LGH Prologue
Crossover with Star Wars and Legend of the Galactic Heroes and it's my take.

Somewhere in Space
A swarm of various TIE Fighters of all kinds teamed up with a squadron of X-Wings, Y-Wings, A-Wings and B-Wings fly into into battle against the Sith Empire, behind each side are their fleet of Star Destroyers and MC Cruisers, Sith Starships and other Starships covering their backs. All 3 sides blasted at each other and taken some casualties and some of their fleets have been damaged and cripple, except for the Sith Empire's fleet which a few of them ended up getting destroyed.

Lord Nihilus's Narrations
"When the Galactic Civil War began, it was between the Galactic Empire and the evil Sith Empire, then the Rebel Alliance later joined in the Galactic Civil War as our Allies. But there was a time, when the Rebel Alliance were our enemies too because they view both us and the Sith Empire as a threat to the Galaxy. The Rebel Alliance first originated on the colonize world of Heinssen and Yavin 4, they all witness my broadcast of my transformation of the Galactic Republic to the Galactic Empire coming from Kamino after the end of the Clone Wars."

A montage shows many colonist from Heinessen and Yavin 4 watching Lord Nihilus's broadcast coming from Kamino as Lord Nihius changes the Galactic Republic into the Galactic Empire, also changing the flag.
"While our adventures goes on the Planet Edolas (During the events of SW Empire 2nd Verse: Fairy Tail Edolas), on Earth (During the events of SW Empire 2nd Verse: Shiki, SW Empire 2nd Verse: Does Irae and SW Empire 2nd Verse: Dance with the Devils) and the Planet of Ninjas (During the events of SW Empire 2nd Verse: Naruto/Mother Pureblood but during that time, Naruto is still a baby and Shizuka Hio is still raising him), the colonist of Heinessen and Yavin 4 began developing Military Vehicles, Weapons, Aircrafts and Starships for War. They even manage to get their hands on Republic and CIS Clone Wars Era Vehicles, Aircrafts and Starships before they can be scrapped."

Another montage shows all of the adventures of the Galactic Empire then showing the colonist of Heinessen and Yavin 4 developing everything they need for War. Final part is showing them getting their hands on decommission Republic AT-TE, AT-RT, AT-AP Walkers, Juggernaut Tanks, CIS AAT, Hailfire-Class Droids, Neimodian Shuttles and a Lucrehulk-Class Battleship to add to their new Military.
"They call themselves the Rebel Alliance, after formation was completed they declared that they want not just to end the Sith Empire's conquest but also remove the Galactic Empire claiming 2 Empires are too much of a threat in the Galaxy. Their last message is they wish to restore the Republic after both Empires are removed, to me the Rebel Alliance just didn't understand that my Galactic Empire has the same goal as the Galactic Republic and Sith Empire's goals are the same as the CIS/Separatist in the name of the Sith."

Next montage is the Rebel Alliance broadcasting their own message to various colonize worlds and not just to Earth and Korriban.
"I say we enter the next phase of the Galactic Civil War then and someday will get the Rebel Alliance corrected that the only true enemy in the Galaxy is the Sith Empire and certainly not us."
End of Narration
End
The setting of this will be during the events of Mother Pureblood 2nd Verse when Shizuka Hio is still raising Naruto who's still a baby, while the Galactic Empire is battling their nemesis the Sith Empire and the Rebel Alliance who views both Empires are a threat to the Galaxy although in the end the Rebel Alliance will be a friend like you saw in Mother Pureblood 2nd Verse Chapter 13.
Also the Legend of the Galactic Heroes I'm using is the 2019 LGH Die Neue These and it's Season 2. But I will only use a small portion of characters because I don't want to use all of them anyway.
