Hey, fairy tail fans, and welcome back to a fairy tail re-told; at the request of wizards, saint Warren Natsu and Mira have led their team to free Sun village from the ice prison. our heroes ran into trouble when they ran into the treasure hunting guild Sylph Labyrinth and the dark guild Succumbs eye, with Minerva returning to settle her grudge with Erza, who was turned into a child along with Natsu and Mira thanks to her partner Doriate Gray and Juvia in a combined assault was able to best this foe while also discovering a way to melt the ice around them will they be able to free the inhabitants of Sun village, find out now, on a fairy tail re-told
side note: double upload; this is mainly happening cause there are only like three more chapters left, and I want to start uploading and writing the Tartaros arc, which we will be starting next week so stay tuned

"I hope this works," Gray screamed. "I'm giving you my body," Gray shouted, "so don't let me down," he yelled as he channeled the magic from the ice attacking Doriate with the ice sending him back with a large explosion as gray turned back into his adult body.
"nice one, Gray," Juvia screamed as Happy, and Carla called. as they all turned back to normal
"way to put that creep on ice," Happy said
"That was an amazing spell," Carla said
"Juvia wasn't aware you could do that," Juvia said
"nor was I," Gray said "this ice," Gray whispered, "it feels so weird yet so familiar" he shook his head, "you okay."
"Juvia is feeling great," Juvia said as she looked at Doriate, who had reverted back to his human appearance.
"let's get some answers," Gray said.
"you brats," Doriate muttered, "the netherworld gate just busted wide open" he laughed, he looked up, "all thanks to you," he smiled "soon you realize the folly of your actions," he laughed. as the cyclops monster landed in front of them before bending down eating Doriate much to Gray and Juvia's horror.
Sun Village arc: Voice in the flame
"Flare was showing us the way when we ran into the two of you," Lucy said
"Natsu here is still chasing that voice," Mira said "try as he might; he still can't remember who it is," Mira sighed, "he thinks he heard it from that mountain right there."
"that not a mountain," Flare said, "that our great deity, and sacred protector, the eternal flame," she told them.
"that the eternal flame," everyone screamed.
"Warren said it was frozen," Lucy whispered, "but he didn't say how big it was"
"no way, a flame that big," Natsu screamed.
"I if I didn't see it. I wouldn't have believed it," Wendy said as Gajeel nodded.
"if this bad boy has the power to thaw everything else, we should put all our power on thawing it out," Mira reasoned, "but how are we going to do that." she stopped when she heard what she thought was shouted as she turned to see Gray, Juvia, Happy, Carla, and Lily in his battle mode running up to them "what are you guys doing," Mira asked.

"Run" Gray screamed "this thing has an appetite," he shouted as the cyclops monster appeared from the trees.
"What is that" Lucy screamed
"We don't know," Happy shouted, "but it will turn us into the next fish on the menu."
"someone throw a spell already," Carla screamed.
"Juvia is trying" Juvia then turned around "{water: whip}" she screamed, attacking the monster though it bounced off.
"Gray ice the damn thing and be done with it," Natsu screamed
"I don't want to waste power," Gray called. "I think I have a way to free the village," Gray cried
"you do," Flare asked.
"Raven tail," gray asked, "what are you doing here."
"don't worry about her," Natsu said "can you melt this ice," Natsu asked
"think I can" Gray shouted
"Alright," Natsu said, "go on and try to melt that mountain there," he said, "that the eternal flame we can use that to melt the rest of the ice around us," he screamed "do that, and we might stand a chance" Natsu shouted.
"Lucy, Wendy, help Gray with whatever he needs," Mira said. "Gajeel, let go kill a monster."
"Right behind you, boss," Gajeel screamed as they ran off to free Sun village.
"aw yeah," Natsu screamed, "I'm all fired up."
"Natsu," Wendy called
"be careful," Lucy shouted
"if it eats me. I'll just cook it from the inside," Natsu shouted as he jumped up, landing a kick on the monster and sending it to the ground. Mira appeared behind it, grabbing by the tail and sending it to the sky as Gajeel jumped up, landing an attack on the monster as the cyclops create flew up, holding Natsu and sending him to the ground.
"Natsu," Lucy called
"I'm fine," Natsu said
"Just focus on freeing the eternal flame," Natsu said, "do that, and we can save the village." Gajeel and Mira then kicked the monster back as Natsu jumped up "{fire dragons: Brilliant flame}" he screamed

"we're on it," Gray shouted
"how do you plan to melt the ice" Juvia asked
"I'll be honest," Gray said. "I can't do much with this ice," Gray. said "it's immune to my maker magic, so we can't melt it that way, but I can channel it through my body" Gray smiled "that means me and this magic have something in common," he said as he stopped in front of the eternal flame.
"wait, you can do that" Lucy asked.
"yes," Juvia said, "that is how we beat that demon earlier," Juvia remembered "but are you sure you can handle that much," Juvia noted, "we still know next to nothing about this ice."
"won't know until we try," Gray said "don't worry, I'll be fine," Gray said as he started channeling the magic through his body.
"are you sure you can do it," Flare asked
"that's why I'm not doing it on the giants," Gray said "first, I need to suck out all the magic in this ice, give this flame some room to breathe," he screamed as the flame started to glow as Gray felt the magic going through his body it felt different, yet there was this warmth in it.
"it working," Lucy said, "keep it up, Gray."
"Yeah, it's melting," Happy cried.
"well, it supplementing, but still," Carla corrected as the ice around it turned into a giant smoke cloud. as it cleared, everyone stared in horror as the mountain was gone, but the flame had disappeared
"what" Lucy and Wendy muttered.
"no," Flare muttered "this has to be a bad dream," she cried "no, this can't be happening."
"I didn't mean to," Gray froze.
"I thought we had this," Lucy whispered as Wendy froze where she stood
'I can hear a voice, she whispered, 'and there is a magic presence. It's so familiar. She whispered, 'where have I felt this before? Is this the voice that Natsu was talking about" she asked?
"without the eternal flame, what can we do," Lucy asked
"This isn't happening," Flare cried "the eternal flame has stood strong for centuries," she said, " there is no way."
"This might not be your fault, Gray," Carla said, "the flame could have gone out while it was in the ice."
"no," Gray said, "this is all on me," he said. "I should have tried it on a house first" he looked back to where the flame was. "I got cocky, and it might have cost us the village."
"It hasn't gone out," Wendy shouted, walking forward. "I can feel it," she said. "I know what this flame is," she said as she pointed to the smoke as it cleared, bright light coming from it as a tiny flame appeared "it's still kicking."
"yes, but it doesn't look healthy," Carla said
"yeah," Wendy said, "I'll have to heal it," Wendy said
"you can heal a flame," Flare asked
"I'm the best healer this side of Ishgar," Wendy said. "I can do it," she smiled, giving her a quick wink, "but I'm going to need Natsu's flames," she said "he's going to have to restart it," he said, "his dragon flame is the only thing. Strong enough."
"has he beat that monster yet" Flare asked

"Natsu" Lucy screamed as she saw Natsu fighting the monster
"Little busy right now," Natsu and Mira shouted as they did a flip
"strong little bugger," Gajeel shouted, "can barely pierce its skin."
"my sword is not strong enough," Lily said as he landed "damn, what are we going to do."
"Natsu, can you hear it" Wendy shouted. "I need your fire now," she screamed.
"hold on," Natsu screamed as the monster slammed him with its tail sending him to the ground. Mira jumped up, trying to grab him by the tail, throwing it away as it turned, shooting a laser from its eye. "Mira" Natsu screamed.
"it got her," Lucy shouted.
"that beam is going to hit the giant," Juvia screamed.
Natsu let out a breath attacking, knocking the beam as he landed on a giant. "I'll be out of your hair in a sec," Natsu screamed as he blasted away, going right to the monster "{Fire dragon: sword horn}" he called, hitting it in the stomach as he grabbed it by the tail "now take the flames of hell" he screamed sending it to the alter "{hellfire dragons: Brilliant flame}" he shouted as he started to attack the alter creating an enormous earthquake.
"Alright," Wendy said, "now to get started," as the ground started to shake underneath them.
"what's that," Minerva asked " an earthquake," she said,
"that or Natsu and Wendy," Erza said
as Natsu and Wendy got ready; Lucy fell to the ground "it's called overkill. You dolts ever heard of it."
"Mira, you okay," Gajeel asked
"I'll live," Mira said "what is Natsu blowing up? Now," she said
"Good question," Gajeel said as he covered his eye from the smoke
"{Dragon slayer secret art: flame lotus exploding flame bade}" he screamed, creating a large explosion as the monster burnt up as. Wendy smiled

"now," Wendy shouted, "{raise}" she called as the flame busted free as Natsu landed on the ground "one eternal flame order up" Wendy smiled.
"the eternal flame," Flare muttered "our guardian deity," she whispered "you brought it back," she whispered as tears filled her eyes "thank you," she said, "thank you so much," she smiled. "I was so scared."
"you feel it," Natsu asked
"yeah," Wendy said
"Happy," Natsu said, "take me to the top."
"what" Happy asked "why do we get to go up there," he asked
"the voice and the thought energy," Wendy said as a magic circle appeared underneath her "it's the same, " she said, "it makes more sense why Natsu could hear it."
"wait, what do you mean," Gray asked.
"This flame has been here for centuries," Gajeel asked to which Flare nodded "it can't be."
Natsu smiled as he flew up, as the flame started to take shape. "how ya been, uncle" Natsu asked as tears filled his eyes.
"well, meet son of Igneel," the voice said as the flame revealed itself to be Atlas flame, the hellfire dragon and old friend of Natsu's father Igneel, the fire dragon king "and aside from being frozen in ice, I've been pretty good" he smiled, "I told you young one that we would see each other again."
"yeah," Natsu said, "you did" he smiled.
"it's Atlas flame," Gray said
"that was the dragon that helped us during the Eclipse gate incident," Lucy said, "if it wasn't for him, I don't think we would have beaten Ryos."
"But I thought with the destruction of the gate sent the dragon back to their time," Carla asked.
"yes," Atlas flame said, "it returned us to the four hundred years before your time."
"you must be ancient then," Natsu said, "if you're still kicking after that long."
"ancient yes," Atlas flame said "but alive, I'm sorry my boy, my body ceased to function years ago," he revealed, "it's thanks to the daughter of Grandeeny that you can speak to me now." he smiled "only the power of the sky sovereign could accomplish such a feet" he smiled "you made your mother proud."
"uh, thanks," Wendy said, opening an eye "thanks to the milky way spell, I can have you chat with us."
"I thought as much," Atlas flame said, "but I don't remember dying," he said,
"I'm trying to use the spell to heal your mind but seeing as you're a spirit and a flame," Wendy muttered, "it's taking a while."
"so, he's not all up there," Gray asked,
"When Zirconis came back, he was fine," Carla asked, "what makes him so different.
"you could say that." Atlas flame said, "who am I? Where are we"
"I'd be forgetful at your age, uncle," Natsu said, "don't worry about it."
"you'd be dust at my age, boy" Atlas flame laughed
"Wendy," Natsu asked
"It was the ice," Wendy said
"what do you mean," Lily asked, "how did this ice affect him."
"well, as powerful as this ice is, while it didn't kill him, him being a hellfire dragon allowed it to affect him if only slightly," Wendy said "a dragon has to be super powerful to leave behind thought energy, and the ice most likely was the cause behind him losing some of his memories," Wendy said, "they'll come back as he starts to regain his power."
"yes," Atlas flame said. "Ice," he whispered, "Ice all around me; it was one the first times I knew what the cold felt like," he said, "it was surprising."
"Please, sir," Flare asked, "we need to know who did this"
"wait," Gray said, "you said that ice affecting him had to do with him being a hellfire dragon slayer."
"yeah," Natsu said
"if it were a dragon slayer," Wendy started, "their ice would have killed any remaining form of Atlas flame," Wendy said "a god slayer would have had the same effect," Wendy said, "and a drakon slayer would not have frozen him at all."

"so, there is one more," Natsu said "a devil slayer," Natsu said
"or the proper term," Atlas flame said, "demon slayer."
"wait like Kinana," Mira asked, "so there's more of them out there."
"he's intention were not evil" Atlas flame "he simply mistook me for something I'm not."
"wait, you said he," Lucy asked. "I didn't know slayer types were that powerful," Lucy asked.
"a single human," Mira asked, "turned this entire place into a tundra."
"makes sense," Gajeel said, "devil slayers are the unknown of the slayer world," Gajeel said as he looked around "they might be as strong as dragon slayers for all we know," Gajeel noted. "I mean, remember, Natsu felt the cold when he touched the ice."
"Yeah," Lucy said, "but why."
"What did he think you were," Flare asked
"he thought I was a demon," Atlas flame laughed "not the first time someone made that mistake," he said. "I've met a lot of demon slayers in my day," he said, "but this one was more ruthless than ever," he said, "he froze an entire village just to get at me."
'so that's why the ice affected him,' Gray said, thinking about how the ice was able to stop Doriate 'Cause it was made by one of those demon slayers'
"Atlas flame," Flare said "please, you are the guardian of this village, our sacred flame," she cried. "Please, I beg you, please end this curse of ice," she shouted, tears rolling down her face as Atlas flame looked at her. "please save my family, my home."
"yes," Atlas flame said, "it's coming back to me now," he said, "I died and became Atlas flame of the titans," he said, "I created this village."
"you did," Natsu asked, "good on you, uncle."
"It pains me to see it this way," Atlas flame said "if I had a drop of moisture in me, I would shed a tear," he said. "I will use the last of my strength to free this place." he screamed "with the flames granted to me by the son of Igneel, I will do it," he shouted as he started to increase his flames.

"now that's hot," Mira screamed
"I'm going to melt away," Lucy screamed
"Juvia's going to evaporate," Juvia screamed
"get behind me," Gray said as he created a small ice cloud to keep them cool.
"hear me, son of Igneel, daughter of Grandeeny," Atlas flame said, "and the son of Metalicanna," he said, "the dragon king festival, Zeref, Acnologia, the dragon born," he said. "I remember everything," he said "however, there is a bigger threat," he said, "the third element around four hundred years ago, Igneel did battle with the strongest demon from the books of Zeref," he said as everyone looked in shock "not even the combined might of the dragons of Ishgar, could best this monster," he said "they ended up sealing him away," he said "you must stop him," he said, "Natsu you must complete your father's task, you cannot allow that demon to be free, the monster's name."
"is E.N.D"
the entire village started to thaw as the giants regained themselves. They looked around "the ice is melting," one said
"It must be the eternal flame," another said
"The ice is gone," Minerva said "damn it," she said as a giant leaned down next to them.
"strange," he muttered, "a couple of humans wandered into our village."
"we'll finish this another time, titania," Minerva said as he ran away
"Minerva," Erza screamed, "it's not too late," she said, begged, "don't be consumed by the darkness."
"There is no such thing as light or dark," Minerva said, "isn't that what your friend told Rogue" she smiled "this is who I am," she turned away, "and I like it. Soon, you will know what true terror is Scarlet," she said as she ran away.

"We did it," Lucy said, "We saved the village."
"do the giants seem bigger to any of you," Juvia asked
"Yeah, maybe a little," Lucy whispered
"there nothing left of Atlas flame," Wendy whispered "he's gone"
"he gave everything he had to free the village," Lucy whispered, "to think that this was only a fraction of his power," she smiled, "and he ever created a new eternal flame."
"thank you," Flare cried "thank you for sharing your warmth."
"E.N.D," Natsu whispered. "I wonder what made him think of that," Natsu asked.
"no idea," Happy said
"a single person," Gray asked aloud, "a demon slayer was able to halt the lives of so many," he asked. "I wonder where he is."

A single man walked through the snow, the wind picking up as he walked through ha ruined village before he found the person he was looking for "sir," he said, "headquarters called. They need you to return," he said, his voice trembling with fear as the man shifted.
"you tell headquarters," the man growled, "I'm paying my respect to the dead."
"Sorry, sir," the man said, "but all of the demon gates have been summoned."
"what with the trembling friend," he asked as he stood up, his cape blowing in the wind "afraid I'll eat your soul" he laughed as he stood up, his armor, a gray, segmented metal chest plate bearing the writing "Absolute Zerø" as he turned to face the man who backed up in fear as he turned to face him smiling as he stood up "put your fears to rest," he said as he turned.
"I only feast on the souls of demons."
