Hey fairy tail fans, welcome back to a fairy tail re-told. Ya know, these following two chapters happen in straight succession. I find that weird but hey, what can ya do. anyway, like, leave a review and all that good stuff
I also messed up the last chapter ending text was supposed to be here, but I got it mixed up, so this chapter won't have one.
Last time on a fairy tail re-told
Natsu: we saved our friends but knew we gotta save the exceed
Lucy: man, when will this end.
Happy: hey, if anyone here deserves credit, it's me for carrying you around, Lucy
Lucy: you are going to get it cat
Gray: let's stay focused.
"ouch," Lucy moaned as she stood up and looked around. Gray Lisanna and Coco, we're all knocked out around her "hey, you guys okay," she asked.
"I've had better landings," Lisanna said, standing up "where are we"
"where's Erza and Wendy."
"they're in a stand with nightwalker," Carla told him. As shots got fired in their direction, they managed to dodge.
"They found us" around them, nearly every royal guard they could see hand surrounded them as they all stood surrounded "this isn't good. How'd they find us so quickly."
Fight for the living things.
The guards soon began firing at Happy, and Carla Gray created a wall of ice, but that didn't stop their advance as Happy continued to jump out of the way and grab Carla.
"what," Lucy asked, "why are they only attacking Happy and Carla."
"all the exceed have been turned into Lacrima," one of the guards shouted, "except for you two," he then fired one more time, "surrender and become fuel for our kingdom."
"the exceeds are living beings, just like us," Gray shouted "are you so obsessed with power that you don't even see that" he then fired off another attack "you guys need to learn a lesson about life," he shouted, "no ones dying on my watch, not now not ever."
back in the dessert, Lucy, Cana, and Levy had just returned from their meeting with Gajeel to meet with a few concerned faces
"what's going on."
"is Lisanna alright."
"what are we going to do."
"would everyone calm down!" Lucy shouted, getting everyone's attention, "everything's going to hell pretty quick in the capital," Lucy said, "the kings gone made and declared war against the exceed, and our earth land friends are currently fighting him alongside Lisanna and Wendy."
"Really," Macao asked, "then we need to help them, right."
"Why should we," Levy said, finally speaking up, "so more of us can die? I say we wait for the dust settles and see who wins," she said
"and what if the winner is the king," Juvia said, " I doubt he'd all of a sudden drop the ban on wizards, for all we know, if he wins this battle, he'll put all his time a resources on finishing any who can stand in his way, and that's us."
"My darling has a point," edo Gray said now in more sweaters, "besides think about Lisanna's done for us" soon, the whole place had erupted in an argument, some arguing about going to help others, saying stay and wait it out, Lucy let out a sigh if only Lisanna were here.

the Clash on the ruins continued as both Erza fought relentlessly "damn," Wendy said, hiding behind a pillar," as Erza continued as she swapped to her morning star armor. "Wendy get ready{photon sword} she fired a large beam of light only for edo Erza to cut right through it "Silfarion" in a blaze of speed edo Erza knocked Erza through the wall
edo Erza turned to Wendy, who had managed to grab her with a chain "what" was she was able to mutter before edo Wendy set her flying into the ground she ed Erza cut the chain and again charged the girl only to be met with a blade "how are you doing this"
"I raided your armory for a reason, "edo Wendy told her "you confiscated some interesting toys, didn't you," she said. A look of anger grew on edo Erza's face as she kicked Wendy to the ground, only to strike again by Erza.
"Damn it," she screamed as she backed up, landing on the ground. She then wiped away the patch of blood on her mouth before letting a smile form on her face "you know, I think I have you figured out, Scarlet," she said
"what do you mean," Erza asked, the look of anger on her face failing to leave as Wendy stood up behind her
"From what I know, while we may look alike, our personalities differ from earth land to edolas," she said, letting out huffs of breath as she stood up straight "this is mostly true, but as for you and me," she said, her eyes now staring into Erza's soul "I represent you always dreamed off," she said chuckling.
"that's not true," Erza shouted; her body was shaking as edo Erza smiled
"is it, now," she said, "you try so hard to protect others, yet what you don't realize is that you are only halting your true power by doing that."
"shut up," Erza screamed as she charged edo Erza again, who only smiled as she dodged her attack again. "I will not give up; you are not going to harm anyone I love."
"oh, drop the act Scarlet," Edo Erza told her as she appeared behind her "the only person we care about is ourselves, you know that," she said as she blasted her Erza attempted to block but was forced back into a wall.
"Erza"
back with the wizard remnants, the arguing continued as Nab added a new argument "what if we wait until after all the fighting's done, then strike while everyone recovering"
"that'd be an excellent plan," Cana told him "the earth land wizards have removed all but one of the royal guards," Cana said, "but unfortunately, Erza nightwalker is still there," she said as she sipped on her tea. "I, for one, agree with Lucy," she said,
"the kings gone mad with power, as soon as he's done with the exceeds, he'll be coming for us," Lucy said, "and we can't use that teleportation spell forever" Lucy sighed "the only way to end this for good is to work with exceeds and take the royal army down once and for all."
Natsu, Gajeel, and Wendy were all blasted away by the might of the dorma anim as the king let out a laugh again "what's the matter, dragon slayers? Is this too much" he bragged.
"Everyone in this world seems to suffer by lack of magic power," Natsu asked as he stood up, "so I'd like to know why the king has his fair share."
"you'd be hard-pressed to find a king that hasn't imposed a tax on his people, my boy," Faust told the dragon slayer "that's how monarchy works; the fight of this world lies solely in my hands."
"Why should we believe you," Wendy asked
"you don't care what happens to this world," Gajeel told him, "you only care about getting enough magic power."
"Mavis always told me as wizards, we have abilities that most can never attain" he then looked at Faust, anger was laced all over his face, "so I'm not fighting for the magic of this world, I'm fighting for the people who live in the lives you've ruined because you only care about yourself."
"I don't know about this," Alzack said. "I feel it's not our business besides; I rather stay here a cuddle with you."
"come on, guys," Lucy begged. "Lisanna is out there, Wendy is out there fighting to make a difference," Lucy told them "we all know how much the kingdom has taken from them, but through all that there still out there fighting for too long have we run away from our problems letting the king and his army push us around, it's time for us to stand up and fight back" Lucy shouted, "so our friends, family, and loved ones can finally rest in peace knowing that their sacrifices weren't in vain, For Natsu, For Mira, Elfman, Jet, Droy, and countless other who were mercilessly hunted and killed by the kingdom."
Back in the battle, Lucy had finally managed to find her gate keys "{open gate of the lion: Loke}."
"you miss me, Lucy," Loke said as he began his attack. Happy and Carla had since run to take cover while their friends entered a heated battle. "I'll keep you safe, Carla," he shouted as the army fired magic bullets at the group.
Coco was able to run around and knock most of them down as Carla was shot by one of the bullets; she jumped in front of Happy," Carla, are you okay."
"hold her still," Lisanna said as she started pulling out her healing supplies, "not enough for a battle, so we'll have to use it sparingly-" Lisanna jumped back she started getting fired at again "damn it," Loke jumped in the way and deflected most of the bullets.
"Quick get safety," he told her.
"got it," she said as she picked up Happy and Carla and made a run for it. Lucy stood by Loke's side as both were blasted away as Gray made another ice wall to break down by a legion group.
"damn it," he shouted as he and the others were pushed back, the legions plowing a way forward as bullets flew Lisanna attempted to shield Happy and Carla but also came under fire.
"This is bad," Lisanna screamed "we're out in the open here" she then noticed as all her friends and comrades were blasted away and held at spear pint; Lisanna felt herself start to hyperventilate as her mind flashed back to the destruction of Magnolia fire was everywhere around as Mira, and other fell around her.
Flashback
"Mira," a younger Lisanna called as she ran to her elder sister, who was battered and bruised.
"Lisanna," she screamed; she jumped in the way of her, covering her from more bullets "are you okay."
"where's big brother elf," she asked, fear in her eyes.
"don't worry, everything's going to be okay," she said as she ran with Lisanna, and before hiding her, "this will lead you out of the city; we've already sent Natsu through it; he'll meet you. On the other side."
"But Mira, what about you," Lisanna asked.
"Hey, don't worry, I'll catch up," she said as she then heard the voice of Erza nightwalker looking back; she gritted her teeth "now go, don't stop" she then pushed her sister in before letting out a sigh Lisanna ran back and banged on the pipe "you're not getting past me" could be heard as tears swelled up in Lisanna's eyes "big sis" she cried as she started to run away.
End flashback
"Lisanna," a voice called, snapping her out of it; she looked around as she pulled out her weapon, shaking a bit as she stood in front of Happy and Carla "you won't get past me," she shouted
behind her, a root shot from the ground and started to grab and choke the legions. The remnant hide burst from the ground "let's go," edo Lucy's scream could be heard as the large group of wizards charged the royal army, pushing them back as far as they could've 'sorry we're late," edo Lucy told to her counterpart "but better late than never right."
"thank you," she said as the wizards pushed back the royal army.
"think you can stand," edo Lucy asked
behind them. Both Grays met each other "wait, your me, they screamed at each other; what's with your clothes."
"take some off."
"put some on"
"two Gray's," Juvia shouted as she chokes held two guards, "and I thought one was bad enough."
"man, Natsu was right," Gray muttered; this place is weird.
"I knew they'd come," Lisanna said as she'd watched her friends, who were usually laced with fear at the mere thought of taking on the magic council, fight the entire guard; she fell to her knees as tears came to her face.
'it's what we're fighting for,' a voice rang in her head. It was Natsu's 'creating a better world for Wendy and any other future generation with or without magic' it was then Lisanna stood up and wiped her tears away 'with or without magic, we will keep living,' she said to herself, "let's move" she screamed.
[## Erza vs. Erza ost.##]
Back on the Island ruins edo, Wendy continued to dodge edo Erza's attack "stop running," she shouted, "she fired another blast leaving another crater in the ground "unlike my fool of a counterpart, I'm not held back by morals. I will kill you."
"not on your life" she pulled out her magic Kunai and blocked her spear. The tip of the blade narrowly missed her as she kicked her away; she let out breaths of air "damn, she's good," as she sliced down, letting out an enormous shock wave
she then vanished from sight in an attempt to strike Wendy only to blocked by Erza, who was still in her morning star armor as she blocked swapped between swords knocking her back. "I'm sorry, Wendy," she said as she tossed her a sword. "I let her get to me."
edo Erza smiled "oh did I now," she said smiling, "come to realize I was right" edo Erza smiled
"it's my clear heart, Clothing," Erza said as she raised her weapon, "with it, I will spite all who oppose me and my family" Erza then caught her breath she could feel herself running low on magic power 'I'll just have to put all into one strike."
"Erza, are you okay you look exhausted," Wendy told her.
Edo Erza smiled as her spear changed shape again "since you've pushed me so far, I guess I'll show you my spear's strongest form," she said. "I present to you, ravelt, the strongest of the ten commandments. Very few have ever seen this sword, and no one is alive to talk about it."
the Island started to shake as it became unstable "this is the end for you both; soon, the king will bring in a new age of everlasting magic."
she then charged edo Wendy as Erza jumped in the way too blocked with her swords, sending a massive shock wave through the sky as both Erza clashed, unleashing all their strength "don't worry, I've got you, Erza screamed as the Island shattered, sending all parties back of Erza's sword shattered in her hand as the other fell off the Island 'damn that took everything out me' Erza said as she fell to her knees as edo Erza stood up
"looks like I have you," she shouted, her spear then shattered in her hand "what," she asked as Erza punched her.
"with or without magic power," Erza said, standing up; her armor had shattered from the impact. "I will defeat you."
"you kill and plunder all for what," Erza screamed, "for fear of losing magic power."
"of course, you'd say that," edo Erza told her, "you have a wealth of magic power; you will never know the fear of losing it."
"if that were the case," Erza said, "we'd all be dead by now, but it's people," she said as she punched edo Erza again, "and being together that gives us strength."
Meanwhile, king Faust laughed, "can't you see there no defeating me and my dorma anim? I am the king of this world. Therefore, I have the right to use it; however, I please."
"you should share it with your people, not hog it all for yourself," Gajeel shouted.
"Yeah, that's why we're taking you down," Natsu shouted
"{sky dragon: roar}" Wendy called, only for the attack to be absorbed.
Faust let out a loud laugh as a smile formed on his face "please, how many times do I have to tell you" he said, "don't waste magic power; I'd hate to know how your attacks affect my supply."
"my magic power is my own," Gajeel shouted as he attacked again, only to be blown off as the dorma anim glowed red
"soon, your power will be mine, all mine," Faust said
meanwhile, the battle has since turned in their favor, thanks to the help of the wizard remnants, "oh, Juvia, you're so amazing."
"ahh, your too clingy give a girl some space," she shouted, "and take a note from earth land Gray and ditch a sweater."
"tell me," Gray asked as he picked up a guard, "do you really believe this is right."
"they don't much have a choice," Lisanna told him; she now had a sword and shield as she fought off some guards "they know if they disobey the king, he'll take their lives."
"I don't know if this is any of my business," edo Lucy asked Lucy, "but is the guy with the glasses your boyfriend."
"he wishes," Lucy told her.
"so you're drawn to me too," Loke said, getting close to her "it makes sense since you're a Lucy too."
"Sorry, but I'm not interested in pretty boys with glasses," edo Lucy told him, making faint.
Cana ran to where Happy, and Carla was hiding "are you okay" she asked; the pair nodded "don't worry, Lisanna told me to keep you both safe," she said as she took behind a rock, "just call for me, and I'll be here."
"wow," Happy said. "She's just as friendly as our Cana."
"really," Carla asked. "I guess I would never have noticed," she frowned "if I'm honest, going through this gave me a new perspective on the place I call home."
meanwhile, the fight on the floating Island continued as Erza fought long and hard, both landing devastating punches on each other "magic is just a power source true strength comes from the bonds of those you care about Erza shouted
"your wrong, " edo Erza shouted, " all that matters in this world is power, and those who wield it exceed you, and you earth land wizards will never understand the fear of losing it" she and Erza landed one defining blow, sending each other back Erza nearly fell off the cliff only to be caught by edo Wendy.
"I got you," she screamed as edo Erza walked up to her.
"you both die here," she screamed as she attempted to punch Wendy, but the girl grabbed her with her legs and forced all of them off the Island as it crashed into the ground sending a massive shockwave through the ground, leaving the girls lying on the ground.
"I can't move," edo Erza said "my body feels like it's on fire," she said as Wendy managed to stand up.
"Nightwalker," she muttered, picking up her Kunai; she limped over to edo Erza as Erza looked in terror at what she was about to do. As she stepped over, her pure hatred laced in her eyes as edo Erza let out a small chuckle "what's so funny," she asked through gritted teeth.
"I remember you now," she said as she lifted herself "we've never met, but I remember your brother," she said smiling, "Natsu Dragion" hearing Natsu's name, Erza's eyes widened in shock "this has to be the fate of some kind," she said as she smiled "so go ahead, do your worst
"damn right, it is," edo Wendy muttered; her body was in pain, but she fought through it. "I'm going to kill you here, and for all the suffering you've caused."
"Wendy, stop," Erza screamed, "it's not right; don't do this."

"this monster," edo Wendy screamed, took everything from me," she cried, tears now forming on her face "she killed my brother; I need to do this!" for years, she dreamed of this moment. When she was able to put a blade through the throat of the fairy hunter, the person who killed so many people, the person who took Natsu, her brother from her, too him from Lisanna. Her body was beginning to shake, and her vision started to turn red as Edo Erza simply smirked at her,
"no, you don't," Erza begged.
"yes, you do," edo Erza told her, finally speaking up "who's to say I won't recover, I'll come back, and I'll continue killing people you care about" she let out a pained laugh "it's what you brother would" she whispered.
"Wendy, I'm not telling you what to do," Erza told her, "but you need to ask yourself, look into your heart, and ask yourself what will take another life accomplish? Wendy's body was now shaking as she looked at edo Erza; this person had done so much to her yet.
"I hate you," she said. "I hate you," she was crying now as she held the Kunai up in the air, "I've wanted to kill you for so long."
"but will doing that bring your brother back, Wendy," Erza screamed. It was then Wendy froze. Her body just stopped, her breathing hitched before she let out a loud scream and struck her Kunai into the dirt, shocking edo Erza.
"I'm done here," she muttered as she stood up, wiping the tears that had formed on her face, and went to pick up Erza "let's go find the others," she said
"you can't run away from me," edo Erza shouted. there was anger in her voice "you hear me, Dragion" she tried to move, but her body refused to let her "and when I recover, I will be sure to take everything away from you so you can suffer fully" she then turned to Erza, "and I will always be a part of you, scarlet," she shouted, "I will come back, and I will kill you all."
"the screams," Erza told her "you hate them as much as I do," Erza told her. "I can see it in your eyes; you're not the monster you claim to be," she said, "so take this opportunity and learn from it," she said as edo Erza looked on, tears forming in her eye.
"no, I," she fell as if the weight she'd been carrying had finally been lifted, "that can't be true, can it" she looked at Erza and Wendy as they walked away. They have each other, and in the end, I'm alone.'
as the pair walked away, Erza looked at edo Wendy's tear-stained face. "I'm sorry," she told her.
"can you promise me something," edo Wendy told her, " promise me that you'll keep him safe," Wendy told her, "promise me that mini-me won't have to go through the same pain I've had to for the past three years." before letting out a few weeps she felt Erza bring her in for a hug as she made her sit down they were away from Nightwalker. Hence, they were safe as she held her "promise me that" she stopped "he won't."
"Alright," Erza told her, smiling, as she hugged her tighter, rubbing her back, "and if it's any consolation," she said, smiling, "I'm sure your Natsu would be proud of the strong young women you've become."
hearing this, a small smile formed on Wendy's face "thank you," she said, smiling
"thank you."

I hope you enjoyed this chapter as much as I enjoyed writing it now with nightwalker out of the way; all that's left is to deal with king Faust. Will the dragon slayers be able to overcome the dorm anim, or will they will this be a dragon that they cannot slay
