Chapter 336: The Supernovas
They managed to get their minds off the whole… Celestial Dragon.. World Nobles… Whatever killed someone important to Luffy and Naruto revelation by taking their rage on some poor bounty hunters.
Which only Luffy, Naruto and Hinata took out.
"Should we feel sorry for them?" asked Chopper.
"It's their fault for showing up on a day like today." Said Sakura.
"An angry Luffy and Naruto are not something we should mess with." Said Ino.
"Should we be worried about the fact that the bounty hunters came from nowhere?" asked Brook.
"This was the third surprise attack." Sighed Chopper, "And they keep coming."
"The more we can beat up!" said Luffy.
This just made everyone sweat drop.
They decided to continue on their way to find the guy who would coat their ship.
"I don't see any food stalls or survivor." Said Brook.
"This must not be the tourist area." Said Ino.
"You're right, it's not." Said Hatchan.
He showed them a map of the archipelago.
Groves 1 though 29 were lawless lands so it made sense to crawling with bounty hunters and they place they were headed was Grove 13.
"Why didn't you tell us that was the case! I could have switched with Zoro or Sanji!" yelled Chopper
"Just Zoro, remember what Nami did." Said Ino.
Chopper sweat dropped, and remembered that Nami got him to protect her treasure by manipulating him.
"Oh…" said Chopper, "Right…"
"It's okay, we're almost at Grove 13." Said Hatchan.
"Are you feeling okay?" asked Sakura, "I mean sure you got your rage our… but…"
"We're fine…" muttered both Luffy and Naruto.
"What happened?" Chopper asked Hinata.
"I don't want to talk about it either." Said Hinata quietly.
"We're almost there." Said Hatchan.
"Maybe we can get some food in you." Said Ino.
"Ramen?" asked Naruto.
"Meat!" cheered Luffy.
"Seriously?" asked Sakura.
"It was the only thing I could think of." Said Sakura.
They got to the location where it was a bar…
A called Shakky's Rip Off Bar.
"Wait… a rip off bar?" asked Pappagu, "They don't' hide what they're doing."
"At least they're being honest." Said Sakura.
"Nami's probably going to kill us." Said Kiba with a sweat drop.
"Don't worry about the people here are nice." Said Hatchan, "I've known them since I was little. They're good humans."
Hatchan entered the bar.
"Is Shakky or Rayleigh here?" asked Hatchan.
Inside a black haired woman was shaking down a man for money.
"Yeah, what do you want?" she asked.
Then she recognized Hatchan.
"Hatchan! Is that you!" she said cheerfully.
"It is!" said Hatchan.
"Hold on, I'm just shaking down these kids with phony fees. So you can make yourself at home." Said the woman who was Shakky.
None of them knew how to respond to that.
And so Luffy and Naruto made their selves at home while Shakky talked to Hatchan as well being introduced to Camie who was embarrassed about possibly being married to Hatchan, heavily implying she was in love with him.
"Can I get you any drinks?" Shakky asked the crew.
Turned out Luffy, Naruto and Brook were eating like it was nothing, with Luffy raiding the fridge.
"Seriously! I know she said make yourselves at home but this is too much!" yelled Pappagu.
"She's going to rip us off!" yelled Chopper.
"Don't worry, any friends of Hatchan, it's on the house." Said Shakky then she took out cotton candy, "Here this is for you!"
"Cotton candy!" cheered Chopper.
"Wait how did you know that's Chopper's favorite?" asked Luffy.
"Luffy… have you seen Chopper's wanted poster?" asked Sakura.
"Aren't you guys the Straw Hat Pirates?" asked Shakky.
"You know about us?" asked Luffy.
"Luffy./… everyone knows about us." Said Kiba.
"Yeah… I'm pretty sure we're on of the most infamous crews on the sea by this point." Sighed Ino.
"I didn't know you had a skeleton on your crew or that Skeletons were alive." Said Shakky.
Brook sweat dropped when she said that.
"I read an article about Enies Lobby." Said Shakky, "Is it true you really picked a fight with the World Government."
"I don't' want to talk about it." Said Luffy.
"Don't' want to brag, what a big man you are." Said Shakky.
She looked at Naruto.
"Is true you're brothers?" asked Shakky, "You don't look alike, or is a sworn brothers thing?"
"Half brothers, some mom different dad." Said Naruto.
"Do you know who your dad is?" asked Shakky.
"No idea, only that he died the day I was born." Said Naruto with a shrug.
"So that doesn't mean your related to Monkey D. Garp… the legendary marine." Said Shakky.
"He's my grandpa, but not related to Naruto." Said Luffy.
"I thought so." Said Shakky, "He used to chase me years ago."
"Why?" sked Luffy.
"Shakky used to be a pirate." Said Hatchan.
"Yeah, but that was 40 years ago. I washed my hands of it." Said Shakky.
"40 years ago. How old are you?" asked Luffy.
"Whoa…" said Sakura staring at Shakky.
"What?" asked Shakky.
"I think I see Nami's future." Said Sakura staring at Shakky.
"Holy crap." Said Kiba.
"You're right,…" said Chopper.
"Nami's so going to run a rip off bar like this one." Said Naruto.
"Awesome." Said Luffy.
"By the way Shakky." Said Hatchan.
"No I already figured out, you and Camie came on land to get Rayleigh to coat Monkey's ship." Said Shakky.
"Yeah, that's right." Said Luffy.
"But he isn't here." Said Shakky.
"What really! But I want to go fishman island and get away from this place so I don't have to see those stupid bubbles heads!" yelled Luffy.
" Well he would leave Sabaody, so I would check the gambling houses and bars." Said Shakky.
"But not this one." Said Ino.
"If we wait here then he'll come back, right?" asked Luffy.
"Eventually, but he hasn't been here in six months." Said Shakky.
"Six months!" yelled Naruto and Luffy.
"I think he's got a girl he stays with. But I'm not worried about him, it's normal for an ex-pirate to be that way." Said Shakky.
"So he's an ex-pirate too!" said Luffy.
"Is there anywhere we can find him?" asked Brook.
"You can find him anywhere on Groves 1 through 29. He can't' relax where the Marine and World Government are watching. Also he enjoys going to the amusement park." Said Shakky.
"A;; right! Let's go!" cheered Luffy.
"It's going to be so much fun!" said Chopper.
"Let's go!" cheered Naruto.
Then he saw the looks that Sakura and Ino were giving him and Hinata and sweat dropped.
"Tell them it's not going to work." Said Kyubi.
"We both know that won't work." Thought Naruto.
"Where ever you go, be careful." Sid Shakky, "Because according to my contacts, there are 15 people with bounties with over 100 million here."
"15 people!" said Chopper.
"Yes… Monkey, Fox, Hyuga, Roronoa and 11 others." Said Shakky.
"When you guys went to the Grand Line, you choose one of seven paths. And followed the Log Pose all the way here." Said Shakky, "So these other pirates must have taken other paths in order to get here and faced dangers just as great as yours to get here. Once you hit the Red Line there's now where else to go but here. It isn't often that that world's greatest rookies show up here at the same time."
Luffy looked with interested.
"Kid, Utakata, Hawkins, Drake , Law…" said Shakky, "I'm sure you've heard about these names."
"I don't read the newspaper." Said Luffy.
"Nami's the one that does…" said Sakura, "Which gives credence to my theory that Nami's going to become you when she gets as old you…"
Shakky laughed, "I can't wait to meet her. But you really should now your rivals names, since your only the second highest bounty here."
"There's someone with a higher bounty than Luffy!" yelled Chopper in shock.
Though out the Archipelago 11 other pirates did their thing.
Capone Bege captain of the Fire Tank Pirates, from the West Blue with a bounty of 138 Million.
Jewelry Bonney, captain of the Bonney Pirates from the South Blue with a bounty of 140 million.
Basil Hawkins, captain of Hawkins Pirate from the North Blue with a bounty of 249 million.
Eustass Kid, captain of the Kid Pirates from the South Blue with a bounty of 315 million.
Scratchmen Apoo captain of the On Air Pirates from the Grand Line with a bounty of 198 Million
Utakata, captain of the Bubble Slug Pirates from the West Blue with a bounty of 240 Million.
X. Drake captain of the Drake Pirates from the North Blue with a bout of 222 Million.
Han, captain of the Steam Pirates from the South Blue with a bounty of 195 Million.
Urouge, captain of the Fallen Monk Pirates from Sky Island with a bounty of 108 million.
Killer fighter of the Kid Pirates from the South Blue with a bounty of 162 Million.
And finally Trafalgar Law from the north blue with 205 million.
"The fleets of pirate ships that set out for the Grand Line are reduced to a considerable number." Said Shakky, "The Grand Line is a giant Tournament the pirates that are here are truly a select few."
"Wait… why is the other guy has a higher bounty than Luffy." Said Naruto, "I get a lot of other people having a bigger bounty than me and Hinata…"
"Naruto… you're in third... only Luffy and the other guy are higher" Said Sakura with a sweat drop.
"Oh… huh…" said Naruto.
"Though rumors is because of what you are." Said Shakky.
Naruto glared at Shakky.
"Just a heads up, two of those captains are like you." Said Shakky, "At least according for rumors."
"Wait… what?" asked Naruto surprised, "You don't mean…"
"It could be just rumors though." Said Shakky, "I don't' really care for hating."
"But Naruto does have a good question. "said Hinata.
"Oh right, it's because he kills innocent civilians." Said Shakky.
"Yeah… that's worse than destroying the world government." Said Kyubi.
"That's why I'm cheering for your crew." Said Shakky.
"I'm just trying to have fun while avoiding those bubble heads. But if the town is dangerous is that coating guy going to be okay?" asked Luffy.
"Oh he's fine, he's a 100 times stronger than any of you rookies." Said Shakky.
And little did they know was that Rayleigh was a living legends among pirates… but for now they had it find them first… and it was going to be a fun search…
Well for the most part… because something was going to happen in that search that would set off events that would change their lives…
