Hey, fairy tail fans, welcome back to a fairy tail re-told, and first I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and I have a special Christmas gift fr you all this year by releasing the remaining interlude chapters today on Christmas eve. once again Merry Christmas and a happy new year this first chapter is based on another filler episode but with a fun twist. The episode that this chapter is based on introduces the thankfully anime-only jiggle but gang, and I'm not going to lie that I was not too fond of these characters at all, but I did have a fun idea for the chapters that you might enjoy. so, tell me what you think and leave a review
Natsu: we're back in action fully now
Lucy: awe yeah, let's get going, guys
Wendy: Another day, another job
Happy: Aye
Carla: you are in high spirits. That good to see
Wendy: yep, I'm all fired up
Natsu: that's the way, kid
"I'm not sure about this" Natsu said they were standing in front of a train station they recently accepted a job that would land them good money and help with the pub.
"But we have my Troia potion," Wendy said, holding two bottles up with a light blue liquid inside "with this, we will be able to ride the train without an upset stomach," Wendy said
"Oh wow," Natsu said, "that sounds amazing."
"I must admit I had no idea you were cable of such spells," Carla said, amazed at Wendy's skill.
"yeah," Wendy said, "I started to get motion sick a while back," Wendy admitted, "and so I developed this so I could feel the effects of the magic, but I have to drink it before I get on the train," Wendy said as she handed Natsu the potion, it should last us the entire trip" she smiled at him "the days of vomiting up our lunch is no more."
"Well, I'm glad you too are excited," Erza said, "but we need to get going."
"Aye ma'am"
Revenge of the Vanish brothers
"Why," Wendy muttered, "why didn't the spell work" she, much like Natsu, had fallen over on the train, and the pair were currently feeling the full effects of their motion sickness everyone was more shocked. It at least gave some credit to the theory that their magic might have an impact on their bodies when it came to transportation "this isn't fair," Wendy groaned out.
"Make it stop," Natsu groaned out
"Poor things," Carla said
"Aye," Happy said, "between the vomiting, and sweating, I'm afraid they're going to melt away."
Erza picked up the bottle looking it over "are you sure you did the spell right this time, Wendy" she asked.
"of course, I did," Wendy managed out. "I've been making that potion for the better part of four years," Wendy said before dry heaving again, falling over like Natsu her face started to turn blue "can we? get off the train, please."
"Just tough it out for two more hours," Lucy told them "Come on, you can do it."
"But we don't wanna," Natsu complained.
"Are we sure they took it right?" Gray said, "it normally perks them up."
"It could be, "Carla said, "they have used that spell constantly over many long jobs," she said, "it could be that they've used it so much that it no longer has any effect."
"That can happen," Lucy asked.
"Afraid so," Carla said, "their bodies have built an immunity to it; it might be a natural reaction." Carla said, "we have to remember we're dealing with healing magic, so there's no telling how it affects the body if used too many times."
"Sorry guys," Happy said, "looks like you're going to have to grin and bear it."
"but" Wendy started "that's two more hours," she said, falling over
"we're going to run out of puke," Natsu added
the job that our heroes have agreed to take with their friends was a job for a very famous billionaire that was transporting gold across the country it was a six-hour trip their job is to make sure that it safely crosses the countryside to reach its destination and besides the motion sickness, it has been a peaceful journey
"I don't think my stomach wants to be inside me anymore," Wendy groaned out as she went for a window "just let me hope off here."
"Calm down, child," Carla said, "it's not that bad."
"Says the person not feeling motion sickness," Natsu added before joining Wendy at the window.
"Now calm down, everyone," Erza said as she held Wendy's hair back, looking over the girl "just two more hours, you two will be fine."
"Then we have to cart home," Wendy said. "that's going to be another three"
"Just kill me," Natsu said as Lucy patted him on the back "why did we agree to take this job? I should know better," Natsu complained.
"At the time, we thought Wendy would be able to use her Troia spell," Happy admitted, "and well, Wendy isn't known for her motion sickness, so we thought it would be fine."
"So, I guess Cana was right," Lucy said, "it must be an age thing."
"Oh yeah," Gray said, "well that's one mystery solved," he laughed,
"And maybe if we can figure out why it happens, maybe we can find a permanent solution," Happy said
"I guess it's worth a shot," Carla said "from what we know officially, it seems that dragon slayers are most affected," Carla reasoned. The train then hit a bump making the pair jump in surprise
"This going to be torture," Natsu groaned out as he leaned against the wall, Wendy falling on the side of him
"This thing is a death trap," Wendy said, "a moving death trap."
"Man," Lucy said, "so much for a relaxing job."
"it's not your fault," Happy said, "we didn't know this would happen."
"Hey Erza," Wendy asked, getting the women's attention, "remind me to tell Kinana and Mira to make sure that Natsu and I are out of trains jobs okay," Wendy asked Erza smiled at her and nodded "thank you,"
"Want me to go check and see if they have doggy bags," Gray asked
"Yes," Erza said, "and be sure to make a note to pick up a few extra since Wendy get motions sick now as well," she said
"Alright," Gray said, "you two just rest," Gray said "besides, not like anything going to happen for the rest of the trip, so you two should be fine" he smiled.
Little did he know that two figures had watched the train smiling as they walked forward, facing the vanish brothers. They smiled as they watched the train go by
"Is that it?"
"Yeah," he said, "our sources say that he is on that train."
"You really believe that he is alive."
"What my sources say is true," the other said smiling "we now have a chance at revenge."
"I agree," the other brother said. "Seven years ago, he ruined our reputation, and now we have to get it back."
"Yes," the other brother said, "and the only way to do it is to take on the bastard that took us down," they screamed as they went for the train, landing on the top as they looked inside, seeing gray walking through the car "look s like the brought friends."
"we'll have to remove them from the equation if we are to have a rematch" going inside, they looked at Gray, who was talking, riffling through ha few empty crates.
"Now I know that they said they had a few up here."
"Looking for something, friend," the brothers asked.

"yeah," Gray said, not turning around." before stopping, "wait," he said before he felt something push him the closet, "Hey, what are you doing "when I get out of here," he screamed, trying to get out the closest, but the Vanish brothers smiled as the blocked the door locking it as tight as they possibly could "there's no way a wizard will be able to get out there," they said
"What was that" Gray shouted. "I'm going to punch your faces in" they smiled as they left the car.
"Where is Gray" Lucy asked, "the doggy bags should be at the front of the car."
"I'll go check," Erza said "something could have happened" Erza stood up, looking over Natsu and Wendy, who both were against the wall motionless, "stay here and keep an eye on everything."
"Okay," Lucy said as she pulled out one of her gate keys "{open gate of the lion: Loke}" she screamed as Loke appeared in front of her.
"Hey Lucy," Loke said, "long time no see."
"Yeah," Lucy said as she nodded to Erza, "we can hold down the fort here, Erza."
"Right," Erza said as she left the car, leaving Lucy and Loke alone
"So, what with them," Loke asked
"Motion sickness," Lucy told him
"Ah, so Cana was right about that," Loke said "cool."
"No, it's not," Wendy cried. "It's not fair why did Natsu's stupid motion sickness have to be contagious."
"Not my fault," Natsu said, "you're the one who became a dragon slayer."
"Shut up"
"This has been our day for the past four hours," Lucy sighed "can I count on you to help me guard the cargo till Erza get back.
"You bet beautiful," Loke said, winking.
Erza walked through the empty car seeing nothing "Gray," she called out as she went to the door before stopping backing up. She jumped back as a blade narrowly missed her. She smiled as the vanish brothers came from the car "who are you? Tell me to know."
"We are the vanish brothers," they said in unison "while it would be an honor to do battle with you, have an even better target."
"Better target," Erza asked. before they let out an attack, Erza jumped out the way as one appeared behind ducking under, she slides across the room
"Forgive us," the brother said. The other one landed next to him, "but we are saving our strength for our rematch," they smiled, "and the gold will help us."
"you fiends," Erza screamed as they jumped back one ducked under as Loke attempted to hit him.
"Erza," Lucy called, "not you two again."
"So, he is alive," one of the Vanish brothers said "now," he screamed as he took something out, it started to glow, creating a giant smokescreen as they vanished, going to the still opened door knocking the train off the room as they went back Lucy and Erza ran up to the train care as it started going back.
"Damn it," Lucy screamed behind them. Gray busted out the door
"Where are those bastards" Gray shouted
"In the cargo car with Natsu and Wendy," Erza said
on the car, the vanish brothers stood over a completely knocked out Natsu and Wendy "hey, get away from them," Happy screamed, "oh no, not you punks again."
"You know these scoundrels," Carla asked.
"Yeah," Happy said, "Natsu beat them on a job a while back
"Yes," one of the vanish brothers said as he raised his weapon, "and now we get to have" he stopped when Natsu grabbed his arm smiling at him
"I thought I smelt a familiar stench," he shouted as Wendy appeared under him, landing a good kick sending both out of the cart as they walked outside the vanish brother look smiles coming to their faces as Natsu and Wendy started to recover from their motion sickness
"Man, that was fast," Happy muttered
"You can say that again," Carla said, "good thing two cause now we stand a chance."
"You have no idea how long we've trained for this day, Salamander."
"We meet again at last," the other said as Natsu rolled his eyes Wendy let out a giggle
"Fine," he muttered, jumping off the train, "let's get this over with," he turned to Happy and Carla, "you two go ahead and tell the client we hit some trouble."
"But Natsu," Happy said
"don't worry," Wendy said, "we'll take it from here." she gave Happy and Carla a wink "no need to worry."
"Every time she says that I have every reason to worry," Carla said, exhausted.
"Aye"
"Get moving," Natsu as the felines nodded before flying off. Natsu and Wendy looked back at the Vanish brothers, who smiled as he pulled out his frying pan
"Now let's get started," he screamed

{Sky dragons: roar}" Wendy cried as the brother used his frying pan to block the attack before sending back at them, making them jump out of the way "so what Alzack and Bisca said is true, they can send attacks back at you."
"Yeah," Natsu said, "be careful."
"You got it," Wendy said as one of the brothers went up to her landing a kick on her sending her into Natsu as the shorter one went up to them, kicking them with their frying pan, sending Natsu into the ground creating a shockwave.
"Now fall," they shouted as Natsu and Wendy stood up, jumping out of the way.
"you guys have gotten tougher," Natsu admitted
"Yeah," Wendy said as she stood next to him
"We have been training over the past seven years," the taller brother said, "all in the hope that we may be able to take you down."
"Is that so," Natsu said "well, come on then" he smiled
"Give us your best shot."
"Cause we're all fired up."
"Good," the vanish brother shouted as they engaged Natsu and Wendy, both jumping out of the way as Wendy attempted to use her wind to knock them off, only for her attacks to be sent back at her.
"Damn, these guys have improved," Natsu said "there faster than they were last time" he admitted
"You now realize the danger of your situation."
"You stand no chance."

"Well then," Wendy said, "let's get serious," she screamed as both let out a large amount of magic power.
"What is this," the brothers said as Natsu and Wendy leaped at them. Before they could move, Natsu landed a hit on them.
"{Fire dragon: wing attack}" Natsu screamed.
"You won't win this," one of the brothers shouted.
"{sky dragons: wave wind" Wendy screamed a short tornado as she went to the other side "{sky dragons: talon}" she shouted as she kicked them into the ground, the frying pan being sent away.
"it's over" they screamed
"Fire dragon"
"Sky Dragon"
"Roar," they let out a loud breath attack knocking out both of the vanish brothers. As they relaxed, they noticed Gray, Lucy, and Erza running up to them relieved look on their faces as Natsu and Wendy stood back stretching "oh hey guys," they said"
"You guys okay," Lucy asked.
"Yep," Wendy said, giving a wink, "these guys are pushovers."
"I'm glad," Erza said "however the train is long gone," Erza said
"Well then," Natsu said, "we have some rope inside the car, right," he asked to which Erza nodded "right then, what do you say, Scarlet" he smiled at her, "up for a workout."
A few hours later, Natsu, Erza, Gray, and Taurus were hauling the train car across the railroad. As they came up to the station where they needed to deliver it, they noticed that the client was standing there looking at them in shock. as they let out a groan as they pulled it up the station letting out-breath of air as Happy ran up to them, "are you guys okay" he asked
"Yeah," Natsu said, "man, that was a workout."
"I got the moves," Taurus said
"Thanks, muscle cow," Lucy said
"Sorry for the delay," Erza said, already recovered "we ran into some trouble. The bandits were cleverer than we gave them credit for" as she and the client conversed, Natsu looked over to see the vanish brother still out he smiled as he and Wendy leaned against each other. still a bit tired from fighting and pulling the train car
"We should get a hotel," Natsu muttered
"Aye," Happy said
"Yeah, so much for an easy job," Gray said
"Just a slight set back" Lucy admitted as Taurus vanished
"Yeah," Wendy said, "man, I could eat for a week after all that."
"I still need to refill my stomach after all the vomit," Natsu said,
"You can say that again," Wendy said as the others smiled at their antics just another day in the life of a solo wizard is what they all thought as they accepted the money from the client who, for some reason, threw in one piece of gold which shocked all but Lucy as they left to find a hotel for the night before heading back to Shirotsume
And that's it, so next time we're going to have more fanfic-only chapters, ya know the ones there made up by yours genuinely well this one is sorta one, but ya know it was based on an episode of the story. I'll explain more in the next chapter. After that, we are going to head into the grand magic games arc until then
