This is about the fourth faction that join the Galactic Civil War.

Anyway in the Legend of the Galactic Heroes Universe the third faction was known as the Dominion of Fezzan under the leadership of Adrian Rubinsky, they have their own Armed Forces and I've seen their Starships in the Original Series but not yet scened in the new LGH Die Neue These although Adrian Rubinsky wishes to start their own Galactic Conquest of the Universe and create a New Galactic Empire run by him.

In this fanfiction, Adrian Rubinsky will have the same intention for his Galactic Conquest but since I don't know what their Armed Forces look like yet, even their Starships, I choose their own Armed Forces which Adrian Rubinsky hires as Fezzan's Defenseless Force.

The Zann Consortium.

In Legends/Expanded Universe the Zann Consortium was a Crime Syndicate founded and under the leadership of Tyber Zann and Urai Fen, Tyber Zann was an Imperial Recruit but he got discharged after getting caught selling Imperial Tech to Criminals. Tyber Zann later escape with a little help from Urai Fen and while away they begin their own conquest of the Universe soon after forming their own Forces.

In this Fanfiction the Zann Consortium is run by Maki Zann (Notes: Female Version of Tyber Zann who looks like Seiren from Vampire Knight) and her 2nd in command Urai Fen. She and her Zann Consortium are hired by Adrian Rubinsky to be the defense force of Fezzan as they begin their own conquest of the Universe, so here they are the Fourth Faction in the long war with the Rebel Alliance, Galactic Empire and the Sith Empire.

Planets they got is Fezzan and Ryloth.

In Cannon, the Zann Consortium was mention only but it's uncertain what their Military Arsenals are in the exception of the StarViper-Class Fighter that makes appearances in the Cannon with a picture of what it looks like. Tyber Zann despite not appearing or mention in the Cannon, it's most likely he was the founder just like in Legends/Expanded Universe.

Lord Nihilus is sitting in his throne room with his wife and Empress Kosode, Lord Nihilus is sensing a disturbance in the Force. "Is something the matter Lord Nihilus?" Kosode ask him if something the matter right now.

"I sense a disturbance in the Force, my dear wife Kosode."

"What is it?"

"It seems very soon the Dominion of Fezzan will soon get involved in this long Galactic Civil War that we are fighting", Lord Nihilus tells her what he saw in the Force.

"But they don't have a Military Large enough to attack all 3 Faction."

"Actually they do, it seems Adrian Rubinsky has hired the Crime Syndicate Zann Consortium as Fezzan's Military and Defense Force."

"Adrian Rubinsky must have paid Maki Zann very good", Kosode said believing that Adrian Rubisky must have paid enough to get Maki Zann to agree to that.

"Very soon there will be a Fourth Faction to join up in this War."
