Hey fairy tail fans, and welcome back to a fairy tail re-told, nothing new to say today, only that I hope you have been having a great week and that you have all the great joy that we all know that you deserve. I'm starting to enjoy this arc, not that I wasn't before, I was just worried about how it would work, but it seems to be going nicely. Anyway, let's get the story rolling. Take it away
Last time on a fairy tail re-told
Wendy: we started fighting Raven tail for the clock pieces
Lily: I feel as if we're missing something here
Wendy: what do you mean
Lily: things are far two convents for our enemies
Wendy: I think you're overthinking it
Lily: keep your guard up

Lahar looked over several books in the Magical Library. He smiled as Dornbolt or Mest, as he liked to be called, now teleported them to some tombs looking around. He nodded his head before they left "you any closer to figuring out what you need" Mest asked as they stopped seeing Zentopia in the distance.
"Maybe," Lahr said as they went to a large tree, "at first, Raven tail has been attacking churches," he informed him. "at first we thought that it was at random," Lahar said, "maybe searching for clock pieces" Mest then took Lahar back to where the victims of each attack had been placed "however going over some evidence, I have reason to believe that these churches where housing people."
"What so special about them," Mest asked as Lahr overlooked one of the bodies.
"They were assumed to be corpses at first," Lahar told him, "However."
"they're still kicking," Mest asked. He looked back to the man next to him was a broken celestial key
"Some Cabal going on," Lahar muttered, "all signs point to something big about to go down."
"Then we need to hurry up and figure out who these people are before they all end up as stiff as their buddies," Mest finished
inside a small shrine. Katja sat in front of an altar, praying behind her. A celestial spirit watched over her turning around so plenty "is something wrong Nico," she asked as the spirit continued to look at the door. The girl smiled, hoping that whatever her friend sensed would pass and leave them back to their prayer.

"Oh, my," Angel muttered as Lyon and Freed ran up to her, "hello boys."
"Looks like we found you," Lyon said, "so your running with Raven tail these days, I see," Lyon shouted, "well, don't worry, you'll be back behind bars soon enough."
"You will not escape us again," Freed shouted.
"OMG!" another voice called. Lyon and Freed turned to see Dan standing at another entrance "WHAT. A. BABE." he smiled as he rushed up to Angel, immediately going down one knee "you are the angelic beauty of my dreams," he gushed as Angel rolled her eyes.
"that's not a compliment, ya know," she muttered
"Did they become allies" Freed asked
"Are you kidding?" Lyon and Angel said
"I am Dan straight of the Legion platoon," Dan said. "Wen wen is old news. no way heart belongs to the lovely Angel," he said
"I don't think she'll be all that broken up about it," Lyon muttered. "Anyway, Angel, why don't you be a good girl and tell us what you and your guild plan to do with the infinity clock."
"Silly boy," Angel laughed, "the cost in 40 I summon forth Shamsiel," another angel of sunlight. Its appearance is that of a large, stone-like cherub with pigs in its pompadour.
"Angel magic," Freed said, "it's an ancient magic similar to the one Kinana uses."
"she's so heavenly," Dan started. "I'm on fire, but there that darkness in her eyes," he said, referring to the sinister grin that Angel wore "my spear will set her straight," he said.
"Oh, Shamsiel," Angel started, "I found you some playmates."
"Yeah," Shamsiel shouted, "who wants to play catch."
"We should stay back," Lyon shouted.
"I wanna play," Dan shouted "you're so chubby and cute," he said, dropping his spear and shield. "I'll catch you," he screamed, only to be swatted away by Shamsiel, who laughed.
"How is it that Wendy struggled against him" Freed asked
"His shield can reflect magic attacks," Lyon told him. "She had to find a workaround."
"Ahh," before turning back to Shamsiel, "let move{Dark Écriture}."
Lyon nodded "{Ice make: eagle}" Lyon shouted as his eagles. flew alongside Freed's attack only for them to bounce as Shamsiel shakes his head laughing "what is this thing," Lyon asked as Shamsiel walked towards them
"Come on," he grinned as Lyon and Freed backed up in fear, "let's play some more" he shook his head, "those last attacks only tickled me."
"Then have this," Lyon shouted "{Ice make: Ape}" Lyon shouted as he created a giant ape from his ice; it ran at Shamsiel the collided. They were creating shock waves as Shamsiel punched right through the chest of the creation before tossing it to the side, shattering it on the ground, laughing.
"Well," Angel said, "looks like your nowhere near as powerful as you were when we last fought" Angel smiled "of course, you and I never did battle, but the mere fact you managed to take on one of my former guildmates disgusted me" she laughed "now I will have vengeance" she shouted.
"you fiend," Freed shouted, "if you think you're going to get away with this"
"The light of an angel is so amazing," Shamsiel smiled "let me show you."
"This is no battle between light and darkness," Angel said "no, this is a power grab, and soon we will be the bringers of chaos," she screamed as Shamsiel let out an attack blasting both Freed and Lyon back.
[##Prelude to destruction##]
Laki, let out a scream as she felt herself get blown back. Cobra standing over her as behind her, Max caught her glaring as Cobra walked up to them "you two," he asked, looking at Kinana, who had frozen in fear shaking off the thought he looked back at them "you were friends with Salamander" he looked them over "tell me what did they did with Cubellios" he shouted before sighing "I see, so they never mentioned anything about it."
"What," Max asked, "why is he asking us questions if he's going to answer anyway."
"How is he doing that," Laki asked.
"it's his magic," Kinana answered "it's a similar magic to Natsu and Wendy, however instead of a great sense of smell, he has excellent hearing," she explained.
"You're an observant one," Cobra said. He felt like he knew this girl, but when listening to her thoughts, to reveal very little, only that she was an amnesiac. He felt a tinge of pity for the girl. Still, she had no connection to Salamander, only with his sister. "You were close to Salamander, weren't you" he smiled. "Then you might have some information" he then snapped his fingers. An enormous scream went over them as Laki and Max clutched their ears in pain as Kinana backed up "the two of you have no more use," he screamed.
"What was that," Laki said, "it felt like he took our words and amplified them," Max muttered. He looked up to see that Kinana had grabbed them, her appearance changing as she landed on the ground. "Kinana, are you okay."
"Take it easy," Laki said, "you're still recovering."
"We don't have a choice," Kinana noted "it takes a slayer to stop a slayer." she glared at him. "I think I know what he is trying to do, and we have to stop him here, so sorry if you have to carry me back" she smiled.
"What kind of magic," Max asked.
"Ah, I see," Cobra smiled "you're a new breed," he smiled a bit of anticipation, "Magnolia was full of wizards with lost magic," Cobra got ready scales appearing on his arms, a shadow forming on his face "a devil slayer" he didn't say the last words. Still, he knew that she heard him he didn't know how but assumed her magic gave her the same abilities, so it didn't bother him "well, poison Devil meet the poison drakon."
"I don't care what you," Kinana said before stopping her voice then being used against her knocking her back "damn it," she thought to herself.
"So close," Cobra, "let us see what your mentor taught you, little one."
"Are we sure she can handle this" Max asked
"I don't know," Laki admitted as Kinana attempted to attack him again, only for Cobra to dodge again as she kept trying to land hits on him.
"You're too slow," Cobra said. "I can hear your moves before you make them," Cobra bragged, "but look like you can't," he said as he landed a hit on her side, forcing her to slide back. "Every move you make every muscle hell I've mastered it to hearing thoughts" he shouted, 'all so I could hear my friend's voice' the ground underneath them began to shake "tell me," Cobra cried as Laki and Max tried to get in a sneak attack "what did they do with Cubellios" he shouted.
Kinana fell. However, a voice entered her head before she looked at him. "I do know you," she whispered, the words catching him off guard making him stop his assault. "I can hear your voice in my head every night" she looked at her eyes, now taking the appearance of a snake, "it is you."
"Erik"
Katja smiled as her friend continued to look around nervously "please," she said, "calm down," she asked, "it's probably just the maids coming back from a supply run there going to have to take us back to the church soon" she stopped when a door opened. Revealing both Lahar and Mest, both looked at her as she stood up. With Nico running up in front of her, "who are you" Katja asked, backing up.
"a celestial wizard," Lahar muttered.
Mest, however, looked the girl over "she looks just like Wendy did" he hadn't thought about the sky maiden in about seven years, not since he saved her from Tenrou, the girl back up in fear as before running away being quick he teleported him and Lahar in front of her.
"My name is Lahar," Lahar tried to say as Nico grabbed his face. He shook the spirit off. "I am with the magic enforcement unit," he said. "I'm investigating the attack on churches and would like to ask you some questions."
Mest smiled as the two went off "she looks just like Wendy did when she was around her age," Mest muttered.
'How could you.'
'That was my family, you monster.'
'They can't be gone; no, this has to be a bad dream.'
'We have to find them. Mavis had to have found a way to save them.'
'You monsters took everything from us. Was that promotion worth it'
'Not to mention she's a celestial wizard,' Mest thought to himself as he wallowed in his self-pity
"{open: Gate of the Chisel: Caelum}" Kajita said as she summed Caelum. She smiled as her friend went up to her. She rubbed its head "please watch over us," she said as the spirit began to patrol the area. She then noticed that Mest had been starring at her. "Sorry, is there something wrong," she asked, "have you never met a celestial spirit wizard before," she asked, "I know these days we are rare, but we're not that different."
"No," Mest said quickly, "it's just you reminded me of an old friend," was all he said
"I see," Katja said
"I haven't seen her in a while," Mest admitted, "not since I failed her, I was the reason she lost everything. her friends, her family."
"Well," Katja said, "they still live on her thoughts," Katja said, "they are a part of her," she smiled, "and like me when her time comes, she'll see them again."
What do you mean," Lahar asked?
"I've lost most of my friends in these attacks," she smiled, "and I know that soon they will come for me," letting out a sigh, thinking about the tree by the church that she would visit "before I go back, I wanted to see a bit more of the world that I lived in" she turned to face the m"so before I leave it I can at least live on in the thoughts of others."
"But we can protect you," Mest shouted.
"If you don't mind me asking, are you being cared for by the church," he asked to which she nodded "but why," Lahar asked, "if we know the reason we can help," before either could continue, the building explode. As Caelum got blasted back as Mest ran, grabbing her teleporting away as a strange blur chased him, "what is that" Lahar asked as Mest landed next to him.
"We need to get her back to the church," Mest shouted, "we aren't safe here." he shouted as someone came from the smoke "what," Mest asked as a familiar face smiled at them. "Racer," Mest asked in shock, "I thought he was still locked.
"Hand over the vessel."
"Bickslow," Romeo shouted. as he watched his partner get knocked down again by Erigor's attack
"You need to run," Bickslow shouted as Erigor rose to the highest point creating a large storm above them, a smile coming over his face.
"it's already too late," Erigor said, "soon I will have the vessel."
"What are you talking about" Romeo asked
"Goodbye," he shouted. Romeo and Bickslow got blasted away with another attack. as Erigor laughed at their struggle. as he started to create even greater winds that surrounded them, "do you feel these winds" he shouted, "I will be the end of you," he cried, "your flame is nothing compared to how strong I've gotten, I will have vengeance, and the many deaths that I crave" he screamed as room and Bickslow attempted to stand up "and there nothing either of you pathetic flies can do about it
"You alright," Romeo asked. Part of Bisklow's mask had been destroyed, but he managed to stand up again, smiling.
"don't worry about me, kid," he shouted
"Alright," Romeo said
"I'll admit," he said, "you too are stronger than I thought, but you will fail here" he smiled "now come forth and face my might," he screamed, "face Erigor."
"The grim reaper," he shouted as he let out large Strom, knocking both Bisklow's and Romeo back. He smiled as he turned around, seeing the person he was after he struck using his scythe. He used his wind to push him forward. He struck then, sending them into a wall "found you," he said as symbols appeared on their body. "One-stop closer," he muttered, looking back seeing that Romeo and Bickslow were knocked out; he smiled, leaving the scene. The sky seemed to grow darker as the man laid on the ground, the key next to him shattering turning into dust.
"The archbishop isn't getting better."
"We need to replace him before it's too late."
"Yes, we need to think of the founding festival."
"Lapointe sighed as he listened to these complaints. The entire council has been having a heated topic ever since he had returned, and it was the best solution; however, right now, they had more pressing matters to attend to "you fool," he shouted, "the infinity clock is lost to us, and the people now know of its existence" he screamed. "To change the archbishop now would only cause further confusion," he shouted.
"Are you sure?" someone asked
"But your eminence."
'Fools," Lapointe said, "they still cling to their precious Archbishop, but they realize that it's too late" Lapointe smiled, looking into the distance, the faint sounds of the clock ticking ringing through the air.
"The end draws near."
"Hand over the vessel," Racer said, again as Mest smiled. "Now be a good peasant and hand over the vessel," he shouted. Mest dodged again, "you're a quick one."
"Lahar," Mest said, "you need to take Katja and run," he screamed, "go get some help; I'll see if I can hold this guy off."
"Are you sure?" Katja asked,
"don't worry." Lahar told her, "He might not look it, but he's a skilled wizard," he said as grabbing her arm motioning for her to follow him "come now, let's get back to the church," he said, "do you know where it is."
"Yes," Katja said, "it shouldn't be too far from here." she looked back "thank you, please be safe," she said as she and Lahar ran out of the building.

"So, Racer," Mest asked, "wanna tell me how you got out."
"Hand over the vessel," Raver said again, "no further data needed" the two then began their fight the ground rumbled as Raver knocked him through a wall landing on the ground "hand over the vessel now," he shouted he grabbed Mest, throwing him into the ground.
"you're quick," Mest said, "but I was just getting warmed up," Mest shouted{Direct line}" he screamed as he and Racer began their clash. "I need to move," he said "he's fast, but I can outpace him," he said, " I need to stay out range then attack from a distance."
"You fool," Raver screamed as he kicked Dornbolt to the ground again. "You can't beat me," he shouted before Mest appeared behind him, slamming on the floor. Racer jumped up "oh, I see," he said as he tried to attack again, only for Mest to appear under him, kicking him in the gut sending him into the church, he went in to check on him only for there to be no one there.
"What," Mest asked. "Katja," he screamed as he ran after them
Lahar and Katja had stopped running "the attack on the churches are an after effect" she smiled "ever since," she stopped, "it's our job to protect his legacy," she admitted, "it's our burden" she stopped when Mest appeared next to her
"I was able to scare him off, I think," Mest said, "but I don't think that's the last we've seen of him" Katja smiled only to fall to the ground as more symbols appeared on her body, a mark left her as she shook it away "no" she muttered
"Only one remains."
Underneath the cardia cathedral located in magnolia, Ivan walked through an unknown tomb that many didn't know about. He could hear thunder sounding above him. He smiled as he came to the final resting place of Will Neville "we meet at last," Ivan muttered "it figures you would be in this place," he laughed. "Magnolia always had a way of hiding some dark secrets" he looked away "soon, the world will bend at my feet."
"Sir," Samuel asked, getting Byro's attention again, "I feel as if we've overlooked something."
"What do you mean," Byro asked
"From what I know," Samuel said, "this Jude Heartfilia, was placed with protecting part of the clock piece," he said "he goes to this wizard Wendy Marvell, a former member of the wizard team known as Fairy tail in which she is the only survivor," Byro said nothing Listing to the exceeds explanations as he watched Lily and Wendy struggle against Jackpot "and we both were tricked by Raven tail, who is an unknown advisory," Samuel said, "something doesn't add up here."
another one of the clergymen landed on the ground as Makarov and Cosmos stood back-to-back as they walked into a small room. "I think that's all of then," Makarov said, "We should keep moving."
"Hey, look," Cosmos said, "looks like a body," she said, "how long do you think she's been here," asked she started looking around as Makarov looked her over, she pulled out a small file "according to this" Cosmos began to "she was placed here after an accident, it was a treatment about eight years ago."
"Really," Makarov asked, "why would they place her here instead of getting professionals."
"Even if she recovers," Cosmos said, "this Lacrima going to keep her asleep" she looked over the file, making her eyes widen in shock, "it says here her name is Michelle Lobster," Cosmos said, getting a reaction from Makarov, "the sole daughter of the lobster plantation, and the only survivor of an accident that took place eight years ago around the same time she was placed into treatment.
"If that's the case," Makarov asked, "Then who is the girl staying with Jude."
"a better question," Cosmos asked "what's her true goal"
back at the church in the distance, further, than they could see, Lahar and Mest all ran to the church. Not knowing the danger that waited for them behind them, a figure stood as they stepped in the light revealing Michelle lobster rain trailing down her face as she smiled an evil grin forming on her face
