"ORA!"

Hibiki punched an Alca-Noise, turning it into red dust. She has been fighting for her life for 10 minutes and they won't stop coming no matter how many times she escapes.

To make matters even worse, her only backup was busy dealing with them as well, and the area she's currently in is a building that SONG was asked to defend while the owner was away. Plus, most of the Symphogear users are sent to other parts of the world.

Seeing a giant Alca-Noise approaching the building, she transformed her right gauntlet and focused all her firepower into her fist, she quickly rushed at the Noise as the thrusters started to ignite.

Once she's close to the creature, Hibiki punches it with all her might, causing the Noise to have a large hole in its chest, she lands safely on the ground as the Noise turns into dust.

Hibiki returned to the building and continued fighting against the Alca-Noise, but the numbers are increasing as time passes by.

She was exhausted, her body started to get weak, time was running out for the Gungnir wielder.

"Chris-chan! Get back to the building right now!" Hibiki shouted to Chris via her comms.

"I'm trying Dummy but these bastards won't let me catch a break!"

"Hurry, they're getting closer!"

"OK FINE JUST WAIT FOR ME!"

Sighing in relief, Hibiki ducked down and gave the incoming Alca-Noise an uppercut and a deadly kick to another one. She rolled down to the left, narrowly avoiding a ranged attack coming from the group of Alca-Noise.

The pistons of her leg pulled down before she released it, launching herself at another group of them, she thrust her fist forward, allowing her to destroy several Alca-Noise.

Unfortunately for Hibiki, she was quickly cornered by a horde of Noise, with some of them attacking her on all sides, she barely managed to fight them back but she knows very well that she can't survive a full-scale attack.

Luckily, Chris arrives on time and blasted most of them with her dual crossbows while riding her missile, she changes the direction of the missile towards the group and immediately hopped off right before it exploded.

"You owe me one, Dummy!" Chris landed next to Hibiki.

"Chris-chan!"

"Let's teach these assholes a lesson to never mess with us!"

"Umm…You know what our true mission is right?"

"Huh- Oh wait, shit…."

Chris realized she can't go all-out when she remembered what their mission is, she groaned in frustration and turned her crossbows into miniguns.

"Cover me!" Hibiki was hesitant at first but she followed Chris' orders anyway.

With Chris shooting down all the Alca-Noise as many as she can, Hibiki beats up any of them who attempt to attack her from behind. This proved to be successful when their numbers decreased in such a short time.

In turn, Hibiki rushed towards the remaining group of Alca-Noise, she pulled the piston of her right gauntlet and punched the ground, resulting in the ground below them rising, killing them.

Once they regrouped, Chris and Hibiki take a little break but not before Chris gives Hibiki a good smack on her head.

"OW! What was that for?"

"For making me rush things in a desperate situation, consider yourself lucky because I take care of them easily after you called."

"You two stay alert! An incoming horde of Alca-Noise, 3 o'clock." Tomosato warned them.

"Why do I have to remain in Japan again?" Chris asked herself before the two faced another horde of Alca-Noise along with a giant one, there are too many of them compared to their recent encounter.

Despite being outnumbered, the two Gear users charged at the horde with everything they got, when suddenly…

They hear a roar of the engine, at first, they thought it was Tsubasa but remembering she's one of the people who were sent away, they turned their heads to find the source of the sound.

There, they saw a mysterious person wearing a black full-head helmet, riding a dark blue motorcycle, it seems like the rider is about to mow down the horde.

"IS SHE INSANE?!" Chris shouted in shock.

"We have to stop he- EH?! Chris-chan, look!" Hibiki was cut off mid-sentence when she saw what the person did next, it performed a sharp drift, mowing down all the Alca-Noise nearby, they couldn't believe what they saw.

Next, it performed a wheelie and spins around, hitting any Alca-Noise who tried to get closer to the person.

This move would be very impossible, even for someone skilled in motorcycles like Tsubasa.

What the girls didn't expect is that this person parked their motorcycle properly and hopped off from their vehicle, the rider seems to have a sheathed katana on the left side.

When three of the Alca-Noise attempts to attack her all at once, the rider draws the katana and slices them clean, shocking the girls.

"WHAT IN THE ACTUAL…." Hibiki's eyes widened.

"FUCK?!" Chris added.

The person sheathes the katana and held the katana's handle, then performs an Iaijutsu stance, this makes the girls nervous if they either show off or they did the unthinkable.

Once the girls saw all Alca-Noise attack the samurai all at once, they decided to interfere but this person responded to the creature's sudden attacks and drew the blade again, slicing all of them down easily before the samurai draw it back in the sheath.

Now with all of them gone, there is only one left, and that is the giant Alca-Noise. Chris had a bad feeling they might get killed if they continue fighting them even further.

"Asshole! No ordinary human can beat the big one, let us take care of it." Chris tried to stop the person.

Unfortunately for them, the Alca-Noise was already close to them, prompting Hibiki to act quickly but….

"But not for me." The samurai said in a single sentence and quickly drew the katana once more, but this time the blades emit a violet-colored flame, then slicing the large creature in half.

As a result, the Noise bursts into violet flames.

This shocked the girls even more as the mysterious samurai sheathed the katana back and the large Alca-Noise was turned into red dust.

The flames that emitted on the blade were put out once the katana was completely sheathed.

"No fucking way…." Chris can't mutter a single word after that.

"T-This is straight out of a fantasy story where a samurai slices a large creature in half!" Hibiki commented, remembering a certain katana-user villain the hero faces, who turned out to be his father.

"Who are you anyway?" Chris asked the samurai.

"Remember the building you two were asked to defend? That was my house." The samurai answered, much to the girls' shock.

"EEEEEHHHHHH?!/WHAT THE HELL?!" Hibiki and Chris exclaimed in unison.

"Since you asked me who I am, it's time to reveal my face." The samurai removes the helmet carefully, next the samurai shakes their head, allowing them to reveal their long dark blue hair. Once the face was shown to them, they took note of their features.

The samurai was a woman in her 40s but she's still looking young, she had a black eyepatch covered in her left eye, and the face was very familiar with the two.

"Wait, that face!" Hibiki was the first to notice.

"WHAT ON EARTH?!" Chris' right eye twitched and pointed at the woman.

"Oh, I know what you're thinking: Why do I look like Tsubasa Kazanari?" This almost caught the two off-guard "I should introduce myself…"

"My name is Reiko Kazanari, I am the mother of Tsubasa and the wife of Yatsuhiro, I'm also known and feared as a master swordswoman by many swordsmen around the world."

"…..Eh?" Hibiki and Chris respond in unison, Reiko smirks since she already expected this to happen once she introduced herself.

"NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII?!"
