The Battle of Scarif is about to commence but before that can happened, Lord Nihilus suddenly appears on every channel and holo-channel all across the Galaxy because he has a message to all Factions but he is pointing to the Rebel Alliance. It's because he has foreseen a shift in the long Galactic Civil War they are fighting for many years now.

Whether you people of the Rebel Alliance want or don't believe me is your choice, because both Jedi and Sith can see what's to come and it can happen or not, depending on how things can go."

Lastly sometimes War Among Ourselves is actually played by other Faction", that last part that Lord Nihilus mentioned about being played by other Factions is that he knows that Kotori Shirakawa and her Sith Empire will actually play a part on the coming Rebel Alliance Civil War.

All across Rebel Alliance Territory, everyone is struggling to believe whether Lord Nihilus's warning will come true or not. But to Yang Wen-Li and his followers, they will be caution about it, they don't know if Lord Nihilus's warning will happen but they choose to be caution about it encase it does. Even Jessica Edwards is trying to believe what he says is true or not and yet she will try to gather some followers to put a stop to future events like this.
And technically she is still Lord Nihilus's Hand.
