Our heroes have managed to escape the death palace, but danger still lingers as a swarm of ten thousand dragons plan on invading the capital; but what is the truth of these claims? "You won't escape my wrath," Kama shouted as he tried to cut off Natsu and Meredy's heads again "you will be punished for your crimes against the kingdom," he screamed as they continued to dodge his weapon. "I know not how you managed to escape Cosmos, but I will not you taint our reputation," he screamed, "sinners like you are beyond redemption."

"Give it a rest, grandpa," Meredy screamed as he snows blocked another attack "this is taking too long."

"{Terrain effect: hot wind zone}" Uosuke shouted as a large wave of heat struck Natsu and Meredy.

"Is this supposed to stop us or warm us up?" Natsu said

"Gives me an excuse to make the air around me as cold as I want," Meredy said as she knocked out some more guards, "this is nothing," she screamed as she and Natsu attacked more guards as the Kama attempted to behead them only for them to jump out of the way

"Man, those two are in perfect sync," Wendy said

"Dragonslayer team-ups are unstoppable," Kinana muttered "they might take on the whole army," she laughed.

"That's Natsu for you," Carla said

"Aye, sir," Happy said

"don't forget Meredy," Rossello said

"How long do you think we've been fighting," Lucy asked as she backed into Natsu.

"it's probably night by now," he said "the other must be worried sick," he said "we need to hurry," he said "we need to tell Mavis about Eclipse and the dragons," he said, "that our only shot," he said "come on team we got a kingdom to save" Natsu shouted as he punched Kama back.

"that's how we get redemption," Meredy shouted as she kicked him away

"What power," a knight said, "they're going toe to toe with Kama."

"Yeah, we're all fired up."

"Princess," Arcadios shouted. "Princess Hisui," he screamed "no," he muttered. "I'm too late," he said as he ran off. "I need to stop her."

"We need to move the eclipse," Hisui said "move the eclipse cannon above ground," she said

"This is a battle for our kingdom's survival."

She who closes the gate

"Where do you think Natsu is," Evergreen asked. Night had fallen, and there was still no sign of the signal flare going up "you don't think something happened to them, did you."

"Hey, remember who you're talking about," Bickslow said "not only is he a former member of the thunder legion, but he was also trained by the big man himself," he laughed, "I'm sure they're fine."

"Still though," Freed said, "I've been keeping an eye out, still nothing," he said

little did they know that Sting and Lector had overheard their conversation "what do you think they're talking about," he asked

"I don't know," Sting said as he turned to see Mavis walking in front of the group "Hey, Mavis," Sting said, running up to the girl

"Yes," Mavis asked. She turned to face him.

"If you don't mind me asking," he said, "where's Natsu."

"He had to take care of something for me." she then looked back to the castle 'Natsu, Mira, my children, please be careful we're all counting on you."

"Mavis," a voice called. She turned to see Levy running up to her Gajeel close behind "lunar eclipse," she said, "it's coming dragon moon."

"Levy, please calm down," Mavis said, "what's wrong."

[## Fight against the executioner's ost##]

"You aren't saving anything," Kama screamed as he slashed at Natsu and Meredy again; the two jumped out of the way "the only thing your future holds is death.

"Man, and here I thought I held a grudge," Meredy muttered

"You can say that again," Natsu muttered

"Why won't my heat zone work," Uosuke said

"Little spoiler, he's a fire wizard. I'm a snow wizard," Meredy said, "we're weatherproof, ya salty hick."

"Why does everyone keep calling me a hick" Uosuke shouted "that it {terrain effect}" he didn't get to finish as he was punched away by Meredy

"Not happening," Meredy shouted.

Kama attempted to attack Natsu but was blocked by Lily "you okay."

"Thanks, man," Natsu said

"Let us past," Liley shouted

"you sinners will die by my hand," Kama screamed

"Sploosh," Neppa shouted as Kinana jumped out of the way "what's the matter," he said, "scared."

"Of you not on your life," Kinana shouted.

"{paper blizzard: purple dance}" Kamika shouted as both Wendy and Lucy were trapped "now I'll use my paper to cut you to shreds."

"Oh no," Lucy muttered as he and Wendy were dragged to the ground as Virgo popped up.

"Sorry about that," she said, "but I had to maintain your dignity."

"Hey, now why don't skip all this fighting and grab a bite to eat," Loke told as they wrapped an arm around Kamika.

"You are so not my type," Kamika said

"we're running out of time," future Lucy muttered, "it's going to happen again."

"Future Lucy, are you okay." Carla asked, 'she said we were behind bars when then castle fell,' Carla thought to herself 'even though that hasn't happened yet, we're still here and in danger.'

"More reinforcements," Lily shouted as he turned back to normal "oh no."

"Now die" Kama screamed. He was blocked by Natsu, who kicked him away

"Get back, Lily," Natsu said

"We need to wrap this up," Loke said

"Fine by me," Kama screamed as he made another move to attack, only to be stopped when a vines shot from the ground, grabbing him and forcing him back. Several more vines were sent from the ground holding each of the knights as they pushed fairy tail back as Cosmos appeared from a flower, facing Kama as she sat him down. "Cosmos," Kama screamed, "what is the meaning of this."

"Sir, what the hell are you are doing," she asked "you know as well as I do that no one outside of the palace of perdition is not to be executed," she said

"But these sinners," Kama started, "they are a threat to our kingdom."

"Then we will arrest them and lock them behind bars," Cosmo said. She turned back, giving them a look.

"Wait," Meredy said, but Natsu stopped her

"Just trust her," Natsu said

"Sir, I understand," Cosmos said, "but there are more pressing matters than these wizards at hand right now."

"What could be more important," Kama said, "cause at this point, I have reason to believe that you are assisting them in their escape."

"I would do no such thing," Cosmos shouted "you off, all people should know that," she screamed.

"Then why are you defending this group," Kama asked. "I understand that there your friends," he said, "but we still have a job to do," he said, "and these sinners."

"As of now, they are my jurisdiction up here," Cosmos said, "because clearly, no one in this castle can handle them," Cosmos noted, " and as the wizard saint of Crocus, these criminals are now mine to deal with," she shouted, "it's out of our hands."

"So, you are pulling that card out," Kama asked, "the magic council has made you soft."

"If you're trying to bait me, it won't work," she laughed "you forget that we trained together," she said. "I know all your little tricks," she laughed, "so these prisoners are to come with me," she said as she turned around "well, go around back," she whispered, "just stay close to me," the others nodded.

"Stop right there," Kama screamed "if you think this conversation is done, then," he said, stopping when a presence came over all of them "what is this" he screamed. Shadows started to grab them "what is this" he shouted.

"Everybody up," Cosmos shouted as she created several vines picking up as Natsu and Meredy jumped on. "Kama, Neppa, Uosuke, Kamika, grab on now," she shouted as they started to grab on, only for the shadow to start grabbing them pulling them down. "NO" Cosmos screamed.

"What is this"

"don't look at us," Wendy shouted

"That shadow is swallowing our men," Cosmos shouted "grab on," she screamed as the guard all started to panic as the shadows dragged them into the floor.

"I don't think I can" Neppa then fell as Kinana rushed in, trying to grab him, pulling him up with all her strength "stronger than you look," he said as he held his bottle. Thanks"

"No problem," Kinana said, "stop trying to kill me, and we can call it even."

"What is this" Kama shouted as he tried to move. "I'm stuck."

"This thing is hauling me in," Uosuke shouted.

"Kama, Uosuke take my hand." Cosmos shouted, "come on" she screamed as they reached up, and she was able to grab both of them.

"We need to get through this," she said. "I told you there are more pressing matters at hand," she laughed. "Come on, we're going to need their help with this," she said

"You don't have the strength to," Kama said "this magic is strong," he said

"Hold on," Natsu shouted as he grabbed Kama's arm. "I'll help you out."

"Yeah," Meredy said as she grabbed Uosuke, "we got you."

"you're helping us" Kama looked away 'perhaps I was wrong' he looked over to Uosuke before freeing himself of Cosmos and Natsu's grip Neppa nodded as he did the same thing with Kinana

"Kama, what are you doing" Cosmos screamed as he grabbed Uosuke by the waist and lifted "get up here

" If you keep trying to save us, you'll just get pulled in as well," he shouted, "as leader of the hungry wolf knights, it's my duty to protect the kingdom," he called, "and now it's going to be your duty, Cosmos," he said as he started to sink deeper "be sure to make her majesty proud" he smiled as the shadows entirely absorbed him

we were wrong about you fairy tail guys," Kamika said "take care of her" she called as she went in the shadows Neppa and Uosuke sank in the shadow but not an ounce of fear on their faces as they smiled

"no!"

"That's it," Jellal said, "I figured it out."

"What do you mean," Ultear asked

"It was right under our noses." he said, "this future Lucy said she arrived on July fourth during the third day of the grand magic games," he said "in fact, it was during Sherry and Wendy's fight," he said, "that was the reason we sensed so much of Zeref power," he said

"So that would mean that whatever we've been sensing hasn't revealed himself yet," Ultear said, "who could it be."

"If we are to assume that this future Lucy has been honest with us," Jellal said, "that means she came here on the fourth in the middle of the third day," Jellal said, "but that begs the question," he said "who did I see that evening," he said

"you're right," Ultear said, "there is no way she made it from the castle to the stadium in that time."

"So, our real foe is still out there."

Hisui turned around to see Arcadios walking up to her "Arcadios," she said, "I'm happy to know your all right."

"Colonel," Darton said, " please forgive me for sending you to the palace of perdition," he said, "I acted rashly."

"I hold no grudge," Arcadios said, "you did what you thought was best," he said. "I would like to apologize as well. Over the past several days, my action has been less than stellar as well." he then looked around. "I take it you told all the men here about the eclipse."

"Yes," Hisui said, "we are ready to begin at the ready" she looked away. "I want to be ready," she said, "we have to be prepared."

"Then I take it we're abandoning the original mission to go back in time and stop Zeref."

"No," Hisui said, "We must take to what is going to in the present time, and" she stopped when Arcadios pulled out his sword before planting it in her hands, aiming it at his throat. "Arcadios, what are you doing."

"Arcadios, what is the meaning of this" Darton shouted

"A true knight must always trust his master word; this is part of the code I've sworn to live by," he said. "I am duty-bound to put my faith in you and thus must die," he said as horror grew on Hisui's face, "but I have one request."

"What," Hisui asked, "what brought this out, Arcadios," her voice trembling as her grip on the sword started to loosen.

"I have spoken with your contact," Arcadios said "that person does not know about eclipse two," he sighed "they knew about the impending doom, but they shed tears because they did not know how to stop it" he looked away, "and I have no reason to believe that she would have any motive to lie to her friends."

"did you say she," Hisui asked in shock "the traveler I spoke with," she muttered, "was a man?"

"What the hell" Kinana shouted, "what is this" she screamed as the shadow started to shape a giant ball.

"there all gone," Cosmos whispered as they all backed up

"You sense that," Natsu asked

"Yeah," Meredy said, "get down," she screamed as she grabbed Lucy, pulling her back as her snow clashed with sand as she was blown back.

"I'm impressed," a voice called, "your senses are quite sharp, snow dragon."

"Why do I smell Azuma" Meredy whispered "he's dead" several wood pieces appeared from the ground, grabbing the reaming knight around them and dragging them into the shadows.

"That was the great tree arc," Meredy shouted.

"I thought you said Azuma was dead," Wendy asked. "I can smell him too."

"He is," Meredy said, "he turned into a tree."

"Who are you talking about," Cosmos asked

[##Invasion os the Sorters ost##]

soon the wall next to them started to move as a face appeared "the wood in these walls is so unique," it said as it gave them an evil grin as it came from the wall the, cracking as they stepped on the ground it was a young woman of average height with amber-colored eyes. She has brown hair which extends down to her shoulders. Her hair is seen tied into a warrior's braid. She is dressed in a fanciful white robe with long yellow sleeves, a blue belt, and blue pants. A small gold cloak covers her chest and neck area with white-colored edges, an oversized collar, and three yellow-colored crescent shapes lined up vertically on both sides over his chest. she also wears a simple pair of boots that reach below her knees. "The bane of wood Kisya at your service," she said

"Your power is impressive," another voice called as a cloud of sand appeared "your power is something to admire" he was a tall, massive, and highly muscular man with tanned skin and thick brown hair that looked like long, dark, dread that he has ties into a braid. He has Hazel eyes, and long sideburns, each of his ears is adorned by an oversized earring shaped like a round crescent moon pointing down. He wears a dark blue sleeveless shirt and tribal pants. He also wears armor on his left arm, from his wrist up to his shoulder, and a dark fingerless glove on his left hand. "I am the bane of sand, Akuma," he said. "I will be your end."

"You're not Azuma," Meredy whispered, "who are you."

"And where did you come from," Natsu asked

"Shadows can reach beyond the past and present," another voice called. They turned as something walked from the shadows. "We meet again at last, dragon slayers," he said. "I've traveled quite a way from the distant future to meet you."

"Rogue," everyone shouted. He did look like Rogue, but his appearance is different from his present self's; his hair is now much longer than before, tied in a high ponytail that reaches midway down his back. His hair is now black on the right and a much lighter color on the left rather than entirely black, covering his right eye. His left eye has a tattoo, an extended, light, high-collared version of a ferraiolo. However, the part of the ferraiolo that drapes over his shoulders is very dark, and the edges of the ferraiolo are adorned with a tiger-print pattern. Across the ferraiolo, a strap is fastened to Future Rogue's body via a button on either side of his chest. Underneath the ferraiolo, he wears a light-colored, long-sleeved shirt, wherein the cuffs are rolled up. He keeps tucked into his belt over his long-sleeved shirt, a dark, Y-shaped vest, withthree circles printed on the front. However, the vest splits into four long pieces of cloth that are also decorated with circles as they are a part of the vest. He was also wearing a pair of light trousers under the loose pieces of cloth and strapped boots to complete his attire.

"You came from the future," Lucy asked

"So, I'm not the only one," Future Lucy asked

"Why are you here," Happy asked

"The dragon moon cometh," Akuma said as outside the moon started to change as it slowly turned red.

"So, there are two people that have come from the future," Arcadios asked

"Yes," Hisui said, "it is clear that they both had the same intention," she said, "take back your blade," she said. "I intend to draw a blade of my own," she said,

"you ask why I'm here," future Rogue asked, "but please call me Ryos," he said "that is my true name," he said, "but I wish for us to open the eclipse," he said, "it is the only way to save us" he muttered "as you know we can use the eclipse to travel through time," he said "but it can also be used to as a weapon," he said "that's the only way to destroy the ten thousand dragons that are about to destroy the kingdom," he said

"Then there is a way," future Lucy cried.

"Is it that simple," Natsu asked. "I mean, normal magic doesn't affect dragons," he said

"Yeah," Meredy noted, "the only way to kill dragons is with dragon slayer magic."

"You have to trust me," Ryos said, "we're all dragons slayers here."

"So, we use this eclipse two," Wendy asked, "to stop them."

"yes," future Rogue said, "and in the case some survive, we have at least ten dragon slayers to take them on" he smiled "more than enough, I would say "just one more loose end," he said "I come from seven years in the future," he said, "the dragons will have destroyed everything and ruled over the ashes."

"So, what happened to the survivors," Lucy asked.

"I don't think we want to know," Cosmos muttered.

"Something happened," Ryos said "someone prevented the eclipse from opening," he said, "that person made ninety percent of humanity die."

"Who would do that" Lucy asked

"And why," Meredy asked

"I don't know," Ryos said, "but know that I've come to a stop them" his gaze then turned to Lucy. "Lucy Heartfilia, you must die," he screamed, "your fate is sealed," he said, "your destiny is to stop eclipse, so I must prevent it," he shouted as the ground underneath Lucy sunk, trapping her "you must die" he called time to seem to move in slow motion as Wendy and Meredy was trapped by Akuma as Natsu attempt to stop the blade only for it to pass through him.

"Lucy" he screamed as someone jumped in front of Lucy. She stopped when she saw that it was her future self as she pushed her down, as the blade went right through her as they landed on the ground.

"Kisya go make sure the eclipse opens," Ryos said. "Akuma, you and I will handle this," he muttered.

"Yes, Lord Ryos," Kisya said as she left

"Are you okay" Lucy shouted

"No" Happy shouted as he ran to them

"Future Lucy," Wendy cried as she ran to her, spinning her over behind her Natsu was frozen in place "hold still," she said as she placed her hand on the wound, "I can heal you. Just hold still."

"I didn't do it," future Lucy said. "I would never," she then let out a violent cough.

"I know," she said. "I won't, I promise," she said, "just please save your strength."

"Never thought I'd die in my arms," future Lucy laughed, giving a smile "it's comforting," she said

"don't talk like that," Wendy said; I can save you," she said. "I can," she stopped when she felt future Lucy grab her face, wiping away her tears "Lucy she whispered as the girl smiled at her

"Wendy," she whispered, "you're so big now; you've grown into such a beautiful young woman," Future Lucy told her " your so kind and strong I always admired that about you, ya know," future Lucy said, "I'm so glad I got to see all of you one more time."

"don't talk like that, Lucy," Happy cried "you're our friend, so we'll save you," Happy cried.

"But I'm not the Lucy of your time," she said. "I'm from a different world entirely," she said

"It doesn't matter," Happy cried "you're still our Lucy," he shouted, "your still part of this family no matter where you come from"

"you're right," Future Lucy muttered "family," she said, "I wonder," she whispered, "if I'll see mine again."

"How could you" Lucy shouted. "I won't shut the damn gate."

"Your fate is destined," Ryos said "she is the one who will close the gate," he argued, "as such, she will doom us all." he was interrupted when Natsu punched him in the face.

"Then I'll turn fate," he growled, "into a pile of ashes," he screamed "no one is taking Lucy's future," he shouted "not while I'm alive," he yelled as Ryos glared at him.

"I'll fight for the future," he screamed
