"This place looks important," Lucy muttered
"look at all the writing," Happy said
"yeah," Wendy said, "and that big floating sphere."
"This must be some kind of command center," Carla reasoned
'How could they have made it this far" Franmalth wondered "those worthless guards couldn't be more pathetic if they tried" Franmalth sighed
"you see that," Lucy said, "looks like FACE has been unsealed," she said
"then we got to stop it," Wendy said
"Could we use this writing" Happy asked
"Perhaps," Carla said, "but there is no way for us to operate it," Carla said "we were locked out," she said
"hold on," Lucy said, "it says here we gotta use it at sight," Lucy said, "basically meaning we have to set it off manually."
"you sure work fast, Ezel. Well done," Franmalth whispered.
"oh no," Wendy muttered "not to jump to conclusions or anything," Wendy said, "but I think this is a countdown timer," she said, pointing at the screen which said they had forty-one minutes remaining until FACE activated.
"if this thing goes off, then FACE will purge all the magic on the continent," Carla whispered.
"what do we do" Happy screamed in panic "it's every cat for himself."
"We can't stop it unless we go to it," Wendy said
"We don't have time to tell the others," Carla said, "so it falls to our hands."
"Please don't roast my tenderloins," Taurus said before Natsu punched him anyway.
"I can punch him," Natsu screamed
"that still hurts me," Lucy cried
"Aye"
"Fine then," Franmalth screamed "then I'll use the most powerful soul," he shouted as he started to take a familiar shape.
"wait," Natsu said 'I know this feeling," he whispered as Lucy and Happy backed up. It was a feeling they'd never forget, a sense of terror engraved into their minds.
"This isn't fair," Happy muttered
"Why does he have his soul."
Tartaros arc: Wendy vs. Ezel: The sky dragon's rage
Wendy and Carla busted through the skies "Carla; we have to go faster," Wendy shouted "there is no time to wonder about what we can do," she said, "there is no time," Wendy said, "the entire continent is counting on you and me."
"I know that, Wendy," Carla said "now, hold on," Carla said, "{Max speed}," she screamed. "I might not be as fast as Happy, but we can make it time."
"Alright," Wendy said, "time we go at this with everything we got," Wendy shouted, "I'm all fired up."

"This isn't fair," Lucy whispered "it's master Hades," she said as Franmalth transforms into a more bizarre version of Master Hades, completely copying him from the neck and up but keeping his body type underneath that. Lucy said nothing as she backed up in fear as Franmalth let out a laugh.
"Hey man, that's not what Hades looked like," Natsu screamed "it's completely off," Natsu said as Franmalth laughed, "you don't even have the body right."
"the nuances of my appearance are irreverent," Franmalth said "can't you see, I've become the dark wizard Hades," he said, "your greatest foe, you should be cowering in your boots right now," Franmalth said, "you must not know who this is."
"no, I remember him pretty well," Natsu said. Nothing would make him forget that fight was burned into his memory hell, the entire war on Tenrou Island was still present in the back of his mind.
"he did cause us a lot of trouble back in the day," Lucy said
"and from the looks of it, we know him better than you," Happy said
"Now hear me, wizards," Franmalth said "you may have heard of the dark guild Grimoire Heart; this man was their master," he said, "he was human only in name; he was the darkest genius the world has seen since Zeref" Franmalth screamed "now grovel at my feet" he screamed
"Yeah, we know that," Lucy said
"you need to work on your listening skills, buddy," Happy said
"Seven years ago," Franmalth continued, "I stumbled upon this humble package" he smiled "what a find, I might add" he smiled
"so, you never heard how Grimoire heart got beat, huh," Happy asked
"I heard that your namesake fairy tail beat him," Franmalth said

"you're almost there," Natsu said "in fact," he said, "we were the ones who beat the seven kin," Natsu screamed as he jumped up "then we kicked Hades wrinkled old but," Natsu shouted as he punched Franmalth away, "we one this fight seven years ago," Natsu said "I've gotten a lot stronger since then" Natsu shouted.
"oh, but did you do it alone," Franmalth asked as he stood up, jumping at Natsu and punching him away "the body may not look like much, but once it's revved up, it doesn't quit," he screamed as he grabbed Natsu slamming him to the ground "this power can only come from someone who has seen the abyss of sorcery" he shouted as he punched Natsu away "and now to add your soul to the bank."
"not happening," Natsu screamed as he punched him away "{lighting flame dragon made}" Natsu screamed as he landed "{Lighting flame dragon: roar}" he shouted.
"it's like being cooked in a lightning storm," Franmalth screamed. as he destroyed the entire area, "never had a soul, this spicy," Franmalth said as he started to absorb Natsu's flames.
"what" Happy asked. "I didn't know magic could have a soul."
"what power," Franmalth said "you must be the wizard who beat Jackel," he laughed "however it doesn't give you a chance against the rest of us," Franmalth screamed, "each member of this guild is a demon of the books of Zeref," Franmalth said "crafted from a far better time," he said, "by the black wizard himself, each of us has the strength to take on an army" he screamed.
In hells core, Mira also began a battle against the members of the nine demon gates as Seilah had entered the area "your demon side grants your friend a small immunity to my macro curse," Seilah told Mira "however it will not save you" she gave grin "soon your tale will come to an end" she said growled.
"so that's how you got control of Elfman," Mira growled. "I don't give a damn what you are, be it human, demon, or god," Mira said as her magic power started to leak out "hurt my friends, you answer to me, and I'm not as nice as I seem," she said as she used a takeover "now die" Mira screamed.
"Mira, no," Kinana screamed, "she's trying to provoke you."
"your human emotions," Seilah said "so easy to bend, so easy to manipulate," she said as several books started to levitate around her "my power is wasted on you," she screamed as Mira jumped out of the way as she landed a hit on Seilah. "what."
"humans emotion brings us strength as well," Mira shouted as Seilah swiped at her as Mira landed an uppercut, "you think you're above that, but you're also using your emotions."
"you know nothing about me," Seliah screamed.
"Mira, behind you" Kinana screamed as books hit Mira to the ground "she's so powerful," Kinana said 'she said that my and Mira's demon side is what gives us an advantage over her," she said "then her curse might not be as effective on demons' Kinana wondered 'or maybe it's a personal rule not using power on her own kind' Kinana pondered "Mira hold on I'm coming" Kinana shouted as she ran in her
"Kinana, stay back," Mira shouted as Seilah punched her in the stomach
"no, you need my help," Kinana said as she ducked under the attack "{poison devils: rush}" she shouted as she slammed into Seilah
"damn you," Seilah shouted, "you dared to insult me in front of lady Kyoka" she screamed, "I will not fail."
"then come stop me," Mira shouted as she punched her away
"you will die here," Seilah called "my eyes see all," she screamed as she blocked both Kinana and Mira "you can do nothing to stop me," she said
"is that so," Mira asked. "Kinana," she called as she kicked her away
"right," Kinana said, "{poison devils: rage}" she screamed as Seliah backed up, "my poison not having much of an effect on her"
"we'll have to step it up a bit if we want to beat her," Mira said, "you ready."
"I'm right behind you," Kinana said
"good," Seilah said, "now accept your fate," she smiled, "cause once I'm done," Seilah gave a smile, "your fable will come to an unsurprising end."
[## Kyoka attacks ost##]
Erza and Kyôka's battle had taken them to a construction area on the cube. As Kyoka blocked her attacks, Erza jumped back "what power" Erza muttered as Kyoka rushed at her again Erza stopped her attack. "I'll ask you again," Erza said "what are you trying to do" she screamed, "you say you want to return to Zeref; what do you mean."
"We live to serve the great being that has created us." Kyoka said, "and he has made his ambitions clear," Kyoka laughed, "so there is only one path for us," Kyoka noted, "the destruction of your world."
"don't expect us to go down so easily," Erza said "my friends and I will not let you get away with this," Erza shouted "we will stop you," she screamed. "we will stop FACE."
"you speak of our plan," Kyoka said, "but yours are just as fragile," Kyoka said
"what does that mean" Erza shouted as Kyoka smiled at her 'that knowing smile as if she's predicted all this," Erza muttered
"plans are the last thing you should worry about," Kyoka said as she attacked Erza again, "cause you won't live to see them come through."
"hold on a little longer Carla," Wendy said as Carla flew as fast as she could "we're almost there."
"don't worry," Carla said. "I'll get us there, no matter what."
"Alright," Wendy said 'don't worry, just hold out you'll keep you're magic."
[## Black archbishop Keyes ost##]
"Look, man, I'm kinda in a rush," Gray shouted "so why don't you tell me about this Silver guy" he screamed 'that was a name I hadn't thought about' Gray shook those thoughts from his head "now get out of my way" he called as he attacked, however, it went right through Keyes 'he has the same defense that Juvia does.'
"The fact that fairy tail has two of you," Keyes said. "Tartaros may have a member that may match your strength, but I am not he," Keyes said
"what are you going on about," Gray asked, "you trying to beat me or take me home? Either way, I'm not that easy."
"Think what you want," Keyes said, "you could cause quite the distribution with power like yours." Keyes smiled "so I will hold you here."
"so, you're trying to stop me" Gray then tried to run, but Keyes got in his way as he wanted to hit him and jumped back.
"{water: nebula}" Juvia screamed as she blasted past several members of Tartaros. "Natsu, Mira," Juvia called 'Juvia knew that the two of them were strong and that there was no doubt that they could survive in here, but she was still worried' Juvia thought as she dodged another attack.
"{wood make: The Distance between the Two is Forever:}" Laki screamed
"anyone here has any idea what this chick is saying," a guard asked
"nope," another one told him
"We need to keep moving, Juvia," Laki said, "are you okay."
"Juvia is fine," Juvia said "no need to worry about her."
"Alright," Laki said as they stood back-to-back, "let's clean house."
"I think that the poison Jelly valley cavern," Wendy said as they arrived at the location "let's find a way inside."
"right," Carla said as she flew into the opening. "I hope we're not too late," Carla said
"have a little faith, Carla," Wendy said as they landed. "you were amazing," she said as Carla fell to the ground. As she picked up her best friend, "come on, let's check this place out," she said as she walked off, not noticing the shadow hanging above her. It smiled as it watched the girl go deeper into the cave.
Franmalth laughed as Natsu backed up "magic vs. Curses, huh" Franmalth said "either way, you only have about ten minutes to beat everyone in this guild, or you'll have no magic left to fight with," he laughed, "so tell me, how does it feel knowing that your magic will be stripped away" Franmalth laughed.
"Something tells me that you don't care how we feel," Happy said
"Only about nine minutes," Lucy whispered 'everyone who can stand is fighting right now; if we lose our magic, it's game over' Lucy thought to herself 'Wendy is the only hope we have.'
"don't worry," Happy said. "Wendy and Carla can do it," Happy said. "Carla is one smart cookie, so I know she'll find a way.'
"yeah," Natsu said, "and my little sis isn't the small fry she used to be," Natsu noted "she's grown into a strong and powerful wizard, not to mention how smart she is" Natsu smiled "she can handle it I know it."
"you have faith in your friend," Franmalth said, "but it's helpless against the demons of Tartaros."
"What is that," Laki asked as a gelatin-like demon arrived in front of them "whatever it is, we need to stop it," Juvia said
"right," Laki said as she got ready for a fight.
Cosmos jumped back as a winged demon came at her "tell me where the demon with the bane particles is" she screamed 'damn it' Cosmos said 'I'm running out of time' she said
"We have to keep faith."
"it's starting to get harder to see," Wendy muttered "first, I had the light from the entrance of the cave, but it's starting to go away," Wendy said she then looked to her best friend and partner "hey sorry if I pushed you too hard."
"I'll be fine," Carla said "just need a nap," she smiled "first, let's find this FACE device."
"Alright," Wendy said, "but we don't know where it is," Wendy said, "and I can't smell anything too different," she whispered.
"maybe you should try searching for magic power," Carla suggested
"Yeah, I'll give that a shot," Wendy said as she looked around before she noticed a bug on her leg; swiping it away, a group of them appeared. Wendy let out a scream before running away. As she stopped, she looked around 'man of all the times for a swarm of those things, ' she whispered as Carla shook her head. As she turned around, a small droplet of water fell on her neck. Turning around, Wendy looked everywhere; seeing the water, she sighed "hey Carla, you know where we are," Wendy said, "cause now I'm completely lost."
"We need to calm down," Carla muttered.
"right," Wendy said as she took a breath of air "the air down here is unique," Wendy muttered.
"it is moist," Carla muttered. "I think," Carla said, "but I'm so tired," she murmured, "it's on the tip of my tongue."
[## Doujigiri Ezel ost##]
"man, what the hell is this" a voice called as Wendy turned to see Ezel sitting on the roof. "you two won't even fill me up," he said as he landed on the ground, "but you'll do for a snack."
"you must be the one they sent to activate FACE," Wendy said
"yep," Ezel said, "and you must be a member of fairy tail" he gave a sinister grin "the only reason I took this job was cause Kyoka said I could eat them" Ezel laughed. "I was hoping for a feast; it looks like the jokes on me."
"damn it," Wendy said. "I don't have time for this," Wendy said as she dodged another attack.
"We have to find FACE," Carla said, "it took Natsu everything he had to beat that last demon."
"but I don't have a choice," Wendy shouted, "enhancing all elemental resistances {Deus Corona}, enhancing all physical abilities {Deus Eques}" Wendy screamed as her magic power started to increase "swift wind, stalwart might, and steel resolve of the heavens combine" Wendy called"{enchantment}" Wendy shouted.
"This won't save you," Ezel muttered.
"{sky dragons: roar}" Wendy screamed as Ezel brushed off the attack
"not bad," Ezel said, "but now it's my turn," he shouted, "swords of Tenga Goken {Onimaru}" he called as she let out an attack as Wendy jumped to the side
"{sky dragon talon}" Wendy shouted as she kicked the demon in the face making him stutter back as he smiled "damn it," Wendy shouted "he's stronger than he looks," Wendy said as Ezel slammed his fist down as Wendy caught it before raising another fist to hit
"Wendy" Carla screamed as Ezel hit Wendy into a wall
"now take this," Ezel called "{Juzumaru}" he shouted as he blasted Wendy through them all as she landed on the ground "behold," Ezel screamed as he landed on top of Wendy, holding her down, "you shall die alongside FACE," Ezel said "maybe its activation will clean the air of all the Ethernano" he muttered "ruins my appetite," Ezel said "five minutes is all you have left," Ezel said
"Ethernano," Wendy whispered.
"that's what it is," Carla muttered, "the air is covered with Ethernano."
"five minutes until all Ethernano is wiped from the face of the earth," Ezel laughed, "but that five minutes will take longer than your death."
"stay away from her," Carla screamed. "I'll scratch your eyes out," Carla shouted.
"Carla," Wendy said, 'this air is filled with Ethernano' Wendy thought, 'Natsu is going to kill me,' Wendy said as she clenched her fist and started to take a breath, 'but I had no choice.' she said "I have to stop this demon' Wendy said, "I need to be stronger. I'll have to open my seal and eat the Ethernano," Wendy said, "I can do this cause my family is counting on me" Wendy let out a scream as Ezel was blasted back, as Carla landed on the ground.

"Wendy," Carla said. "I missed seven years of your life," Carla muttered, "and because of that, I missed watching you grow into the confident young woman that you've become" she smiled "back then, you used to be so small and timid, now" Carla smiled "now you're so strong, you've someone that people can count on" she smiled "you may not see it all the time," Carla said as Wendy stood up the air around her circling her "but I do."
"What is this" Ezel shouted
"do you feel it," Wendy asked as she entered her dragon force. She gained pink eyes together with longer hair, now pink instead of blue, that curves and points upwards. The Dragon Slayer also gained white scales, like that of Grandeeny's, that sprang out of her back and smaller ones on her hands and feet. "the voice of the wind," Wendy whispered, "the pulse of the sky in my veins" she smiled "and as long as it last."
"This pocket of space will be mine to command."

Wendy has entered a desperate battle with Ezel of the nine demon gates and, as such, was forced to enter her dragon force to counter this powerful foe; as it stands, Wendy is all that stands between Tartaros and the complete annihilation of magic all across the continent of Ishgar and even earthland will she be able to pull this off. find out next time on a fairy tail re-told
