There was Medusa and Reaper Deku who are just standing there until they talk, "hello everyone I'm Medusa", "and I'm Reaper Deku and this here is our chat talk today." They are doing somewhat like a TV Show or live chat of their own.

"Oh and welcome to our show!" Medusa said and the audiences of Civilians and Quirk Heroes who's watching clap their hands and cheered.

"Well Reaper Deku and I are both Alternate Version of Izuku Midoriya who are both reincarnate into a new appearances and new identity, even a change of gender which are caused when the Sludge Villain killed us but there is a differences", Medusa said who they are and will now say the differences.

"My case, I stayed a Male but have a new appearances and have my Death Scythe which came with my new appearance."

"And me, my gender is changed into a Female with a beautiful appearances and a new name, Medusa."

"Lastly both of us have been given new powers too, which in our case are not even Quirks, they are Noble Phantasm", Reaper Deku said next about their new powers they been given after reincarnation which are not Quirks and identified as Noble Phantasm.

"Also in the Multi-Universe, there are more Izuku Midoriyas who are also reincarnated but largely into a new identity and appearances, that also includes some new powers but are not Quirks and pretty much these Alternate Izuku Midoriyas have their genders put into a female which is largely rather than staying in the original Gender which is a Male", Medusa says on how many of the Multi-Universe Izuku Midoriya are made after reincarnated which doesn't always stay as a male but largely as a female, even getting Non-Quirk Powers.

"But not all of these reincarnations of Izuku Midoriya won't always be a Hero at all, sometimes these beings who reincarnates Izuku Midorya of the Multi-Universe are sometimes evil and reincarnate Izuku Midoriya into a Villain after altering their personality and thus making that Izuku Midoriya permanently evil", Reaper Deku explains about not every reincarnation can come out always as a Hero but sometimes into a Villain.

"Also sometimes the Izuku Midoriya who becomes evil while being reincarnated is sometimes because the reincarnation process gets interrupted by a Dark Force which tampers with the reincarnation process and thus corrupting the reincarnated Izuku Midoriya into evil that cannot be cured", Medusa also mentions the other reasons what also caused these reincarnated Izuku Midoriya to come out evil is due to Dark Forces tampering.

"Also these Evil Reincarnated Dekus can sometimes join up with Villain Faction or just be neutral and attack all factions and show no mercy to no one", Medusa said the next thing can happen once these Evil Reincarnated Dekus are brought back to the world of the living, they can pick a side or not.

"And sometimes these reincarnation doesn't come out as Human. It can sometimes come out something like a Kaiju", what Medusa means is giant monsters like Godzilla or other Kaiju.

Oh Reaper Deku since I base him from Child Medusa/Lancer from Fate/Grand Order, he has the same powers as Child Medusa/Lancer.

Also for a Final Antagonist, I will use another Medusa who is Evil or Corrupt Hero, it can be either Medusa/Rider from Fate/Illya or Medusa/Lancer Alter from Fate/Grand Order.
