Chapter 355: It's About TIME!

In the captain office he was being held "hostage". Well that was the official story. After all he didn't want anyone to know that he was working with pirates.

Yugito was also being held "captive" as well in order to make it seem like she wasn't part of it.

"So… Portgas Ace is your brother…" said the captain.

Naruto nodded.

"Your family is weird." Said Yugito.

"I know…" laughed Naruto.

He then became serious.

"I lost someone else a long time ago… I was really little at the time… but…" said Naruto who seemed to be shaking.

"Th World Nobles were involved in it." Said Hinata, "That's one of the reasons why Luffy punched one out…"

"Though not the main reason." Said Naruto.

"No not that main reason." Said Hinata nodding.

"You don't have to tell us." Said Yugito.

"Yeah…" agreed the captain.

"But even with everything… I have to save him…" said Naruto.

"You want me to sneak you in the war?" asked the captain.

"No." said Naruto.

"Really Naruto?" asked Hinata surprised.

Naruto nodded.

"And even stupider idea in 3, 2 and 1…" said Kyubi.

"I want you to take me to the prison he's in." said Naruto.

"And there is it." Said Kyubi.

"What…" said the captain unsure how to respond other than that.

"Naruto!" cried Hinata.

"Seriously?" asked Yugito.

:"Just hear me out!" said Naruto, "This is going to be a huge war right! If we save Ace from the prison now then it won't happen!"

"But he's in Impel Down!" said the captain.

"So what." Said Naruto.

"It's the most dangerous prison there is." Said the captain, "Only one person has ever broken out! Shiki the Golden Lion."

"So what! I help kicked his ass not too long ago!" yelled Naruto, "If he could break out I can break out my brother."

"Oh yeah you're crew was that one that took him down." Said the captain face palming.

"We were!" said Naruto.

"Look I was okay with sneaking you to the war… but…" said the captain.

"When I save him then there won't be a war!" said Naruto.

The captain froze when he said that.

There was something about the way he said it… something that told him that Naruto could pull it off.

"There's something about you kid." Said the captain.

'This is a stupid idea! A really, phenomenally dumb idea." Said Kyubi, "But I know you kit… you won't back down…"

"Let's do this…" said Hinata.

Naruto looked at Hinata and took a breath.

"No… I'm doing it alone." Said Naruto.

Hinata froze when he said that.

"I have to do this alone… please understand…" whimpered Naruto.

"Why?" asked Hinata.

Naruto didn't answer.

"You know what… I need to use the bathroom…" said Yugito.

"What?" asked the captain.

"Show me the way to the bathroom." Said Yugito to the captain, 'Naruto make some clones to so that it makes it seem like we're still hostages."

"What?" asked Naruto.

"She's trying to leave you and Hinata alone so you can talk to private." Said Kyubi.

"Oh!" said Naruto.

Naruto created a couple of clones to act as escort to Yugito and the captain.

They were quiet for a few minutes so that the two could work out what they wanted to say.

"It's to because I'm weak is it?" asked Hinata.

"No it's not that!" yelled Naruto, "I have a couple reason why I don't want you to come…"

"What are they?" asked Hinata.

"I don't want you anywhere near where it's going to happen." said Naruto, "Not because of how strong you are… but because… because…"

"What happened to…" said Hinata.

"Your dad made you be there… you saw it happened…" cried Naruto.

Hinata flinched…

"If something goes wrong… I don't you there because of that…" cried Naruto.

"I see…" said Hinata.

"And the other reason…" said Naruto.

He took a breath… braced for something stupid to happen… just in case.

"You know what kit./.." said Kyubi, "I think now's the time… I don't think anything stupid will interrupt you… at all."

"Hinata… I love you…" said Naruto.

Both of them looked at each other.

And both of them finally embarrassed.

The two of them just hugged each other. "I love you too,.." said Hinata.

Both of them were crying in each other's arms.

"It's about damn time! Even I was getting fed up with it!" said Kyubi, "Just like most of the readers!"

Naruto of course ignored his inner demon.

"This is going to be the most insane thing I'm going to do… I don't think that I can stand you being there along with me…"

"Naruto…" said Hinata.

"I can heal like crazy… you can't…" said Naruto.

The two broke the hug and looked at each other.

"I think I get it." Said Hinata.

Naruto smiled.

"You know… Sakura and Ino are going to be pissed once we're able to reunite." Said Naruto.

Hinata started to laugh at that.

"I don't know… I think they'll just be happy we finally said it without something stupid interrupting us." Said Hinata.

"Ding dong the joke is dead!" sang Kyubi.

Naruto just rolled his eyes.

Hinata and Naruto hugged once again.

That was when Yugito and the captain returned along with the clones.

They saw the two hugging.

"So… are girlfriend and boyfriend or aren't you?" asked the captain.

"Now we are!" said Naruto.

"Yes!" yelled one of the clones.

"No stupid shenanigans getting in the way!" yelled the other.

The captain looked confused but Yugito remember something from back in Alabasta.

"Seriously?" she asked.

"It kept happening." Said Naruto.

"I see…" said Yugito with a sweat drop.

"Anyways… about your plan… I don't think I can be a part of it…" said the captain.

"What?" asked Naruto, "Why?"

"Well for one thing… it would be hard to explain why I'm going…" said the captain.

"I have an idea though…" said Yugito, "Your higher ups approved me acting like a replacement for you right?"

The captain nodded.

"What if I go to Impel Down to make "My final choice"…" said Yugito.

"Really?" asked Naruto.

"I can smuggle you in." said Yugito, "It's still dangerous but…"

"It will provide me a way to get in." said Naruto.

"Are you sure about this?" asked The captain.

"I'm sure… very sure…" said Naruto.

He heled Hinata's hand.

The tow looked at each other.

"All right! I think we have a plan…" said Naruto.

And with that the plans were made for how to get to Impel Down…

However more importantly Naruto and Hinata finally confessed their feelings… and it's about time… seriously…

But still there was something huge looming on the horizon… but no one knew if it would end up okay or not… only time would tell…

Next Time: Naruto and Yugito go to the infamous prison. Meanwhile what happened to the others in the crew, where did they end up? Find out next time!

A/N: Yep! Naruto and Hinata are finally together! I've planned for a long time for this to be the point where they confessed. I'd say always but the arc wasn't around when I first wrote the story so… either way I hoped you enjoyed it.
