We were being carried in a box." Said Chopper.

"That's a coffin!" yelled Usopp.

They looked around and realized they were behind the mansion, then looked the other way.

"I didn't notice that building before!" said Ino.

"It's huge!" yelled Usopp.

Nami looked around and a wall. She looked over the wall and realized where they were.

"I get this where we are." Said Nami.

"What is it?" asked Ino.

"This is a bridge to that building." Said Nami.

"Really but this looks like a forest." Said Ino.

"But this forest is a little weird…" said Usopp.

They all looked at the forest, which was very large and covered in all sorts of hearts.

"Why were even brought here?" asked Usopp.

"Well considering we were passed out were being brought there." Said Ino.

"Maybe we were going to get turned into zombies in there!" yelled Usopp.

"Good thing were woke up before then." Said Chopper.

"I don't think that's it…" said Ino.

"We should start running away again…" said Usopp.

"Or I have a better idea! Ino should take over a zombie and pretend to be one." Said Chopper.

"That won't work…" sighed Ino.

"What? How can you say that have you tried to take over a zombie?" asked Usopp.

"Isn't it obvious, Hildon is a zombie." Said Ino.

Usopp paled.

"I tried once and I failed… it's probably the same way with all of them…" said Ino.

Both Usopp and Chopper sighed realizing that wasn't an option.

"Wait!" said Nami, "I remember that one of the zombies said this wasn't the treasure room!"

"What?" asked Chopper.

"Nami! This isn't the right time!" said Ino.

But it was too late she had berries in her eyes.

Back with Luffy group, they continued their search… however Fu needed to know something.

"What are Sanji and Hinata's fighting styles?" she asked.

"Well Sanji uses kicking and Hinata uses Gentle Fist." Said Isaribi.

"Hinata uses Gentle Fist… that's probably why they were able to get her so easily." Said Fu, "What's her bounty."

"Over a 100 million… why?" asked Isaribi.

Fu began to laugh, "Man… that's going to be fun…"

"What do you mean by that?" asked Isaribi.

That was when several zombies went flying while covered in sand.

"So I guess you didn't eat your devil fruit…" said Fu.

"No…" answered Gaara.

The zombies were which a mixture of mice and spiders scurried away.

"What did he try to do?" asked Sasuke.

"I don't' know… but my shield reacted." Said Gaara.

"Do you think they'll try again?" asked Naruto.

Gaara shrugged.

"Hey… where's Sakura?" asked Luffy.

They noticed they couldn't find her.

"She'll be fine…" said Luffy, "She's stronger than most of us…"

"Wait she has a super strength?" asked Fu.

Luffy didn't respond.

Fu sighed… wondering when she should tell them the truth about the zombies.

Back with Nami's group Ino decided to take charge… why…

"Look I know we need the money but we are not going to look for it!" said Ino.

"What makes you say that?" asked Nami.

"The good of the four us… we're in danger as long as we're on this island…" said Ino.

"Hey! Look penguins"! said Usopp trying to stoop the argument.

"That's a stupid distraction Usopp!" yelled Ino.

Turned out there really were penguins who were doing a silly dance.

Then they turned around.

"One!" said the first one which was missing an eye and had scars.

"Two!" said the second, which had to lips of a man.

"Three!" said the third which had the face of a bull dog.

The four of them stared at the trip of Penguin zombies as the talked about how the dog faced penguin was the new guy which they had to get used.

"And behind you are our friends the wild zombies." Said one of the penguins.

They turned around and saw a bunch of zombies that were freaky looking animals.

"welcome to Mistress Perona's garden!" called out the zombies.

"Those are some weird zombies!" yelled all four of them.

Back with Luffy group some more zombies flew away from Gaara.

"This again?" asked Gaara.

"What do they think they're doing?" asked Naruto.

"I have no idea." Said Gaara.

"Hey where's Sasuke?" asked Isaribi.

"I don't know…" said Zoro.

"Do you think he got worried and starred looking for Sakura?" asked Luffy.

"No it would be the other way around." Said Naruto, "Sakura has the huge crush on Sasuke…"

"I think she's getting over his crush though…" said Isaribi.

Gaara glared at the pig zombie and created a large claw made out of sand.

"Tell what's going on!" said Gaara.

"Nothing… nothing at all!" said the pig zombie, "By way how are you able to defend your self like that?"

"Nothing… the sand protects me on it's own…" said Gaara glaring at the zombie pig head.

The pig head sweat dropped and looked like Christmas was canceled.

"Oh well…" muttered the pig zombie.

"What's that supposed to mean?" asked Isaribi.

"What's that over there!" yelled the pig zombie head.

"What?" asked Luffy.

Most of the crew face palmed.

Fu looked at Gaara and smiled... happy that one of them was immune after all.

Back with Nami's group the animal zombies began their attacks.

"Beat them to a bloody pulp!" yelled a zombie with the head of koala.

Usopp started shooting fire at the zombies but he was tacked causing him to drop his slingshot.

"Usopp!" yelled Chopper going to grab his slingshot.

However he was hit by a giant metal ball.

"Chopper!" yelled Nami.

However a hippo zombie was about to hit her with a sword.

However the dog faced Zombie stopped it.

"Hey new guy! The woman is the enemy!" yelled one of the zombies.

"I don't know who this woman and I don't care about orders. I will never kick a woman even if it kills me." Said the dog-faced penguin.

"No way…" whispered Ino.

"What?" asked Nami.

Of course Usopp and Chopper were shocked too.

Back with Luffy's group he was punching the pig head's zombie in the face.

"Hey what's with the laughing!" yelled Luffy.

"Now he's getting angry… about freakin' time!" yelled Kyubi.

"You're laughing stop playing dumb…" muttered Kiba.

That was when they noticed that Zoro was now missing.

"Great now we lost Zoro!" said Naruto.

There was an awkward silence.

"Should we chalk it to the every one disappearing or did he get lost again?" asked Kiba.

"The sad thing it could go either way…" said Isaribi.

"Is that a normal thing?" asked Fu.

"You have no idea…" said Isaribi.

"No way!" yelled Luffy getting distracted by something.

"Seriously!" yelled Isaribi.

"Your idiot brother… is having an off day…" said Kyubi, "Well if you call it that."

Naruto had no response to that… after all this wasn't the weirdest that would happen that day… for it was going to get weirder…
