Visit in the Hospital
Medusa visits Rei Todoroki in the Hospital.

Previously after the Medusa vs Shoto Todoroki match was concluded and Medusa is declared the victor, she said to Shoto she will be visiting Rei Todoroki so she can speak with her while he recovers from his battle with Medusa. They choose to just ignore everything Endeavor says and she whispers to Shoto that someday she will expose Endeavor's wrong doings and once that is expose what happens to him will be decided by others.
Hospital Present Time
Medusa enters the hospital and ask the receptionists to know where Rei Todoroki is and she was given the number of the room. "Well let's see how Rei Todoroki is doing, I hope she is doing well after being here for a very long time?"

Rei Todoroki's Hospital Room
Rei is sitting in bed looking out the window until she hears a knocking outside her room, Rei turns to see who it is, "oh it's you Medusa", Rei somehow recognizes who Medusa is. "You watched?" Medusa ask if she watch the announcement which revealed who Medusa is.
"Yes I did, anyway I rarely get any visitors in the exceptions of Shoto who would sometimes come and visit me and I would always apologies to him for what I have done to him right after I snapped at him because the only image I see in Shoto is his father who I always hated." Rei in the verge of tears out of guilt for the burned mark on Shoto's face is given some comfort by Medusa.

"Before our match can start, I was confronted by Endeavor himself who arrange a Quirk Marriage between me and Shoto, all because he sees me strong", Rei goes into shock after hearing that from Medusa.
"Unfortunately me and Shoto didn't really agree with this and I gave Shoto an earpiece to listen to my conversation with him. Yeah Shoto mention that your marriage with him is a loveless marriage so Endeavor can be Number 1 after All Might's time is over, he even want a strong Heir to surpass All Might as well. All I see in his desires to be Number 1 is him being foolish about all of it."
"He's desires also caused the disappearances of your other son Toya Todoroki", even Rei has no idea that Toya goes by the name Dabi AKA Blueflame and is part of the League of Villains too.
"I like how you feel about Enji's desires to be Number 1 after All Might is done", Rei shares what Medusa sees in Endeavor's foolish desires.
"I told Shoto that someday, I will expose Endeavor's wrong doings and what happens to him will depend."
"I'm grateful for that Medusa, I just want Enji's wrong doings to just go away."

On the rooftops on the other side of the Hospital, someone with Blueflames glowing around his arms is watching Medusa and Rei having a conversation. "Tonight, you Medusa and me are about to have our own conversation!" The person disappears from the roof in blueflames after saying that to himself.

Recovery Girl's Nurse Office
"Hey Medusa, did you have to lay me in your lap like that?" Shoto ask because he does remember being laid on Medusa lap which is done by her.
"Yeah, it was the best thing I can do to be sure I comfort you well", Medusa's answers causes Shoto to blush red because this is her way of comfort.

Next, Medusa meets Dabi AKA Blueflame but was once known as Toya Todoroki.
If Medusa is going to have a lover, I'm not doing it with All Might because he was only being influence which is the reason why he and Medusa made love. For sure I would go for Shoto but they are not doing this just because of Endeavor, they are doing this for their own sake and not for Endeavor's foolish desires.
