Chapter 365: The Return of a Hokage

Naruto stared at the man. He had spikey blonde hair. Naruto noticed the man looked a bit like him.

"Who… who are you…" said Naruto.

Then he realized something.

"How the hell did you get inside my mind!" yelled Naruto.

The man sighed.

"Naruto…" said the man.

IT was clear that he wasn't sure what to say.

"Did you eat the Biju Biju Fruit: Model Kyubi?" he asked.

"Yeah.. I did… what does that have to do with anything!" yelled Naruto.

"You're not going away, are you?" asked Kyubi.

"No…" sighed the man.

He sighed it was a mix of relive, happiness and a little sadness.

"You haven't answered me yet!" yelled Naruto, "Who are you and what are you doing in my head."

"I was the one who sealed him into you." Explained the man.

"Wait… then you're…" said Naruto .

"I am the fourth Hokage." Said the man who was indeed the 4th Hokage or rather Minato as his name was.

Naruto looked at him… he wasn't sure how to react.

"I understand if you have mixed feelings." Said Minato.

Naruto didn't know what to say to him.

"Why me?" he managed to ask.

Minato sighed knowing this answer was coming.

"I didn't think anyone else should have that burden… you were the only choice." Said Minato.

"Why would you think I should have that burden then?" asked Naruto.

"Naruto…" sighed Minato.

"Our everyone on the island! Why a newborn baby!" yelled Naruto.

"Because you're my son!" said Minato.

"What?" asked Naruto.

"Naruto… I am your father…" said Minato .

He looked at Minato and the two did look a lot alike. He remember that during the times he asked Luffy about his dad Luffy would mention that he remembered that Naruto looked a lot like him and that he was really nice.

After all Luffy was three when he died it would make sense he didn't remember much about him.

"How are you here?" asked Naruto.

"I created an imprint of myself during the sealing. Just in case you ever tried to set him free." Said Minato.

"I figured you did something like that which was why I goaded him into doing it." Said the Kyubi.

"Why?" asked Minato.

"I broke into Impel Down…" said Naruto, "In order to save someone very important to me."

"You… what…" said Minato unsure how to respond.

"It's true…" said Naruto, "And Luffy is dying… he got into a fight with someone and…"

"Are you two close?" asked Minato.

Naruto nodded.

"That's good." Said Minato.

"I knew that if you ate the Biju Biju Fruit before you would reach that point that I would be stuck here forever." Sighed Minato.

"How do you know that?" asked Naruto.

"It's complicated." Said Minato, "But still… realizing him won't save Luffy…"

Naruto shook.

"I…" said Naruto.

"You would have died." Said Minato.

"But Luffy and Ace are going to die if I don't do anything!" yelled Naruto.

Minato sighed.

"I knew this was the case." Said Kyubi, "Because you have a good head on your shoulder that you might be able to figure everything out…"

"I see…" said Minato somewhat suspiciously.

"Don't take things out on him!" said Naruto, "He's always helped me… he's annoying and a pervert and a makes a lot of weird references I don't get. But he's always helped me…"

Minato sighed.

"You should take back control of your body." Sighed Minato, "I'll help you as best I can…"

"Uh…" said Naruto.

"His body is unconscious… I had taken control and I wasn't paying attention so I got hit by a tranquilizer… It's still going to take a bit until Naruto can wake up."

Minato sighed and sat down.

"So are you a clone user?" asked Minato.

"Yeah…" said Naruto realizing what his father was doing. Getting to know him.

"How good are you?" asked Minato.

"I'm really good." Said Naruto, "I know many types of clones."

"That's good…" said Minato, "Besides being a clone user…"

"I'm a pirate…" muttered Naruto.

"That's fine." Said Minato.

"Really?" asked Naruto.

"My teacher was a pirate." Said Minato, "I don't know if he's still alive… but…"

"Wait… is he my godfather?" asked Naruto.

"Have you met him?" asked Minato.

"No… he just sends me gifts sometimes…" muttered Naruto, "He's very hand off..;."

"I see…" said Minato, "What about Garp…"

"I hate him…" muttered Naruto.

"I can get behind that.' Said Minato, "So are you the cabin boy…"

"Back up captain..,. Luffy's the captain." Said Naruto.

"Really?" asked Minato surprised.

"Yeah…" said Naruto.

"So what is your crew like?" asked Minato.

Naruto sighed knowing he should tell him about the crew. He told him about Gaara and Fu first causing Minato to relax knowing that Naruto wasn't the only one who was Jinchuriki on the crew.

Naruto soon told him about the rest of the crew.

However he eventually got to Robin.

"Wait… Nico Robin?" asked Minato with his face softening..

"Oh yeah... she did know you." Said Naruto.

"What are the chances?" asked Minato.

"I don't know…" said Naruto.

"I wonder… if she had decided to travel with me if she would have bounce Luffy and your caretaker." Said Minato.

"That would have been weird." Said Naruto.

He told him about the rest the crew.

But he saved Hinata for last.

"You have a girlfriend and you still decided to let him free." Said Minato unsure how to respond.

Naruto sighed.

"I'm sorry… it's just…" said Minato.

"I have my reason…" said Naruto.

Mineta sighed when Naruto said that.

"Who is Ace?" asked Minato.

Naruto sighed know he would have to tell him and told him who Ace was.

Minato was surprised when Naruto explained who Ace was.

"I see…" said Minato.

"Look… I had to…" said Naruto.

"There's more to it… isn't there?" asked Minato.

Naruto nodded.

Naruto then sighed.

"Look… I really don't know how to feel about you." Admitted Naruto.

"I can't blame you." Said Minato, "I put a heavy burden on you… if everything didn't happen you could have had friends and wouldn't be a pariah;…"

"I have friends and I did. Growing up… but I was still a pariah… so many people treated me like a monster."

"Naruto…" sighed Minato, "I am so sorry I had to do that… but I had no other choice… I felt like you were the only one to have true burden…"

Naruto hugged his knees.

"You don't have to like me… and the only reason why I'm here is because you need help." Said Minato, "And no matter what… even if you hate me I will help you… no matter what."

"Thanks… uh…" said Naruto "I don't want to call you dad right now…"

"I figured…" said Minato, "Just call me Minato then…"

That was when Naruto felt something.

"Looks like the tranquilizer is finally wearing off…" said Kyubi.

Naruto woke up. He looked around, he saw an unconscious Bon Clay next to time who was bondages up.

"Who is that?" he heard Minato's voice.

"A friend of the crew's." thought Naruto.

He saw a nearby door and opened it.

And what he saw would confuse him so much.

It appeared to be a night club.

"Um… okay…" said Naruto.

"I thought you were in Impel Down…" said Minato.

"I was…" thought Naruto.

"Welp… I think things just interesting…" said Kyubi.

Things were straining to look up, with a new… uh… alley that Naruto wasn't sure how to feel about and in a new location that was clearly safe… hopefully Naruto would be able to free Ace…

But first he had to figure out where he was first.
