"Inside," Erza started, "await five hundred monsters," Erza said, "so we choose to face all of them," she said much to everyone's shock as Gajeel and Juvia started laughing as Fairy tail walked to the front of the tower ." That is our challenge." as the entire arena went crazy. They wanted to fight all five hundred; that was their challenge. Were they crazy? That was what everyone was thinking.
"I should have seen that coming," Mavis deadpanned. "I swear these kids have a death wish."
"didn't you raise them," Cosmos asked as politely as she could
"the only kid down there I raised is Natsu and Mira," Mavis answered
"Dang, you work fast then," Laki added
"Why are all you on my case today" Mavis muttered
"You seriously don't mean to challenge all of them," Mato asked in complete disbelief "we designed this to be completed by multiple wizards," he shouted as Erza turned to him
"We don't care" was all she said as she and her friends entered Pandemonium
5 vs. 500
today the games consist of fighting five hundred monsters. The wizards are supposed to take turns; however, fairy tail has decided to challenge all the monsters "those guys are crazy," someone said
"there's no way they can take all five hundred monsters."
"I'm scared," Lucy muttered.
"It looks bigger on the inside than the outside," Gray muttered as he looked around.
"And it feels upside down," Wendy said
"I better not start blowing blow chunks," Natsu groaned "if I do, just leave me there to my humiliation."
"Get ready, let's make a statement," Erza stopped, "we choose to face five hundred," she shouted as every monster started to appear surrounded the five wizards as they stood in a circle.
"You think we can take that many," Lucy asked, "even the weak ones look like they'll be a challenge."
"I don't know," Gray told her. "this is Erza and Natsu's crazy plan."
"hell, I'm game," Wendy said, "I need to get some frustration out."
"I know," Natsu said, "don't worry, we'll be fine," he said, trying to reassure his teammates "just get ready."
"Yeah," Wendy said, "where fairy tail nothing can stand to us when we stand together" Lucy and Gray couldn't help but nod to the statement if there was one thing they knew is that when they stood together, they never failed that was who they are
"we're all fired up now."
"Juvia isn't sure she would take that that many," Juvia muttered
"Good to know they're all as reckless as ever," Jellal said, "sometimes, I wonder what goes on in their heads."
"they got this," Laxus said "don't forget Erza was candite for a child of magnolia, not to mention Mavis has an interest in her" he smiled as everyone took his words, "and Natsu not the chosen son for nothing and Wendy, Gray and Lucy are no slouches either," he said as she looked back the screen "so let's just sit back and watch them go to work."

"there's that reckless," Dornbolt smiled "good to know that seven years trapped on Tenrou Island didn't change their fighting spirit."

"Erza, waste's no time," Lola said, "it now raining destruction inside of Pandemonium."
"Did she try to take them out in one attack?" Romeo asked
"No, not at all actually," Mavis said "she did that to test the waters," Mavis said, "to get a feel for each monster's strength and weakness so that her team could formulate a plan for each of them " she smiled "with that one attack she can now requip to the armor best suited for dealing with each monster." she explained, "and she can instruct Natsu, gray, Lucy, and Wendy where their skill will be best suited."
"you guys ready" Erza shouted
"ready"
"Impressive," Makarov muttered as Cosmos nodded Erza, then changed to her black wing armor, taking down most of the monsters in one strike. Natsu landed on the ground as he and Wendy let out a breath attack.
"Alright then," Lucy said "{open gate of the golden bull: Tarurus}" Lucy screamed as Tarurs came out, taking out another group of D-class monsters as he smiled "now {open gate of Archer: Sagittarius}" she called as she brought out another spirit.
"Alright, {Ice make: Lance}" Gray shouted as several monsters fell to the ground. He then slammed the ground as a large ice structure erupted from the ground "{Ice make: super freeze arrow}."
"Alright," Wendy said, "o swift winds give us the speed to cleanse the heavens{venir}" Wendy shouted "and now give us the stalwart might to cleanse the heavens{arms}" Wendy called as her friends revised her enchantments
"I see, so there using brute force," Lily added
a monster let out a breath of fire, sending Erza into a wall "oh no, Erza," Cana shouted
"don't worry," Elfman said, "she can handle a little fire." he smiled
"Erza," Natsu shouted as he ate the fire around him, "use your flame empress armor" Erza appeared from smoke using her sea empress armor sword to put out the fire; she then struck down five of the c class monsters with her flame empress sword as the crowd started to go crazy as explosions rang on the outside of pandemonium.
"What is going on in there," Lola asked "in a flash, Erza has taken down five C-class monsters," he called as another monster appeared in front of Erza. "her teammates are close behind, taking down monster after monster.
"Are you the S-class beast," Erza asked. "I guess not," she said as she jumped out of the way before turning to her lightning empress armor, striking down the monster as quickly as possible.
"I doubt the S-class beast would show itself that easy," Gray shouted
"he has a point," Wendy said as she dodged another attack
"right," Erza said as she used her lightning empress armor to destroy several more monsters causing them to fall to the ground, "come on, we need to keep moving."
"Now she's using her lightning empress armor," Romeo said
"Quite impressive," Makarov said. "I had no idea they were so powerful."
"not to mention their teamwork," Cosmos said as Natsu and Gray stood back to back "as much as they argue, you'd never expect them to work so well together."
"they can make snap decisions on the fly, and nothing can make them lose focus, once there fighting," Mavis said "truly amazing wizards indeed" Erza was then pressed into a wall by a monster only to disappear as she appeared on the other side in her flight armor with her purgatory sword in hand as the monster all vanished from view as she slammed her sword into the ground. Gray had two swords in his hand as he slashed past all the monsters landing on the ground. Two more tried to strike him as he jumped out the way, taking them down.
"two hundred and fifty have already fallen," Lola screamed
"they've already taken out half of the monsters," Rocker screamed
"that's insane," Nobarly said
"don't you mean wild" Hibiki asked
" I have never seen their power first hand. I can see why their friends hold them in such high regard," Jura said, "their style is quite efficient balanced in strength and finesse."
"Sho and Wally would freak out if they saw this," Millianna laughed
"Are you guys seriously impressed by these losers," Ogra asked, "They look like they're about to kill over."
"This display will be an interesting concept to put into my memory," Rufus said. Sting and Rogue said nothing though both had to admit Natsu and Wendy really did go all out for a pair of first-generation dragon slayers.
"Each of them looks like they've taken some damage," Carla said, "and they have to be running low on magic power," she said as Natsu unleashed a fire dragon brilliant flame as Wendy came from behind, letting out a roar taking down some more monsters.
"they still have a long way to go," Lily added.
"they can take them," Happy said "come on, guys, show them why you're the best," Happy screamed.
Erza rushed in again, dodging and attacking when she was able to land on the ground; she smiled as another monster came up to her "amazing despite her injuries, Erza continues to beat foe after foe," Lola called, "fairy tail is going all out but how will they fare against an A-class monster" he shouted as he slammed the ground shaking the entire stadium.
"And with that, it's over," Ogra said as he and his Sabertooth allies smiled.
"That might have done her in," Beth said
"Yeah, you can feel the power behind that punch," Risley said
"No," Elana said, "she used her opponent's power against it," she said
"What do you mean," the two asked. Elana then pointed to the lacrmia vision where the monster arm had fallen off as Erza appeared in her adamantine armor. As Wendy appeared above her, she slams the monster in the face and sends it into a wall.

"Truly impressive," Riana said. "I can see why fairy tail is held in such high regard amongst solo wizards" Erza then slammed the monster through the wall sending it outside as Natsu gave chase to a tiny monster. As Erza stopped using her adamantine shield, several more monsters appeared as she changed to her Purgatory armor, slashing through all the monsters as their friends cheered them on. The other teams watched in shock as they cut down the monster after Erza landed on the ground, slashing another monster as she swapped from her Purgatory armor to her Robe of Yūen, her Morning Star Armor, and her sea empress armor. She even used a hammer that she had stored away.
"Now let's swap it up," Lucy said "round two boys" she shouted "{open gate of the lion: Loke}" she shouted "and { open gate of the sea-goat Capricorn}" she called as Loke and Capricorn appeared taking down anther hoard of monsters as Lucy jumped out of the way using her whip to take down a B-class monster as she landed on the ground rolling out of the way as Loke knocked down a monster near her.
"that's the way Lucy," Levy called
"Yeah, show em some girl power," Laki added
"wow, Lucy is powerful," Michelle said
"This is fun," Gray shouted. He had since lost his shirt, much to the delight of the female have of the audience, especially Juvia, as he slammed the ground, skewering several monsters as Erza landed on the ground crushing several monsters.
As Natsu landed on the ground, "you ready, kid," Natsu said, "fire dragons."
"I got your back, bro," Wendy shouted "sky dragons."
"{wing attack}" a large explosion rang out from the area, destroying every monster that it came into contact with
"kids come a long way," Laxus muttered, "she knows what she's doing."
"that's high praise coming from you," Gajeel said. "I don't think we could have pulled this off" he shook his head "their teamwork is probably a little better than outs to this; Juvia nodded.
"Yes they are a team," Juvia said "when they go in there all or nothing"
"Erza's grew a lot from when we were kids," Jellal muttered. Sometimes it was hard to remember that she wasn't that same frightened little girl he met in the tower of heaven now; she was a confident warrior that was relied on by her friends.
"you know," Lyon muttered. "Gray has a lock on his magic," he said absent mindedly "you are never to tell him I said that," he shouted.

"Lucy's come a long way," Hibiki said
"yeah," Ren said, "I barely even recognize her."
"The monsters of Pandemonium cannot stop fairy tail," Lola said "the monsters just can't keep them up, one by one, they're falling, and now there are only six left," Lola said, "but fairy tail has used tones of magic power can they, do it? stay tuned"
"they look tired," Cana said, "and they haven't even fought the S-class monster."
"don't worry," Makarov said, "don't forget that Natsu and Erza are S-class in their own right." he said "Wendy is getting there" he smiled "and while Lucy and Gray admittedly have a ways to go before I would consider them truly in the S-class there still a lot closer than they'll give themselves credit for," he said
Erza blocked another attack as two monsters jumped at her. She changed into her clear heart clothing, slashing through with her Demon Blade Benizakura as the A-class monster splitting in half as she smiled, as Natsu and Wendy jumped to the final two B-class monsters taking them down as they landed on the chain. as another one tried to attack her as Lucy appeared, grabbing it with her whip forcing it off the tower as she whipped around, landing where they were as it slammed into the ground as
"now take this," Gray shouted as he shot a monster past them "{Ice make: Geyeser}" he screamed as he trapped the monster, killing as he stood up.
"four hundred and ninety-nine down and only the S-class monster remains what terror awaits our heroes," he called as the S-class monster appeared a shot eyeball with four legs sticking out " what the"
"That thing" Elfman shouted
"For a monster, it's pretty cute," Miko said
"I have a bad feeling about this," Juvia said. "Mira"
"I don't know," Mira said, "but it has this air about it."
"It was you all along," Erza muttered as she pulled out a second blade. "I should have known." she shouted as the S-class monster got ready to attack "get ready. This monster will be tough," she said,

"why'd Erza pull out a second sword," Romeo said, "and looks like they're all getting ready to fight it."
"All of them against tiny," Happy said, "seems like overkill."
"I'm sure they have their reasons," Carla said
"Yes," Lily said, "We should wait and see," he said, "look at their body language. there gearing up for the real fight."
"don't say I didn't warn you," Mato said "the S-class monster will increase its strength tenfold if it is the last monster standing," he explained, "you had your chance before, but now it's game. Over." the S-class monster blasted Erza through the wall before kicking Natsu and Wendy to the top of the tower as she then changed into a more extensive form Erza tried to fight. Still, her injuries had finally caught up to her.
"Erza" Lucy screamed.
"hold on," Gray shouted as he got ready to attack "{ice make: hammer}" he screamed as the monster swatted away before kicking him as it Turned to Erza a slammed her into the ground as it started to step on her.
"The battle has taken to the top of the tower," Lola said, "and now it looks like the S-class monster now has Erza underfoot," he told the S-class monster attempted to crush Erza with its foot before kicking her away again." will this be the end of fairy tails run in pandemonium"
"Quite an effective ambush," Lahar added, "this tower is truly worthy of the name Pandemonium."
"Come on, guys," Miko called, "you got this."
"That big old hunk of tin has nothing on you," Kinana called
"Show em who's boss" Michelle shouted
" I need to do something," Lucy thought to herself as she forced herself up "but what" she stopped 'that's it," she said as she pulled out another key "alright {open gate of the twins: Gemini}" she screamed as Gemini appeared "alright guys time to pull out the big guns."

"don't worry, it'll be just like we practiced," Lucy said "turn into me," she said as they turned into Lucy nodding.

Shine! {Urano Metria!}" they screamed as a large beam struck the monster going out of pandemonium as the monster stumbled back missing a large segment of its body, but it stood up slowly regenerating
"now," Natsu screamed as he and Wendy landed next to each other, standing back to back, "dragons slayer secret art."

there attack combined creating a large explosion making it fall as Gray jumped over it
"my turn," Gray screamed "{Ice Blade: Seven Slice Dance}" he screamed as he slashed the monster "alright Erza, it's all on you" he screamed
"right" Erza shouted "I need to relax," Erza said. "I need to focus," as her body began to glow again as she changed into her Armadura fairy armor "don't worry, my friends, I won't let you down," Erza screamed as she slashed the monster cutting off half of its face
"I've never seen that armor before," Romeo said
"that's the Armadura fairy," Mavis told him, "Her strongest armor," she said as she dodged another attack, "this battle is over."
"Nowhere near as powerful as when I used it on Tenrou Island," Erza thought to herself, "but then I had Zera's blessing, I don't need it to beat you," she shouted as she rushed the monster again, blocking strikes as it attempted to kick her again as jumped away.
'It was the third of the grand magic games, and I'll never forget what happened. We had been beaten down and broken, but on that day, our hope was born anew. The fairies that should have fallen sored.'
Erza landed on the ground, an orange flame growing around her as she rushed in again, dodging every attack she could. as Natsu blocked an attack going for her. their friends watched their eyes refusing to leave the screen as Erza jumped to the roof, landing gracefully as she flew off, aiming for the center of the monster as it attempted to strike "{titania's sacred song"} Erza screamed as she slashed the monster creating a giant explosion as the monster started to crumble slowly falling apart as it eye-rolled behind Erza as her friends cheered and cried the other team looked on in shock.
'Like blossoming flowers, blooming in full glory, it was at that moment we knew that fairy tail was back.'
"I don't believe it," Lola said, next to him, Yajima and Lahar were both speechless. "fairy tail has taken on five hundred monsters," he screamed, "you saw it here first, folks. We just witnessed history in the making. Team fairy tail sweeps today's contest with an undisputed victory."
"I thought the suspense was going to kill me," Yajima said
"Truly breathtaking," Lahar added

Pandemonium disappeared as fairy tail appeared on the ground Erza appeared back in her clear heart clothing, her hair falling out its braid as the crowd gave a loud cheer.

"you guys okay," Mira asked as she, Gajeel Millianna, and Juvia ran up to them.
"Oh, hey guys," Erza said calmly. "I hope you'll forgive us; dealing with them took a little longer than we would have liked," she said as Gajeel Millianna and Juvia got in their face scaring her a bit.
"That was awesome," Gajeel screamed
"It was so beautiful, Juvia cried," Juvia said
"it was so beautiful I'm still crying Erzy" Millianna laughed
"Yeah, it wasn't so bad," Lucy said, "yeah, we're going all the way to the top."
"yeah," Natsu and Gray screamed.
"Calm down, you realize we still haven't won, right," Erza said to which her friends laughed.
"Did I hear that right" Mato noted with a hint of surprise in his voice "did she just apologize because it took longer than they expected"
"Man, sometimes I can see that you are a league of your own, baby bro," Mira said "you and your team"
"you might be some of the strongest wizards in Fiore," Millianna said
"Lady Lucy is truly an amazing sight; what I wouldn't give to make her mine," Hibiki said as the other trimens nodded "any of the women in fairy tail really," he said

"Dornbolt sat in his seat crying. "Seven years of doubt and self-loathing, now I can see what a waste that was," he smiled "now I can see the strength behind the bravado; they have every right to be as confident as they are' he smiled "do a good job fairy tail. because I'm rooting for you."
"You think that was impressive" Lector shouted. "Our team would have taken them all out in five seconds flat," Lector screamed.
"Their strength is something," Minerva said, "though I don't think we have anything to worry about."
"I've never seen anything like that," Beth said, "they took on all those monsters." she said "that had to be like one hundred each"
"But wait, wouldn't they only have to take on the probably only needed to take on like two hundred fifty to win," Risley asked.
"True," Elana told her, "The other two-fifty was a message," she said.
In the stands, Kagura had walked next to Riana. She sighed as she watched the match taking note of Erza 'Erza Scarlet, she's the one who can lead us to Jellal.' the ground had started to cheer.
"let's hear it for Titania," someone shouted, "she led her team to victory."
"Man," Erza said, "now titania is going to follow me around, isn't it."?
"Yep," Natsu said as he and Gray helped her off the arena, "welcome to my world."
"Okay, after some deliberation, we decided that the remaining team still need to be ranked," Mato said, "so we are having another contest, though now we only want you to pick one member from each team," he asked "and the other members, please return to the stands.
"Okay I'll stay," Mira said as her teammates nodded as they started to leave the arena.
"Jura," Lyon said, "the old hag wanted you to go in anyway."
"Nobarly," Bacchus said, "good luck."
"Obra," Alexie said to which the man nodded
"Ogra," Minerva said, "show them real power."

"guess I'll stay," Hibiki said as they all watched their teams filter at Mato motioned for them to watch him as he pointed to a small device that had appeared next to him.
"This game might be a little on the boring side, but it should suffice," he told them a floating device, which encases a small, blue orb. "This is the magic power finder, or MPF for short."
"So, it measures a wizard's magic power," Jura asked "interesting."
"Yes," Mato said, "all you need to do is cast a spell, and it well tells you about your magic power in the numerical form."
"So, it's a test of strength," Hibiki said. "I wonder if there's a way around that," he asked before looking at Mira, but I have a better question. Are you free tonight" he asked?
"don't you have a crush on Jenny" Mira teased, making the man blush as he looked away
"I don't know what you're talking about," he said
"I didn't know pretty boys could blush," Nobarly added, laughing
"So, let's go in the order you would have gone into Pandemonium," Mato said,
"So that means it's my turn," Millianna said. She removed her cape, showing off her outfit as she let out her attack "{Kitten blast}" she shouted as she attacked the MPF, scoring a three sixty-five
"The cape is gone, and the sexy meter is off the charts," Lola said, "but seeing as we didn't set a benchmark, we don't know how to score her."
"I think I might be of help," Lahar said "we use magic power finders in the rune knights quite often," he explained, "she did quite well. In fact, with her score, she would have qualified for team captain."
"Oh yeah," Millianna said, "I'm one pumped-up kitty."
"That's great, and all, but raw power isn't Millianna's strong suit," Beth said "she might be out of her league.
"Nobarly from Quarto puppy scores one twenty-four," Lola said as he looked away in shame, "a little on the low side if you ask me."
"Guess it's my turn," Hibiki said as his fans cheered
"Is it just me, or is Hibiki out of his league," Eve asked "I don0;t think letting him stay was a good idea"
"It should be me down there," Ren said "why did we agree to let Hibiki stay"
"I don't know," Jenny said

"Team Raven tail only scores four points," Lola asked, confused.

"We need to be careful," Alexie said, "we can't let them learn of Obra's true power until it's too late," Alexia said "shall I remind you how you managed a draw in your match," he said, looking at the girl.
"Sorry, sir," Flare said, backing up in fear. Little did she know Lucy had seen the exchange and all the bruises that Flare had on her body as she looked back at Obra
"Does anyone here buy that?" she asked
"No," Erza said
"I know you guys want to watch, but you all should be in bed," Cana told them. "you should rest up fr other battle round"

"I have a feeling that he held back," Wendy said, "there is something about him that reminds me about Imitatia," Wendy said, "but why would he hold back," she asked.
"we'll just have to wait and see," Natsu said
"Millianna is currently in the lead with three sixty-five," Mato said
"yes, this is better than chasing my own tail," Millienna shouted as Ogra pushed her to the side
"I'm about to change that, move aside mermaid, let a real guild wizard show you some power," Ogra said as he walked up to the MPF, smiling as the crowd cheered for him "{120mm Black Lightning Cannon}" he screamed as he fired a black lighting blot shocking everyone as the magic power read off three thousand, eight twenty-five
"that's crazy," Natsu and Gray shouted
"Such power," Wendy shuttered in fear
"I've never seen a number that high before," Lahar muttered as Yajima nodded.
"Yeah," Lector screamed, "we're the champions of the games for a reason."
"Now do a funny dance," Frosh asked as Ogra started to sing
"Next is the wizard saint Jura" Lola called "will he be able to top that, or his Ogra set the bar."
"I hope Jura can beat that loudmouth," Sherria said

the ground started to rumble as Jura joined his hands together "{Rumbling Mt. Fuji}" he screamed as a large beam shot from the ground shaking the area as Jura stopped smiling
"What magic power" Lahar muttered
"Eight thousand five hundred and forty-four," Lola screamed. "Jura has shown us that the title of wizard saint is not to be trifled with"
"He sure packs a punch for an old guy," Gray and Wendy shouted
"What the" Ogra called in complete disbelief that Jura of all people showed him up
"And here I thought it would be higher," Erza muttered, to which Natsu nodded
"I was worried for a bit," Lyon said, "as powerful as he is, but look like he has everything under control."
"Look's like you were worried for nothing because that was awesome," Sherria shouted.
"I knew he was strong, but man," Mavis muttered, "he might be able to go toe to toe with Gildarts."

"Next up is team dragon tails, Mirajane Strauss," Lola said. "I certainly wouldn't want to follow Jura."
"Man, what a shame," Mira muttered, "letting a delicate girl like me go last," she said, trying to sound disappointed "you people, she feels ashamed of yourselves," she said, trying to put on a sweet and innocent facade."
"You think she can top Jura" Cana asked.
"At the very least, she'll top Ogra," Lily said, "but I'm not sure if Mira can reach what Jura hit," he said as Mira approached the MPF.
"so their team is at least going to get second place," Carla said
"don't worry," Happy said. "Mira can handle this."
"Right," Kinana said "come on, Mira," she screamed as Happy joined her

"Now it's time," Mira said as she relaxed her magic power shotting out. The ground started to shake as she changed into her Satan soul Halphas form "now feel the dark," she screamed "{Halphas: soul destruction}" she called as a large beam shot from the earth the area turned purple as everyone backed up from the power of the attack.
"What kind of attack" Ogra shouted as the attack ended. The MPF was gone, the orb rolling on the ground as Mira crushed it with her foot before reverting to her standard form and turning around with a smile on her face.
"Whoops went a little overboard there," she said, smiling
"I don't believe it. The MPF is history," Lola shouted "dragon tail appears to be following fairy tails lead," he screamed, "dragon tail is holding nothing back, folks."
"Concentration and control," Mavis said, "look like Mira's getting back into the swing of things."
"What kind of monsters are you raising" Cosmos asked
"Loving ones," Mavis answered
"that's our girl," Happy screamed, "never underestimate the chosen daughter of Magnolia."
"Sorry I doubted her," Carla said, "she's amazing."
"Yeah, Mira," Kinana screamed.
"here's the battle line up boss," Nullpudding said "you might find this one interesting," he said
"Yes," Alexie said, "We should begin," he said as he and his team walked off. "Soon, we will reach our true goal."
Mato frowned as he watched Mira celebrate her show of power. No, on debut, Ogra saw the look she shot the man; again, the solo wizards in the game had sent a message, one that no guild wizard wouldn't forget. Jura smiled, hoping that the remaining days would grant him a chance at facing the children of magnolia.
"This changes everything," the pumpkin whispered "we need to put a little more thought into this to further my plans.
