Snake and Blueflames
Medusa meets Dabi AKA Blueflames but was once named originally as Toya Todoroki before he disappeared.

Medusa just finished her visit with Rei Todoroki and she is now heading home and she is jumping from every rooftop to return to the Midoriya Apartment, Medusa halts when Blueflames gets right into her path. After stopping in her tracks the Blueflames dies down and a figures appears in front of her, "hello Medusa or should I say the former Izuku Midoriya, nice to finally meet you in person", the person greets her in a kind manner.
"And you are?"
"I'm Dabi AKA Blueflame and I'm part of the Vanguard Action Squad of the League of Villains, but I was thinking you might find these flames somewhat familiar to you and I don't mean by the color of it, I meant the people who also you uses Quirk based Flames."
"If you don't know what I mean, perhaps you can say that there was Shoto Todoroki, Natsuo and Fuyumi, plus the other son that went missing and was presume dead after the abusived and harsh training caused by the father who wish to be Number 1 after All Might's time is over", Dabi gave her a hint and a clue that might give her the idea on who Dabi is actually.

"Your Toya Todoroki", Medusa answer and Dabi nods his head as yes she is correct that he is really Toya Todoroki.
"Well if you think or thought Shoto and mom are the only ones who actually hated dad for his foolish desires to be Number 1 after All Might's time is over, even I despise him more than they did because what he did to Shoto, he first tried it on me to be strong heir to surpass All Might and I've grown fed up with it, I choose to just disappear afterwords", Dabi explains while slowly approaching Medusa.
"Then you met up with the League of Villains and you join them after meeting them and became part of the Vanguard Squad", Medusa deduces what happened next after he disappeared and was presume dead.
"Yes, but no one can tell who I was when I first showed myself not even any curiosity when they saw my Blueflames. Even that buffoon Endeavor couldn't even tell who I was or even show any suspicion on the sight of my Blueflames, but I'm really fine that nobody knows because I want it to stay that way", Dabi is even fine that nobody even knows who he is and wants it to keep it and stay that way.
"But even I know that your powers isn't a Quirk, it's known as Noble Phantasm and they are quite powerful then any of our Quirks in the world, but let's see if you can jab this!?" Dabi/Blueflame unexpectedly jabs his right hand into Medusa's gut.

Next he tries to ignite his Blueflames from the inside trying to burn her from within but Medusa counters by headbutting him right in the face, "didn't I mention my Quirk is Cremation?" Dabi reveals his Quirk and Medusa knows what Cremation is. Dabi attacks her again with his Cremation Quirk and everything that his Blueflames touch gets cremated, Medusa rams him and he is sent slamming him into the wall denting it and they are both off the rooftops and into the alleys.

Alleys
Medusa and Dabi continue throwing punches and kicks without using their Quirks and Noble Phantasm or even Melee Weapons, Dabi throws a spin kicks and punches which Medusa evades and blocks using only her right arm. Medusa throws a punch but Dabi caught it, "hmm, nice catch! Dabi!" Medusa takes things seriously and kicks Dabi sending slamming into a brick wall but he manage to recover from that and he grabs and throws Medusa but she manage to grab on to a metal poll, spin around and kicks Dabi again and sending slamming into another brick wall and he recovers from that too. Dabi use his Cremation Quirk but Medusa flips backwards to avoid them and Dabi again throws punches and kicks at her and in the end Medusa defeats him by kicking and sending him slamming into light pole which knocks him out for good and the light globe falls off from the light pole and shatters after hitting the ground on impact.
Suddenly a Warp Gate opens and Dabi has been retrieved before Medusa can take him.
"I guess the League of Villains isn't going to let me take him", Medusa deduce the rest of the League of Villains were watching the outcome of their battle and they wouldn't allow her to take Dabi.
End
After this incident, Medusa makes her choice to warn everybody about Toya Todoroki who is now Dabi AKA Blueflame and is now part of the League of Villains.
Notes to readers, I know what Dabi/Blueflame/Toya Todoroki looks like, I just don't know how to describe his appearance.
I did use some references to Matrix Reloaded when Neo was fighting Smith and the Upgrade Agents but it isn't like I remember all the fight scenes no matter how many times I watch it.
