Fight in the Blood Temple
Medusa fights the UA Gang with her Noble Phantasm which she use to give her an edge, so being outnumbered won't even matter to her.

"Now let's see you all try to take me on without even leaving my Blood Temple because I'm the only one who can turn it off!" Medusa shows her toxic smirk on her face once more.
"Bring it on you Snake Lady!" Kacchan said ready for some action.
'Typical Kacchan, always hot headed aside from just being hot tempered', Medusa thought as she ready herself to fight them all.

"Hey guys do you think this Blood Temple of Medusa is some kind of Quirk she is using?" Tenya Lida AKA Engenium wonders if this was her Quirk.
"Find that out for yourselves Four Eyes", but they'll come to realize that Noble Phantasm isn't actually a Quirk and even if Medusa blurts that out.

Blood Temple Inside
Medusa goes CQC with Momo Yaoyorozu AKA Creati who fights her with a Metal Bo Staff but couldn't even hit Medusa due to her speed, "that all you got?" Medusa ask as she grabs the Bo Staff then kicks Momo in the Gut and knocks her out by striking her in the back of her head with her Bo Staff. Next Medusa deflects an electric bolt that came from Denki using her Nameless Chain Daggers which in turn hits Fumikage Tokoyami AKA Tsukuyomi and he drops unconscious after Medusa gives him a high-powered punched to the face.
"Real nice Chargebolt, real nice!" Medusa complemented Chargebolt.
"I'm very sorry Tokoyami!" Then suddenly Medusa grabs him with her Chains and pulls him toward her then high-powered kicks him in the gut sending him flying and crashing into Mineta knocking them both out in the end as they both float in the beach water.
"Anyone else?" Medusa ask if anyone else wants to pick a fight with her.

POW!
Medusa hits Toru Hagakure AKA Invisible Girl who tries to sneak up on her and knocks her out, "don't even think I wouldn't even notice anyone sneaking up behind me even if you are invisible", Medusa then got frozen caused by Shoto while her guard is down. "You got her Shoto", Eijiro Kirishima AKA Red Riot congratulate him.
"Thanks!"
"THINK AGAIN! HAHAHAH!" The entire block of ice shatters to pieces caused by Medusa and she is completely unharmed by being frozen.
"Let's see you try this!" Medusa charges in full speed and tackles both Shoto and Eijiro with both her wrists which easily brings them both down in the process.

Next up Tenya tries to take Medusa head on only to have both of the 2 engines from his Hero Costume to get ripped out by her bare hands before she knocks him out when Medusa use them as a makeshift weapon and breaking his glasses in the process too, next she avoids being shot by Snipe then she use her Daggers to ricochet the second bullet that struck Snipe by the Mask damaging it and while he's distracted by his damage mask she super kicks him to knock him out in the end.
Medusa then sets her eyes for Kacchan, "now for you!" Medusa always had some problems with Kacchan because she was bullied by him when she was still Izuku Midoriya in the past ever since learning he was Quirkless.
"But before we begin, everyone else will just get in the way", Medusa throws her Daggers like a boomerang in a fast unseen speed which knocks out all of the rest of UA Students and the Pro-Teachers except for All Might who was fast enough and manage to avoid being hit by it.
Oh some who did avoid the Daggers ending up collapsing due to the effects of the Blood Temple.
"I'm saving All Might for last."

Medusa VS Kacchan
"Now just you me this time Grenade Boy!" Medusa shows her toxic smirk again while holding her both Nameless Chain Daggers.
"Bring it on Snake Lady!"
"Your move!" Medusa tells Kacchan to make the first move.
"Don't mine if I do Medusa!"

Kacchan throws every Explosion Quirk he has at Medusa and she is engulf by every Explosion leaving only smoke. Kacchan smiled thinking he has beaten Medusa but when the smoke cleared Medusa was still standing and unharmed by the explosion.
"WHAT!?"
"That all you got Grenade Boy?" Kacchan was going to strike again but Medusa grabs him by the throat with her Chains and pulls him toward him.

"Ever felt bitten by a Vampire or some creature that bites like a Vampire?" Kacchan is only response is nothing to her question as Medusa bites Kacchan the neck like a Vampire before he falls unconscious.

"Now that's done with, just you and me once more All Might", Medusa set her eyes on All Might as she licks the blood from her lips.
End
Next, I another fight with All Might and Medusa again but All Might will find out the identity of Medusa after accidentally swallowing some of her blood when it spatters.
The Noble Phantasm that Medusa use is Blood Fort Andromeda/Blood Temple which creates a Dome in Blood Red color. Oh I forgot to mention in the previous Chapter the several Pros who accompanying All Might and the UA Gang are the UA Teachers.
Another note, the Vampire Bite that Medusa did to Shiro while posing as Rin Tohsaka in Fate/Stay Night Heaven's Feel Movie 1 is really another Noble Phantasm known as Breaker Gorgon/Dark Temple.
