All Might and Medusa battle but her identity is revealed when All Might accidentally drinks or swallow her blood that shows her memories of her original life, because her blood splattered into his face.

All Might VS Medusa Round 2

All Might and Medusa charge at each other and colliding each other's fist repeatedly like when he was battling the Nomu until they both pull away and then Medusa charges at him first this time but All Might evades her and lands a blow on her back slamming her on the sand. Medusa then super kicks him making All Might skid on the sand, "you can survive anything that hits you isn't Medusa?"

"Of course my All Might", she answer while getting back on her feet.

"Still want to kill me gently Medusa?"

"You know my answer already to your question my All Might!" Medusa said that he already knows her answer to that question while she does her fighting stance with her Nameless Chain Daggers.

Both combatants charge at each but by running at each other again and collided with each other again but All Might had enough strength to push Medusa and pin her on the wall and she drops both her Chain Daggers in the process, Medusa gets injured causing her blood to come out her mouth after getting pin to the wall by All Might. Medusa grabs All Might by the head and bash his head on the wall and then dropkicks him pushing him back.

Medusa attempts to reach for her Chain Daggers but All Might counters and prevents her from retrieving them with an Alabama Smash which causes Medusa's blood that comes out from her mouth to splatter on All Might's face but some of her blood went into his mouth and he swallowed some of it. All Might backs up a bit until he started to see things in visions which came from Medusa field of vision and the next looks somewhat familiar after seeing Inko Midoriya in it.

There actually memories that he is seeing but doesn't know that yet until Medusa explains that to him.

"What was that?" All Might ask Medusa what did he just see.

"You just swallowed some of my blood that splattered into your face, what you just seen is my memories of my original life and my current one", Medusa gave him her answer to that question.

"I think it's time you know why I idolize you my All Might", now this time Medusa will explain why she idolizes him just like Izuku Midoriya did in the other life she had.

Into the Memories

All Might who's being influences by Medusa's blood makes love with her and Medusa without her blindfold herself allows him to drink her blood to look in more of her memories. He sees more of Izuku Midoriya's memories like the day he finds out he is Quirkless which left him saddened that cannot be a Hero like his idol All Might while his mother Inko comforts him. Next up he watches Izuku get bullied by his hot tempered friend Kacchan for being Quirkless.

The final part is Izuku being killed by the Sludge Villain, then he watches Izuku in the Void until finally reincarnated or reborn as Medusa.

Back to the Dagobah Beach

"Your Izuku Midoriya", All Might wakes up after seeing all that and making love with Medusa.

"Now you know my true identity All Might and the reason why I Idolize you", Medusa said laying next to him and she put her blindfold back on.

End

On the next chapter, All Might is trying to cope on what he just did with Medusa is making love with her even though he's was influence by her blood, also he needs to decided if he wants to reveal Medusa's true identity to everyone else.

Notes: Swallowing or drinking the blood of a Vampire which caused someone to see their memories, I got that after watching various Vampire Movies like the Underworld Film Serious and Dracula 2000.

Medusa may not have this ability but in Fanfiction I'll just say she does.
