The next day Jade and Barra did their daily routine while Aladdin and Abu got food for them. Jade sang while Barra played music. Barra did his own music that amazed the folks. Jade's singing did give them more money. The kids felt lucky to get more money for more food. Jade then sang a song about a new life for them.
The citizens adore her singing. The sun was about to set when the kids had enough money to pay for food. The kids felt so lucky that they have more money for food. They are very grateful. Aladdin was surprised to see that the kids made so much money.
Jade then wondered what will happen the next day and said to Aladdin, "Maybe one day Aladdin, if we ever be rich and live in a palace, we will meet the loveliest dear princesses in the land." Aladdin laughed and said, "Well maybe you're right on that one sis."
Barra hoped that a miracle would happen anytime now. He then asked her to sing a lovely song and Jade nodded. Then she sang a wonderful song about dreams and hopes. After her song Aladdin sighed and said, "Maybe one day Jade, you will come to the palace and you can sing for the sultan." This made Jade got her eyes wide.
Jade shook her head no. She just doesn't want to sing for the sultan. Barra then asked, "Do you think that she would do that Aladdin? You know that she is shy around royalty who are kind to the poor."
Aladdin then said, "I understand that Barra, but the princess and the sultan would be amazed if they heard her sing." Jade then said, "I'm sorry Aladdin, but I can't do that, I'm timid around those type of people." Barra then hopes that one day things will be totally different.
That's what he hopes for. He knows that Jade can't be timid forever. It will be taken care of soon enough.
