Operation SONG

Your mission is to head to Japan and find the organization known to deal with supernatural disasters: Squad of Nexus Guardians or SONG for short. Once you found the said organization, help them in any way possible, you are allowed to use our organization's resources to help you in your mission.

However, you had another mission: find out the next move of the current Head of the Kazanari Agency, Fudo Kazanari. If he starts his plan without the higher-ups knowing, this would be huge trouble not only to Japan but to the whole world as well.

Like most of your missions, you will have to create a fake identity for the public to avoid suspicion from our enemies, we already provided you a fake ID inside the briefcase.

BRIEF END

A man in his twenties closes the newspaper as his glasses turn off its HUD display, he puts his newspaper back where it belonged and stands up. He was rereading the brief of his next mission before he arrived in Japan.

He left the airport and was now finding someone to pick him up.

Just as he was about to check his watch, a silver car pulled over near the man. The window located at the passenger's seat opened, revealing to be a man with messy dirty blonde hair and sunglasses.

"Are you Miyuki Yukine?"

"Yes I am, I suppose you're my informant."

"Yup, now get your ass working and put your luggage inside the car, you have no time to waste."

Following his orders, Miyuki walked towards the car's trunk and opened it. He placed his luggage inside before closing the truck properly. He then proceeded to get inside the car and sat on the passenger's seat.

The informant immediately steps on the pedal and drives away without uttering a single word, he looks at Miyuki, who remained quiet after that. Not wanting to end the trip by just being a silent person, the informant started to talk.

"Kazuto Mikayama, informant of WPIA in Japan Branch and a gun shop owner, if you need some firepower, come find my shop at the mall, which will only take you 10 minutes to reach from your safe house on foot."

"I see...Does your shop accept deliveries?"

"Of course, just gimme the list when we arrive at our destination."

"Thanks."

"No problem."

10 minutes later, when they arrived at their destination, Miyuki checked the building that would become his new safehouse. It seems sturdy and can withstand gunshots and earthquakes. It looks standard compared to other safehouses he previously stayed in.

Miyuki opened the door and got out of the car. He went to the car's trunk that was already opened and took his luggage back, and gently closed the trunk.

Kazuto looked at Miyuki and waved his hand "Let me know if you need anything, I'll be happy to help you out." And drove off like it was nothing.

Now everything is settled down, Miyuki headed inside the apartment building and checked the surroundings, it was very different compared to other buildings he visited so far. There were several people here, who were waiting in the lobby.

Ignoring the chattering and talking from the people, he lets them mind their own business and enters the elevator nearby. When the elevator was nearly going to close, he could hear the screams coming from outside.

"DEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS! STOP THE ELEVATOR!"

Without hesitation, He places his foot between the doors on time, stopping it from fully closing and allowing the doors to be opened again. He raised his head and saw two girls going to the elevator in a hurry.

Once the two entered the elevator, the agent quietly pressed the 3rd-floor button, which resulted in the door closing automatically. Miyuki glances at the blonde girl with green eyes and quickly recognizes who she is just by taking a single look at her appearance.

Kirika Akatsuki, 16 years old, she's currently a Lydian Academy student, she was cheerful and a childish girl who was always together with her friend...

He switches his focus to the black-haired girl with pink eyes, his eyes narrowed without them knowing.

Shirabe Tsukuyomi, 15 years old, also a Lydian Academy student, is a quiet and reserved person who is always overprotective of Kirika. According to the files, they will be my new neighbors, thus I have to be careful since there is a chance that one of them might overhear me talking about my duties.

He was snapped back to reality when Kirika shouted at him very loudly, this nearly hurt his right ear.

"OW WHAT THE HELL?! ARE YOU TRYING TO MAKE ME DEAF?!"

This angered Shirabe for making this new person uncomfortable "Kiri-chan..." She touches Kirika's shoulder with malicious intent "Apologize."

"G-Gomenasai..." Kirika, fearing her friend's wrath, apologized to Miyuki. In response, he puts on a friendly smile "It's okay, I forgive you." This gave the blonde girl a sense of relief.

"Ah speaking of which, who are you anyway?" Kirika asked Miyuki.

Shirabe rubbed her chin "Judging from your appearance, I'm guessing you are the new neighbor that our landlord was talking about." Miyuki was impressed by Shirabe.

"Yeah, I just came here." He said.

"Dess?! That means we can be friends!" Kirika points at Miyuki excitedly.

"Seriously? We just met and you wanted to become friends with me." Miyuki commented.

Shirabe chuckled, "I hope we can be good friends from now on." She placed her hands on her hips and smiled at Miyuki, who almost lost his composure and panicked.

WHY DOES THIS HAPPENING?! CALM DOWN, CALM DOWN AGENT BULLET, NO, CALM DOWN MIYUKI!

In the end, he manages to retain his composure, heading inside to his new home and setting everything up before he starts the mission.

He just hoped this situation won't affect his mission and his duty as an agent.

1 week later

"Shit!" Miyuki cursed as he dodges an incoming baseball bat swing from the enemy, in turn, he swiftly punches the enemy.

Two enemies charged at him all at once, but Miyuki took one of the enemies' right arms and broke his arm by using his elbow. Next, he gives the last enemy one hell of a deadly knee kick, causing him to completely knock out of the blue due to his power of the kick.

In response to the ambush they made earlier, he picks up the bat from one of his enemies and proceeds to beat the last still-alive goon with his violent swings.

"You better tell me what you guys are doing or I will hit you until you lose all your teeth..."

"M-Mercy, we were told by our boss…" Is all the goon said.

Angered, Miyuki was about to continue beating him up when his informant arrived inside his room. Kazuto witnessed the mess that was made today.

"Um...Could I have a word with you Miyuki?"

"Just say it now." Just like what he did to the other two, Miyuki knocks the goon out, Kazuto was hesitant at first but he tells him what he knows anyway "Actually..."

One explanation later

"THEY'RE WHAT?!"

"That dumbass somehow got access to our signal device after using some life hack that can break a lock." Kazuto explained, "And the Yakuza learned the location and kidnapped them, thinking they're the WPIA agents."

It's been a week since he stayed inside his new safehouse, all he received was Kirika's shenanigans involving playing pranks on him while he just woke up from his sleep and a bunch of files he needed for his recent activity.

Now Kirika, of all people, accidentally used the signal device to alert all WPIA members nearby, unfortunately, the Yakuza managed to hack the systems at the time, allowing them to locate their current location.

"Great, first the Yakuza hacking out systems and this?! Kazuto, can you track the girls down, I will take care of them myself." Miyuki grabs a gun equipped with a silencer under his drawer.

"There are 10 of these guys, are you sure you can handle it?"

"I have got into this situation like this, Kazuto, and it's my job to keep them out of our noses."

"You asked for it then, I'll give you the coordinates and a mask, I'll meet you at the lobby."

"Thanks." He smiled for a while before shifting to his usual self "Now go prepare for our rescue mission!"

"Roger that!" Kazuto swiftly left the room

Whoever you are, I will find you, and I won't hesitate to kill you with my bullets…

Miyuki puts on his combat gear and leaves the messy apartment.

Meanwhile at the abandoned warehouse

In this dark and cold warehouse, Kirika and Shirabe were tied up together, with their mouths being taped by the Yakuzas. They couldn't believe someone would kidnap them, even though they have no involvement with them.

The place is filled with the laughter of Yakuzas, scaring Kirika and Shirabe. They were being approached by their leader.

"I am bored, why won't you become our plaything eh?" It was followed by his sinister laughter "Don't worry little children, we will keep you safe." He slowly slides his fingers towards her chest but Kirika, filled in rage, hits his forehead with her own.

This angered the leader as his head was dripping with blood "You little shit! I'll kill you..." She made a mistake when he pulled out a sharp knife under his pocket.

Little did he know, many of his goons were knocked down by an unknown assailant, it was silently noticed by the Zababa duo but they stop doing it when Kirika realizes she was going to die.

"DIE!" Despite the muffled pleas from Shirabe and Kirika, he was going to stab Kirika in the head.

Before his knife reaches her head, the leader was given a roundhouse kick in the face by the same person who knocked the goons. He immediately recovers and tries to attack the figure with the knife.

It swiftly dodges every attack he makes until...

"YOU'RE OPEN!"

"!"

The leader saw an opening and slashed the face strong enough that a small amount of blood was coming out from the face, but what's more surprising is that the figure's mask was taken off, it was the figure's plan all along...

"And you're also open." The figure smirked.

'Wha-"

BANG

To Kirika and Shirabe's shock, the mysterious figure shot the leader in the shoulder with a gun, he screamed in pain and held his gunshot wound tightly. He can feel the strange aura around the figure, which greatly scares him.

"W-who are you...?" He said while whimpering.

The person gives him a chuckle "Me? Let me tell you one thing before I kill you with my bullet." He aimed his handgun at the leader's head "Miyuki Makoto, codename: Agent Bullet, an agent working for WPIA. You made the big mistake of kidnapping my new neighbors, and now..."

"I WILL SEND YOU TO HELL!" He barked at the leader before shooting him in the head, killing him instantly.

Now the Yakuzas are killed, Miyuki approaches the girls and removes the tape, then he cuts the ropes using the pocket knife the leader used earlier. Once the Zababa duo is freed, they look at him with surprised faces, this questions Miyuki if he shows off his true nature.

"Oyoyo! I never knew you were a secret agent! Who do you work for? Who do you-" Kirika had several questions to ask but was silenced by Shirabe.

"Miyuki...May I ask you a question?" Shirabe just wanted to confirm the question she wanted to ask.

"Sure, go on Shirabe." Miyuki nodded.

Shirabe took a deep breath and asked "When you reveal to us your current occupation, I can't help but to ask…."

"Why did you come here?" She stared at him suspiciously.

Miyuki gasped and looked at Shirabe, while she knew his secret job, she never knew his actual last name since he never told the girls yet.

He backs off from the duo and glances at them. At first he wanted to lie about it, but he knows he can't hide it anymore.

Letting out a loud sigh, he faces the girls with his neutral expression, preparing to tell them the truth.

"The truth is…."

"I'm looking for an organization called SONG."

And find out about what happened to Chris after she was rescued.

For this prompt, I had a brainrot for secret agents and Spy X Family finally got me to write this crap.

I really did well judging from the people in r/Symphogear giving out good reviews for fast pacing, engaging action, focusing outside the Wielders while the said Wielders are involved, and the theme itself is similar to Hitman (one person said that he needed a flamingo suit and a homing briefcase cuz why the heck not?)

I may, or may not include an extended cut to expand more about his journey as a secret agent.

Bonus: Character Introduction

Miyuki Yukine (Fake Surname: Makoto): A secret agent working for the secret organization, World Protection Intelligence Agency under the codename: Bullet, he's one of the best members they could ever have and displayed several feats that show how much he is capable of.

In terms of himself, he can be calm and collected but outside of his work, he will lose composure in some cases but manages to hide it every time and can be caring to others, especially to those who were kind to him.

He came here to Japan not only because of his mission, but to uncover what happened to Chris when she was kidnapped after being rescued, and he will do everything to complete this mission.
