Chapter 301: Demon VS. Zombie
The full demon Naruto glared at Yagura. Yagura on the other hand didn't know how to react.
Naruto launched himself at Yagura who barely dodged.
"He's fast." Thought Yagura.
Naruto then jumped into the air and tried to crash onto of Yagura but he missed.
"That's it." Thought Yagura realizing something about Naruto's demon form.
Yagura started laughing.
"What so funny?" asked Naruto.
"I know that form is something that puts a strain on your body." Said Yagura.
"What?" asked Naruto with a sweat drop.
"That's why you didn't use it until now! You were scared!" said Yagura.
"Don't tell him the truth." Said Kyubi.
"Yeah, that's a good idea." Thought Naruto.
Naruto continued to chaise around Yagura who thought he had the advantage because he didn't know the reason why Naruto didn't like to use his full demon form wasn't because it harmed him but rather because he didn't like the effect it had on people.
Meanwhile Hinata noticed her zombie was wide open.
"Now's my chance!" thought Hinata.
Hinata ran towards her zombie.
"Wait." Said her zombie, "Don't you use the gentle fist?"
"I do." said Hinata.
"Aren't zombies immune to it?" asked her zombie.
"They are, but I came up with a technique that will work." Said Hinata.
"Are you sure." Said her zombie.
"I'm sure." Said Hinata, "Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms!"
She projected the blades from her hands. The zombies dodged them, however it did cut her arm.
"No way…" whispered the zombie.
She looked at Hinata, "She really can hurt me…" she thought.
Nearby the fight with Naruto was continuing. She once again tackled Yagura but he dodged.
"Come on! GET weak already!" yelled Yagura.
"I won't!" yelled Naruto.
"Why you!" yelled Yagura.
Yagura tried to attack his tails but Naruto used his tails to knock him back.
"This isn't working! You should have been torn to shreds by now!" yelled Yagura.
"I won't go down because of this form, I'm much stronger than that!" yelled Naruto.
Kyubi on the other hand was laughing.
"Great cover up!" he laughed, "That's one bright side to working against someone with your personality, he's just as stupid as you are!"
"Hey!" mentally yelled Naruto.
Yagura still unaware that Naruto wasn't hindered by his full demon form gritted his teeth.
Meanwhile Hinata started chasing the zombie.
"I won't lose to this!" bluffed the zombie.
That was when Hinata managed to use it to cut off her arms.
"Oh my god!" yelled the zombie.
"I'm sorry, but I have to beat you." Said Hinata, "So that you can rest in peace and I can get my shadow back."
The zombie began to shake a little.
"This is really, really bad." Thought the zombie.
She once again started to run away.
Nearby the fight between Yagura and Naruto wasn't going well for the zombie.
Naruto seemed getting faster and faster as he got more used to his demon form and because of that closer and closer.
"All right kit! Toss him into the air!" yelled Kyubi.
"Right!" said Naruto.
Naruto grabbed his zombie with his mouth and tossed the zombie into the air.
Hinata chased after the zombie.
That was when she managed to cut off one of the legs.
"I'm sorry." She said.
"Why you…" muttered the zombie woman.
Hinata walked over to her and forced her mouth open then dumped in the salt.
Yagura saw that his happened as he was falling into the air.
"NO!" he yelled out.
As he fell to the ground instead of falling to the ground with a harsh thud he managed to land on his feet. He ran towards Hinata.
However Naruto grabbed her in time.
"Hey!" yelled Yagura.
"Too bad! I won't let you hurt her"! yelled Naruto.
"But she killed the woman I loved!" said Yagura.
Both Hinata and Naruto blushed.
"Hey, kit, ask him this question." Said Kyubi who gave him the question.
"Tell me…" said Naruto, "What was her name?"
"Uh…" said Yagura.
He began to think. "Well… no… um…"
Both Hinata (who had settled on Naruto's back) and Naruto stared at him.
"I want to say Sasami…" said Yagura.
That wasn't her name… that was one thing that was for sure.
"Something tells me that's not her name." said Naruto.
"SHUT UP!" yelled Yagura, "Then tell me her name! IF you know it."
"Hinata." Said Naruto.
"IT is my name." said Hinata.
"Seriously how do you know her name?" asked Yagura.
"We grew up together." Said Hinata.
"Lucky." Said Yagura.
This just made the two sweat drop.
"Either way I will make you pay for killing Sasami!" yelled Yagura.
Once again, that definitely wasn't her name.
"Hinata." Said Naruto, "No matter what happens don't let go."
Hinata nodded.
Yagura ran towards the two.
"With someone on his back he has no chance now." Thought Yagura with a smile.
He tried attack Hinata but Naruto dodged and tackled him.
Then Naruto whispered him with his tail.
Yagura mange dot get up and began muttering.
"How? I don't understand it… you should be getting weaker!" muttered Yagura.
"Maybe you should tell him now." Said Kyubi.
"Yeah." Thought Naruto.
"Tell me why! Your body should be ripping apart!" yelled Yagura.
"I never said that." Said Naruto, "You jumped to the conclusion on your own."
"What?" asked Yagura, "Then why did you wait forever to use it?"
"I don't like using my full form, my crew isn't effected by it any more, but I seem to send this evil aura that scares people." Said Naruto.
Yagura's jaw dropped.
"He thought this form has that effect on you?" asked Hinata.
"I don't think he knows how Devil Fruits work." Said Naruto.
"I see." Said Hinata.
Yagura managed to calm down.
"Fine then, it's time to finish then…" said Yagura.
"I couldn't agree more." Said Naruto.
Naruto glared at the zombie while the zombie was getting ready for a fight.
Both stood staring at each other almost ready to strike.
However none on the battlefield noticed the giant zombie getting into a fight with Luffy nearby.
So much so that Naruto and Hinata gapped when Oars stepped on Yagura.
But Hinata and Naruto's jars dropped when they saw that.
Indeed, that fight ended quite anti-climactically.
However if it's any conciliation, Hinata got her shadow back.
