Chapter 319: It's A Strong World After All
It has been days since they got seprated… Thankfully while they were repasted they were they did make up groups.
Luffy, Naruto and Hinata made up one group.
However the three of them just ran away from some monsters that lived in the forest.
There were strange booking bears and giants bugs even strange octopi. They all ran from the monsters.
They managed to get a break when after another started fighting instead of chasing after them.
"This island is so weird." Sighed Naruto.
"I know…" sighed Hinata.
They watched, as there was one last strange animal standing.
"I'm going to fish it." Said Luffy.
"Okay." Said Naruto.
"Good luck." Said Hinata.
Luffy popped his thumb into his mouth and did Gear Third. He punched all of them hard and none of them were left standing.
Luffy blew the extra air out of his lungs and of course became Chibi.
Luffy landed on a strange octopus, which was knocked out.
"You okay?" asked Naruto as he and Hinata headed towards the octopus.
"I'm fine." Said Luffy, "By the way, do you think we can eat this?"
Naruto and Hinata both giggled at his response.
Elsewhere a group costing of Brook, Robin, Isaribi, Gaara and Franky was exploring an areas that was in autumn.
As they walked on a walkway that was near a flooded area a large shark jumped over them looking like it wanted to eat them.
"Should I?" asked Isaribi.
"No I think it's fine." Said Robin.
They continued on their way, as they did di strange ants appeared.
Brook was at the front of the group prepared whatever the strange ants were going to do. However they just passed them up.
They looked at the rest of them however the shark once again jumped into the air. The ants looked at them and jumped on the shark, quickly reducing it to bone. And then landed back on he walk way.
"It looks like me now." Said Brook, he looked at the others, "Are you all right?"
"They haven't gone after us yet." Said Isaribi.
"But it does explain why they didn't go after you." Said Franky.
"What?" asked Brook.
"They want meat… not leftovers like you." Said Franky.
Brook stared at the ants, which turned their attention towards the group again.
"What? I'm not good enoguh for you?" asked Brook.
He drew his sword and ran towards the ants.
He ran past the ants without any of them realized that they were hit/
The four just shrugged and countrified on their way, and soon enoguh the ants realized that they been hit and fell to the ground.
"I know I've died before but that doesn't mean I'm self conscious about my looks." Said Brook, "So I want your honest option…"
The rest of the group looked at Brook.
"Do these pants make my butt look big?" asked Brook.
No one answered… mostly because of how stupid it was.
So they just focused on the strangeness of the island.
"What is up with this place?" asked Franky.
"I don't know but it's strange, it's like a place where survival the fittest reigns supreme." Said Robin.
"I got a bad feeling about this place…" said Isaribi.
"What do you mean?" asked Franky.
"It just feels unnatural." Said Isaribi.
Both Gaara and Robin knew what she meant.
"Hey! Brook! Are you coming!" yelled Franky.
"Oh right…" said Brook realizing they were leaving him behind.
Meanwhile with a group consisting of Zoro, Chopper, Sakura, Kiba and Akamaru they were lost.
Plus it didn't help it was the middle of a snowy area.
"For the last time!" yelled Sakura, "We should be going this way!"
"No way… I know where we're headed." Said Zoro.
Sakura sighed.
"Oh come on it's not that bad." Said Kiba.
Sakura just face palmed.
Elsewhere wish the fail group with Sanji, Usopp, Ino, Sauce and Fu, Sanji kept calling for Nami and Robin.
It's best not to get into the group right now…
Meanwhile Nami was still being held hostage.
It wasn't the worst probable place, as it was in Shiki's mansion. Plus he let her use the pool area so Nami was swimming in the pool.
As she did she noticed a large filter.
She decided to get out and look outside where it was snowing. She sighed thinking back to the events earlier in the week.
That was when the lights dimmed. She turned to the doorway which had a curtain suddenly she said three silhouettes dancing behind the curtains as music got started. It turned out it was Shiki along with man dressed like a clown and a strange pink gorilla thing.
Once they were done with their strange dance the three posed. And Nami just glared and looked away.
That was when the clown began to do an interceptive dance.
"What are you trying to say?" asked Shiki.
"I was telling you about my latest creation!" said the clown man.
"You can talk!" yelled Shiki in shock.
The pink gorilla thing just laughed.
"Granma?" asked Shiki looking at the gorilla thing.
"That looks like your grandma?" asked the clown in shock.
The three started doing a pose, Nami just glared at them and started drying off.
However the clown started leaving as he walked away his shoes made a farting noise.
Back with Luffy's group.
"He did first Muppets!" yelled Kyubi.
What?" thought Naruto.
"Nothing… just wanted to get out of the way." Said Kyubi.
"I'm never going to understand you, am I?" asked Naruto.
"Probably not." Said Kyubi.
Back with Nami she continued to dry off from her swim.
"So tell me. Baby Doll, have you considered my offer?" asked Shiki, "After all I could use a new navigator."
Nami didn't answer.
"Just remember this, I will do anything for one of my crew members." Said Shiki.
That was when the clown man came back in holding a cat with a strange animal on it.
"This is my latest creation." Said the clown man.
He let the bird out which seem to be a strange cross of a duck with a peacock like tail.
"SO Doctor Indigo, what's so special about this one? "asked Shiki.
The bird used electricity to shock the three.
IT was super effective.
"IT evolved the ability to use electric attacks." Said the clown man named Doctor Indigo.
The bird went over to Nami. Nami could tell the bird was scared as the three recovered.
"What do you mean "evolved"." Said Nami.
"Do you really want to know?" asked Shiki with an evil smirk.
"You see." Said Doctor Indigo, "On this island exists a rare plant known as IQ. I have discovered it had strange properties… it allows for an animal to adapt much more quickly to their environment."
He took out strange green things form his lab coat.
"Using this plants I developed a drug on SIQ, it allows for now only allowing the animals here to evolve at a much faster pace but also become more violent." Said Doctor Indigo.
"Why are you doing that?" asked Nami.
"Trust me, you'll understand when you join my crew. "said Shiki, "And remember what I sad. I'll do anything for one of my crew members."
The three left, leaving Nami with the scared bird. Nami knew she had to escape and knew just the right way to do so…
No matter what she was getting out of there.
