A/N: I meant to get to this sooner but I was addicted to a game... I won't say which game... but yeah... anyways enjoy the chapter.

Chapter 354: Gentle Marine

Naruto glared at the marine. He knew to keep his body away from him, after all he knew the Gentle Fist well… and fighting it was a pain.

So he created clones.

The clones are started to the attack the marine.

However the captain just attacked them back.

All of them began to go poof. It was so quick that Naruto wasn't sure how to react.

Well besides threw more clones at him.

But of course the captain just once again poofed them away.

"I could do this all day." Said the captain.

"Well I'm just getting started!" said Naruto.

"Seriously?" ground Kyubi.

"What/" thought Naruto.

"These quips are so stereotypical… come up with something better." Said Kyubi.

Naruto just rolled his eyes at the demon sealed inside of him.

He knew she to step to things up.

He created more clone.

However it wasn't a mad dash this time.

This time the various clones were attacking one at a time.

"What is he up to?" thought the captain.

The captain got rid of the clones that attacked him.

"Seriously haven't you heard it's a bad idea to attack one a time?" asked the captain.

"Tell him you're not a ninja so it doesn't really count." Said Kyubi.

Naruto sweat dropped at this but continued sending clones out one at a time.

"Look it doesn't matter." Said Kyubi, "Just focus on your plan."

Naruto nodded as he continued it.

However as the captain fought off the clones he noticed something.

"He has a plan for this… but what is it?" he thought.

As he was focused on the clones. He didn't see Naruto teaming up with a clone to form a Rasengan.

"All right time to finish this." thought Naruto.

"I doubt it will be that easy." Said Kyubi.

"Who knows with this weak base." Thought Naruto.

"It's weak because of reasons!" yelled Kyubi, "And you know that that!"

Naruto ignored that one part however.

After all for him to function right now he can't really think about it.

The Rasengan was finished charging.

All of the clones created switched attics to jumping him all at once.

Of course this was part of the distraction.

The real Naruto ran towards him while he was distraction.

However the captain was ready for the teenaged pirate.

After all he was an adult and Naruto was a teenager…

Naruto might have been incredibly strong but at the same time he was inexperienced.

Naruto was about to hit him the Rasengan but the captain managed to dodge and slam his palm into his chest.

"Found the real one." Said the captain.

Naruto fell the ground and started coughing.

"Don't worry I didn't hit you too badly." Said the captain.

Off to the side Hinata and Yugito watched.

"Are you sure you should be sitting this one out?" asked Yugito.

"Naruto's much stronger than me." said Hinata.

"I see.." said Yugito.

Naruto got up but he couldn't move his fret very well.

"What did you do?" asked Naruto.

"Come on… you should know that the gentle fist can affect boy parts like that." Said the captain.

"I knew that…" muttered Naruto, "But how just striking me that affect my legs?"

"Ask your girlfriend." Said the captain.

Naruto blushed when he said that.

"Okay maybe I shouldn't call her that…" said the captain with a sweat drop.

Naruto used that momentary distraction and tried to turn at him.

However once again his legs weren't working promptly.

The captain took advantage of this and slammed more spots on him.

And Naruto couldn't move very well.

"Fine then! I'll just get my clones to attack you!" he yelled.

However he tried to create clones but couldn't for some reason.

"What…" said Naruto.

"The gentle fist can do many things… and one of those is temporally disable the attack of other type of chi use." Said the captain, "I can't belie you don't know this…"

Naruto shook he tried to create a Rasengan but couldn't.

"Oh no…" said Naruto.

"Are you going to surrender or do I have to keep beating you." Said the captain.

"You know kit…" said Kyubi, "There's something he hasn't disabled yet."

Naruto knew what he was saying, and he went into half demon form.

"Oh that's right, you have devil fruit powers." Said the captain.

Naruto nodded and used his tails to jump into the air and attack him.

However the captain just dodged.

Thankfully Naruto had a plan.

This was just a distraction… a small little distraction,

Because he relied he can't hold back.

And he turned into full demon form.

The captain froze suddenly.

"What is this?" he thought, "What… how… why am I so afraid all of a sudden?"

Naruto thinks to the full transformation was able to shake off what of happen to his legs and launched him as at the captain and tossed him into a the air.

He then used one of his tails to slam him into the wall.

The captain just laid there shaking.

That was when several marines showed up getting a bad feeling about everything.

"What's going on!" yelled one of them.

They saw Naruto in his full demon form and then ran away.

"Now…" growled out Naruto, "Give me a ship so we can escape."

"You want to stop it don't you?" asked the captain.

Naruto didn't say anything and glared harshly at the captain.

"I want to help people… so I don't always agree with the world government." Said the captain.

"What?" asked Naruto.

"I noticed that some pirates are not the bad guys." Said the captain, "In fact I've looked over your file… all of your "crimes" either don't too bad or the scream cover up…"

"What are you talking about!" yelled Naruto.

"I want nothing to do with that war that's about to take place… in fact I'm again it…" said the captain.

"What?" asked Naruto in shock.

"I should have known…" sighed Yugito.

"Why are you talking me this?" asked Naruto.

"Because I want to help you…" said the captain, "And you beating me down like this is the perfect excuse I'll need to not look like a traitor."

"What…" said Naruto turning to human form.

"Whoa./.. did not see that coming…" said Kyubi unsure how to react.

And indeed the captain was on Naruto's side surprisingly… and would help him whatever plans Naruto had to save his oldest brother. After all they had less than a week until the execution and the war that would surely erupt from what was going to happen because of it…

And hopefully whatever going to do happen would work…
