Hey, fairy tail fans, and welcome back to a fairy tail re-told; we are back with the battle of Crocus as the battle between man and dragon continues. With the opening of the eclipse gate, five dragons have come from the past and are hell-bent on mayhem led by the mysterious Ryos and his dragon knights. The dragon and drakon slayers have teamed up in the hope that they can quell and defeat the rampaging dragons. But that is easier said than done.
"Hear my words, my subjects," Ryos said "the age of humans has come to an end," he screamed, "no come forth and let start the age of dragon slayers."
"For the dragons," Kisya Akuma and Kayara shouted as the dragons landed, letting out roars as they started to get ready to destroy
"No more will we have to hide in secret," Ryos said "come forth and join me," he said, "as we create a world fit for our kind," he laughed "now go," he screamed, "kill every last human that gets in our way" he shouted, "leave no one alive."
Man vs. Man, Dragon vs. Dragon, Man vs. Dragon
"Come on, we need to keep moving," Levy screamed as she motioned to the crowd "well, take a break soon enough," she said as she turned back; she saw Miko, Michelle, and Katja looking into the distance they could see the smoke coming from the city. "you guys are worried aren't you."
"Is Lucy okay," Katja asked.
"I'm sure she's fine," Levy said. "Natsu would never let anything bad happen to her."
"I sure hope so," Miko said. "I do hope they get out of this okay."
"don't worry," Levy said,
"they'll be fine."

Atlas Flame rose from the building as Freed glared at him, his hair moving to the side, revealing his eye. "I never believed that you dragons would be so foolhardy," he said, "you now have to face the full might of the thunder legion," he screamed, "now you will be drenched in shadow," he yelled "{Dark Écriture: Absolute Shadow}" he shouted as he rushed past Atlas flame making the dragon turn as Evergreen and Bickslow jumped form the building around them.
"{Fairy machine gun: lepricon}."
"{baryon formation}" Bickslow shouted.
"{lighting drakon: breath}" Laxus shouted as he turned to Sting "now, kid," he screamed as Sign jumped above him, activating his dragon force.
"Take this," Sting shouted "{holy ray}," he screamed as his attack landed on Atlas flame. The dragon only started laughing as he turned to the wizards as the smoke cleared.
"Is that white dragon magic," he asked "must be why it has little effect on me," he said. "I am a fire dragon boy," he said, "we burn everything we touch."
"Damn it," Sting shouted "my attacks are doing nothing," he screamed
"This is a bad matchup for us," Freed said
"There isn't a water dragon slayer out there, right," Evergreen asked
"I mean, water dragons exist," Sting said, "hell, an ice dragon slayer would be cool too."
"Would a fire dragon do," Bickslow asked as he pointed up as everyone looked up to see Natsu flying overhead
"There it is, a fire dragon," Happy said
"Good, now drop me on him like a bomb," he said
"Aye," Happy said as he dropped Natsu down
"a fire dragon," he screamed as he landed on Atlas flame. "Now you're going to get in my belly," he shouted as he began to eat the fire surrounding Atlas flame.
"Is he crazy" Sting shouted?
"Classic Natsu," Evergreen said, "good to know some things never change."
"I give him five minutes," Bickslow said
"I'll take that action," Laxus said
"there's no way he'll eat that whole dragon," Lector said "hey, that's Happy, right," he said, "Hey, buddy."
"Hey guys," Happy said, "the bad guys are giving Natsu more trouble than he thought," Happy said, "so he needs to recharge."
"So, he will eat the resident fire dragon," Laxus asked, "figures that's something he would do."
[## Blazing dance##]
"You eat me," Atlas flame shouted, "not on your life, you brat," he screamed as he started to dance around. "You cannot consume Atlas flame; I am an enteral fire that will not go out," he called. "This will be your final meal, you brat," Atlas flame shouted as he slammed his head into the ground "you will taste my fury' he roared as he flew up.
"Should we help him," Sting asked.
"Naw," Laxus said, "when Natsu gets involved, just pull up a chair and watch."
"that's the truth," Freed said. "Natsu usually handles the situation easy," Freed said, "and besides, who better to handle a fire dragon than a fire dragon slayer? If he needs help, he'll ask"
"You mean he'll get thrown to the ground, and we'll have to step in to save his ass, right," Bickslow asked.
"We all have our ways of asking for help," Laxus said
"Yeah, can't imagine who he got that from," Evergreen teased, making Laxus turn away, embarrassed
"Your flames are tasty," Natsu shouted, "this has to be the second-best fire I ever tasted."
"How dare you lay your hands on me" Atlas flame shouted as he continued to Ramage in the hope of knocking Natsu off him before he came to a stop, a feeling coming over him 'this boy' he asked as Natsu continued to eat him 'why does he remind me of him' he asked 'the fire dragon king Igneel' he came to a stop "tell me, boy," Atlas flame asked as Natsu stopped "you have some connection to Igneel yes."
"Wait, you know Igneel," Natsu asked.
"of course, I do," Atlas flame said, "he is my dearest friend," he said, "we have known each other since we were hatchlings."
"That's cool," Natsu said. "I know him too," Natsu said, "he's my dad."
"what" Laxus screamed.
"Would he happen to be here," he asked, "this time."
"Maybe, but I don't know where he is," Natsu said, "but hey, right now I got a problem," Natsu said, "think you can help me."
"What kind of question is that" Atlas flame shouted, "you are the child of my dear friend boy," he said "it would be wrong of me not to help you," he said
"Natsu is everything okay up there," Laxus asked
"Yeah, we talked it out," Natsu said
"He made friends with a dragon," Evergreen muttered, "cause of course he did."
"Nice," Bickslow said, "move over. We'll help with that dragon in the sky."
"No, I can handle that," Natsu said, shooting a look at Sting. He didn't want to show Sting that his best friend had turned evil in the future, but there was one thing he could do. "I need you to go help Wendy out," he said "not only is she protecting the princess right now, but she's also dealing with both a dragon slayer and a dragon," he said "not a good combo," he said"
"That is a bit much," Evergreen said, "no matter how powerful she is."
"I agree," Freed said "we might be better suited on the eclipse gate," he said
"Alright," Laxus said, "good luck, kid," he smiled, "get some hits in for us."
"So, where we are going," Lector asked.
"we'll go help Wendy," Sting said. "I'm sure Rogue and the others can handle themselves."
"Right," Lector said,
"What are you reading, princess," Virgo asked,
"My future selves diary," Lucy responded
"I thought it was in poor taste to read somebody else stuff," Virgo asked
"Well, it is mine," Lucy said as she continued to read it "no way," she said, "that's incredible."
"If you want to, princess, you can read my punishment diary," Virgo asked, but Lucy ignored her. "I'll take your silence as a no," she said

Ryos smiled as he watched the destruction seeing even wizard saints struggle against the might of the dragon army he had summoned "yes, the raw power that dragons will bring is unmatched," he smiled "not even Acnologia will be able to stand up to this power" he laughed. as Motherglare flew higher "The earth will crumble, the skies shall burn, and I shall extinguish the flames of light, for I am the Dragon King: the emperor born from the Dragon King Festival!" he screamed.
"We don't need your light," a voice called, catching his attention as he turned around, shocked as Natsu and Atlas flame rushed towards him. "We have our light, and it shines brighter because it comes from our hearts," he screamed.
"How is this possible" Ryos asked, "how is he riding a dragon, Atlas flame why have you betrayed me."
"I merely listened to my heart," Atlas flame responded.
"What," Ryos asked
"This child here is the son of Igneel," he said, "my dear friend."
"Thank you for the help, uncle," Natsu said
"Uncle," Atlas flame asked, confused
"But he should be under my control," Ryos shouted, "how have you broken free."
"I became friends with him," Natsu said "we're friends fight," he asked to which Atlas Flame nodded.
"Friends," Ryos shouted, "I forgot that was your motto." he said, "you and your pathic friends always preached about the importance of bonds," he spat, "but I severed those bonds, and look how powerful I have become."
"you could have all the power in the world," Natsu said, "but if you have no one to stand by your side, what does that make of you as a person," Natsu said. "Alright, uncle," Natsu shouted, "let's make dad proud and show this poser the might of fire dragons."
"I thought you'd never ask," Atlas flame shouted as he rushed in, clashing with motherglare as motherglare turned. He opened his mouth to fire off an attack that was enough to destroy a mountain behind them.
"Uncle," Natsu shouted, "are you okay."
"don't worry, my boy," Atlas Flame said, "my body is made of pure flames. Breath attacks will not work on me," he said
"Even still," Motherglare spoke, "you flames will not melt my adamantine armor."
"you have never felt the flames of hell," Atlas flame said, "and this man who I call my friend has consumed my flames," he said as Natsu jumped over him, "granting him my power," he said, "let us see how you handle one of the hottest flames ever to exist" he screamed as Natsu landed creating a giant explosion on Motherglare back forcing the dragon to the ground.
"Your majesty," a knight said, "it looks like the dragons are starting to fight each other," he said as they watched Atlas flame and Motherglare start fighting each other.
"Man fighting man," Toma muttered, "dragon fighting dragon, and man fighting a dragon," he said "my beautiful kingdom has become stained with the blood of battle," he cried, "the dragon king festival."
"The world as we know it will be forever changed."
"Take this," Rufus said, "{memory make: sword of frozen black lighting,}" he shouted, and now "{Shrine of Turbulent Fang"} he screamed. "Is there no end to these things" a dragon had appeared as Gray jumped in the way cutting the dragons down with his cold Excalibur
"What are you doing," Gray said, "quite spacing out."
"Yes," Rufus said, "just committing such a beautiful spell to memory," he laughed, "if you don't mind."
"Purple flare," Macao shouted as he and Romeo shot out a double attack,
"a father and son combo," Wakakba muttered, "but I got a few tricks of my own," he said as he created a smoke clone of the dragon making a turn as Macao jumped behind him, taking off a shot
"Nice," Romeo said "we got this," he said,
"Stay safe, kid." Wakaba said, "we gotta conserve energy."

Meredy jumped around as Akuma smiled; their power clashed, sending rubble everywhere as he grabbed her and tossed her into a wall. "Your power will serve Ryos greatly," he said, "even with that injury he gave you, you continue to fight."
"What can I say," Meredy said. "I'm a stubborn one," she said as she wiped some blood from her mouth 'damn, this injury is worse than I thought. She tried her robe tighter on it as she fixed her stance "you sand dragons are tough ones; I'll give you that," she said
"The sands of time are everlasting," Akuma said to her "let me show you," he said as he brought his hands together "{dragon slayer secret art: crushing faro}" he screamed, a large amount of sand surrounding Meredy, grabbing her before exploding all around as Meredy let out a scream in pain as he smiled "no matter how strong you are," he said "the sands of time will come for you.
Meredy struggled to her feet as Akuma looked in shock, "and here I thought I was a monster," she laughed "but you," she said as the snow started to surround her, covering her wounds, "you make me seem tame," she said, "as she griped her fist Akuma attempted to attack her only for snow to grab his arm breaking it off by turning his body to sand he back up.
"What are you," he asked "how are you doing this"
"I told you," Meredy said as she showed her fangs. "I'm a dragon slayer," seh shouted, rushing up to him, punching him in the face sending him back as she covered her arm in snow "{Snow dragons: crushing fang}" she screamed.
"damn you," Akuma said, "{Sand dragons: roar}."
"{Snow dragons: roar}" Meredy countered as their attack clashed Meredy let out breaths of air as she and Akuma glared at each other, a smile coming over her face.
"I see," he said "your dragon slayer magic is similar to mine," he said "monsters," he said, "we can so easily kill," he bragged.
"I'm nothing like you," Meredy shouted.
"you can lie all you want," Akuma said, "but I see through it," he said, "I can see the monster behind the facade you've" he was stopped when Meredy punched him in the face sending him back.
"like I damn what you think of me," Meredy shouted. "I'm going my own way now," she cried as Akuma laughed.
"good," his voice rang across the field. "I will get you to unleash your anger."
"you want my anger," Meredy said "you've got it," she said "you and your pals have caused someone close to me pain," she said, her mind going back to the body of dead Lucy. She knew what Natsu's friends meant to him, how he would die for them "so this isn't just my anger you're seeing," Meredy growled, "and you're going to regret that the most," she said, blocking an attack as Akuam started to freeze.
"what" he shouted, backing
"cause I'm going to beat you to a pulp."
Gajeel slid back as Kayara looked up "motherglare seems to be in trouble," she muttered, "I should hurry up," she smiled, "then I can have some real fun," she sighed as Gajeel stood up.
"you're a real piece of work," Gajeel said "you know that"
"Like your one to talk," she said. "Ryos told me all about you," she smiled, "one of the strongest members of phantom lord," she said "you weren't afraid of hurting anyone to get your way," she laughed, "so I ask why do you stand against us," she said "from what I've learned, you dragon slayer live in secret," she said "you are the pinnacle" she screamed, "yet you were forced to live in secret."
"that's a personal choice," Gajeel said, "A dragon raised me," he said, "no one believed me, so I learned pretty early on that I should keep my magic to myself."
"My point," Kayara said, "you are forced to hide your gifts you've been used by the very people you want to protect," she said "
"ain't all bad," Gajeel said, "so why don't; we skip the flirting," he said, "and start fighting."
"Fine then," Kayara said, "Ryos said we would not convince you to join us," she laughed "my fault for not believing him" she looked over "there nothing that you dragon slayers can do," she said, "I just have to hold you hear until the city is nothing but ruin."
"You think that," Gajeel said, "but I'm not stopping," he screamed as he punched her away "{Iron dragons: Lance}" Gajeel screamed {demon logs}" he shouted as she jumped out of the way.
"{Diamond dragon's jaw}," Kayara screamed. "{Diamond dragons talon}" she shouted as Gajeel blocked her attack. as they started trading blows as Gajeel began trading in his club, trying to knock her back
"You iron is nothing' to me," she screamed. "My diamond is absolute," she screamed as she punched him in the gut before slamming him in the jaw. "I'm unbreakable," she screamed as she grabbed Gajeel by the head and threw him into a building, where he landed on the ground. He looked up to see Rogue and the trimens they looked over as Gajeel struggled to his feet.
"Gajeel," Rogue shouted.
"There you are," Kayara said as she sat down "good to see you again, Ryos," she said, "you know the full black hair is cuter on you," she said, "and your eyes are so lovely" she smiled.
"Who the hell are you," Rogue asked.
"In the future, you and I meet," she said, "and you enlist me to come to this time," she said "besides, as you are now, you are much too weak to defeat a dragon," she said "let alone me," she said as she walked up to him"Not until you've accepted it," she whispered.
"Your lying," Rogue shouted
"yeah," Jenny shouted
"don't let her get in your head, Rogue," Hibiki said, "Obviously, she wants to sow distrust between us."
"I'm not," Rogue said. "I don't believe you."
"it's true' the shadow says I will not be stopped and says 'I will consume you, and we will conquer everything.'
"Why fight it, Ryos." Kayara laughed "why" she was interrupted when an iron club slammed her in the face, sending her into a wall as Gajeel stood to his fee
"don't listen to her, kid," Gajeel said "no one magic is truly evil; it's the person that uses it," he said " he looked over at him, giving a smile, "just hold that dragon off for a little longer," he said, "when I'm done here, I'll help you out."
"Alright with the both of you, this will be a switch," Jenny said
"yes, men," Ichiya said, "Be safe, friend Gajeel."
"Alright," Rogue said, "thank you, Gajeel" he stopped when Gajeel patted him on the head.
"you're a good kid," he said, patting him on the head "remember that"
Kayara had since stood up, feeling the warm feeling of blood in her mouth "you hurt me," she whispered, "how the hell did you hurt me."
"Cause their iron in my soul," Gajeel shouted, "and as long as I have that," he smiled. "There is no way you can beat me," he screamed "{iron shadow dragon mode}" h screamed as energy surrounded him.
"What the hell is this," she asked.
"Iron and shadow," Gajeel said "now let's dance," he screamed. She rushed. She tried to attack as he vanished, "and besides, no matter how hard you hit," he said as he disappeared again, "you can't hit a shadow," he screamed as he punched her away. "Rogue, deal with the dragon," he said, "I'll be right back."
"Right," Rogue said, "no matter what," he said, "I will not accept that fate" he looked back to see frosh still hiding with Jenny "no matter what, my destiny is my own behind him; Ultear watched from afar.
"There you are," she whispered, 'this is the only way," she thought herself, 'Natsu, Meredy.'
'Forgive me for what I have to do.'
Flashback
"Take it easy," she said as she held her hand on their wounds. Natsu and Meredy struggled to their feet "are two alright" she said
"I'll be fine," Meredy said. "Natsu, what about you."
"she's gone," Natsu whispered as he got up. "I'm sorry, Lucy," he said. "I should have done more," he cried Ultear made a move but was stopped by Meredy, who shook her head, ripping her cloak, she tied it around the wound she had as she looked at Natsu.
"Who did this" Ultear asked
"It was Rogue," Natsu said "he came from seven years in the future," he said "he brought the dragon here, and Lucy was the one who stopped him," he said, "in the end, her future self-sacrificed herself to save her life."
"So, there was another time traveler," Ultear said, "but him being here brings a weakness," she said, "if we kill the Rogue of the current time, this one will cease to exist."
"Ultear," Meredy said, "do you hear yourself."
"I'm not telling you to do it," Ultear said, "but time is out of flux right now," she said, "we can use that to our advantage." she reasoned.
"And," Natsu said, "the current Rogue is a good kid, confused and misguided sure, but still," he said, "something set him on that path, we'd be killing an innocent person," Natsu said "what would that make of us," Natsu said, "how would that affect our future."
"I guess you're right," Ultear said

"I know what I said," Ultear muttered, "but this is the only way I see us getting through this in one piece."

"Damn you, dragon slayers," Kisya shouted as she slammed Wendy to the ground. Wendy jumped up, kicking her in the stomach as she flew back "{wood dragons: dance of swords}" she screamed, as a bunch of swords went around Wendy. "what have done to my lord's plan."
"Maybe Natsu talked some sense into him," Wendy shouted as she punched her away as she jumped out the way "{sky dragon talon}" Wendy screamed.
"Those splinters look painful," Kisya said. You should take a break, child," she laughed.
"Mira," Laxus screamed, "are you alright."
"Yukino," Sting said
"Sting," Yukino asked
"Wendy, stuck in the middle of battle," Mira said, "this dragon slayer is tougher than we thought."
"There has to be something we can do," Sting said
"If we move, Zirconis will attack," Mira said, "just stay with the princess."
"This battle has begun to bore me," Kisya said. "I was expecting more," she said
"Damn it," Wendy said as she jumped out of the way, "I have to get my head in the game," she thought as Kisya grabbed her by her hair, throwing her away.
"To think someone of your skill would be allowed to be a dragon slayer." she laughed.
"{sky dragons: roar}" Wendy screamed as Kisya blocked the attack with wood Kisya continued to laugh at her.
"You play the strong card, but all you are is a scared little girl who wants nothing more than her mommy to come home. you're a scared little girl who's trying to play the part of the leader, the protector,"
shaking the words from her head, she was caught off guard when Kisya got attacked her, sending her to the ground "you know," she said, "I will end this with my favorite attack" she laughed "your death will be beautiful {wood dragon style: Terra Clamare}" she screamed as a large flame burst from the ground capturing wendy in it as she let out a called of pain sending her into the ground as she landed "I must admit" she said, "you still being in one piece is impressive."
"Oh no," Yukino said, "between the executioners and the guards, Wendy must be out of power," she said
"that's it. I'm stepping in," Laxus said
"I can handle this," Wendy shouted. "I can" she fell to the ground as Kisya created a wood sword.
"Wendy," Kinana said
"I wouldn't move," Zirconis said "then I get an early snack," he said as he got up, flying ready to swoop down.
"If we can't move," he said, reflecting on what Gajeel did against Rogue. "Wendy," he called, "I have a way to help you."
"Stay out of it," Wendy shouted.
"don't worry," he said, "you should know better than anyone," he said, "that there no shame," he screamed he gripped his fist "in asking for help" he then fired off his magic as Wendy looked back, a smile forming on her face as Kisya jumped out of the way.
"You fool," Kisya shouted, "you've done nothing but harm your ally," she screamed.
"You think so," Sting asked.
"I see what you did," Carla said Kisya stopped as enormous magic power entered the area "you gave Wendy your magic power."
"yeah," Sting said, "when I first heard she had come to magnolia," Sting admitted, "I was jealous," he said "how did she get my heroes attention," he said, "only drove me further into wanting to beat Natsu," he said "I wanted to prove that I was the best that no one else was, that he should have picked me" he smiled "now I see it" he whispered "the source of your strength is your bonds," he said "we're stronger when we stand together" Wendy started laughing as she stood up white magic surrounding her.

"Thanks for reminding me of that," Wendy said "stay with the princess," she said, "I'll take care of our dragon slayer friend here.
"What are you," Kisya asked.
"Me," Wendy said. "I'm the dragon slayer that is going to kick your ass," Wendy said. " and the daughter of Grandeeny, I'm Wendy Marvell," she screamed as he powers shot out her sky magic, merging with the white magic around her "you're going down."
"Impossible," Kisya muttered.
"Gajeel did that during the grand magic games," Cosmos muttered, "but this is a combination of sky and light."
"A white sky dragon slayer"
