Sludge's End
Medusa puts an end to the Sludge Villain as Revenge for her demise of her old life as Izuku Midoriya.

After the truth is finally out, Medusa herself is back in the Midoriya Apartment or Home and back with the Midoriya Family. Every Official and Police in Musutafu City then put Izuku Midoriya's status to Reincarnated instead of dead and put Medusa in the record now, All Might and the Pro-Heroes offered Medusa a place in UA High if she wanted to be a proper Hero like Izuku Midoriya would have wanted in the past.
Medusa accepts the offer but she said she will rarely take any courses due to how good she is now with her new found powers as well as the Noble Phantasm she has with her. What Medusa planning to do is find the Sludge Villain and take revenge for what he did to her past self but she will do it in secret, she found out the Sludge Villain was taken to Tartarus Prison after being arrested while she was away in the Void.

"Where it all began, it shall end now!" Medusa muttered holding her Chain Daggers.
Tartarus Prison
"So this is Tartarus Prison for the most dangerous Quirk Villains who live in Musutafu City. Well I'm going to have to subdue everyone so I can find the Sludge Villain and then I kill him next", Medusa use her speed to reach and enter Tartarus Prison without alerting the Guards.

Tartarus Prison Inside
Many of the Quirk Villain inmates prison cells are an energy barrier which no Quirk can even break through at all, eventually a loud crash was heard from a large close door, all of the inmates are wondering if that is a break in at all and they would all be free but it's not what they think actually. The door crashes open with a single super kick and Medusa walks in and many of the inmates are smiling thinking she is here to break them out but Medusa only walks pass them all and ignore them.

"Encase your all wondering, I'm not here to break you all out, I'm actually here for the Sludge Villain after all, encase you all heard or not, I was once Izuku Midoriya who died at the hands of that Sludge Villain and now I'm reincarnated as Medusa now."
"Your going to nail that Sludge as revenge are you?" One of the inmates deduce what Medusa is going to do after she comes face to face with the Sludge Villain again.
"That's correct and everyone would say this to me is, well good luck with that Medusa", Medusa is done talking with the inmates and goes off to find the Sludge Villain in one of the cells, Medusa didn't bother to try using the security cameras to look for him because she prefers that she tries looking for him without it and she destroyed them all so no one will know of her presence, also all of the Guards are knock out in a quick pace by her.

Medusa looks on every cell until she finally found the Sludge she's been looking for, "finally", Medusa kicks open the lock allowing the Sludge Villain to come on out. "I overheard all that you know Medusa or should I say Izuku Midoriya", the Sludge Villain said and Medusa only gives him a sadistic smile on her face as she pulls out her Chain Daggers.
"I may have died at your slimy hands but this time it gonna be different now!"

The 2 combatants attack each other but Medusa has the upper hand thanks to her super speed, Medusa lands some damaging blows with her Chain Daggers on the Sludge Villain who is unable to land a hit in her. "Oh quit moving around so I can hit you already!" The Sludge Villain shouted getting annoyed that he is unable to land any blows to Medusa who keeps pounding him with her Chain Daggers, Fists and Kicks all the way.
"Oh not a chance Sludge", Medusa taunts him and sends a high-powered kick sending him flying and colliding into a wall.
"My powers isn't Quirk encase you didn't know that, plus my powers makes me resistant from you sucking me into your sludge body, well then let's finish this little fight of mine", Medusa then reaches for her blind fold and removes it, then she makes him look into her yellow eyes causing him to turn into a statue.

"Goodbye Sludge Villain and this time, mean it!" Medusa stabs both her Chain Daggers into the Sludge Villain's head shattering the statued into pieces and killing him for good.

Midoriya Apartment
Medusa is back home watching the news about the incident that was actually caused by her in Tartarus Prison but nobody knows she has done all that due to Security Cameras destroyed, the Guards all knocked out and the inmates will not say anything at all or even say anything that it was her the whole time.
End
On the next Chapter, with her revenge now finish, she spends some time in the UA Festival going on.
Oh the reason why Medusa never gets any of her limbs sucked into the Sludge Villain when she touches him it's because her powers also makes her resistant to that.
