Medusa meets the Hero Killer Stain who wants to see if she is more Hero than the ones he views as fakes.

Rooftops of Musutafu City
Medusa is alone again in the night times on the roof tops of Musutafu City enjoying her view of the city from the rooftops, "a beautiful view of the city", Medusa comment to herself with a smile on her face.
Medusa's smile then fades when she sense someone is about to slice her from behind her and she quickly rolls out of way to the right in order for her to avoid being slashed by whoever the intruder who attempts slash her from behind is.

Medusa pulls out her Chain Daggers and ready for battle, but to her surprise she recognize who the intruder who actually tried to slash at her is, "Chizome Akaguro AKA Stain the Hero Killer", Medusa identified who he is, "well looks like you already know who I am Medusa who was the former Izuku Midoriya", Stain talks next with his own killer smile on his face that's covered in bandages.

"Oh I know you because I watch the news and read the papers", Stain explains how he knows about Medusa and knowing she was once Izuku Midoriya in the past.
"The same with me Stain", Medusa also saw the news and read the papers too, except it's all about Stain.
"So what do I own the pleasure?"
"You know I've been always making attacks on Heroes who I view as fakes", Stain reminded her of what he has been doing many times.
"Then why confront me now?"
"I want to see if your anything like those fakes or maybe your nothing like them at all", there's Stain's reason why he confronted Medusa for, because he wanted to see if she is anything like the fakes or she could be true Hero at all.
"Well, then let see and find out along the way shall we?" Medusa suggest they battle and find out for themselves.

Medusa vs Chizome Akaguro/Stain
Both combatants charge at each other but Stain goes into defensive with his Katana Sword because Medusa is faster than him and starting hitting him various times like a pinball, Stain slash but missed because Medusa moves back and Medusa high kicks him in the gut then sending him flying and slamming into a wall and denting it. "Your fighting me seriously aren't you? Because the high kick really hurts", Stain wonders.
"And you know I am Stain!" Medusa said with a toxic smile on her face.

Next Medusa and Stain resume battle and sparks from each strike of their blades can be seen if someone else is on the rooftops too or can see it from a window depending on how high up they from their building, it's like a sword fight, Medusa then grabs Stain by both wrists and then supplex him denting the roof floor, Stain gets back and repeated tries to slash Medusa with his Katana but no avail due to her speed and Medusa easily strikes him in the gut with her Chain Daggers and shedding blood from him.
Medusa then knees him in the gut causing him to drop his Katana Sword and she repeatedly stabs him with his Chain Daggers before coming to a stop as a badly wounded and bleeding Stain collapse on his knees bleeding on the ground.

"That's interesting, maybe you are really a true Hero unlike those fakes", Stain is now viewing Medusa as a true Hero and certainly not a fake base outcome of their battle.
"Nice of you to see me that way Stain!" Medusa then whips him in the face with her long Violet hair that totally leaves a mark on his bandage face and she finish him off by stabbing him right in the head with her Chain Dagger killing him the process.

After the Battle
"Was that supposed to be necessary?" Medusa turns to see who said that to her.
"Oh it's you Shoto."
"Yeah it was necessary because you already know how dangerous Stain is."
"I know, but can you be a little moral next time?" Shoto ask of Medusa can be a little moral the next time she fights a Villain.
"It will depend on my mood Shoto."
"What kind of answer is that Medusa?"

Coming up next, after the confrontation with Stain, Medusa confronts Shoto about the strange burn in his face and ask him tell her what happened and who did that to his face. What Shoto is about to reveal is going to disturb her.
