Chapter 345: It's The Journey

Luffy and Naruto were amazed by what they were just told.

However Naruto realized something.

"Did he talk about me much?" he asked, "I get Luffy since he wants to be kind of the pirates…"

"HE did, he mentioned a kid he knew would become a skilled clone user." Said Rayleigh.

"Really?" asked Naruto.

"How old was he?" asked Sakura with a sweat drop.

"4." Answered Hinata.

"He knew Naruto would become a skilled Clone User at the age of four?" asked Nami incredulously.

"Shanks had some sources who believed it was the case." Said Rayleigh.

"Makes sense." Said Robin realizing there were others who knew that secret.

"Anya's I shouldn't babble about things Shanks haven't told you. But I'm glad you're here and you can meet him in the new world." Said Rayleigh.

"All right! I can't' wait to meet him!" cheered Luffy.

"I know right!" cheered Naruto.

"It would be nice to see him again." Said Hinata.

"Well considering he situation I really should coat your ship…" said Rayleigh .

"Uh… by the way it's really expensive." Said Hatchan.

"Don't worry about it, I would charge friends of Hatchan." Said Rayleigh.

"Oh thank you…" said Hatchan.

"All right! We don't have to pay." Cheered Kiba.

"Shouldn't it be Nami who cheers that?" asked Isaribi.

Nami glared at Isaribi.

"Hey she's got a point." Said Sakura.

"Hey!" yelled Nami.

"Rayleigh, I have a question." Said Robin.

"It's not about booze is it?" asked Naruto, "Because I was thinking the same thing."

"No it's not that." Said Robin.

"Why were you thinking about booze?" asked Sakura.

"It's not really my question." Said Naruto with a sweat drop.

"Seriously…" said Sakura.

"I don't know how much booze we drank." Said Rayleigh with a laugh.

"Ask him if a million gallons is about right." Said Kyubi.

"I'm not asking that." Said Naruto.

Robin decided to ask the question.

"What is the Will of D?" asked Robin.

Rayleigh didn't say anything.

"The Poneglyph on Skypiea had Roger's name written on in the same ancient language. How did he know that language. And do you know happened during the Void Century?" asked Robin.

"Yes we know… We learned everything that happened." Said Rayleigh.

Robin was very much surprised by this fact.

"But don't' get ahead of yourself, take it one step at a time as you travel on your ship. The scholars on Ohara were too hasty." Said Rayleigh, "Even if I told you everything that happened in history. The answer that you will have might be different than our even if you see that world at your own pace. But if you still want to know I will tell you everything that happened in this world."

Robin knew what her answer was.

"No… I'll pass and continue the journey." Said Robin getting up was he was really saying.

"You will see everything one day. It's unfortunately what happened to Ohara." Said Rayleigh, "Another thing is that Roger didn't decipher the accent writings."

"What?" asked Robin.

"He was able to hear the voices of all things in the world." Said Rayleigh, "That's all."

"Are you sure you don't' want to lose this? You might be losing the biggest chance of your life." said Usopp.

"Geeze it's her decision." Said Kiba.

But Usopp knew he couldn't let this thing pass.

"Hey old guy! There's something I want to ask! Is the greatest treasure really at?" asked Usopp.

"USOPP!" yelled Luffy.

Everyone stared at Luffy.

"I won't' want to hear about the treasure! I don't' want to hear where it is! I don't want to know if the treasure exists! I don't know for sure now but everyone's risking their lives for it! If Rayleigh tells us everything right now I'll quit being a pirate! I'll never go on adventure that isn't any fun!" yelled Luffy.

"Yeah man! Tell them it's not about the destination! It' about the journey!" Kyubi told Naruto who began to mumble, "Man… I really want to some weed right now…"

However Naruto didn't need to tell Usopp as he got it too.

"you're right! I don't need to know! In fact I have "I don't need to know about the One Piece" disease!" yelled Usopp.

"Usopp… just shut up!" muttered Kiba.

"Do you think you can do it? The strength of the new world can surpass even the strongest pirate here. Do you think you can conquer such and ocean?" Said Rayleigh.

"I'm not going to conquer anything! I'm going to be the freest man in the ocean, the pirate king." Said Luffy.

Rayleigh smiled at this.

"I'm becoming a bigger fan of yours than before." Said Shakky.

Rayleigh began to leave, "Your ship is at Grove 41 right? I'll go by myself. But the admiral should be here already. What are you going to do?"

"We'll just be a nuisance if we stay here so we should go shopping." said Nami.

"Nami how can you be so calm at a time like this!" yelled Usopp.

"I can't belie Usopp's right about this, Nami we shouldn't be calm about this… remember what happened the last time we faced an admiral?" asked Sakura.

"What happened?" asked Fu.

"You don't want to know." Said Sasuke.

"If we follow him though the marines might be on him too. IT would be better for us to run around town while he does his work." Said Franky.

"Then we should spread out and join up when the work is done." Said Zoro.

"He's right…" said Sasuke.

"Shakky! Do you have it?" asked Rayleigh.

"Don't' worry, there's a coupe left." Said Shakky.

"I'm wanted too.": said Rayleigh.

"Yeah… that kind of obvious." Said Ino with a sweat drop.

"I'll probably move the ship when I'll get there." Said Rayleigh.

"Is that a vivre card?" asked Luffy.

"You already knows what this so that's good." Said Rayleigh.

"Yeah, we got an explanation a while back." Said Nami.

"The coating will take three days." Said Rayleigh.

"Three days!" yelled Luffy.

"The lives of the crew depends on it. That's the bare minimum of the time I'll work." Said Rayleigh.

"So we'll have to go into survival mode for three days." Said Brook.

"Let's agree that the deadline with three evenings from now. I don't know which grove I'll be there during then but the vivre card should take you there. I will be waiting for you once the coating is complete. It would be for the best for you to stockpile on the supplies in the meantime." Said Rayleigh.

"Luffychin! Thank you so much!" said Camie.

"I'm sorry you got caught up in this mess because of me." Cried Hatchan, "But I'll guide you to Fishman Island. So stay safe."

"Let's meet again I three days." Said Shakky, "I'll see you off."

All of the members each got a piece of the one vivre cards.

"We're up against an admiral! I hope we don't' die." Giggled Luffy.

"This is not a joke!" yelled Sakura.

"Yeah! Knock it off!" yelled Usopp.

"three days." Sighed Franky.

"We can handle it." Said Gaara.

"I'll play dead." Said Brook.

And so they walked off as a group.

"I didn't think that we'd meet a member of Roger's crew." Said Franky.

"Well we did think he was dead…" said Isaribi.

"I don't' know how to explain it, but he was so big, despite being so old." Said Franky.

"Well he was a member of Roger's crew." Said Usopp, "The most famous of all time."

"I'm glad I got to meet him." Said Franky thinking about how amazing it was to meet someone who sailed on the ship that his master had built.

"Wow… didn't expect you as the type to respect your elders." Said Usopp.

"I know right." Said Isaribi.

"Hey! I can't do that!" said Franky.

"So… I was thinking…" said Luff, "Amusement Park?"

"WILL YOU SHUT UP!" yelled most of the crew.

"I was hoping too!" said Naruto, Brook and Chopper.

"Hey it's not a bad idea." Said Ino.

"Yeah… maybe you guys can ride the Ferris wheel again…" said Sakura.

"Now that you're no longer angry." Said Ino.

"Seriously." Muttered Nami.

Naruto just sweat dropped while Hinata giggled.

Sadly this was their very last moment of peace together… for a long, long time…

Because what was going to happen next was going to change everything…
