Chapter 351: The Base Can't Be This Weak

Naruto and Hinata were trying to figure out the next game plan. After all they had no idea where they were and they were on an island full of Marines.

"Should we even steal a ship…" said Hinata.

"I'm sure there's some that aren't Marine ships." Said Naruto.

"You're right." Sighed Hinata.

"There they are!" called out a voice.

"Crap!" yelled Naruto.

Both of them began to run away.

However that was when Hinata noticed something as they ran.

"They're all Seaman recruits." She said.

"Seaman Recruits?" asked Naruto confused.

"Heh…" said Kyubi.

Naruto rolled his eyes knowing what he was laughing at.

"They're the lowest ranked Marines." Said Hinata.

"Oh… okay…" said Naruto, "Wait a minute!"

You noticed too…" said Hinata.

Naruto sent out a bunch of blondes at them.

The clones attacked the marines while Naruto and Hinata found another place to hide.

Once they found a spot, they knew they had to talk about this fact.

"Why aren't they sending out someone important." Said Naruto.

"I have no idea." Said Hinata.

"I mean come they should be sending out a captain or something against us." Said Naruto.

"I know." said Hinata.

"Something weird is going on…" said Kyubi.

"Yeah.." said Naruto.

"What did he say." Said Hinata.

"That something weird is going on." Said Naruto.

"I have to agree." Sighed Hinata.

"You do know about Marines don't' you?" asked Naruto.

Hinata nodded, "Everyone wanted me to join back in the Loguetown." Sighed Hinata.

"Damn retcons… you better fix everything soon." Said Kyubi.

"There were certain things I learned like it should be staffed beyond Seaman Recruits." Said Hinata.

"So there should be a big boss man." Said Naruto.

"Yeah…" said Hinata.

"Though not in those words." said Kyubi.

"But that's only for the east blue." Said Hinata.

Naruto's eyes winded.

"You think we're in the east blue?" asked Naruto.

"No…" said Hinata.

"Then why" said Naruto.

"She doesn't know why like you don't." said Kyubi.

Naruto blushed.

"What should we do?" asked Naruto.

"I don't know…" said Hinata.

"You're the one that's smarter than me though…" said Naruto.

Hinata blushed when he said that.

"What it's true… I'm not as dumb as Luffy…" said Naruto, "But I know I'm not that smart."

"Well…" said Hinata beginning to think.

"There they are! The real ones this time." Said one of the marines.

"We should run." Said Hinata.

Naruto nodded and he once again sent out clones at the marines.

"Why does this keep happening!" yelled one of them.

"Clone user…" said another one.

As the marine fought back against the clones. The two once again ran away.

"We need to figure this out… "said Naruto, "And maybe get a boat too."

"What idea do you have?" asked Hinata.

"Okay… hear me out!" said Naruto, "We go inside the base disguised a marines and find out what's going on."

"I don't know…" said Hinata.

"It's only have a half good idea." Said Kyubi.

"What do you mean half a good idea?" thought Naruto with a sweat drop.

"You can disguise yourself, Hinata can't." explained Kyubi.

"Oh right…" thought Naruto.

"What is it?" asked Hinata.

"It's a good idea for me." Sid Naruto, "But not for you…"

"Oh right." Said Hinata.

"Do you think you can hide or…" said Naruto.

"No…" said Hinata.

"but…" said Naruto.

"It's dangerous." Said Hinata, "Even if you can transform into a marine… I don't think you should go alone."

Naruto blushed when she said that.

"I don't know if a fake prisoner plan is a good idea though…" said Naruto.

"I might have an idea…" said Kyubi, "But it's REALLY weird."

"Oh come on it can't be that weird." Said Naruto.

"What?" asked Hinata.

"Kyubi has a really weird plan…" said Naruto, "But he says it really weird."

"I'm sure it can't be that weird." Said Hinata.

Turned out it really was THAT weird.

"This is a really weird plan." Said Naruto.

The plan was created shadow clones that would then transform into clothing.

Inducing a wig.

"This is my life…" said one of the clones disguised as a jacket.

"You're a jacket down talk…" said the one disguised has hat.

"It's a living…" sighed the one disguised a wig.

The wig was blond…

"I hope this works." Said Hinata.

"I hope so too." Said Naruto, "Because I have a really bad feeling…"

"What kind of bad feeling?" asked Hinata.

"It's hard to say… but something bad is either going on or about to happen." Said Naruto.

Hinata nodded and they headed to the marine base for their plan.

Meanwhile at the Marine Base the captain was sighing… he knew he would be sent away soon.

But at the same time…

"She's here…" said a snail phone on the desk.

"Send her in…" said the captain.

"What do you want?" asked the woman who entered the room.

"You see all of the officers have been sent to Marineford for the execution of Portgas D Ace." Said the marine.

"I'm aware…" said the woman.

"And since you live on the island…" said the captain.

"You want me to take your place either at Marineford or here at base." Said the woman.

"Yes…" said the captain.

"I'm not a marine…" said the woman, "you know this… and I'm officially natural…"

"I know that/…" said the marine captain.

"Not only that but I only live here on the island sometimes…" said the woman, "Most of the time I'm somewhere else."

"I know but…" said the marine captain.

"Also one of the others has a bounty and the current top candidate is a pirate…" said the woman.

"I know that but…" said the captain.

"I'm not going to do this…" said the woman.

The Marine Captain sighed.

"Please Reconsider Yugito…" said the marine captain.

Indeed the woman was Yugito.

"Sir!" yelled a marine entering the room, "I have news…"

"What is it?" asked the marine captain.

"Fox D. Naruto and Hyuga Hinata have been seen on the island." Said the marine.

The captain sighed while Yugito froze.

"Today's just not my day…" said the Marine Captain.

"What are they doing on the island… they've passed this point already." Though Yugito beginning to sweat.

"Either way we need to find them." Said the marine captain.

"Yes sir!" said the marine.

Yugito didn't know how to react… and she didn't know that her friends were about to break into the marine base…

However neither she or Naruto realized that her being there would be a very important thing for both of them…

Next Time: Naruto and Hinata try figure out where they are and if there's a way to get off the island while disguised as Marines at the base... however the Marines quickly figure out their not marines. What will happen? Find out next time!
